Fenomena Transformasi Konten Dakwah di Media Digital (Studi Kasus Pada Konten Login Habib Ja’far)
This study aims to determine the phenomenon of Da'wah Content Transformation in Digital Media (Case Study on Habib Ja'far Login Content). This research uses qualitative research methods, with the research subject being Deddy Corbuzier's Youtube account in the form of Habib Ja'far's LogIn content from season one to three which was selected using purposive sampling technique. The data collection techniques used are observation, documentation and literature study. The results of the research and conclusions show that the results of the researcher's research on Habib Ja'far's Login content on Deddy Corbuzier's YouTube channel aim to identify the form of da'wah transformation that occurs in digital media, especially through the Login content program. Based on the analysis of several content episodes in each season, researchers found 4 main phenomena that show the transformation of da'wah, namely the language style in season 1 login content which tends to have a provocative touch, the language style in season 2 login content shows a shift towards discussions that emphasize tolerance values, the language style in season 3 login content tends to be critical, the discussion in each season of the login program has a different discussion focus that reflects the dynamics of relevant issues of its time. The host in each season is different from the host of the login program in season 1 with a provocative touch in presenting questions, in season 2 the host is more in-depth in discussing religious and social issues in accepting differences, in season 3 the host increases and provides new dynamics in this program. Then the themes discussed in each season are different, such as in season 1 religious moderation and religious social issues, in season 2 tolerance and interfaith dialogue, in season 3 inclusiveness and humor in religious discussions
Pemanfaatan Media Sosial Instagram Akun @Sepdum Dalam Upaya Memberikan Informasi Kepada Followers
This study aims to find out how Instagram social media is used by @sepdum accounts in providing information to their followers. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection methods in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation to obtain relevant and in-depth results. The informants in this study are individuals who are directly involved in the process of managing @sepdum accounts, including the creative team and content managers. The results of the research were analyzed using five dimensions of the User Generated Content theory, namely Content Creation, User Participation, Trust & Credibility, Content Relevance, and Interactivity. Based on the analysis, it was found that @sepdum accounts produce and share various types of content, ranging from local information, MSME promotions, to viral news. In addition, followers also contribute by sending content and responding to posts. Follower participation is seen through various forms of interaction, such as comments, tags, and reshares or reposts. Trust in @sepdum account is built through consistency in delivering information that is accurate and in accordance with the needs of the audience. The content shared is always tailored to local issues and emerging or viral trends, so it remains engaging. Interactivity between account managers and followers occurs continuously mainly through comments and direct messages, which allows for a two-way dialogue and builds closer relationships. Overall, @sepdum account has successfully applied the main dimensions in the theory of User Generated Content to provide information to its followers
Peran Humas Dalam Mempublikasikan Kegiatan DPRD Provinsi Riau Melalui Akun Instagram @Dprd.Riau
The rapid development of social media in the current digital era has prompted government agencies to utilize digital platforms as a medium for publication and communication with the public. This phenomenon is evident in the use of the official Instagram account @dprd.riau by the Public Relations Office of the Riau Provincial DPRD Secretariat to convey information about legislative activities to the public. This study aims to determine the role of public relations in publicizing the activities of the Riau Provincial DPRD through Instagram social media. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach, with primary sources including the Head of the Public Relations Sub-Coordinator of the DPRD, the Instagram administrator, and three informants from the general public who use social media. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, and analyzed qualitatively through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the Public Relations Office of the Riau Provincial DPRD plays a strategic role as a communication technician in regularly publicizing legislative activities through Instagram. The publication process is carried out systematically, starting from documenting activities, content preparation by the release team, to uploading by the admin. Publication through Instagram is considered effective in conveying information to the public because it is fast, easily accessible, and interactive. However, challenges still exist in the form of content that tends to be formal and visually unappealing. In conclusion, the Public Relations Office of the Riau Provincial DPRD plays a crucial role in building public trust through transparent and informative publication of council activities on Instagram
Efektivitas Instagram @Samsatkelilingpekanbaru Sebagai Sumber Informasi Jadwal Penyediaan Layanan Di Kota Pekanbaru
