    A Bibliometric Analysis of the Literature on Utility and Security Tokens

    With the advancement of technology and the advent of the internet, a great digital revolution began. Faced with this scenario of technological innovation, the economic sector is increasingly looking for the use of efficient tools, which provide improvements from a financial perspective. Currently, digital assets and the token economy are already part of the reality of this new digital age, the choice of the present work stems from the interest in analyzing and understanding the diversity of scientific productions that are consolidated in the journals, indexed in databases, for such analysis uses the bibliometric method, which makes it possible to analyze the intellectual production on the topic of interest in a more robust and temporal way, allowing the quantification of the impact and relevance of scientific productions. This study aims to implement bibliometric resources using the R Project software, searching for data in the Scopus and Web of Science databases, having as keywords Security Token and Utility Token. The bibliometric application showed significant results, making it possible to quantify important data, as the year of beginning of publications containing the theme, main authors, documents and most cited authors, words most frequently used in titles, collaboration by country, among other information that add scientific research in a positive and considerable way

    Impact of the Degrading Toxicity of Metallic Trace Elements on the Flora and Fauna of the Matete River in Kinshasa

    This work presents the results for which the general objective pursued in this study is to assess the impact of the degrading toxicity of metallic trace elements on the flora and fauna of the Matete river in Kinshasa. This evaluation was studied through the understanding of the accumulative power of species of flora and fauna in this same ecosystem with metallic elements. One of the serious causes of their persistence is their biomagnification in the food chain. This is why the response of  Pistia stratiotes, water lettuce and Lemna minor from the nine sampling sites of the Matete river to large and / or low concentrations of metallic elements is reflected either by an inhibition of photosynthetic processes (antagonism and effect synergistic) and the instinct of certain species. However, this ecosystem offers an ecological niche low in dissolved oxygen and a nutrient-poor and toxic diet for the species that live there. In this regard, the flora of the Matete river accumulates the metallic elements in a significant way and according to the diversity of the environments and the size of the species

    Identification of Explosive Force in 15-year Old Volleyball Players

    Assessment of physical features, especially vertical jump performance in various GRFP is of particular importance in advancing and determining the physical abilities of young age groups in volleyball. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the performance of vertical jump in volleyball in Albania. Method; 181 volleyball players were tested, including 106 female (F) and 75 men (M) with an average age of 15-16 years, BH cm(F-177/M-191), BW kg(F-64.3/M-79.5), BMI kg/m² (F-20.39/M-21.88). Field tests Attack cm(F-285.3/M-323.7), Block cm(F-274.6/M-310.3.In three tests Bosco; Squat Jump (SJ), Countermovement Jump (CMJ), Repeat Jump (RJ 15sec) tests were conducted on the Ergo Jump System platform. The average values ??according to the calculations in the index of elasticity and elastic energy of the lower extremities of volleyball players as well as the index of explosive force are shown. Results: The fast power index is derived from the CMJ-SJ test difference and showed that (F-5.6/M-7). The coefficient of elasticity is expressed in% by the formula (CMJ-SJ) x100 / CMJ where it showed the values ??of (F-17.3% /M-16.2%), while in the RJ15sec test of anaerobic power showed the values ??where (F-0.8/M-0. 7).Conclusions: Tests conducted in these age groups of volleyball players in Albania clearly showed that they have unused reserves of elastic muscle energy. The capacity of the strength index in team sports in teams reaches values ??up to 0.90-0.95 but F&M volleyball players showed values ??of 0.7-0.8, is a low capacity of reactive force resistance, which results from the lack of plyometric training. The mechanical strength during the RJ15sec jump proved to be a very sensitive functional parameter that individualizes the features and characteristics of the anaerobic element of lactic acid related to training

    Survey of papaya mealybug, Paracoccus marginatus and its introduced parasitoids on papaya plants in the low country dry zone of Sri Lanka

    Papaya mealybug, Paracoccus marginatus Willams and Granara Willink, is an invasive hemipteran that attacks several genera of host plants, including economically important tropical fruits and ornamentals. It is an alien invasive species and was reported for the first time in Sri Lanka in 2008 and the biocontrol programme was implemented with the introduction of three natural enemies Acerophagus papayae, Anagyrus loeki, and Pseudleptomastix mexicana imported from Puerto Rico in some selected regions in 2008 and 2009. After a decade following the initial introduction it is essential to investigate the presence of the parasitoids for the management of papaya mealybug pests. Therefore a survey was conducted to study the pest status of papaya mealybugs and to check the availability and the abundance of their introduced parasitoids is some randomly selected locations of the low country dry zone of Sri Lanka during the period from January 2018 to December 2019. The survey revealed that P. marginatus is still spreading in Sri Lanka but is present at lower population levels than in previous years, probably due to the action of introduced hymenopteran parasitoids. Among the three parasitoids the A. papayae and P. mexicana were found to be established on the papaya plants infested with papaya mealybug. The parasitoid with the greatest impact on the mealybug is generally Acerophagus papayae , whereas A.  loeki was failed to establish. The finding would be very essential to tackle if there are any future threats caused by P.marginatus

    Matlab Implementation of Simple Counting Based Weighted Cooperative Spectrum Sensing and Initial Condition Rule

    Cooperative spectrum sensing allows strict regulatory performance requirement to be relaxed on local sensing. In practice secondary users are more likely to experience distinct signal strength depending on distance from primary transmitter. This shows the need for weighting local decision by local reliability. In this paper we discuss implementation issue of simple counting based decision weighting method. And we provide solution and a complete MATLAB implementation code. We demonstrate, by carefully selecting the initial conditions, we can get stable performance. And also our results shows that the optimal weighted method outperforms the existing equal weight combining in terms of lower total error probability

