    Teknologi jaringan nirkabel adalah teknologi yang paling berkembang saat ini, dan dapat ditemui di hampir semua tempat umum seperti kafe, perguruan tinggi, supermarket, atau perumahan daerah. Pengguna dapat dengan mudah membuat koneksi ke internet dengan jaringan nirkabel tanpa membutuhkan bantuan kabel karena data karena jaringan disiarkan melalui frekuensi radio.     In the world of the today automotive industry and the rapid growth of continues technology to express evolve make providers of automotive tools in particular competing to design and modify their products to be competitive in the today industry. With so many designs and increasing levels of technology making things especially in terms of ease of use and operation of a product the more preferred. With the sophistication of this technology is developing a system on the engine performance by utilizing sophisticated spooring where Bluetooth technology systems.The sophistication of today's Bluetooth systems we often encounter is generally used to be a media data transfer on mobile phones, PCs, and so on. Today spooring used machine uses infra red technology and still use the media cable for connectivity and data transfer process from sensors to the PC where there are still many obstacles and deficiencies contained in this system. So from the bluetooth system is expected shortfall, especially in the connectivity between PCs with sensors, and data submission process can work better without the constraints that meant. Bluetooth is a wireless system on wireless WPAN. In a WPAN system is a process of synchronization between two devices where one device sends information to another device that is synchronized with each other. And the expected connectivity that occurs no longer have constraints so that the data submission process can be run properly and the information obtained data more secure, fast, precise and accurate without a hitch

    Postal companies nowadays are competing each other to reach customer’s loyalty. The competition is also faced by PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) which is one of the state-owned enterprises providing postal service to society. This condition has forced PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) to give service as maximum as possible. To meet the rapid changes of customer demands, companies of customer-based such as PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) should have a flexible service system through restructure their potential to gain their profitability. This effort can be achieved using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy. Given how customers and society in present, with a convenient mechanism for Web 2.0 technologies which are adopted by a wide variety of social media, the strategies offered for these problems is the development of customer service information system using the concept of Customer Relationship Management 2.0 (CRM 2.0). This system allows collaborative conversation (two-way interaction) between the customers and employees who face the prospect/customer to create a business environment that is reliable and more transparent.The paper discusses customer service system in PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) and proposes CRM 2.0 concept into the system to take advantage of the multi-way relationships created by Web 2.0.     SRS document is one of artifacts produced during requirements engineering and it contains detail description of behavior of system to be developed. It describes functionalities and non-functionalities that should be established within the system. Some works has been focused on analyzing SRS to measure the quality of software process. To measure the quality, metrics is established based on features of SRS document. This paper introduces a CASE tool for extracting textual features of SRS document. It utilized methods well known in textual processing, mainly part-of-speech for tagging words and TF*IDF for extracting requirements. During the test, the tool manage to extract features and stored the metdata in RDF file

    ABSTRACT Product procurement management is a essential business process intended to maintain the business operations in fulfilling consumers’ demands. The limitation of database integration system causes the incompatibility between orders and inventory fulfillment, the tardiness of orders and deliveries, the incompatibility between notes and document validation system.  The information system design of web based e-procurement uses spiral method and architecture modeling of information system using deployment and use case diagram. The function structure uses MVC file The result of this research gives easiness in good procurement process in finding new suppliers, obtaining products with cheap price and good quality, ordering, offering easily, applying demands and supplies with a competitive price, providing communication between suppliers and management through feedback, and controlling stocks to keep the product availability.  Keywords: e-procurement, spiral method, MVC file structure

    Rancangan Aplikasi Customer Service pada PT. Lancar Makmur Bersama

    Abstract— This research is based on the need of an organized customer service system for PT. Lancar Makmur Bersama. PT. Lancar Makmur Bersama is a company that engaged in sales engineering tools. This company has many customers, therefore the customer service would be necessary to regulate and maintain good relationships with customers. The main problem faced by this company is often complaint from customers is not responded properly and information about the complaint is not documented. In addition, the activity of selling goods to customers are also not recorded properly. This research produced a system design using prototyping methods, and UML (Unified Modeling Language). The designed system could organized and documenting every complaints, feedbacks, and questions from customers, so that if there is problem that can be followed immediately.
