No full textThe subdistrict head has a very important role, because in the structure of the sub-district government it is one of the supra-village institutions, one of whose tasks is to provide guidance and supervision to the village/sub-district government in order to be orderly. Siak Hulu Sub-district highlights Buluh Cina village in the empowerment program in terms of village tourism development. To find out the coordination of the sub-district head in seeking community empowerment in Siak Hulu Sub-district, Kampar Regency. To find out the factors that hinder the coordination of the sub-district head in empowering the community in Siak Hulu Sub-district, Kampar Regency. Research can be conducted using research methods, namely qualitative research methods (positivistic). Unity of Action can be concluded that the sub-district head carries out his duties well. Communication can be concluded that community empowerment is only carried out through socialization and training that is carried out. Discipline can be concluded that the sub-district head moves actively in accordance with what is mandated by law. Inhibiting factors in the implementation of community empowerment activities are Lack of funds for the implementation of community empowerment training and socialization. Lack of creativity of the community empowerment implementation committee regarding community empowerment development materials. Lack of government supervision of the implementation of community empowerment activities or processes. Lack of community discipline in implementing empowerment in accordance with the knowledge that has been given in socialization and training

No full textThis study aims to test and analyze the effect of profitability variables, sales growth, company size and managerial agency costs on financial distress in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period. The population in this study was 92 property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period. The research sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique so that 70 companies were obtained that met the research criteria during the 2020-2022 period. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, it shows that the profitability variables, company size and managerial agency costs significantly affect financial distress. The sales growth variable does not have a significant effect on financial distress. Simultaneously, the profitability variables, sales growth, company size, and managerial agency costs have a significant effect on financial distress

This study was conducted at 30 Supermarkets spread across Bangkinang city. Respondents were taken using the Purposive Sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by distributing 80 questionnaires to 30 Supermarkets in Bangkinang city. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis on the SPSS 25 application. The results of this study indicate that partially the supermarket information system has an effect on individual performance and organizational culture partially has an effect on individual performance. Simultaneously, the supermarket information system and organizational culture have an effect on individual performance

No full textThis study aimed to determine the efforts to improve vocabulary mastery among Grade VII students at Islamic Junior High School Hasanah Pekanbaru through the use of interactive picture media. Vocabulary was an essential part of language learning; however, students often faced difficulties in mastering and remembering new words. Therefore, this study utilized interactive picture media as an alternative to help enhance students' understanding and mastery of vocabulary. The method used in this study was an experimental method with a pretest-posttest design. The research sample consisted of 32 selected Grade VII students. The instrument used to measure vocabulary mastery was a written test that included vocabulary taught during the learning process using interactive picture media. The results of the study showed a significant improvement in students' vocabulary mastery after implementing interactive picture media. This was evidenced by an increase in students' average posttest scores compared to the pretest scores. Based on data analysis, it was concluded that the use of interactive picture media was effective in improving vocabulary mastery among Grade VII students at Islamic Junior High School Hasanah Pekanbaru. This study contributed to the development of innovative language learning methods that could be applied in other schools

No full textThis study aims to determine the effect of using the rote learning method on improving the ability to memorize Arabic vocabulary among seventh-grade students at Bina Integrated Islamic Junior High School in Pekanbaru.This research is an ex post facto study using a quantitative approach. The population consisted of 51 seventh-grade students at Bina Integrated Islamic Junior High School in Pekanbaru. Data collection techniques included questionnaires, documentation, and interviews. The research instrument was a questionnaire consisting of 26 items, which had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was carried out using simple linear regression techniques with the SPSS version 27 program.The research findings revealed that:(1) There is a significant effect of the rote learning method on the ability to memorize Arabic vocabulary, as indicated by an F value of 30.359 with a statistical significance of 0.000 (p < 0.05);(2) The effect size is reflected in the correlation coefficient (R) of 0.619, which falls within the “strong” category, and a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.383, meaning that the rote learning method contributes 38.3% to students' ability to memorize Arabic vocabulary;(3) The relationship between the two variables is positive, with the regression equation Y = 5.218 + 0.929X, indicating that every one-unit increase in the use of the rote learning method leads to a 0.929-unit increase in the ability to memorize Arabic vocabulary