    How COVID-19 has Impacted Digital Transformation – From the Perspective of C-Suite Professionals

    The present study is aimed at understanding how COVID-19 has impacted the digital transformation of businesses globally. The study considered numerous sub-aspects related to the digital transformation of businesses, including drivers to digital transformation, impact on people and society, and the impact of COVID-19. The research was based on the interpretivist paradigm using a qualitative research approach and interview method where data was collected from the C-suite category of selected businesses from Canada, India, Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The study\u27s results have identified COVID-19 as the most significant challenging factor for transforming businesses where lack of coherence among employees and inability of people to adapt to the technological interventions might demotivate them and cause disrupted operational activities of businesses. The study\u27s results also suggested for businesses to focus on training and development of employees to capacitate them to adapt to the new normal working environment

    AuditModel: A Model for Representation of Continuous Audit Processes Based on ISO 19011

    Objective of the study: The objective of this article is to propose a model of representation of audit processes that allows its automation, this model is based on ISO 19011, a standard recommended by the International Accreditation Forum (IAF). Methodology / approach: A study was carried out on the standardization of continuous audit processes. ISO 19011 was used as a reference to define the elements of the proposed model. After an analysis in the sections of the standard, sections 05 (establishing objectives of the audit program) and section 06 (conducting the audit) were selected to compose this work. Originality / relevance: The article contains quantitative data related to the performance of audits in Brazil and some limitations for carrying out audits. Through the model, the work makes up for the deficiency of the existence of documentation that helps the understanding, by software developers, auditors and companies, of how an audit should be carried out. It is expected to facilitate the development of audit software with the proposed model. Main results: 14 elements are specified, classified in 4 domains, which together make up the model for representing audit processes. A process is mapped and the specified elements are used to show how the audit processes are to be employed. Theoretical / methodological contributions: It seems feasible to use the methodology in different organizations, it is enough to understand the proposed model, internally map the processes to be audited and apply the concepts described in this work as an example

    A Probabilistic Approach to Maximize Cross-Selling Revenues of Financial Products

    Customer oriented approach and developing analysis for customers have become more important as the competition became a global issue, especially after technological advancements. Companies aim to sell more products to new customers and also to their current customers while keeping them in the portfolio and making sure that they are happy. Cross-selling of products and services to their customers is almost as important as gaining new customers. In this paper, a probabilistic and integrated method of cross-selling financial products is proposed. The proposed method first segments the customers based on the selected criteria and then calculates the probability of buying each product using product and customer relationship matrixes. Then, the expected yield for each group of customers and offer is calculated, and the best cross-selling strategy is determined. The proposed methodology is applied to a Turkish bank that aims to sell financial products through cross-selling. The results show that the methodology successfully determines the product order to be used in cross-selling in an effort to increase the success rate in the selling process and expected revenue

    Palynological Study of Vida-1 Well, Central Niger Delta Basin, Nigeria

    Palynological examination of forty (40) microscopic slides prepared from direct specimen of Agbada Formation core samples between (6,963ft – 9,866 ft), were carried out with a view to determining the age and paleoenviroment of deposition. Standard palynological procedure was followed and the slides yielded excellent to well preserved distribution of miospore assemblages. Diagnosis uncovered one hundred and twenty-three (123) miospores.  Delineation of the well section produced four palynological zones based on stratigraphic distribution. Crassoretitriletes vanraadshooveni/P700 Zone characterized by the quantitative base occurrence of Crassoretitriletes vanraadshooveni and co-occurrence of Belskipollis elegans, Crassoretitriletes vanraadshooveni, Pachydermites diederix, Gemmastephanocolporites sp., Echiperiporites estalae, Verrutricolporites rotundiporus and Stephanoporites echinatus. Magnastriatites howardii/P600 Zone characterized by quantitative base occurrence of Praedapollis flexibilis and co-occurrence of Magnastriatites howardii, Peregrinipollis nigericus, Praedapollis flexibilis Spirosyncolpites brunni, Verrucatosporites usmensis, Retitricolporites irregularis. Verrucatosporites usmensis /P500 Zone characterized by the co-occurrence of Arecipites exilimuratus, Verrucatosporites usmensis and Gemmamonoporites sp. Verrucatosporites usmensis /P400 Zone characterized by the quantitative base occurrence of Verrucatosporites usmensis and co-occurrences of Psilatricolporites crassus, Pachydermites diederix and Monoporites annulatus. Paleoecological grouping of the recovered palynomorphs assemblages revealed the presence of mangrove, freshwater swamp, coastal. riverine and savana vegetation types. However, the assemblages retrieved are dominated by terrestrially derived palynomorphs, such as spores (ferns and fungi) and pollens alongside depicting the brackish to freshwater colonial algae, marine indicator palynomorphs, including dinoflagellate cysts and foraminiferal linings, which were relatively low, indicating paralic environment with the shaly sediments being deposited in a marginally marine environment under a terrestrial influence. The palynofloral assemblage within this interval suggests deposition in environments fluctuating between marine and nearshore. The interval in the well section is dated Late Eocene - Middle Miocene

    The (non) Implementation of the PNE and its Impact on Economic, Social and Technological Innovation Development in Brazil

    The present study aimed to analyze the 20 goals of the PNE (acronym for Brazilian Plan for Education in Portuguese) in force in Brazil until 2024. To date, only one goal has been met, number 13, that refers to the certification of higher education academics. The failure to meet these goals - especially those related education funding - means to put at risk the PNE and the actions aimed at Brazilian education for the period. The negative impact is to be perceived in medium and long term, hindering the progress of economic and social development and technological innovation
