No full textThis study aims to analyze the influence of work-life balance and job satisfaction on employee productivity in the production department of PT. Edco Persada Energi, Batang Peranap District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The total population of 60 employees was used as the sample through a census method. Data were collected using questionnaires and documentation, and analyzed with SmartPLS. The results show that job satisfaction does not have a significant effect on productivity, while work-life balance has a moderately significant effect. Collectively, both variables have a moderately significant influence on employee productivity

No full textThis study aims to identify sources of electricity waste based on lean management principles at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Islam Riau (FKIP UIR). Electricity waste is a major concern due to its impact on operational costs and environmental sustainability. Using a qualitative method, data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings indicate that electricity waste at FKIP UIR is primarily caused by inefficient use of devices such as air conditioners, lights, Smart TV, fans, and computers. Waste elimination strategies include implementing energysaving policies, conducting awareness campaigns, establishing specific regulations, adopting energy-efficient technologies, and enhancing stakeholder awareness. Lean management principles such as Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, and Standard Work are applied to create sustainable energy efficiency. This research significantly contributes to energy efficiency efforts in higher education institutions

The sample used the Purposive Sampling method, so the sample in this study was 50 respondents. The types and sources of data are primary and secondary data, while data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression testing with the help of SmartPLS-4 software. The results of this research show that service quality and price have a significant effect on customer loyalty and consumer satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of service quality and price on customer loyalty at the Gemilang Building Store in Sungai Apit District

The formulation of the problem in this research is what is the supervisory role of the Siak Regency Transportation Service regarding the supervisory function of controlling large tonnage vehicles in Siak Regency, what is the role of the Siak Regency Transportation Service's duties regarding excessive loads at the weigh bridge, what are the factors that influence the Department's supervision? Siak Regency Transportation in monitoring large tonnage vehicles in Siak Regency. The purpose of this research is to determine the supervisory role of the Siak Regency Transportation Service regarding the supervisory function of controlling large-tonnage vehicles in Siak Regency. For the role of the Siak Regency Transportation Service in dealing with excessive loads at the weigh bridge. To find out the obstacles to the Siak Regency Transportation Service in monitoring large tonnage vehicles in Siak Regency. The supervision theory used is according to Siagian, (2000) with indicators of setting standards, carrying out assessments and taking corrective action. This research method uses a qualitative research type. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. Then the informants in this research referred to the DISHUB field, the community and truck drivers. The results of research from the Department of Transportation regarding supervision of large-tonnage vehicles have not been implemented properly because the Department of Transportation officers have carried out the appropriate monitoring indicators, then the Department of Transportation has also given sanctions to parties who violate these regulations and the inhibiting factors that influence the supervision of heavy-tonnage trucks in the Regency. Siak is the ability and attitude of implementing supervisors, the lack of adequate monitoring posts, the lack of an ideal demolition location/place in Siak Regency, the lack of coordination with other related agencies in the field of road traffic, such as the Siak Regency Traffic Police Unit. No full textThis research is motivated by the low learning achievement of students at the Tebuireng 4 Al-Ishlah Islamic Boarding School. A student must have good learning achievement, because learning achievement is an important thing that must be possessed, especially in terms of active questioning. The formulation of the problem that will be studied by this study is how the influence of active questioning on the learning achievement of Islamic Religious Education of Students at the Tebuireng 4 Al-Ishlah Islamic Boarding School. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of active questioning on the learning achievement of Islamic Religious Education of Students at the Tebuireng 4 Al-Ishlah Islamic Boarding School. This type of research is quantitative research with a correlation approach. Sampling was carried out using proportionate Stratified Random Sampling, with a sample of 53 students. For data collection using questionnaires and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the hypothesis of the influence of active questioning on learning achievement is accepted with a significance value of 0.000. The magnitude of the influence of active questioning on learning achievement is strong (0.759). It can be predicted that if the Influence of Questioning Activity is increased, it will contribute to increasing learning achievement by 0.548 or 54.8%. It can be concluded that the results of this study are that there is a strong influence between questioning activity and student learning achievement, therefore the more students have high questioning activity, the better the achievement produced by students

