Pelaksanaan Pembayaran Ganti Rugi Pada Pengiriman Barang Yang Mengalami Kerusakan di Pt Pos Indonesia Cabang Pekanbaru
Transportation is a vital need to support the mobility ofigoods and services, including in the process of transporting goods. However, the increase in this need presents challenges in.the.form.of tight.business competition and the risk of loss in the delivery of goods, such as damage, loss, or delay. PT Pos Indonesia as a state-owned postal and logistics service company plays a role in providing goods delivery services regulated by Law No. 38 of 2009 concerning Post. The.formulation.of.the.problem in this study is as follows: 1. How is the implementation of compensation payments for damaged goods at PT Pos Indonesia, Pekanbaru branch?, and 2. What are the obstacles experienced by consumers in implementing compensation payments for damaged goods at PT Pos, Pekanbaru branch? The.research method used.in.writing this thesis is an empirical.research method. The type of empirical research that is more directed at social research using qualitative analysis methods has a rigid research design, which aims to obtain empirical knowledge of knowledge about legal relations to society, which is carried out by approaching the problem being studied with real legal properties or those that are in accordance with real life in society and are linked to an analysis of laws and regulations. Theiresults.of.thisistudy indicate that.PTiPos.Indonesiaihas transparent steps to handle risks in shipping goods, although there is still room to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. Based on interviews with Mr. Akmal as Manager and Mrs. Ulia as Customer Service, it was found that PT Pos Indonesia has a systematic procedure in handling customer complaints. The process includes complaints, tracking goods, internal coordination, handling specific problems, notification to customers, and the claim process. Estimated resolution time varies depending on the type of problem: 3–14 working days for damaged goods, 7–30 working days for lost goods, and 1–3 working days for delays
Optimasi Perencanaan Pengembangan Lapangan "fh” Dengan Menggunakan Simulator Tnavigator
The FH field has been in production since 1957 until 2017, with an Original Oil in Place (OOIP) of 57.12246 MMSTB. Due to the low cumulative production and recovery factor, further development of the field is planned to increase production. The field currently has 73 wells, including 59 active wells, 12 shut-in wells, and 2 injection wells. The goal is to maximize cumulative hydrocarbon production over a 30-year period (until the contract ends) using the tNavigator simulator. To achieve this, development planning and forecasting will involve seven scenarios: one base case with forecast (do nothing) and six scenarios with infill well drilling, a technique aimed at optimizing reservoir drainage and improving the recovery factor. This study focuses on multilateral and multitarget infill wells, with their locations determined using the Simulation Opportunity Index (SOI). The optimal scenario is Scenario 6, which predicts future production over the next 30 years by adding two multilateral wells across all zones. This results in an oil production of 14.65 MMSTB and a recovery factor of 25.64
Perlindungan Hukum Terhadap Penggunaan Jasa Laundry Sepatu Atas Kelalaian Pelaku Usaha Di Tinjau Dari Undang-undang No 8 Tahun 1999 Tentang Perlindungan Konsumen Di Kota Pekanbaru
There are various challenges in the implementation of consumer protection law, especially in resolving disputes that arise due to the negligence of shoe laundry service providers. The importance of consumer protection in facing losses resulting from the negligence of service providers and the necessity for clarity in fair dispute resolution mechanisms is highlighted. This study aims to analyze the legal protection for consumers of shoe laundry services regarding the negligence of service providers, as well as to examine the solutions provided by service providers when consumers experience losses, such as damaged, lost, faded, or swapped shoes, based on Law No. 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection. The research employs an empirical approach using questionnaires and in-depth interviews with 30 consumers and 5 shoe laundry service providers in Pekanbaru. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis to describe the responses of consumers and service providers regarding legal protection and loss resolution. The first research finding shows that the majority of consumers understand the legal protection regulated under Law No. 8 of 1999, but some are less aware of their rights and obligations as consumers. The second finding indicates that although service providers attempt to provide solutions to consumer complaints, the resolutions offered tend to be inadequate and do not always comply with the clear provisions of the legislation. Most consumers feel that the existing problem resolution procedures do not provide them with a sense of security and fairness. The conclusion of this research is that although service providers have made efforts to offer solutions to consumer losses, they still need to improve transparency and clarity in the issue resolution procedures, in accordance with Law No. 8 of 1999. Therefore, it is recommended that service providers pay more attention to consumer rights and ensure that every resolution is carried out in a fair manner and in compliance with applicable regulations. Suggestions for future research include a more in-depth examination of the effectiveness of implementing consumer protection laws in the shoe laundry service sector
