PERBANDINGAN ALGORITMA KRUSKAL DENGAN ALGORITMA GENETIKA DALAM PENYELESAIAN MASALAH MINIMUM SPANNING TREE (MST)
This research aims to develop a problem solving system of Minimum Spanning Tree using Kruskal Algorithm and Genetic Algorithm. The problem of Minimum Spanning Tree is how to calculate minimum distance in a complete graph where each nodes are connected and the selected edge should not make sircuit. This application system is built using Visual Basic 6.0 programming and MySQL database. The result of the whole process of this Minimum Spanning Tree aplication system is minimum distance which is calculated using Kruskal Algorithm and Gentic Algorithm. The displayed result are both text and visualization graph which show the minimum tree of a graph. Kruskal Algorithm generally shows better result than Genetic Algorithm with minimum distance resulted and running time as the parameters. For 5-25 nodes, Kruskal Algorithm generate minimum distance up to 50% and running time process 50 times faster than Genetic Algorithm
Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Menggunakan Metode Technique for Order by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS)
Abstract— Sistem Pendukung Keputusan merupakan suatu sistem interaktif yang mendukung keputusan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan melalui alternatif – alternatif yang diperoleh dari hasil pengolahan data, informasi dan rancangan model. Sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan telepon seluler ini diharapkan dapat membantu para pengguna aplikasi ini untuk memilih telepon seluler sesuai dengan yang diinginkan berdasarkan alternatif dan kriteria yang telah ditentukan oleh pengguna. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah Technique For Order Preference By Similarity To Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Metode TOPSIS adalah salah satu metode yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan masalah Multi Attribute Decision Making (MADM). Metode TOPSIS didasarkan pada konsep dimana alternatif terpilih yang terbaik tidak hanya memiliki jarak terpendek dari solusi ideal positif, namun juga memiliki jarak terpanjang dari solusi ideal negatif. Metode TOPSIS memiliki beberapa kelebihan, diantaranya konsepnya yang sederhana dan mudah dipahami, komputasinya efisien, dan memiliki kemampuan untuk mengukur kinerja relatif dari alternatif-alternatif keputusan dalam bentuk matematis yang sederhana. PERANCANGAN ARSITEKTUR PEMROGRAMAN BERBASIS MVC (STUDI KASUS SISTEM INFORMASI ASSET)
ABSTRACT Approach to application development is now very varied and all have one goal which is to facilitate the work of the programmer. In addition to a variety of approaches, also available tools for application development (also called framework) which is popularly referred to. The use of the framework is considered to facilitate the design process and accelerate the programming process. One popular concept adopted by various frameworks, particularly in an environment of web-based applications is the concept of MVC (Model, View, Controller). In this concept, programmer makes the separation between the model (which handles the data), View (dealing with the user interface), and controller (handle transactions and data modification). This concept can be applied without use a particular framework, as long as the programmer understand the basic principle, which is how to separate the program code into three sections and prepare a programming structure that supports the concept. Case study demonstrates how to apply these concepts in a sub module accompanied by relevant script. The case study is attempt to provide example that can help programmers understand and apply the concept of MVC without relying on a particular framework and can be used in various environments programming language that supports object-oriented concepts. EVALUASI KUALITAS WEBSITE PEMERINTAH DAERAH DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN WEBQUAL (STUDI KASUS PADA KABUPATEN OGAN ILIR)
abstract—Quality evaluation of the local government is the basic concept of this paper. Webqual is one of website quality measurement methods based on user preceptions. According to the data analysis we have correlation koefisien number, R Square, is 0,998. This shows that three dimensionals Webqual are contributing 99,8% for the website quality level and the rest, 0,02%, is contributed by another factors. From the regresion equation shows that the independen variables from the usability dimension is giving significant influence to the website quality by coeficient 1,102, information quality dimension by 1,050 and interaction quality dimension by 1,041. According to questioner results, we would like to give recommendations such as changing website appearence become more attractive, adding more accurate, clear, detail, and up date informations so that people can get faster information from another local goverment. SISTEM PENGAMBILAN KEPUTUSAN PENGEMBANGAN PERUMAHAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS – MULTI ATTRIBUTE UTILITY THEORY
The determination of a location for real estate development is an important pillar in the property industry. Developers can specify the location of housing developers that will be developed using the 6 criteria and 22 sub-criteria based SNI 03-1733-2004, about the way of housing in urban environmental planning issued by the National Standardization Agency. A decision support system applying the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Multi-Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) housing developers can help developers determine the exact location. AHP is a method that can simplify a complex problem into a hierarchy so that will streamline the resulting decision. AHP method is used for weighting the criteria and sub-criteria, whereas MAUT methods used for weighting the existing alternative location
