PENGEMBANGAN SISTEM ABSENSI MENGGUNAKAN QR CODE READER BERBASIS ANDROID (STUDI KASUS: FAKULTAS ILMU KOMPUTER JURUSAN SISTEM INFORMASI UNSRI)

This trendprovides a new perspective for the development of informationand communication technology in the move. One of them is theterm BYOD or "Bring Your Own Device". BYOD bring up anidea of research, how this concept can be applied and create asystem that can help people in university.QR stands for Quick Response their purpose is to conveyinformation quickly and get a quick response anyway. Incontrast to a barcode, which only store information horizontally,a QR code can store the information horizontally and vertically,and therefore automatically QR codes can hold moreinformation than a barcode.This research was create a protoype student attendanceapplication that can assist lecturing activities become moreeffective and efficient. The attendance system is theincorporation of the concept of BYOD and quickness of datareading from a QR Code scanning results that integrated withcamera on mobile devices based on Android.Key Words— BYOD, Bring Your Own Device, QR Code,Attendance system, Android Apps.Abstrak— Salah satu teknologi telekomunikasi yang sekarangberkembang sangat pesat adalah ponsel pintar. Tren inimemberikan perspektif baru untuk pengembangan teknologiinformasi dan komunikasi dalam beraktivitas. Salah satunyaadalah istilah BYOD atau "Bring Your Own Device (BawaPerangkat Anda Sendiri)". BYOD memunculkan ide penelitian,bagaimana konsep ini dapat diterapkan dan menciptakansebuah sistem yang dapat membantu orang di universitas.QR singkatan dari Quick Response bertujuan untukmenyampaikan informasi dengan cepat dan mendapatkanrespon yang cepat pula. Berbeda dengan barcode, yang hanyamenyimpan informasi secara horizontal, QR Code dapatmenyimpan informasi secara horizontal dan vertikal, dan olehkarena itu secara otomatis QR Code dapat menyimpaninformasi lebih dari barcode.Penelitian ini membuat protoype aplikasi absensi siswa yangdapat membantu kegiatan perkuliahan menjadi lebih efektif danefisien. With a WAP application, various information can be accessed at any time wherever and whenever, because now people have a lot of mobile phone use on the computer. 240 million people in Indonesia already choose a mobile phone, it can prove that the people are now using mobile phones as a medium to get information, efficient and effective, in addition to the information services are accessible to the wider community, as well as in remote areas, mobile operators can reach out the area with the access fees that are reasonably priced. This reality is an opportunity for education to implement WAP in providing information services to students, so that the process is going to be more effective, efficient. This study aims to produce new ways of providing information services to the laboratory in Fasilkom Unsri. this will give students a sense of satisfaction, a sense of employee satisfaction laboratory so as to improve the quality of education. Pemenggalan Kata Dasar Bahasa Indonesia menggunakan Syllabification Algorithm
Get PDFAbstract — This paper presents a study of Indonesian syllable structure and an algorithm for identifying syllables in Indonesian words. The algorithm implements a set of syllabification rules based on the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia Number 50 Year 2015 on General Guidelines for Indonesian Spelling. Experiment on a random sample shows that the syllabification algorithm achieves 100% word accuracy. Random sample contains 300 Indonesian words. Weakness of this algorithm can not handle Indonesian words contain ‘ng’, ‘ny’, ‘kh’, ‘sy’, ‘ks’, and words contain three consecutive consonant letters. Keywords — text to speech system, speech synthesis, syllabification algorithm, rule-based method Abstrak - Makalah ini menyajikan studi tentang struktur suku kata bahasa Indonesia dan algoritma untuk mengidentifikasi suku kata dalam kata-kata bahasa Indonesia. Algoritma mengimplementasikan seperangkat aturan pembagian suku kata berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia Nomor 50 Tahun 2015 tentang Pedoman Umum Ejaan Bahasa Indonesia. Percobaan pada sampel acak menunjukkan bahwa algoritma pembagian suku kata mencapai akurasi kata 100%. Sampel acak mengandung 300 kata bahasa Indonesia. Kelemahan dari algoritma ini tidak dapat menangani kata-kata bahasa Indonesia berisi 'ng', 'ny', 'kh', 'sy', 'ks', dan kata-kata mengandung tiga huruf konsonan berturut-turut. This process not implement the integratedsystem, so it takes a long time to collect the form, it’s difficult tomonitor the progress of employee at any time and making thereport, otherwise it is less objective performance appraisalbecause it’s not transparent and not correspond to the truth.This research using FAST method and based on the PHPprogramming language and MySQL as its database.The systemcan perform the function of management of employee data, userdata, KPI data, realization data, value calculation, and createreports in the form of tables and graphs. Proses inibelum menerapkan sistem yang terintegrasi sehinggamembutuhkan waktu yang lama dalam pengumpulan formulir,sulit memonitoring tingkat kemajuan kinerja karyawan setiapsaat dan sulit dalam pembuatan laporan, selain itu penilaiankurang objektif karena tidak transparan dan belum tentu sesuaidengan kebenaran yang ada. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodeFAST serta berbasiskan bahasa pemograman PHP dan MySQLsebagai basis datanya. Sistem dapat menjalankan fungsipengelolaan data karyawan, data user, data KPI, data realisasi,perhitungan nilai, dan pembuatan laporan berupa tabel dangrafik. RISIKO DAN PENGENDALIAN APLIKASI SPREADSHEET

Tugas utama organisasi untuk menghadapi iniadalah bagaimana menyadari adanya peluang dan risiko,kemudian mengidentifikasi, mendokumentasikan danmemitigasikannya dengan kerangka kerja yang tepat. Tulisanini berupaya menyajikan sebuah kerangka umum identifikasirisiko yang berkaitan dengan penggunaan aplikasi spreadsheetdan tindakan pengendalian atas risiko tersebut. The result of research shows the highest level of popularityBanyuasin district government website for the parameter BounceRate and Total Link. While the Palembang city governmentwebsite, the highest level of popularity for parameter GlobalRank. SISTEM PENGENALAN GESTURE TANGAN UNTUK KENDALI GERAK MOBILE ROBOT BERBASIS PENGOLAHAN CITRA
Get PDFAbstract-Implementation of hand gesture recognition systemfor navigation of mobile robots using Bluetooth communicationmedia apply image processing techniques is presented. The preprocessingimage of the camera capture is resized, and color spaceconversion from RGB (red, green, blue) to HSV (hue, saturation,value), then segmentation process is performed to remove thebackground and get a hand gesture object. Feature extractionusing methods Convexity Hull Defect to get the point finger tips,calculate the moment and the Centre of Gravity (CoG), then lookfor the angle parameter finger tips and the Euclidean distance, it’susing the process of pattern recognition hand gestures.
