PENGUATAN PRAKTIK MANAJEMEN SUMBERDAYA MANUSIA MELALUI EDUKASI PENYUSUNAN ANALISIS JABATAN DAN REKRUTMEN GURU
No full textThe competence and suitability of preschool teacher qualifications to their duties still face problems. This is due to the procedure for establishing job analysis descriptions and recruitment procedures that still do not meet statutory standards, as well as limited knowledge about these two things. This community service activity sought to close the knowledge gap through education and assistance in compiling job analysis descriptions and recruitment procedures, which were carried out at the Kyai Ageng Masrangi Islamic Kindergarten Education Institution, Sawojajar, Malang in October 2024. This activity was in collaboration with the foundation\u27s management to explore the organization\u27s goals, describe the positions and duties of the principal and the board of teachers in order to find out the teacher\u27s workload. This community service activity produced descriptions of teacher positions, teacher job specifications and descriptions of recruitment procedures. For institutions, this activity provided benefits in the form of insight and skills in the early stages of HR management practices, thus efforts are made to implement HR management practices professionally. Therefore, it is recommended that institutions periodically and consistently evaluate the documents that have been prepared to be adjusted to the developments of the situation and needs. Kompetensi dan kesesuaian kualifikasi guru PAUD dengan tugasnya masih menghadapi persoalan. Hal ini diakibatkan oleh prosedur penyusunan uraian analisis jabatan dan prosedur rekrutmen yang masih belum memenuhi standar undang-undang. Keterbatasan pengetahuan tentang dua hal tersebut menjadi pemicu keterbatasan. Kegiatan pengabdian msyarakat ini berupaya untuk menutup kesenjangan pengetahuan tersebut melalui edukasi dan pendampingan penyusunan uraian analisis jabatan dan prosedur rekrutmen. Dilaksanakan bekerjasama dengan pengurus yayasan untuk menggali tujuan organisasi, kepala sekolah untuk mendeskripsikan jabatan dan tugas dan dewan guru untuk mengetahui beban kerja guru. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini menghasilkan uraian deskripsi jabatan guru, spesifikasi jabatan guru serta uraian prosedur rekrutmen. Bagi lembaga kegiatan ini memberikan manfaat dalam hal memberikan wawasan dan keterampilan dalam tahap awal praktik manajemen sumberdaya manusia. diusahakan pelaksanaan praktik manajemn sumberdaya manusia dapat dilakukan secara professional. SOSIALISASI PENCEGAHAN STUNTING SEJAK DINI PADA CALON PENGANTIN
Get PDFStunting is a growth and development problem in children that needs to be addressed seriously and involves various sectors. One of the stunting prevention that can be done as early as possible is by socializing stunting to prospective brides. This community service activity aims to make brides-to-be aware of stunting prevention since the First 1000 Days of Life (HPK). The socialization method was carried out with lectures and questions and answers at the Gandapura KUA Office to 11 pairs of prospective brides. The socialization instrument used infocus, stunting prevention material in the form of power points, leaflets and sound hackers. The socialization was carried out on October 16, 2024 from 09.00 to 11.10, starting with remarks as well as the opening of the event by the Head of the Gandapuran District KUA followed by presentation of material and questions and answers. The service team consists of lecturers and students of the Faculty of Health, Almuslim University. The results of the socialization increased the knowledge of the participants after the socialization was carried out through feedback. Conclusion: prospective brides who take part in socialization know the causes and prevention of stunting since 1000 HPK. Suggestion: it is necessary to carry out similar activities at KUA in other areas to accelerate the reduction and prevention of stunting early on.Stunting merupakan masalah tumbuh kembang pada anak yang perlu ditangani secara serius dan melibatkan berbagai sektor. Salah satu pencegahan stunting yang dapat dilakukan sedini mungkin adalah dengan melakukan sosialisasi stunting pada calon pengantin. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan agar calon pengantin mengetahui pencegahan stunting sejak 1000 Hari Pertama Kehidupan (HPK). Metode sosialisasi dilakukan dengan ceramah dan tanya jawab di Kantor KUA Gandapura kepada 11 pasang calon pengantin. Instrumen sosialisasi menggunakan infokus, materi pencegahan stunting dalam bentuk power point, leaflet dan pengetas suara. Sosialisasi dilakukan pada tanggal 16 Oktober 2024 dari jam 09.00 s.d 11.10, diawali dengan Sambutan sekaligus pembukaan acara oleh Kepala KUA Kecamatan Gandapuran yang dilanjutkan dengan pemaparan materi dan tanya jawab. Tim pengabdian terdiri dari dosen dan mahasiswa Fakultas Kesehatan Universitas Almuslim. Hasil sosialisasi terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan peserta setelah dilakukan sosialisasi melalui feedback yang dilakukan. Kesimpulan: calon pengantin yang mengikuti sosialisasi mengetahui penyebab dan pencegahan stunting sejak 1000 HPK. Saran: perlu dilakukan kegiatan serupa pada KUA di wilayah lain untuk mempercepat penurunan dan pencegahan stunting sejak dini

