No full textEach individual has a different role in learning, a teacher has an important role in recognizing and understanding the characteristics of his students' learning styles. The aim of this research is to describe teachers' understanding of student learning styles and teacher learning profiles in facilitating student learning styles at SDN 018 Pematang Manggis. This type of research is qualitative research with a naturalistic inquiry approach. The results of the research show that the homeroom teachers for classes I, II, IV and V at SDN 018 Pematang Manggis theoretically understand students' learning styles. The learning profile that teachers carry out in facilitating students' learning styles is quite good, the material delivery strategy has been prepared in such a way as to ensure smooth learning, but there is still a need to increase the use of learning methods that are more varied and provide relevant learning. Teachers' obstacles in facilitating students' difficult learning styles include facilitating students with auditory learning styles, rarely using projectors when teaching and not necessarily all students being able to understand the lesson material. The efforts made by teachers to facilitate students' learning styles are time discipline, integrating student learning progress, ensuring that all students get the same learning opportunities, establishing cooperation between students, teachers and parents and broadening horizons. No full textABSTRACT ACCULTURATION OF MARESEK TRADITIONAL CULTURE IN MINANGKABAU WEDDINGS IN PEKANBARU Dinda Anugrah 199110253 This research aims at how to acculturate Maresek traditional culture in Minangkabau weddings in Pekanbaru. Cultural acculturation is a very important social communication process in society, where individuals or groups who have different cultures meet and interact with each other. The focus of interpersonal communication in this research uses the theory proposed by Redfield. This theory explains how to identify issues that influence acculturation, namely: contact, mutual influence, and change. In this research, researchers used a qualitative approach to collect data through observation, interviews, documentation. The research results obtained on communication acculturation explain that young men will be matched with girls in the Minangkabau tradition, the Maresek custom. In the Maresek tradition, communication not only functions to convey information about the prospective bride and groom, but also to build emotional relationships and mutual understanding between both sides of the family. A communication process that is dynamic, open, and involves various elements such as feelings, opinions, and hopes, creates space for deeper dialogue regarding compatibility and the values that will be lived in marriage. Cultural acculturation in the maresek custom in Pekanbaru reflects the process of adapting traditional Minangkabau culture to modern cultural values that are developing due to the influence of globalization and urbanization. However, despite acculturation and adaptation to foreign cultures, the maresek custom in Pekanbaru still maintains core Minangkabau values, such as friendship, family harmony, and the importance of introductions involving the extended family in the marriage process. No full texthis research was conducted to determine the implementation of the school literacy movement at SDN 007 Teratak Air Hitam and to determine students' interest in reading. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Selection of informants based on purposive sampling technique. The data collection method used semi-structured interview techniques, observation, and documentation. The data analysis method used is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The result of this research is that the elementary school at SDN 007 Teratak Air Hitam implements reading literacy into literacy that must be done at school. Because elementary schools are the most appropriate place to instill reading literacy to students. Students' interest in reading at SDN 007 is still fairly moderate. This is because there are some students who have experienced an increase in reading habits. but it is said that it is not yet maximal because not all students have experienced an increase in student reading. No full textMany children experience difficulties in learning language, namely difficulties experienced by someone in acquiring the ability to listen, speak, read and write. Thus, the use of anagram games in learning Indonesian vocabulary at SD Negeri 21 Pekanbaru can be a positive step to improve the quality of education at that school. The research used was a Quasi Experimental Design with one pretestposttest group. involving 29 students. This can be compared with the conditions before and after the treatment was given. Based on the paired sample t-test, the sig. (2-tailed) is 0.00, which is less than 0.05. Therefore, Ho can be decided to be rejected and Ha can be accepted, indicating an increase in the average score between the pretest and posttest of student learning outcomes. This indicates that there is an influence of anagram games on increasing students' Indonesian vocabulary. This is proven by the average pretest score of 72.93 and the average posttest score of 86.38. The increase in the average posttest score was caused by the use of anagram games in learning. Key words: vocabulary mastery, anagram games, Indonesian language learning

