Kontribusi Peran Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, Lingkungan Sekolah dan Pelatihan Guru terhadap Kinerja Guru Penjaskes di SMP Se Kabupaten Bireuen
No full textPenelitian dilakukan terhadap guru SN Bidang studi Pendidkan Jamani dan Kesehatan (Penjaskes) pada SMP Negeri se-Kabupaten Bireuen. Dengan tujuan mengetahui dan menganalisis kontribusi peran Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, faktor Lingkungan kerja di sekolah dan Pelatihan guru baik secara parsial dan simultans terhadap kinerja guru. Metode penelitian secara kuantitatif dengan jenis asosiatif dan menggunakan model analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian diketahui terdapat kontribusi pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 38,56%, faktor lingkungan kerja sekolah memberi kontribusi sebesar 34,64% dan aspek adanya pelatihan guru berpengaruh signifikans pada kinerja guru sebesar 45,23%. Secara simultan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, lingkungan kerja di sekolah dan pelatihan guru memberi kontribusi sebesar 72,6% terhadap tingkat kinerja guru Bidang Studi Penjaskes SMP Se-Kabupaten Bireue

Get PDFWomen and people with disabilities are some of the minority groups that are excluded from development. Especially if both are experienced by one individual simultaneously. HWDI is a social organization that accommodates women with physical limitations. HWDI in Bali actively mobilizes its members to be empowered and independent. Ngurah Rai University through community service activities has been present in the midst of Bali HWDI members for 3 months since October 2022 and provided assistance to one of its members regarding redesigning a business logo. Logo redesignation was chosen as the community service activity because of its urgency. The previous logo was not representative enough to be used as promotional capital because it did not reflect the character of the business and the business owner, had weaknesses in design principles (choice of color), had low resolution, and still had a watermark. The method of implementing the activity was the type of action research with a mix-method. The approach was carried out by understanding the characteristics of partners to the type of business. Thus, through understanding design and logo theory, a business logo is created that is different from the initial logo. Logos that are designed with careful consideration produce an output with a special character. Efforts to explore the uniqueness of the product and the owner of the partner business produce a logo that fits the partner\u27s promotional needs

Over time, the increase in population has had an impact on changes in land use in Uteunkot Village, initially there was a lot of idle and unused land, but the increasing number of requests for residential houses has increased the number of residential buildings in Uteunkot Village. The increase in residential houses in Uteunkot Village was not matched by builders, especially plasterers and wall coating, to spruce up the appearance of the village\u27s residential houses. Plaster work is covering walls (concrete, red brick, brick, light brick) with a layer of sand mixed with cement. Meanwhile, the wall coating job is to coat the plaster that has been attached to the wall with cement to smooth the surface. Therefore, there was a need for training in the plaster and coating process for builders in Uteunkot Village. The method used in this activity was by counseling in the form of providing theoretical view of the positive impact in the field of plaster and building coating. Get PDFThe implementation of this community service activity was motivated by the low counting ability of the early childhood, as well as the lack of interest and motivation of children in fast counting. Thus, there were desires to know and examine children\u27s numeracy abilities using the five finger method with learning media using their own body parts. The participants in this activity were 20 students of RA Al Ashriyah, Langsa City. The purpose of this activity was to foster interest and talent in preschool children in fast counting using the five finger method. The results of this socialization activity showed that the numeracy skills of RA Al Ashriyah children in Langsa City using the five finger method had increased compared to children who counted conventionally. This was seen when given practice questions, most of the children can quickly calculate the answers properly and correctly. This activity can also train children\u27s quick counting skills by familiarizing children with learning simple things. In addition, this activity can increase children\u27s creative thinking in utilizing objects around them as learning media