The object of the research was a sample of 72 elementary school teachers in West Aceh Regency. Using quantitative research with an infrential statistical approach, namely path analysis. The research results show several findings, namely: a). There is a direct and indirect influence of school culture on the implementation of the independent teaching platform, namely 21.68%. b). There is a direct and indirect influence of servant leadership on the implementation of the independent teaching platform of 30.36%. c). There is a direct and indirect influence of teacher discipline on the implementation of the independent teaching platform of 14.57%. And d). The contribution of school culture factors, servant leadership and teacher discipline to the implementation of the independent teaching platform for teachers driving SDN West Aceh Regency was 66.7%

This community service activity has the theme of cleanliness and development of MSMEs, which is carried out by KKN students in Bakalankrajan Village. Students helped develop 2 MSME products and held a "Shining Village" competition to increase the enthusiasm and awareness of residents in cleaning the environment. This activity aimed to increase residents\u27 awareness and initiative towards environmental cleanliness in Bakalankrajan Village. From the results of the "Shining Village" competition, Unmer KKN 2023 students will support and help the village that gets the lowest score. This activity used implementation methods in the form of socialization, by distributing posters, holding competitions, assessing and processing scale data, and service in the form of community service. From the results of the service activities, it can be seen that residents are starting to keep their environment clean after the Shining Village" competition program and updating the logo and catalog design for the Jamu and Sago Tempe Chips MSMEs to maximize their products visibility

Get PDFMom N Me is an MSME located in Lhok Mambang Village, Gandapura District, Bireuen Regency, Aceh Province, which is engaged in sewing and producing Acehnese embroidered bag crafts, as well as providing sewing training for the local community. The problem faced by MSME Mom N Me so far is that it only provides sewing training to local communities and has not yet provided sewing training on a district, provincial, national or international scale. Participants in this community service activity were 10 international students from Nagoya Gakuin University and 15 students from Al-Muslim University. Implementation of activities used observation, discussion and direct practice methods in the Mom N Me MSME learning room. Based on the results of the activity, it can be seen that this activity had a positive impact, both on knowledge and increasing participants\u27 skills. In fact, it can be seen that participants completely participated in the training which was carried out face to face and there was interaction between the participants and the tutor (resource person). Apart from that, there was an increase in participants\u27 knowledge, both Japanese students and Al-Muslim University students, about sewing, especially sewing Acehnese embroidered bags. This activity also has a positive impact on partners and participants, namely partners can promote local products to the international community, and Japanese students can learn local culture and Indonesian easily through direct interaction with the local community

Get PDFTunas Makmur Farmers Group I of Ibru Village, Mestong District, Muaro Jambi Regency, Jambi Province has not yet made optimal use of a large amount of agricultural, plantation and industrial waste, due to farmers\u27 lack of knowledge about biochar and its use to improve soil productivity. For this reason, the implementing team offers an easy, cheap and sustainable solution to manage and utilize abundant sources that can be used as a source of biochar. The objectives of implementing this community service activity can be achieved through: 1) counseling and training about the benefits of biochar to improve the physical and chemical properties of soil, 2) demonstration of making biochar from agricultural, plantation and industrial waste using drum pyrolysis, 3) assistance in calculating the dose given and application in the field through demonstrations on partner land on how to use biochars properly. Partners in this activity earn their main income from being food crop and plantation farmers. Agricultural, plantation and industrial waste is usually piled up on land and wasted because farmers do not yet have knowledge about the benefits of this waste. After conducting socialization and education through counseling and demonstrations about making biochar from agricultural and industrial waste, farmers have the motivation to use this waste as a source of soil carbon and as a soil conditioner.