No full textThe legal regulations concerning the obligations of plantation companies, including plantation law regulations and land law regulations, do not incorporate the principles of Agrarian Reform in the implementation of Land Redistribution. This is because the obligation of companies holding IUP-B, IUP, HGU permits, which were originally required to develop plantations for the surrounding community on at least 20% of the total plantation area managed by the company, has changed to the obligation to facilitate the development of community plantations on at least 20% of the IUP-B, IUP area. Consequently, the TORA (Agrarian Reform Object) to be redistributed to the community does not align with the goals of agrarian reform in improving the welfare and justice of the community, addressing land ownership inequality, and resolving agrarian conflicts. This dissertation research aims to address two substantive issues presented in this dissertation. These two issues are: how the regulation of land redistribution as an obligation of plantation companies relates to the development of community plantation businesses, and how the legal regulations concerning the obligations of plantation companies in land redistribution can be reconstructed based on the value of justice. The research method used is normative legal research with a statute approach and a case approach. Legal research using a statute approach is employed to examine various legal rules that are both the factual basis and the central theme of the research, while the case approach is used to study the application of legal norms or principles in legal practice. The research findings conclude that it is proven that the legal regulations concerning the obligations of plantation companies, both in plantation law and land law, do not incorporate the principles of Agrarian Reform in the implementation of Land Redistribution. This is because the obligation of companies holding IUP-B, IUP, HGU permits, which were originally required to develop plantations for the surrounding community on at least 20% of the total plantation area managed by the company, has changed to the obligation to facilitate the development of community plantations on at least 20% of the IUP-B, IUP, HGU area. As a result, the TORA object through the company's obligations is not properly realized, and the noble goals of agrarian reform, such as restructuring land ownership inequality, resolving agrarian conflict disputes, and improving community welfare, are not achieved. The legal reconstruction conducted on the regulations governing plantations and land regulations involves revising Article 15 of the Minister of Agriculture Regulation (Permentan) No. 98/Permentan/OT.140/9/2013 concerning Guidelines for Plantation Business Licensing, Article 58 of Law No. 39 of 2014 concerning Plantations, Article 15 of Permentan No. 21/Permentan/KB.410/5/2017 concerning the Second Amendment to Minister of Agriculture Regulation No. 98/Permentan/Ot.140/9/2013 concerning Guidelines for Plantation Business Licensing, Article 27 of Government Regulation (PP) No. 18 of 2021 concerning Management Rights, Land Rights, Apartment Units, and Land Registration, Articles 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 of PP No. 26 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of Agriculture, Article 1 point 7, Article 2, Article 9, Article 29, Permentan No. 18 of 2021 concerning Facilitation of Community Plantation Development, Article 82 of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency of the Republic of Indonesia Regulation No. 18 of 2021 concerning Procedures for Determining Management Rights and Land Rights, Point 5 of the Circular Letter of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency Head No. 11/SeHk.02.02/Viii/2020 concerning the Implementation of Corporate Obligations in Facilitating Community Plantation Development through the spirit of Agrarian Reform in the TORA object from the obligation to develop community plantations with an area of at least 20% of the IUP-B, IUP, HGU area

No full textThis research aims to examine the influence of inflation, exchange rates, leverage, profitability and stock trading volume on stock price volatility. The data used is secondary data from financial reports obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period January 2017 – December 2023. The objects of this research are oil and gas mining sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data analysis uses the classic assumption test and hypothesis testing uses panel data regression analysis using the eviews 9 tool. The research model used in the analysis is the Chow test and the Lagrange Multiplier test with the Random Effect Model method. This research uses the Stock Price Volatility variable as the dependent variable, then the Inflation, Exchange Rate, Leverage, Profitability and Stock Trading Volume variables as the independent variables. The research results show that inflation has no effect on share price volatility. while the exchange rate, leverage, profitability and stock trading volume have a positive influence on stock price volatilit