This results in air pollution so that green open spaces are increasingly under pressure. One of the negative impacts of this is global warming and climate change. The way to reduce the effects of global warming and climate change is to increase number of trees through planting. This community service activity is green open space training by planting Red Shoot Trees in Payacut Village, District. Peusangan District. Bireuen. This activity aimed to reduce the causes of flooding, reduce air pollution, and create a green and healthy environment. Community service activities were carried out through 3 stages, namely preparation, implementation and reporting. The method of implementing activities was through lectures (question and answer) and demonstrations. The results of PKM activities were: 1) community understanding and awareness of the importance of protecting the environment, 2) increasing community motivation to care for the environment by participating in tree planting activities, and 3) creating a community that cares about greening the environment and a healthy environment through tree planting activities. Get PDFAccelerating stunting reduction is the government\u27s focus in the health sector. The micronutrients given to pregnant women are in the form of blood supplement tablets containing iron and folic acid. Meanwhile, nutrition for toddlers is in the form of two vitamin A capsules according to the dosage and giving Zinc tablets and ORS according to the management for toddlers suffering from diarrhea. The efforts made to recognize, prevent and overcome nutritional problems include regularly weighing, giving breast milk to babies from birth to 6 months of age, varying food menus, using iodized salt, and providing nutritional supplements as recommended by health workers. Increasing the knowledge and skills of cadres through training was a method of implementing this community service activity. The method for developing this activity was by providing training and refreshing for posyandu cadres and village midwives as well as assisting cadres during the implementation of the activity. Monitoring and evaluation was carried out by the implementation team for cadres. This activity achieved results, namely the formation of a stunting care cadre group, the availability of facilities and infrastructure to support activities such as modules, tools and materials to increase cadres\u27 knowledge and skills. After the training, there was an increase in cadres\u27 knowledge and skills regarding Micronutrients needed by pregnant women and toddlers
Analisis Komparasi Cycles X Render Dan Cycles Render Menggunakan Google Colab
Get PDFA good and fast rendering engine is needed in the world of 3D rendering. In this article, we perform a comparative analysis between two popular rendering engines, Cycles X and Cycles using Google Colab. Google Colab is a free platform that can be used to access the rendering engine on a remote server with GPU access. In this study, we use the same object files and settings on both render engines to compare render times and render quality. The test results show that Cycles X is faster than Cycles in rendering 3D objects with the same resolution. However, Cycles X requires more complex settings and requires a more sophisticated GPU to produce optimal results. In conclusion, Cycles X can be a good choice for users who need high render speeds, while Cycles is still a solid choice for better render quality. Google Colab is a very useful and free tool to compare the performance of different rendering engines at a higher level.Mesin render yang baik dan cepat sangat dibutuhkan dalam dunia 3D rendering. Dalam artikel ini, kami melakukan analisis komparasi antara dua mesin render yang populer yaitu Cycles X dan Cycles menggunakan Google Colab. Google Colab adalah platform gratis yang dapat digunakan untuk mengakses mesin render pada server jarak jauh dengan akses GPU. Dalam penelitian ini, kami menggunakan file objek dan pengaturan yang sama pada kedua mesin render untuk membandingkan waktu render dan kualitas render. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa Cycles X lebih cepat daripada Cycles dalam melakukan render pada objek 3D dengan resolusi yang sama. Namun, Cycles X membutuhkan pengaturan yang lebih rumit dan memerlukan GPU yang lebih canggih untuk menghasilkan hasil yang optimal. Kesimpulannya, Cycles X dapat menjadi pilihan yang baik untuk pengguna yang membutuhkan kecepatan render yang tinggi, sementara Cycles masih merupakan pilihan yang kuat untuk kualitas render yang lebih baik. The current condition at MC cafe is still using the manual ordering method and the exemption from the use of internet access by customers. This makes it difficult for cafe owners to spend on internet access bills, plus the payment system is still manual which causes the calculations to be quite time consuming. then designed a local website and management system for the use of internet access that is able to provide solutions in working on ordering services. In the design of this application system, it provides an Android ordering menu to make it easier for customers and their workers to handle orders and payments.MC Coffe Bireuen merupakan suatu tempat yang dikunjungi pelanggan untuk berbelanja makanan dan minuman, bisnis restoran sudah begitu banyak di minati oleh masyarakat pada umumnya, karena selain memiliki omset yang bagus juga mudah berkembang. Kondisi di MC cafe saat ini masih menggunakan cara memesan secara manual dan pembebasan penggunaan akses internet oleh pelanggan. Hal tersebut menyulitkan pemilik cafe dalam pengeluaran biaya tagihan akses internet, di tambah dengan sistem pembayaran pun masih manual yang menyebabkan perhitungan cukup memakan waktu. maka dirancang sebuah website lokal dan sistem manajemen penggunaan akses internet yang mampu memberikan solusi dalam mengerjakan layanan pemesanan. Pada rancangan sistem aplikasi ini menyediakan menu pemesanan secara android agar memudahkan bagi pelanggan maupun pekerjanya dalam menangani pemesanan maupun pembayaran.

Characteristics of body scrub from seaweed (Ulva lactuca) and turmeric rhizome (Curcuma longa)
Get PDFUlva lactuca is one of the green seaweeds that widely developed as a cosmetic preparation. U. lactuca has the potential to be used as seaweed salt and the residue of seaweed salt can be used as a body scrub preparation material. In addition, natural ingredients that can be used for cosmetic preparations are turmeric (Curcuma longa) rhizome. This study aimed to determine the optimum formulation and the best physical characteristics of seaweed (U. lactuca) and turmeric (C. longa) rhizomes. This study was experimental with four treatments and two replications, the concentration of the scrub preparation was 7% U. lactuca salt residue and 0.5%, 1% and 1.5% turmeric rhizome powder. The best body scrub preparation is the F3 treatment with a pH value, viscosity and spreadability that meets the requirements for cosmetic preparations, all treatments can moisturize the skin and do not cause irritation to the skin, has an M/A emulsion type, a body scrub preparation that is stable, has the appearance, texture, panelists preferred color and aroma. All treatments showed that formulations with the addition of gram residues of U. lactuca and turmeric rhizome could affect the characteristics of the resulting scrub preparations
Analisis keuntungan pengrajin anyaman tikar di Gampong Pante Paku Kecamatan Jangka Kabupaten Bireuen
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui berapa besar keuntungan pengrajin anyaman tikar di Gampong Pante Paku Kecamatan Jangka Kabupaten Bireuen.. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Gampong Pante Paku Kecamatan Jangka Kabupaten Bireuen. Dari hasil penelitian bahwa usaha kerajinan anyaman tikar di Gampong Pante Paku Kecamatan Jangka Kabupaten Bireuen memberikan keuntungan kepada pengrajin dengan rata-rata keuntungan yang diperoleh oleh setiap pengrajin yaitu tergantung pada jumlah produksi dan biaya yang dikeluarkan. Rata-rata keuntungan pengrajin tikar di Gampong Pante Paku Kecamatan Jangka Kabupaten Bireuen diperoleh sebesar Rp. 3.395.917-/tahun. Keutungan tersebut diperoleh dari hasil pengurangan antara penerimaan Rp. 8.080.000,- dengan biaya produksi Rp. 4.684.083,-/tahun. Nilai B/C Ratio membuktikan bahwa B/C > 0 yaitu 0,72, maka usaha kerajinan anyaman tikar di Gampong Pante Paku Kecamatan Jangka Kabupaten Bireuen memperoleh keuntungan sebesar Rp 72,- pada setiap penambahan modal Rp 100,-.
