No full textThe purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of overtime working hours and the work environment on employee job satisfaction at PT. Tasma Puja – KBC, which is located in three villages: Kepayang Sari Village, Cenaku Kecil Village, and Anak Talang Village, in Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu Regency, Riau Province. The population in this study consists of all employees working at the company, totaling 163 people. The sampling method used in this study is purposive sampling. The sample consists of 69 office employees, selected from the total population of 163 employees. The data collection techniques used in this research are questionnaires and documentation. The results of the study indicate that overtime working hours and the work environment have a significant influence on job satisfaction, and that both variables simultaneously and significantly affect employee job satisfaction

No full textThe purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of WorkLife Balance and Job Satisfaction on Employee Retention at PT. Surya Agrolika Mutual. The population in this study was 100 respondents, saturated sampling was used using the census method where the total population was 100 respondents, so the total number of samples was taken. This research data was obtained from questionnaires (primary), literature study, and direct interviews with related parties according to the research objectives. The data analysis techniques used in this research are the Path Analysis Test, Partial Least Square, Outer Model, Inner Model, and Hypothesis. This type of research is quantitative descriptive with data processing using SEM PLS 4.0. The results of this research indicate that WorkLife Balance has a positive and insignificant effect on the construct of Employee Retention at PT. No full textThis research aims to analyze marketing mix strategies implemented by Toko Yona in Sungai Lipai Village in order increase competitiveness and meet consumer needs. Yona Shop is a retail business that serves the local community with various daily necessities products. This research uses a descriptive approach with methods qualitative, where data is collected through interviews with owners store, staff, and some customers, as well as direct observation of marketing activities carried out by the store. Marketing mix concept used includes four main elements, namely: product, price, place, and promotions. The research results show that Toko Yona has implemented marketing strategy that focuses on selecting the right product, competitive pricing, strategic location selection, and promotion which is done by attaching writing to the good inside in the form of discounts or price reductions for large purchases. Despite this, stores still face some challenges in expanding market reach and increasing customer loyalty. This research suggests that Toko Yona should consider diversification products and strengthen digital promotions to optimize market potential which exists

No full textThis study was motivated by the development of zakat fund management. The Indonesian Zakat Initiative (IZI) of Pekanbaru Branch is a zakat institution that functions as a zakat manager with the aim of building an authentic zakat institution. IZI Riau has carried out various activities, such as zakat programs, alms and social assistance. One of them is ‘Eazy Chicken’ which is assistance to the people's economy, which focuses on the poor and needy who are included in the 8 asnaf. This study was conducted at the Indonesian Zakat Initiative (IZI) of Riau Branch. The problem formulation of the study was How the Concept of Donation Fund Management in the Micro Business Empowerment Program of Eazy Chicken by the Indonesian Zakat Initiative (IZI). The aim of the study was to determine the roles of IZI in managing zakat funds through the Eazy Chicken program in helping the people's economy. The type of the study was qualitative research. The data collection techniques of the study were observation, interviews and documentation, and the collected data were analyzed by applying the qualitative descriptive theory through the stages of data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions based on the data analysis from the results of interviews with the informants. The conclusion of the study showed that the Eazy Chicken program carried out by IZI could help the economy of beneficiaries, although not completely. And also in the system of providing capital assistance provided by IZI had been implemented in good and correct methods. However, in its implementation, there were still several obstacles, such as in terms of training or selection of beneficiaries. So, it is expected that there will be changes in these aspects so that it can have a better impact in the future in the Eazy Chicken program

No full textAccording to the Great Dictionary of the Indonesian Language, role means player. Or Role means something that is played or carried out. Role is defined as an activity played or played by someone who has a position or social status in an organization. Role according to terminology is a set of behaviors expected to be possessed by those who have a position in society. Guidance is one of the activities to maintain and perfect what already exists and is done repeatedly. Moral guidance must also be given to children from an early age and must be carried out by related parties such as parents, government educational institutions and other parties on an ongoing basis so that they can have noble morals as exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad SAW and are able to stay away from bad morals. Therefore, in the implementation of moral guidance, school students and teachers are required to provide good role models and always pay attention to students in terms of knowledge, attitudes and behavior as well as worship skills to realize students who have noble morals in accordance with the Islamic religion. From the results of this study, the author can conclude that in fostering students' morals, appropriate methods are used, such as role models, habits, advice or understanding, and giving punishments and warnings. However, in the study, the author found that the process of fostering students' morals is from the personal self of students of SMP NEGERI 10 Tambusai Utara and the lack of parental attention to their children

The evaluation of integrated administrative services in Pangean sub-district focuses on several key indicators which include service efficiency, service costs, officer competency, and existing facilities and infrastructure in each sub-district office. -Each service location has its own duties and functions, such as managing population administration , Management of Social Welfare Administration, Management of Licensing and Development Administration, Management of Defense and Transportation Administration. The type of research used in the research is descriptive qualitative administration of Teepadu sub-district (PATEN) in Pangean sub-district, Kuantan Singingi Regency. It can be concluded that the administrative services at the sub-district office still face several obstacles that affect the effectiveness and efficiency of the main factors that cause delays in completing various administrations, especially e-management. KTP and other documents and this lowers the level Community Satisfaction Another inhibiting factor is the lack of facilities such as adequate computers and photocopiers and the existence of technical errors in data processing

No full textThis study aimed to analyze the effect of using Virtual Reality (VR) technology on students’ motivation in learning Islamic Studies at SMKN 1 of XIII Koto Kampar. Learning motivation is an important aspect that influences the effectiveness of learning, while VR provides an interactive and immersive experience that can improve students’ understanding and engagement. This was a quantitative study with a correlational approach, involving grade XI students as the population and sample of the study. The data were collected through questionnaires on learning motivation and the use of VR which was analyzed by using statistical tests. The results of the study showed that there was an effect of using Virtual Reality on students’ motivation in lerning Islamic Studies at SMKN 1 of XIII Koto Kampar with a significance value of 0.0000 <0.05. The magnitude of the effect of using Virtual Reality on students’ learning motivation was strong, based on the Correlation Coefficient value of 0.643 which was in the range of 0.60-0.79. So it was concluded that the integration of VR technology in learning Islamic Studies significantly increased students’ motivation, which was characterized by an increase in active involvement, focus, and learning satisfaction. The students were more enthusiastic in participating in learning, showing independent learning initiatives, and providing positive feedback on the use of VR. This study recommended to use VR as an innovation in learning Islamic Studies to improve the effectiveness of learning and student involvement

No full textThis research aims to test and analyze the effect of implementing Green accounting and environmental performance on company value with Profitability as a moderating variable in energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period. The population in this study was 86 energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period. The research sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique to obtain 34 companies that met the research criteria during the 2020-2022 time period. Data analysis uses moderated regression analysis techniques. The results of this research show that green accounting has an effect on company value, while environmental performance has no effect on company value. Simultaneously green accounting and environmental performance influence company value. The results of this research also show that Profitability is able to strengthen the influence of Green accounting on company value, but Profitability is not able to strengthen the influence of environmental performance on company value