Rancang Bangun Alat Pencetak Briket Arang Tempurung Kelapa Dengan Sistem Screw Extruder Kapasitas 50 Kg/jam
The utilization of coconut shell waste as raw material for charcoal briquette production is an environmentally friendly solution that enhances the economic value of waste. This study demonstrates that the use of a screw extruder system is not only effective and efficient but also contributes to waste management efforts and the optimal utilization of renewable energy. In this research, a coconut shell charcoal briquette molding machine with a screw extruder system and a capacity of 50 kg/hour was designed to improve productivity and reduce reliance on manual labor. The machine uses a DC motor as its primary driver, equipped with three transmission systems: pulley-belt, gearbox, and sprocket-chain. The design process involved literature reviews, designing with SolidWorks software, planning, cutting, welding, turning, and assembling components. The resulting prototype was tested to measure its capacity and efficiency. The determination of the die and components included calculations for capacity, transmission, screw shaft, frame mounting stress, and tensile stress on bolts and nuts. During testing, with a screw speed of 15.6 rpm and a motor speed of 1496 rpm, 5 kg of raw material was processed, producing 3.9 kg of briquettes in 233 seconds. Capacity calculations yielded a result of 57.6 kg/hour, and the efficiency testing showed a performance efficiency of 78%. These results indicate that the coconut shell charcoal briquette molding machine with a capacity of 50 kg/hour significantly improves briquette production efficiency compared to manual methods
Perancangan Mesin Pelorot Malam/lilin Kain Batik Pada Industri Kerajinan Batik Serunai Melayu Riau
Batik is an Indonesian cultural heritage that holds high artistic and economic value. One of the crucial stages in the batik-making process is wax removal, which is often time-consuming, labor-intensive, and poses high risks, such as injuries from hot water. These challenges hinder the efficiency and production capacity of small and medium enterprises (SMEs). This study aims to design an effective, efficient, and safe wax removal machine. The design process includes problem identification, machine design, simulation, and analysis using Autodesk Inventor. The machine consists of key components such as a 1 HP electric motor, shaft, chain, gears, boiling tank, and an LPG-fueled heater. Simulations indicate a displacement of 0.170 mm and a Von Mises stress of 253.1 MPa, with a safety factor of 15, meeting safety standards. This machine increases production capacity by up to 30% compared to the manual method, reduces worker fatigue, and minimizes injury risks. The design is practical, utilizes optimal materials, and has an affordable production cost, making it suitable for SMEs. By improving efficiency, safety, and comfort, this machine is expected to be an innovative solution to support the growth of the batik craft industry in Indonesia
Pengaruh Mekanisasi Mesin Pengiris Singkong Terhadap Produktivitas Irisan Singkong
This research aims to determine the effect of cassava slicing machine mechanization on the productivity of cassava slices in cassava processing businesses. The research was carried out by comparing the use of automatic slicing machines and traditional slicing machines in terms of speed, quality and number of cassava slices produced. Data collected through direct observation and research with cassava processing entrepreneurs shows that the use of automatic slicing machines can significantly increase the productivity of cassava slices compared to traditional methods. Automatic machines are proven to be able to produce cassava slices with better size consistency, as well as increasing production capacity in a shorter time. Although the initial investment cost of automated machines is higher, the results of this study show that mechanizing cassava processing can provide long-term benefits in terms of time efficiency, labor costs, and improved product quality. Therefore, this research suggests the application of cassava slicing machine technology in large-scale businesses to increase the productivity and competitiveness of cassava products in the market
Analisis Pengaruh Pengunaan Jumlah V Belt Terhadap Proses Penggilingan Kulit Kayu Pada Grizzlymill Di Pt Pulp And Paper Indah Kiat Perawang
In the pulp and paper industry, the initial sequence of process systems for all pulp and paper making systems is to process logs (wood) into wood chips (chips) which are classified based on their size and thickness which will be processed by the next process sequence (pulp goes to the digester) . The grizzlymill is used as a tool to grind bark or wood fiber into a finer and smaller size. The Grizzlymill obtains power and rotation from a V belt which transmits power from one axis to another. The method for collecting this data was carried out in two ways, namely: The first is a literature study intended to collect data and provide an overview of the research. The second is the type of data used by the author in this research is primary data by observing the number of v belts in the leather milling process wood at the Grizzlymill at PT Pulp and Paper Indah Kiat Perawang. Results and Discussion: when the number of v belts decreases, when the load enters there is slippage which results in the rotor rotation being reduced, the rotation of the intermediate pulley being the same, this is due to the rotation of the intermediate pulley directly from the electric motor without load, the capacity obtained is all the same, namely 110-120 ton/hour is caused by the incoming load being an average of 30 kg/s, when the number of v belts increases the tension will be tighter, when the v belt increases the slip decreases. In conclusion, the number of V belts has a greater influence on rotor rotation, afternator pulley rotation, v belt tension, slip on the v belt
