    ABSTRACT This application was created with the aim to introduce fruits and vegetables in 4 languages namely Indonesia, the UK, France and Germany. In this application there are three main menus, namely fruit menu to display the image and the name of the fruit as well as a voice in English, French and German, vegetable menu to display images and vegetables as well as the name sounds in English, French and German, exit to exit the menu the application.  This application is made by the use of software eclipse galileo. Manufacturing phase begins with collecting data and supporting components, menu structure design, display design and test applications.  This application has been tested to the Samsung Galaxy Wonder phone based on Android 2.3.6. This application successfully run on the mobile phone.     Deteksi Lokasi Bibir Otomatis Pada Citra Wajah Berbasis Ciri Bentuk dan Warna

    Metode yang diusulkan merupakan gabungan antara pendekatan warna dan bentuk bibir untuk deteksi otomatis lokasi bibir pada citra wajah yang gunakan untuk mengidentifikasi wajah seseorang berdasarkan fitur bibirnya. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk menggabungkan pendekatan berbasis ruang warna yang diperbaiki menggunakan pendekatan berbasis bentuk bibir. Hasil eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa 61,4% akurasi identifikasi ketika diuji menggunakan 500 citra wajah Nilai Precision dan Recall digunakan untuk mengevaluasi teknik yang diusulkan dibandingkan dengan gambar yang disegmentasi secara manual yang selanjutnya diproses dalam sistem identifikasi wajah.     Abstrak—Makalah ini memaparkan hasil penelitian tentang estimasi beban listrik harian melalui dua pendekatan yaitu pendekatan statistik dan pendekatan softcomputing. Pendekatan statistik menggunakan metode moving average dan exponential smoothing,  sedangkan pendekatan softcomputing menggunakan algoritma feed forward backpropagation dari jaringan syaraf tiruan. Hasil perhitungan dengan kedua pendekatan tersebut kemudian dibandingkan dengan metode koefisien beban yang selama ini digunakan PLN. Hasil simulasi diperoleh bahwa estimasi lebih akurat dengan menggunakan pendekatan soft computing. Index Terms—Estimasi beban listrik harian; statistik; soft computing

    The interaction between human and computer can not be enjoyed by everyone, especially for people with disabilities, they will be difficult to interact using a computer. Speech to text recognition is one way to make it easy for anyone to operate a computer. Therefore, developed speech to text recognition research using Mel Frequency Cepstral Coefficients (MFCC) method to extract features from the voice data and Self Organizing Maps (SOM) to classify voice. This study uses primary data of 200 voice data as input for training and testing steps. The accuracy of the results achieved in this study is, testing for the same data with training data is 100 %, while for the data that is different from training data is 82 %.     Abstract—Human resource management is considered as a contemporary development that continues to reshape employees’ competence. As one of educational services unit in BINUS UNIVERSITY that specifically provides software-based practical work for students, Software Laboratory Center (SLC) is regularly conducted a training program every term as a part of human resource management. There are two main triggers of the regular training program in SLC. First, the rapid development of software-based knowledge that needs to be learned, filter, and adopted to the curriculum. Second, the high turnover of teaching assistants requires a training program to attain a subject teaching qualification for new assistants and to maintain the competence of the current teaching assistants. Along with university operational timeline, training for teaching assistants are manually managed every term by SLC, from collecting transaction data for next term, calculating the estimation of assistant needed, allocating assistants for training, scheduling the training, until evaluating the competence of assistants. Conventional training management system in SLC causes an issue of time efficiencies, validity of assistants’ competence, and risk of human error. Therefore, this paper proposes an analysis and design of scheduling and training management information system with Unified Modeling Language (UML) and data collection. Moreover, we developed a dedicated tool to support the process of training management in SLC. Index Terms—Information System, Scheduling, Training System, Web-Based Application

It is because of there are many electronic versions of materials available to everyone. Web is an important and common source for document similarity. In order to determine whether an article is copied from electronic web resources, or others, document similarity detection have to compute the similarity between the two articles. It is often difficult to detect accurately document similarity after the contents of article is being modified.The easenes of sharing information over the internet has encouraged searching online literature has caused a lot of people, especially in academics, to imitate other people's ideas or work without citing the sources.     To be create customer loyalty, enterprise must capable to give add value what the needed the customer by giving service quality according to customer satisfication. Service quality can be performed by perceived service and expected service. If perceived service more than less expected service, the customer will not interest to the service. But if perceived service more higher than expected service, the customer may be came back to use the service. There are two methods which enough relevant to measure customer satisfication or service quality by Quality Function Deployment (QFD) and Service Quality (Servqual) [Tan, K.C., Pawitra, T.A. 2001].     Wardriving merupakan teknik mendapatkan informasi wireless hanya dengan berjalan di lokasi yang dituju.