Optimasi Pemilihan Mahasiswa Berprestasi Menggunakn Metode Wp (Weighted Product) Berbasis Web Dalam Sistem Pendukung Keputusan
Get PDFStudents as learning agents and seekers of knowledge need to be encouraged to explore their potential, including in aspects of hard skills and soft skills. This research focuses on building a Decision Support System (SPK) with the Weighted Product (WP) method to determine the best students. Improving students\u27 future existence depends not only on the excellence of hard skills, but also the balance of soft skills. The research involved four journals related to SPK student selection, and WP was chosen as an evaluation method. The research process begins with literature collection and system design, including design procedures, system usage, relationships between tables, use case diagrams, and WP method flowcharts. The implementation of the system includes a login page, input of criteria and alternative values, and the process of calculating student rankings. WP gives an accurate ranking, with Alternative 9 (Rifai) as the best student. Testing shows a high degree of accuracy between manual results and system results. This DSS provides an objective evaluation of student achievement, with the potential for further development related to data integration with academic systems and user interface improvement. The conclusion of this study is that SPK with the WP method can provide student rankings efficiently and accurately, helping to support decision making related to the selection of the best students. Further development suggestions involve feature enhancements, data maintenance, and further integration with academic systems to improve system reliability.Mahasiswa sebagai agen pembelajaran dan pencari ilmu pengetahuan perlu didorong untuk menggali potensinya, termasuk dalam aspek hard skills dan soft skills. Penelitian ini fokus pada pembangunan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) dengan metode Weighted Product (WP) untuk menentukan mahasiswa terbaik. Peningkatan eksistensi masa depan mahasiswa tidak hanya bergantung pada keunggulan hard skills, tetapi juga keseimbangan kemampuan soft skills. Penelitian melibatkan empat jurnal terkait SPK pemilihan mahasiswa, dan WP dipilih sebagai metode evaluasi. Proses penelitian dimulai dengan pengumpulan literatur dan perancangan sistem, termasuk prosedur perancangan, penggunaan sistem, relasi antar tabel, use case diagram, dan flowchart metode WP. Implementasi sistem mencakup halaman login, input nilai kriteria dan alternatif, serta proses perhitungan peringkat mahasiswa. WP memberikan peringkat yang akurat, dengan Alternatif 9 (Rifai) sebagai mahasiswa terbaik. Pengujian menunjukkan tingkat akurasi yang tinggi antara hasil manual dan hasil sistem. SPK ini memberikan evaluasi objektif terhadap prestasi mahasiswa, dengan potensi pengembangan lebih lanjut terkait integrasi data dengan sistem akademik dan peningkatan antarmuka pengguna. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa SPK dengan metode WP dapat memberikan peringkat mahasiswa secara efisien dan akurat, membantu mendukung pengambilan keputusan terkait pemilihan mahasiswa terbaik. Prototype Mentoring Pengembangan Karakter Mahasiswa Dengan Metode Profile Matching

However, each student has a different character, not all have the same potential due to different interests, desires, and abilities. Therefore, a program is needed that can help students develop their character according to their potential and interests. One program that can be used is mentoring, which is a guidance and development process carried out by Academic Supervising Lecturers to their students. Mentoring can improve academic quality, skills, and student character through intensive, personal, and ongoing interaction. This research focuses on the development of student character through mentoring carried out by Academic Supervising Lecturers to their students. This research was conducted by having students fill in data to carry out self-evaluation with parameters of 16 skills that must be mastered in the 21st century based on the World Economic Forum Report in 2015. Each skill chooses the lowest value of 1 and the highest of 7. The