    Abstract-Palm oil is beneficial for everyday life. However, in addition to beneficial palm oil is also dangerous because there are chemical elements left behind in it. The problem of Palm Oil production is Land, Plants, or fresh fruit palm fruit bunches. if a large quantity must also be followed by high quality fresh fruit bunches, to avoid the negative impact of food consumption from oil palm.Therefore, the authors use a medium to share knowledge of any Chemical Elements that exist in oil palm plant.     A Reasoning Technique for Taxonomy Expert System of Living Organisms

    Taxonomy of living organisms can help scientists to sort organisms in order and help them to identify new organisms by finding out which their groups. It also is easier to study organisms when they are sorted in groups. Taxonomy of living organisms system is a important basic part of ecology system. Researcher should know about any organisms that they noted in an ecology. Integration between classification taxonomy of Living Organisms and technology  information will have many advantages for researchers and ecology information system. The expert system is one solution to help the problem of classification of living organisms that are authentic and novelty, and can provide advice to the user when the user needs an information about a living organism. One of the important things on the expert system is Reasoning technique. This paper used Production rule as Reasoning technique. Production rule has two reasoning method; forward chaining and backward chaining. Forward chaining method with backward chaining modified is used for inference engine in taxonomy expert system of living organisms. The method is actually forward chaining but in reasoning proccess it takes one hyphothesis of taxonomy level to help the process so the process can be faster to find solution for identification of living organisms.

     Pada era globalisasi saat ini terjadi perubahan paradigma dalam dunia pendidikan, dimana orang-orang yang terlibat dalam dunia pendidikan harus memiliki keterampilan dalam bidang teknologi informasi. Guru sebagai pelaksana dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar harus mampu membuat bahan ajar yang menarik dan interaktif sehingga akan meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk membantu guru-guru MGMP PKn SMA di Kabupaten Ogan Ilir dalam membuat bahan ajar interaktif dengan macromedia flash. Hasil dari kegiatan ini terlihat guru-guru cukup mempunyai kecakapan dalam membuat bahan ajar interaktif dengan macromedia flash.  Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa respon dan tanggapan guru-guru peserta pelatihan cukup baik.  Sebagai umpan balik dari peserta guru-guru adalah pelatihan ini merupakan kegiatan yang positif dan dibutuhkan oleh guru-guru untuk meningkatkan keterampilan guru-guru dalam hal membuat bahan ajar interaktif

    To create the Palembang Smart City is needed an acceleration of development, they are smart economy, smart mobility, smart environment, smart people, smart living, and smart government. Those six things are the dimensions of smart city.                Provisions of transportation facilities and good infrastructure, and the increasing of public service, is one of the dimensions implementation of smart city that could help the development of Palembang City.                In the development of technology of internet this day it could be used to increase the public service and fulfill the needed of information, especially for Palembang government who hasn’t provided the information about public transportation facilities location based on geolocation that should be easily accesed by all Palembang people or tourist. Because of the Information needed so we would develop the geographical information system to search the location of public transportation stop. The choosenmethod for this program are Requirement Analysis, Conceptual Modeling, Implementation and testing. This method is the one of development method of software engineering based on android platform so that produced an application that could solve the problem by providing informations about the public transportation facilities location for all people contains about available halte, included the information about name and address of the halte and appeared the icon of facility signs on maps