No full textThis study explores the perceptions of Nursing Science students at Universitas Riau regarding Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs). These complaints commonly arise due to non-ergonomic working postures, repetitive activities, and individual factors. Student perceptions vary and affect how they manage MSDs. This descriptive quantitative research focuses on factual data rather than drawing conclusions. Findings show that students aged 18–22 report pain in muscles, bones, and joints, categorized as MSDs. Many perceive these complaints as temporary, while others acknowledge their impact on anxiety and academic stress. The Faculty of Nursing must implement preventive strategies to manage MSD risk factors based on students’ habits and lifestyles. Students are encouraged to increase their knowledge on MSDs to better manage and reduce risks. Future researchers should explore the psychological aspects related to MSD complaints in greater depth
Kontrol Diri Sebagai Mediator Pengaruh Religiusitas Islam Terhadap Online-fear Of Missing Out (on-fomo) Pada Pengguna Media Sosial Di Indonesia
No full textThere are many teachings of Islam that foster self-control, but there has been no research that makes self-control a mediator of Islamic religiosity and Online-Fear of Missing Out (ON-FoMO). The purpose of this study was to determine the role of self-control as a mediator of the effect of Islamic religiosity on ON-FoMO. The research subjects amounted to 205 social media user respondents in Indonesia, with incidental sampling technique. The instrument used in this study is the Online-Fear of Missing Out (ON-FoMO) scale consisting of 20 items, the Brief Self Control Scale (BSCS) scale consisting of 10 items, and the Indonesian-Psychological Measurement of Islamic Religiousness (I-PMIR) consisting of 52 items. The results of statistical analysis using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) Partial Least Square showed that the Islamic religiosity variable has a significant negative influence indirectly on ON-FoMO through self-control. The practical implication of this study is the need for religious value-based intervention design in shaping self-control to prevent Online-Fear of Missing Out (ON-FoMO)

Full text linkPelatihan budidaya lebah madu Apis mellifera bagi pemuda Suku Akit di Rupat Utara, Kabupaten Bengkalis, bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan teknis sebagai upaya diversifikasi ekonomi berbasis potensi lokal. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 11 peserta dengan metode participatory action research(PAR), menggabungkan presentasi visual (baliho danleaflet), demonstrasi langsung, serta praktik lapangan meliputi pemindahan koloni, pemanenan, dan penentuan lokasi stup. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada pemahaman peserta dari 0% menjadi 78% dengan 81% mengakui efektivitas media visual. Sebanyak 92% peserta bersedia mengadopsi budidaya lebah sebagai sumber pendapatan tambahan, meskipun tantangan seperti keterbatasan akses peralatan (stup dan bibit) serta pemasaran produk masih menjadi kendala utama. Solusi yang diusulkan meliputi kolaborasi dengan dinas terkait untuk penyediaan infrastruktur, pelatihan lanjutan pemasaran digital, dan pendampingan berkelanjutan selama 6 bulan pasca-pelatihan. Program ini tidak hanya berpotensi meningkatkan pendapatan, tetapi juga mendukung pelestarian lingkungan melalui penyerbukan alami. Rekomendasi kebijakan mencakup integrasi dengan penyuluhan pertanian terpadu dan penguatan kelembagaan kelompok pemuda

The formulation of the problem in this study is how to implement car rental agreements at CV. Rivanzo Nusantara Group Pekanbaru City and how to settle obligations in car rental agreements at CV. Rivanzo Nusantara Group Pekanbaru City. The type of research used by the researcher in this thesis is empirical legal research, a legal research method that uses empirical facts taken from human behavior, both verbal behavior obtained from interviews and real behavior carried out through direct observation. Meanwhile, judging from the nature of this research, it is descriptive, namely providing a clear and detailed description of an incident that occurred about the Implementation of Car Rental Agreements at CV. Rivanzo Nusantara Group Pekanbaru City. From the results of the research by the author, it can be concluded that in the implementation of the car rental agreement at CV. Rivanzo Nusantara Group Pekanbaru City is carried out in writing and contains the respective rights and obligations between the parties, after meeting the requirements and agreeing on the content of the agreement, the parties can sign the car rental agreement. However, in its implementation, there are still many renters who are negligent in fulfilling their obligations, caused by several things such as limited time or delays in returning rented cars, cancellation of leases by renters, and damage to rented vehicles—meanwhile, the settlement of obligations carried out by the renter in the car rental agreement at CV. No full textThis study was conducted with the aim of determining the effect of convenience and risk on purchasing decisions in the use of Spaylater among women in Bukit Raya District, Pekanbaru City. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and produced 170 samples which would fill out the questionnaire and then be called respondents. The data analysis method used Partial Least Squares or PLS analysis. The results of the study showed that (1) convenience had a positive and significant effect on risk, (2) risk had a positive and significant effect on trust, (3) risk had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, (4) convenience had a positive and significant effect on trust, (5) convenience had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, (6) trust had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, (7) convenience did not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions when passing trust as a moderating variable, (8) risk had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions when passing trust as a moderating variable
