A Study of Kichisaburo Sasaki's Moral Education
Get PDFThe moral standards of Japanese people changed greatly due to the social change caused by the Meiji Restoration. Along with that, the content of moral education also changed. From the method of lesson that do not use textbooks, they changed to lesson that use textbooks. The educational method which mechanically teaches the goal of morals indicated in the imperial edict of education had drawbacks. Kichisaburo Sasaki thought about a new lesson by improving it. I revealed the teacher problem consciousness of the primary school at that time. And I revealed how the professor of the school was reformed
