SISTEM SERTIFIKASI BAYI DAN PENGELOLAAN LAPORAN (STUDI KASUS : RUMAH BERSALIN IBU LENNY)
Get PDFThe birth of a newborn baby is something that every parent looks forward to. There are many ways that parents do to record the memory of their newborn’s birth. They take pictures and write down important data regarding their babies such as the weight and height, et cetera. However, most often these data are not properly organized or beautifully designed so that when the data are weathered by time, people tend to disregard it for lack of uniqueness. In the Ibu Lenny Maternity House, every birth will always be recorded in the book of birth, in which it includes every baby’s complete data. It just so happens that every so often parents haven’t come up with a name for their babies by the time the recording process takes place. This obviously will hamper the process of issuing the birth certificates for the babies in question. Once a name is given afterwards, the Maternity House must relocate the baby’s data one by one. This proves to be ineffective and it will cause the nurses and the midwives working performance to slow down. The writer will discuss about an application which can be utilized in the certification of a baby’s birth document in an organized, neat form in which also will include the baby’s first photograph and his/her complete data as such that it would be a memorable birth’s keepsake. Furthermore, another application will also be discussed where this application will be useful in relocating old data based on each baby’s uniqueness. This application will also be useful for any updating requirements, late issuing of birth certificates, and printing monthly report on the number of birth. The use of this application is aimed at assisting the user, which in this case is the Ibu Lenny Maternity House, to easily search for a baby’s data based on a keyword search in order to issue any late birth certificates as well as print a daily report on the number of birth. This will also increase the hospital’s service in terms of providing important information on a particular baby, promote the hospital in the public’s eyes, and also permanently record a birth of a baby through the application

As a part of Indonesian life, all the citizen of Indonesia should know about it. But in the fact, only few of the citizens know about it. Therefore a digital library is needed to preserve all of the traditional dance and house’s information and introduce it to the next generation of Indonesia citizen. One aspect on building digital library is a precise data structure to hold all of the information, which included in traditional dance and house. All of the information should be well define and stored on specific data structure in order to make the data be easy to maintain. The objective of this research is creating data structure and a prototype digital library that can hold traditional dance and house’s information in Indonesia. The implementation of the data structure is using MySQL 5.3.8 and the prototype digital library portal is developed using PHP language combine with CodeIgniterFramework 1.7.2. As a result the prototype digital library already ready to collect the traditional dance and house’s information and can be used to help someone to learn about the information that already putted in the database

Multimedia interaktif ini menggunakan aplikasi Macromedia Authorware 7. Bahan ajar ini di buat untuk memudahkan mahasiswa dalam memahami materi perkuliahan yang telah di pelajari di kampus, karena multimedia ini memiliki animasi dan video yang dapat menambah motivasi mahasiswa untuk belajar. Aplikasi Multimedia Interaktif ini menyediakan berbagai fasilitas pembelajaran, yaitu dengan menyajikan materi dengan animasi agar lebih menarik dan dilengkapi dengan evaluasi berupa latihan-latihan soal serta Video Interaktif. Multimedia interkatif menggunakan tampilan yang menarik di harapkan mahasiswa lebih mudah memahami materi perkuliahan, karena dalam aplikasi ini mahasiswa tidak hanya mendengarkan penjelasan dari tutor saja tapi juga berinterkatif, yaitu dengan mengklik tombol/icon-icon yang telah disediakan, sehingga tampilan yang menarik ini mungkin dapat mengurangi kejenuhan mahasiswa dalam menerima pelajaran. Hasil yang akan dicapai dari pembuatan Multimedia Interaktif ini adalah bahwa mahasiswa dapat mengikuti semua materi yang disampaikan dalam aplikasi ini untuk mata kuliah Komputer Akuntansi khususnya Myob Accounting 13 sesuai yang mereka inginkan tanpa dibatasi oleh ruang dan waktu.