    Abstract -- Forest fires are a major cause of the disaster smoke.Finding hotspots of forest fires more easily recognizable fromsatellite imagery so that treatment can be done correctly. Whilesmoke disaster more difficult to identify because of the occurrenceof fire, but not at the point follow the direction of the winddeployment. In the aftermath of the smoke can cause disease,especially lung and ISPA for children and pregnant women. Itsspread can also cover a larger area than the spread of fire. Oneway to cope with the disaster smoke is the role of the broadestcommunity in providing information either incident, the victim, thehandling was done to the presence of volunteers in disaster points.This study proposes a system that can bring together volunteers inthe field, people in need, volunteer / community distribute aid, andgovernment to work together to quickly provide information to meetthe needs of fast and disaster response. The system is implementedsuccessfully photographing needs and successfully tested in alimited group of volunteers.Key Word— Citizen Science, Forest Fires, Smoke Fires, DisasterInformation Systems.Abstrak— Kebakaran hutan merupakan penyebab utamaterjadinya bencana asap. Menemukan titik api kebakaran hutanlebih mudah dikenali dari citra satelit sehingga penanganan dapatdilakukan secara tepat. Sedangkan bencana asap lebih sulitdikenali karena terjadinya bukan pada titik kebakaran melainkanmengikuti arah penyebaran angin. Akibat dari bencana asap dapatmenimbulkan penyakit terutama paru-paru dan ISPA untuk anakanakdan ibu hamil. Penyebarannya juga dapat melingkupi areayang lebih luas daripada penyebaran api. Salah satu cara untukmengatasi bencana asap adalah peran serta masyarakat seluasluasnyadalam memberikan informasi baik kejadian, korban,penanganan yang telah dilakukan hingga keberadaan relawanpada titik-titik bencana. Penelitian ini mengusulkan sistem yangdapat mempertemukan relawan di lapangan, korban yangmembutuhkan, relawan/komunitas yang mendistribusikanbantuan, dan pemerintah untuk bersama-sama dengan cepatmemberikan informasi guna memenuhi keperluan cepat dantanggap bencana.     Abstract—The development of information technology is growingvery rapidly, resulting in much-needed role of information systemsin fulfilling the need for information. With the Paperless OfficeAdministration System (PROFAST) in the Faculty of MedicineUniversias Muhammadiyah Palembang, then to investigate thebehavioral intention using the model UTAUT (Unified Theory OfAcceptance And Use Of Technology). The phenomenon underlyingthis study is not optimal use of Paperless Office AdministrationSystem by the administrative staff in the process of storage andretrieval of data, so the presence PROFAST and not measurabilitynot maximum utilization of the impact of their use for the entireacademic community. This study was limited in scope: the analysisof the influence of Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy,Social Influence and Facilitating Condition of the behavioralintention in the use PROFAST at the Faculty of Medicine,University of Muhammadiyah Palembang.Keywords—PROFAST, Model UTAUT, Fakultas KedokteranUniversitas MuhamadiyahIntisari—Perkembangan teknologi informasi saat iniberkembang dengan sangat pesat, sehingga mengakibatkanperanan sistem informasi sangat dibutuhkan dalam pemenuhankebutuhan akan informasi.     Abstrak— In the evaluation is one important of aspectimprove as service of institution. By knowing to results of theevaluation of service the satisfaction to institution to have areference in determining and to improve the serviceperformance of University. Universitas Pembinaan MasyarakatIndonesia (UPMI) is one of institution (PTS), it is necessary toevaluation of service the satisfaction student. UniversitasPembinaan Masyarakat Indonesia (UPMI) is an educationinstitution, have six faculty: (i) Faculty of Law, (ii) Faculty ofEconomics, (iii) Faculty of Administration, (iv) Faculty ofEngineering, (v) Faculty of Agriculture, and (vi) FacultyTeaching Education.The sum of students in Universitas Pembinaan MasyarakatIndonesia (UPMI) have two thousand eight hundred andnineteen student should be give priority to improve the quality ofservices in order to compete with the other university. To obtaina good evaluation, in method of required an appropriate theevaluation process data so the evaluation results can be gooddescribe of the actual situation or reality.The core of fuzzy evaluation is membership degreetransformation. But the existing transformation methods shouldbe questioned, because redundant data in index membershipdegree is also used to compute object membership degree, whichis not useful for object classification. The new algorithm is: usingdata mining technology based on entropy to mine knowledgeinformation about object classification hidden in every index,affirm the relationship of object classification and indexmembership, eliminate the redundant data in index membershipfor object classification by defining distinguishable weight andextract valid values to compute object membership. The newalgorithm of membership degree transformation includes threecalculation steps which can be summarized as “effective,comparison and composition”, which is denoted as M(1,2,3).The paper applied the new algorithm in the fuzzyevaluation of UPMI graduate student satisfaction.The paper ofdata from spreading evaluation questionnaire have eighthundred and forty-six students e then processed to use fuzzyevaluation of the new algorithm. Results of paper is thepercentage of student satisfaction information to classificate formof very satisfied, satisfied, fairly satisfied, not satisfied. Thebenefit of paper for Universitas Pembinaan MasyarakatIndonesia (UPMI) can be obtain initial information to improveperformance in all of the higher education institutions.     ABSTRACTCurrently the performance appraisal system lecturer at the Faculty of Computer Science, is running as it should be in accordance with the three responsibilities of Higher Education. However, in order to determine the lecturer eligible said best lecturers in the Faculty of Computer Science, can not be seen only with a race on faculty workload alone, which can not help the decision-making officials of the Faculty of Computer Science to determine the lecturer which best suits ratings education, research, and community service. To be able to add real evidence in the field of teaching, the proposed assessment of students to faculty is concerned given the students more often face to face and find out more about the teaching conducted by lecturers. SAW method and AHP method will be implemented into this Final Project. Untuk dapat menambahkan bukti nyata dalam bidang pengajaran, diusulkan penilaian dari mahasiswa terhadap dosen yang bersangkutan mengingat mahasiswa lebih sering bertatap muka dan mengetahui lebih banyak mengenai pengajaran yang dilakukan oleh dosen. Metode SAW dan Metode AHP akan diimplementasikan kedalam Tugas Akhir ini.     Intisari— Penelusuran minat dan kemampuan (PMDK)merupakan salah satu jalur masuk calon mahasiswa baru kesuatu perguruan tinggi negeri ataupun swasta yang diinginkan.Banyaknya data calon mahasiswa baru yang mendaftar akan diseleksi sesuai kuota 10% dari total mahasiswa baru yangditerima untuk setiap program studi. Selain itu, calon mahasiswayang sudah diterima di jalur PMDK belum tentu akanmelanjutkan jenjang studinya di Unjani karena banyak faktoryang mempengaruhi pengunduran diri calon mahasiswa. Denganadanya sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan sebagai alat bantu,dapat menyelesaikan masalah tersebut. Metode pengambilankeputusan yang digunakan adalah metode Analytical HierarchyProcess (AHP) untuk perangkingan dan metode ID3membandingkan data pendaftaran calon mahasiswa dengan datapendaftaran yang sudah lulus atau wisuda, sehingga dapatmemprediksi calon mahasiswa yang akan lulus atau wisuda diUnjani. Dengan adanya sistem ini dapat dihasilkan sebuahrekomendasi kelulusan sesuai kriteria yang ada.Kata Kunci— PMDK, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, ID3,Analytical Hierarchy Process, Calon Mahasiswa.Abstract— Search interests and abilities (PMDK) is one entrypoint for new students to a community college or private asdesired. The amount of data of prospective new students who willenroll in the selection according to the quota of 10% of the totalof new students accepted for each course of study. In addition,students who have been accepted in PMDK not necessarily goingto continue his studies in Unjani level because many factorsaffect the prospective student's resignation. With the existence ofa decision support system as a tool, can solve the problem.Decision making method used is Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP) to perangkingan and ID3 method of comparing theregistration data with registration data of prospective studentswho have graduated or graduation, so it can predict potentialstudents who will graduate or graduation in Unjani.