No full textThis research was motivated by the low level of noble character (Akhlakul Karimah) among students at Al-Kautsar Modern Islamic Boarding School Pekanbaru. Since morality is a fundamental aspect of Islam, especially for santri (Islamic boarding school students), they are expected to exhibit good character. The study aimed to determine the levels of Aqidah Akhlak and Akhlakul Karimah among students and to examine the influence of Aqidah Akhlak learning on the development of their noble character. A quantitative correlational approach was used, with the research population consisting of students from classes VIIB, VIIC, and VIID. A saturated sampling technique was applied, involving all 81 students in the population. Data were collected through questionnaires and documentation. The findings showed that there was a significant influence of Aqidah Akhlak learning on students' noble character, with a significance value of 0.000 and a moderate correlation coefficient of 0.405 (40.5%). The analysis further predicted that improved Aqidah Akhlak learning could contribute up to 70.7% in shaping students’ noble character. Therefore, it can be concluded that Aqidah Akhlak learning plays an important role in influencing the noble character of students at Al-Kautsar Modern Islamic Boarding School Pekanbaru

No full textThis research was motivated by the low level of student discipline at YLPI Junior High School Perhentian Marpoyan Pekanbaru. In the learning process, students needed to have a good school environment. A good school environment during the learning process could help shape student discipline. The school environment included physical, social, and academic aspects that could influence student behavior in following rules and norms. The research problem was how much the school environment influenced in improving discipline of Grade VII students at YLPI Junior High School Perhentian Marpoyan Pekanbaru. The objective of this study was to determine the influence of school environment on improving the discipline of Grade VII students at YLPI Junior High School Perhentian Marpoyan Pekanbaru. This study used a quantitative correlational method. The population of this research consisted of Grade VII students. Sampling was conducted using a saturated sampling technique, in which the entire population—74 students—was taken as the sample. Data were collected through questionnaires and documentation. The results of the study showed that the hypothesis regarding the influence of the school environment on student discipline was accepted, with a significance value of 0.000. The influence of the school environment on student discipline was 0.289 or 28.9%, categorized as “low.” The level of correlation between the school environment and student discipline was 0.538 or 53.8%, categorized as “moderately high.” The results of this research indicated that if the school environment was improved to be better, more comfortable, and conducive, it could contribute to an increase in student discipline at YLPI Junior High School Perhentian Marpoyan Pekanbaru by 72.8%. Therefore, it could be concluded that there was an influence of school environment on improving discipline of Grade VII students at YLPI Junior High School Perhentian Marpoyan Pekanbaru

No full textThis research paper aims to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of company size, profit growth, financial distress, auditor reputation on going concern audits in energy sector companies in 2018-2022. The population and sample for this research are energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2018-2022. Quantitative descriptive data analysis using data analysis, namely logistic regression analysis because several dependent variables are dummy variables.This research concludes partially and simultaneously that company size, profit growth, financial distress and auditor reputation influence going concern audits. The coefficient of determination seen from the Nagelkerke R Square value is 0.807. This indicates that the ability of the independent variables, namely company size, profit growth, financial distress, auditor reputation in explaining the dependent variable, namely going concern audits in energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022 is 80.7%. Meanwhile, the remainder is explained by other variables outside of this research model, namely 19.3%

No full textThis research is motivated by the issue of character development, particularly among students at SD Negeri 010 Semelinang Darat. Some students are unable to control their speech, and others demonstrate improper dressing habits. Therefore, guidance from Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers is necessary. The research question addressed in this study is: What efforts are made by Islamic Religious Education teachers in shaping the character of students at SD Negeri 010 Semelinang Darat, Indragiri Hulu? This research aims to understand the efforts of Islamic Religious Education teachers in shaping students' character at SD Negeri 010 Semelinang Darat, Indragiri Hulu. It is a qualitative study that employs interviews and documentation methods. The data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing and verifying conclusions. The findings show that PAI teachers employ various strategies to shape students' character through several approaches: role modeling (uswah hasanah), habituation (ta’dib), story-based teaching, the use of rewards and punishments, and collaboration with parents. Moreover, the character development focuses on students' behavior towards Allah SWT, themselves, others, and the environment. Although challenges such as external influences and excessive use of technology exist, teachers remain committed to their roles and emphasize the importance of cooperation between the school, parents, and the community. These collective efforts are expected to cultivate noble character and values in students