Partisipasi Masyarakat Dalam Musyawarah Perencanaan Pembangunan Desa (musrenbangdes) Di Desa Babussalam Kecamatan Rambah
The participation of the people of Babussalam Village has a very important role for the realization of village development in accordance with the targets and development plans set out in the Development Plan Deliberation (Musrenbang) in Babussalam Village, Rambah District. An indication of the low level of community participation in the development planning process is seen from the minutes of the 2020 village musrenbang with a 24 percent attendance rate in the village-level musrenbang forum. Another indication is that the development plan proposals submitted to the musrenbang forum are not realized in accordance with those proposed. This study aims to measure the level of community participation in the infrastructure development planning process in Babussalam Village using the quantitative descriptive research method, analyzing the measurement results with a Likert Scale after scoring and weighting, both to determine the form of community participation in the development planning process and to determinethe factors -factors that affect the level of community participation. The results of the research conducted in Babussalam Village, Rambah District, obtained community participation in the form of Vertical participation where around 40.44 percent of the community were stated to be involved in making decisions in the musrenbang and the community agreed to the musrenbang decision. Meanwhile, based on the results of the analysis that the level of community participation in the development planning process is 32.58 percent, it is at 21-40 percent (R) or community participation is in the low category. The low level of participation is known from the influencing factors, awareness and willingness factors, education and income which are included in internal factors, where people only follow government recommendations as much as 57.31 percent, community education factors are only limited to high school graduates 41.57 percent and income factors the average community has an income of Rp. 1000,000 – Rp. 2,000,000 with a figure of 32.58 percent

Silat Pangean is an art form that features martial arts movements. Silat Pangean has an important role in various traditional ceremonies, especially in Kota Baru Village, Riau Province. Silat Pangean is inseparable in the procession of Panggak Adat where Silat Pangean becomes part of the custom in Kota Baru Village which becomes one unit. Silat Pangean is performed early in the Panggak Adat procession which aims to welcome the arrival of the groom as a form of friendship between the two parties. The function of the fighter after the silat performance is over is to guard the bride and groom while the Panggak Adat is taking place. This research aims to find out how the series of Silat Pangean performances in the procession of traditional wedding Panggak in Kota Baru Village, Riau Province. The method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that Pangean Silat in Kota Baru Village is not only a martial art, but also an entertainment silat that has an important role in the Panggak Adat procession in Kota Baru Village. The form of Silat Pangean performance is seen from several elements such as clothing, musical accompaniment, audience, stage and players. This research is expected to contribute to the development of cultural studies and local traditions, as well as increasing awareness of the importance of preserving cultural heritage in Indonesia, especially in Riau Province

Fire is an event that is not desired by every human. Fires can cause significant losses, both material losses and loss of life caused. Every fire process always generates smoke and heat and causes an increase in temperature in a place or room where a fire occurs. The result of the process of changing the material of a fire is the presence of gas smoke in the form of small particles. With the development of technology and science increasing, it must be used to overcome things like this. Where this tool can be integrated online so that it is easy to get information that can be conveyed quickly, with the note that there must be an internet connection. The system to be built uses a flame sensor that functions to detect the presence of fire, a ds18b20 sensor that functions to detect the presence of temperature, a gps function to detect fire points, a buzzer that functions as an alarm, and a pump as water to temporarily extinguish the fire by using a NodeMCU ESP8266 microcontroller as a controller and also a data output from the sensor that can send notifications to the fire detection bot on Telegram to mobile users. With IoT services, location readings will be sent over the internet to an online website which then sends telegram notification alerts to users. The application of this technology can be an alternative to fire detection systems at home. With the working principle where if a fire is detected exceeding the set limit, the model will send a notification in the form of a location point to the firefighter's telegram
