SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN MENENTUKAN DOSEN BERPRESTASI TINGKAT KOPERTIS WILAYAH I DENGAN METODE ELECTRE BERBASIS WEB
Determination of outstanding lecturers is useful to improve the quality of knowledge for a lecturer, the selection of lecturers who are competent in the results obtained can improve the quality of learning. The lack of knowledge of a lecturer is caused by the lack of care from a lecturer in developing a career so that the lecturer does not have competence in his career. The absence of selection of lecturers who excel at the national or university level makes lecturers minimal in developing their knowledge. The selection of lecturers who have achievements is very useful to improve the ability of lecturers to develop knowledge in achievement. The existence of criteria in the selection of outstanding lecturers can be applied by utilizing the electre method in producing criteria in determining outstanding lecturers. Perancangan Aplikasi Keuangan Restoran Terintegrasi Pada Warung Arya berbasis Akutansi
The design of financial applications in this Arya stall is based on huge business opportunities in the stall, therefore this stall wants to expand its business and requires financial applications that can support this business activity. Financial applications in the Aryan stalls made include master data, expenditure transactions, sales transactions, and financial reports that are expected to approach accounting rules such as (income statement, owner's equity statement and balance sheet report), while the process of making this application uses the Visual Study programming language 2010 and Microsoft SQL Server 2008 as its database and design using Data Flow Diagrams (DFD). The results of this study produce applications that can provide report information that is useful for decision makers for the owner of the stall and this financial application can facilitate the processing of data such as sales and expenditure transactions

This study contains the implementation of the bottom layer work in order to maintain the life of road plan. The preparation of lower layer pavement was followed method by SNI (Indonesian National Standard), the requirements of the material used are followed ASTM method. Based on the results, it was found that the mismatch of the road plan life were due to five factors, such as human resources error, the materials used and processing, the using of equipments, lack of quality control, and environmental factors that often cause damage to roads. High water content, frequent changes of weather, increade traffic loads and subgrade conditions were also affects the life of road plan
Analisis Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Menggunakan Metode MOORA Untuk Pemilihan Pemain Sepaktakraw Kabupaten Batubara
Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu pemilihan pemain terbaik didesa ataupun kota. Metode peneliti adalah metode penelitian dan pemilihan. Subyek uji coba yang digunakan adalah 15 pemain untuk dipilih dalam sebuah kelompok terdiri tiga pemain sepaktakraw kabupaten batubara. Hasil dari penyeleksian kelompok dengan subyek 15 pemain diperoleh persentase 75 % dengan keterangan baik/valid. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh data bahwa pemilihan pemain terbaik yang dilakukan dapat memenuhi tujuan dari penelitian yaitu diharapkan pemain terbaik bisa dijadikan peserta dalam mengikuti pertandingan
Analisis Pengaruh Parsial Kemasan, Warna, Rasa dan Pengetahuan Gizi terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Makanan pada Siswa SD
Pada era ini, industri makanan berlomba – lomba mengadakan inovasi untuk menciptakan produk makanan baru dengan target konsumen yaitu anak – anak sekolah. Usia Sekolah Dasar (SD) merupakan usia yang mudah untuk dipengaruhi, sehingga perusahaan melakukan berbagai cara untuk menarik perhatian mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh kemasan, warna, rasa dan pengetahuan gizi terhadap keputusan pembelian produk makanan bagi siswa SD. sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SD sebanyak 50 orang yang berusia 8 – 9 tahun. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuisioner tertutup dengan 5 skala Likert. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan SPSS ver 18, uji yang dilakukan adalah uji validitas, reliabilitas dan uji t. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh bahwa uji validitas dan reliabilitas diperoleh bahwa instrumen yang digunakan adalah valid (r hitung > r tabel) dan reliabel, yang dilihat dari nilai Cronbach’s Alpha 0,751. Dari uji t diperoleh bahwa, kemasan (t hitung>t tabel, 2,286>1,679) dan pengetahuan gizi (t hitung>t tabel, 22,421>1,679) berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, pada taraf signifikan 5%. Selanjutnya, rasa dan warna tidak berpengaruh pada keputusan pembelian. Hasil penelitian dapat digunakan sebagai sumber informasi pengusaha produk makanan dalam melakukan promosi untuk menarik pasar siswa SD
IMPLEMENTASI QUANTITATIVE STRATEGIC PLANNING MATRIX (QSPM) DALAM MERENCANAKAN STRATEGI PEMASARAN PADA USAHA MINUMAN HAPPY BUBBLE DRINK DI KOTA BINJAI