evaluation value can be known by the students themselves with the output of three skills with the highest potential and 3 lowest that need to be developed. The profile matching method is used to calculate the total value that will be used for ranking. This highest value can be seen by each academic supervising lecturer for their students. The result of this research is a Prototype that can help students develop their character according to their potential and interests. This prototype can also improve the quality of education in colleges by creating a harmonious, effective, and productive mentoring relationship.Karakter merupakan salah satu aspek penting yang harus dimiliki oleh mahasiswa untuk menghadapi tantangan di era global. Namun, setiap mahasiswa memiliki karakter yang berbeda tidak semua memiliki potensi yang sama dikarenakan minat dan keinginan serta kemampuan yang berbeda-beda. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu program yang dapat membantu mahasiswa dalam mengembangkan karakter mereka sesuai dengan potensi dan minat mereka. Salah satu program yang dapat digunakan adalah mentoring, yaitu proses bimbingan dan pembinaan yang dilakukan oleh Dosen Pembimbing Akademik kepada mahasiswa bimbingannya. Mentoring dapat meningkatkan kualitas akademik, keterampilan, dan karakter mahasiswa melalui interaksi yang intensif, personal, dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini berfokus pada perkembangan karakter mahasiswa melalui mentoring yang dilakukan oleh Dosen Pembimbing Akademik kepada mahasiswanya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara mahasiswa mengisi data melakukan evaluasi mandiri dengan parameter 16 keterampilan yang harus dikuasai pada abad 21 berdasarkan World Economic Forum Report pada tahun 2015. Setiap keterampilan memilih nilai terendah 1 dan tertinggi 7. Nilai evaluasi dapat diketahui oleh mahasiswa itu sendiri dengan output tiga keterampilan dengan potensi tertinggi dan 3 terendah yang perlu dikembangkan. The task of data mining is to collect or group large amounts of data based on various predetermined criteria. Cluster data mining is ideal for algorithms that can process data more efficiently, namely the K-Means algorithm. The K-Means Clustering algorithm is a method used to combine several data streams to analyze data and determine the number of Clusters that have different characteristics from other data. The expected result is to have a group of data that will influence the sales strategy in the next period so that you can find out which items are best sold and which items are less popular with customers. This decision will minimize the losses previously received by PT Lintas Mandiri primarily on YOU cosmetics. With this data, it can be grouped into 3 clusters based on the level of sales of a type of product. Cluster 0 consists of 8 product items that have the best selling level, while in Cluster 1, which includes 12 product items in the best-selling category, and Cluster 2, which consists of 5 items. Products that are not selling well in this Cluster show a steady or even decreasing trend from month to month with the Centroid value indicating the unpopularity of these products in the market.Ada banyak jenis bisnis di indonesia yang menyita fokus masyarakat serta meningkatkan kompetisi dengan menghasilkan kreativitas dalam berbagai gagasan bisnis. Temuan yang diinginkan ialah terdapatnya kumpulan data yang berdampak bagi strategi penjualan pada periode berikutnya sehingga dapat mengetahui barang yang paling terlaris yang dijual dan barang yang kurang laris. Kebijakan ini bisa menyusutkan defisit yang didapat oleh PT Jalur Mandiri utama dahulunya pada kosmetik YOU. Dengan data tersebut dapat dikelompokan menjadi 3 Clustering yang didasarkan pada tingkat kesuksesan penjualan suatu jenis produk Cluster 0 yang terdiri dari 8 produk item yang memiliki tingkat penjualan laris, Sedangkan Dalam Cluster 1 yang mencakup 12 item produk dengan kategori paling laris dan Cluster 2 yang terdiri dari 5 item produk yang tidak laris, dalam Cluster ini menunjukkan tren tetap atau bahkan menurun dari bulan ke bulan dengan nilai Centroid menunjukkan ketidakpopuleran produk-produk tersebut di pasar.