Based on the results of the evaluation of the Government Agency Performance Accountability System (SAKIP), although there was an increase in performance, several components still showed a decline that needed to be improved. The population of this study was 102 Civil Servants. The method of determining the number of samples using the Slovin formula, from the calculation of the formula the number of research samples obtained was 50 people with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The analysis tool used was Path Analysis using the SPSS (Satistical Package for Social Science) version 25.0. The results of the study concluded that: (1) Leadership has a significant effect on organizational culture. (2) Leadership has a significant effect on employee performance. (3) Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. (4) Indirect influence was obtained that leadership has a significant effect on employee performance through organizational culture

No full textThe purpose of this study is to examine the role of the Department of Tourism, Culture, Youth, and Sports (Dispabudpora) of Bengkalis Regency in preserving the sport of sepak takraw in Bengkalis Regency, based on the indicators of Stabilizer, Innovator, Modernizer, Pioneer, and Implementer. The development of young athletes is key to preserving the sport; however, existing programs are often poorly structured. The department lacks a long-term development system that includes talent scouting, intensive training, and continuous competency enhancement for athletes. The shortage of competent coaches in sepak takraw is also a significant issue. Without expert coaches, athletes' technical skills and game strategies cannot develop optimally. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach. The research involved seven informants, with the Head of Dispabudpora serving as the key informant. Data collection was conducted through interviews, and data analysis used the on-site data analysis technique developed by Miles and Huberman. Based on the findings and discussions in the previous chapters, it can be concluded that Dispabudpora of Bengkalis Regency has played a significant role in preserving the sport of sepak takraw, through competition programs, athlete development, and the provision of facilities and infrastructure. However, this preservation effort still faces several challenges, including budget limitations, inadequate facilities in remote areas, and insufficient public outreach

No full textPublic service in the health sector is one of the problems being addressed in public service matters. The quality of health services is important amidst the development of information technology, including the problem of the quality of health services for BPJS users. This thesis research aims to analyze the quality of BPJS Health services at Tanah Putih Health Center. Furthermore, to find out the factors that support and hinder BPJS Health services at Tanah Putih Health Center. This study uses a descriptive qualitative analysis method. Interviews are used as the primary source of this thesis research aimed at key informants and informants. SOP documents and requirements are used as secondary data in this study. This study shows that the quality of BPJS Health services at Tanah Putih Health Center has been running well, as measured by five important service quality indicators. First, tangibles that indicate the physical condition of BPJS services are available, such as medical equipment buildings (Waiting Room, Parking). Second, Reliability indicates that the ability of human resources (Medical Officers) has been filled by experienced officers and their fields of expertise. Third, Responsiveness shows that medical and non-medical personnel quickly respond to the needs of BPJS patient services by following BPJS procedures. Fourth, Assurance shows that health centre officers provide and create a sense of comfort and trust to provide Assurance of the health services provided. Fifth, Empathy shows that Tanah Putih Health Centre officers provide a friendly attitude, showing concern for BPJS user complaints as evidenced by twoway and polite communication

No full textThe selection process for internship candidates to Japan conducted by the Department of Manpower and Transmigration of Riau Province still faces several challenges, including inefficiencies due to manual procedures, inconsistency in evaluation standards, and limited technological support for fast and objective decision-making. To address these issues, a web-based Decision Support System (DSS) was developed using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. This method is applied to determine priority weights to assist in selecting prospective interns based on measurable criteria such as basic mathematics tests, physical endurance, interviews, and Japanese language proficiency. The results of this study indicate that the developed system successfully implements the AHP method, where manual calculations and computerized outputs yield consistent results, confirming the system’s validity. The system is capable of producing accurate and consistent rankings of internship candidates (CR < 0.1), thereby assisting decisionmakers in selecting the most eligible participants. In conclusion, the developed system is effective in enhancing transparency, efficiency, and accuracy in the selection process of internship candidates to Japan, and serves as a reliable decisionmaking tool for the relevant institution. Based on the testing results from users, an accuracy rate of 86.67% was obtained from 3 respondents, indicating that the developed system can be implemented as one of the tools in the selection process for sending participants to Japan