This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the instagram account @samsatkelilingpekanbaru in disseminating information about the service schedule of the Mobile Samsat program in Pekanbaru City. This account is managed by the Regional Revenue Agency (Bapenda) of Riau Province as a digital communication medium to reach the public more broadly and efficiently. The study employs a descriptive quantitative approach using the 4C theory (Context, Communication, Collaboration, and Connection) as the analytical framework. A total of 376 respondents were selected through simple random sampling. Data were collected via an online questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS version 27. Validity testing was conducted using the Product Moment correlation method, and reliability testing was performed using Cronbach's Alpha. The results reveal that the Instagram account is highly effective in delivering relevant, accurate, and easy-to-understand information to its followers. The account also fosters active interaction between the admin and users, and collaborates with other relevant institutional accounts. These findings suggest that social media can serve as an optimal platform for distributing public service information in the digital era
Pemanfaatan Media Sosial Dalam Membangun Hubungan Pertemanan Dengan Lawan Jenis (Studi Penggunaan Instagram Di Kalangan Siswi Madrasah Aliyah Diniyah Putri Pekanbaru)
he rapid development of technology and the popularity of the social media platform Instagram have brought significant changes to female students' social interactions. This research is motivated by the prevalent use of social media, particularly Instagram, which has reshaped the dynamics of adolescent social interaction, including opposite-sex friendships, at Madrasah Aliyah Diniyah Putri Pekanbaru. This study aims to investigate how Instagram is utilized to build opposite-sex friendships and to thoroughly understand this phenomenon. The research employs a qualitative narrative approach. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with the female students of Madrasah Aliyah Diniyah Putri Pekanbaru, as well as through observations and documentation of the interviews and their Instagram accounts. The results of the study show that Instagram is used by female students as a means of communicating with the opposite sex friendships. The platform is a primary choice due to its offer of comfort, a sense of security, and significant freedom of expression compared to direct face- to-face interactions, thereby effectively boosting the self-confidence of the majority of students when communicating with the opposite sex. Instagram also facilitates the expansion of friendship networks, including connections with individuals they have not met physically. Direct Message (DM) and Story features are predominantly used, highlighting the students' preference for personal, practical, and non-public communication spaces. The analysis of these findings is further connected to Marshall McLuhan's Media Ecology Theory, which emphasizes that the medium itself shapes human thought patterns, behaviors, and interactions
Pengaruh Viral Marketing, Kualitas Produk Dan Influencer Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Skincare Peeling Exfoliating Elformula (Studi Kasus Pada Mahasiswa Di Pekanbaru)
The skincare industry in Indonesia has experienced rapid growth in line with increasing public awareness of skin care. One brand that utilizes digital marketing strategies is Elformula with its Peeling Exfoliating product. This study aims to examine the effect of Viral Marketing, Product Quality, and Influencers on Purchase Decisions for the product among university students in Pekanbaru. This research employed a quantitative method with a survey approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 60 respondents who had used or purchased Peeling Exfoliating Elformula. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4 software. The results show that Viral Marketing, Product Quality, and Influencers simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions. Partially, the Influencer variable has the most dominant effect compared to the other variables, followed by Product Quality and Viral Marketing. These findings confirm that using highly credible influencers, such as popular beauty influencers, along with delivering products that meet their claims, can increase consumer interest and purchasing decisions. This study is expected to serve as a reference for skincare industry players in designing effective marketing strategies

In everyday life, transportation has a very important role and cannot be separated from community activities. As a company engaged in goods transportation services, J&T Express has received a deposit of an item from a person or company, namely the sender, J&T Express is then responsible for organizing transportation. The carrier is responsible for the safety and security of the goods that must be transported, starting from the time it is received until the time the goods are handed over to the recipient. The problems discussed in this research are first, how is the responsibility of the freight forwarder for damaged goods due to negligence of employees at the Jet & Tony (Pt. J&T) Limited Liability Company in Pekanbaru City and second, how are the dispute resolution efforts made by consumers against damaged goods in the city of Pekanbaru. Delivery to Jet & Tony Limited Company (Pt. J&T) In Pekanbaru City. In this research, the type of research used is sociological legal research. Sociological legal research is research on the effectiveness of the law that is currently in effect or the operation of law (law in action) in society. Based on the research, it is known that J&T Express's responsibility for goods that are not safe/damaged is to compensate the owner of the goods in full for those who insure the goods and pay 10 times the cost of shipping goods that do not exceed the nominal value of Rp. 2,000,000.00 (two million rupiah), and the legal consequence if the J&T Express defaults is that the carrier must reimburse all costs, losses, and interest because the carrier is negligent and does not fulfill a carrier's obligation in accordance with Article 1243, Article 1246 of the Civil Code
