Data was collected from 669 respondents on Five-point Likert scale on a multi-item questionnaire adopted from different sources and was treated statistically on smart Smart-PLS and SPSS software to test the hypotheses of the model. Out of twelve hypotheses, six were constructed to ascertain relationship of legal framework, decentralization, empowerment, participation, coordination, capacity building and monitoring and evaluation (IVs) on localization of SDGs in Tharparkar Sindh, (DV) that proved significant relationship. Whereas other six hypotheses were formulated to know the moderating effect of Political will on relationship of six independent variables with Dependent variable. Political will showed up moderating effect on relationship of decentralization, public participation, and empowerment, and capacity building (IVs) with Localization of Sustainable Development Goals (DV), whereas political will showed no moderating effect upon relationship of Legal framework, horizontal and vertical coordination, and monitoring and evaluation with Localization of Sustainable Development Goals (DV). The study has paved the way not only for researchers but also policy makers and implementers to get insight and make most of it.