Berkembangnya ekonomi masyarakat ditandai dengan munculnya munculnya pedagang yang menjual berbagai macam jenis makanan minuman. Pembeli bebas menentukan pilihan sesuai selera mereka masing-masing. Salah satu jenis usaha dagangan minuman yang mulai berkembang di kota Binjai adalah “es bubble”. Jenis minuman yang masih terbilang baru di kota Binjai ini mulai bermunculan. Salah satu merek dagangnya adalah “Happy Bubble Drink”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti, mengkaji dan mengimplementasikan strategi pemsaran pada usaha minuman Happy Bubble Drink menggunakan Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix QSPM. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan metode QSPM terdapat 8 (delapan) strategi yang dapat digunakan pemilik usaha minuman Happy Bubble Drink antara lain memperluas pangsa pasar, memperkuat kerjasama dengan pemilik lokasi yang strategis, mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan produk, menetapkan strategi harga untuk menghadapi persaingan, meningkatkan kreatifitas, meningkatkan promosi, memperbaiki manajemen penjualan serta memanfaatkan teknologi dalam penjualan produ
The Effect Of Earning Assets Quality And Non-Performing Loans To The Profitability In The Rural Banks (BPR) Of Medan Municipality In 2014-2016
Every credit disbursed by a bank always has a risk. This credit will directly impact to the value of the impaved credit itself. The high level of bad debts meant the deterioration of the quality of earning assets (QEA) in the banking system subsequently leads to a decline in the ability of banks to make profits. The purpose of this study was to search the influence of QEA and impaired debts on profitability in the rural banks, either partially or simultaneously. This study used financial data of nine rural banks (BPR) in Medan Municipality during the period 2014-2016. The data analyzed by using classical assumptions and multiple regression tests while the data processing used SPSS tools. The results of this research were that partially for QEA and non-performing loans (NPL) did not affect ROA profitability and simultaneously the quality of earning assets and NPL impaired debts did not affect the profitability of ROA with a value of f equal to 0 594 with Sig 0 563 0 05

MODEL KOMPETENSI DOSEN TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR PADA MAHASISWA POLITEKNIK LP3I MEDAN
The purpose of National education is to create quality of human beings. In effort to improve and produce human resources, it is inseparable from the performance of all lecturers as the core of teaching and learning process. Lecturers are the main characters and key points in the whole process of education, especially in universities. The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of Lecturer Competency on Learning Outcome at Politeknik LP3I Medan. The four competencies as follows Pedagogical competence, personality competence, social competence and professional competence. This research is an Descriptive Quantitaive. The research in Politeknik LP3I Medan, wit 45 lecturers as respondents. Data collection in this research uses a questionnaire. Data analysis using multiple regressions analysis. The result of this research showed that the influence of personality competence and professional competence on learning outcome is significant, but influence of pedagogical competence and social competence on learning outcome is not significant. And then F test of Lecturer Competence Models on Learning Outcome at Politeknik LP3I Medan is not significant
Model Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan Dalam Memprediksi Produksi Susu Segar Di Indonesia Berdasarkan Propinsi
The problem of drinking fresh milk in Indonesia looks minimal and rarely from children to adults who drink fresh milk, both milk and milk in canned milk. In an effort to realize the provisions as stipulated in the Minister of Health Regulation No. 75 of 2013 informing one's nutritional needs based on age and sex, the Indonesian Government has increased nutritional needs in Indonesia. This research contributes to the government to be able to predict the Production of Fresh Milk in Indonesia by Province. The data used is data from the National Statistics Agency through the website www.bps.go.id. The data is predictive data of fresh milk from 2010 to 2017. The algorithm used in this study is Artificial Neural Networks with the Backpropogation method. The input variables used were data for 2010 (X1), data for 2011 (X2), data for 2012 (X3), data for 2013 (X4), data for 2014 (X5), data for 2015 (X6) and 2016 data (X7) with 4 training and testing architectural models, namely 7-2-1, 7-4-1, 7-16-1 and 7-32-1. Target data is taken from 2017 data. The resulting output is the best pattern of Artificial Neural Network architecture. The best architectural model is 7-4-1 with EPOCH 1042, MSE 0.0095979 and 100% accuracy rate. From this model, the prediction of Fresh Milk Production is based on provinces in Indonesia
Metode Pelacakan HAZ Berdasarkan Urutan Gambar menggunakan Termografi Inframerah Pada Pengelasan MIG Aluminium AA6063
Sambungan las umumnya diterapkan dalam industri, metode pelacakan HAZ pada sambungan las MIG adalah kewajiban untuk mengetahui pengaruh panas pada daerah pengelasan menggunakan metode pelacakan urutan gambar menggunakan termografi inframerah yang diperoleh selama proses pengelasan. Metode yang dilakukan ini dapat berguna untuk mendeteksi dan melacak ketidakstabilan dalam proses pengelasan dan cacat pada sambungan las. Dari percobaan data pertama, kedua dan ketiga dengan hasil batas HAZ rata-rata 17 mm berdasarkan data pengukuran langsung pada hasil pengelasan. Adapun temperatur pada saat pengelasan tertinggi pada waktu detik ke-80 pada pengujian pertama yaitu 280°C.