Pelayanan Pendaftaran Calon Haji Reguler Di Kementerian Agama Kantor Kota Pekanbaru
In this study, the purpose was to find out the Regular Hajj Registration Service at the Ministry of Religious Affairs Pekanbaru City Office. For sampling in determining key informants in this study, the author used sampling techniques. Therefore, the authors chose the Snowball Sampling technique to find more accurate information. The types and sources of data used are primary data and skunder. Data collection techniques with interviews and data analysis techniques in this study are qualitative. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the attitude of officers is still not good in serving prospective pilgrims, this can be seen from the service provided by employees who are less friendly and polite. There are differences in explanation between the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Pekanbaru City and the community in terms of respect from officers or employees in serving the community or service users and the lack of discipline from employees or officers in serving the interests of the community. Service procedures that are considered still less than optimal are because, people who have difficulty when handling correspondence and other administration they need, this is because the community has to find several employees providing complicated services such as throwing responsibility at each other in the process of managing services. Service time, that there are shortcomings in the registration service process, namely the incompatibility of the predetermined time, besides the delay in the arrival of officers which can indeed be an inhibiting factor in carrying out regular Hajj services, especially during registration because the rest of the process is not carried out at the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Pekanbaru City. The existing service facilities are considered inadequate, where the service space is not comfortable, the internet network is often disrupted so that the SISKOHAT server often experiences errors when inputting data on prospective pilgrims, and the number of computer equipment and printers is still lacking. Implementasi Penggunaan E-court Dalam Pelayanan Administrasi Perkara Pada Pengadilan Negeri Pekanbaru Kelas Ia
In using services through e-court justice, problems can arise, including evidence that is very easily falsified if the evidence is only uploaded electronically and the judge does not directly examine the evidence submitted to him. Apart from that, a case filed by a justice seeker can easily be dismissed simply because of an error in uploading documents, even though the case has reached the evidentiary stage. The authenticity of documents and evidence used in e-court will be difficult to guarantee, the process of examining witnesses and online evidence is still a matter of debate. The main problem of this research is How is the Implementation of the Use of E-Court in Case Administration services at the Pekanbaru District Court Class I A, What are the factors inhibiting the Implementation of the Use of E-Court in Case Administration services at the Pekanbaru District Court Class I A. The type of research used is included in the research Empirical, Empirical Legal Research is a legal research method that uses empirical facts taken from human behavior. Meanwhile, judging from its nature, this research is descriptive analytical in nature. Based on the results of research on the implementation of ecourt application services at the Pekanbaru District Court, the implementation of electronic government is an issue that requires more attention from the government. The birth of the E-Court application cannot be separated from the demands of the community's needs related to the principle of simplicity, speed and low costs which is an interesting thing. Kinerja Pelayanan Publik Di Puskesmas Lirik Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu
Community health centers (Puskesmas) are public health service institutions organized by the State, whose main task is to provide services aimed at realizing public health around the Puskesmas. The development of community health centers at the sub-district level has a very important role in the satisfaction felt by the community. It is considered important to be used as evaluation material for the community health center regarding the performance provided by the community health center as a public institution. Services at community health centers continue to be improved, especially in terms of facilities and infrastructure, but some people still consider community health centers to be less competent. The aim of this research is to see the performance of community health centers in providing public services and to measure the performance of community health centers in providing health services. The research method used is a qualitative research method with descriptive research type. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. The research subject was 1 key informant, namely the Head of the Community Health Center, and 5 informants. The theory used in this research refers to Dwi Yanto (in Pasolong 2007; 178), namely Productivity, Service Quality, Responsiveness, Accountability and Accountability. The results of this research indicate that the performance of public services at the Lirik Health Center in Indragiri Hulu Regency cannot be said to be running well because there are still various complaints from the surrounding community. Factors that hinder the implementation of public services at the Lirik Health Center, Indragiri Hulu Regency, are the limited human resources for service staff and there are still deficiencies in the facilities and infrastructure supporting health services at the Lirik Health Center, Indragiri Hulu Regency.
