Fresh Insights Using Ardl Bound Testing Approach and Analysis of Public Economic Growth Affecting Environmental Quality in Indonesia
The primary purpose of this research is to testify Environmental Kuznets Curve-EKC hypothesis for the economy of Indonesia. ADF and PP unit root tests confirmed the mixed order of integration in the model based on the time-series.data,spanning over 1990 to 2016. Furthermore, the result of ARDL – Long-run confirmed the presence of the EKC hypothesis for the Indonesian economy. In the short run, not an inverted U-shaped relationship has been observed between growth and energy. ECM and bond test verified the existence of cointegration in the model while CUSUM and CUSUM square with other model diagnostics confirmed that the model is the best fit. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that short & long run dynamic association amongst CO2 Carbon Dioxide, consumption of the energy, urban populations, and the economic development in Indonesia have been examined in this research
Green Supply Chain Management Performance Measurement Using the Balanced Scorecard - Analytic Network Process in the Fresh Dairy Industry
The objective of this study was to obtain an overview of the process and measure the performance of Green Supply Chain Management in the dairy industry in Bandung area, West Java, Indonesia. The method used in this research is the Balanced Scorecard - Analytic Network Process to measure the performance of Green Supply Chain Management. Data was collected through the observation, in-depth interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. The research findings show that some Key Performance Indicators has not been achieved the target, and must be improved to optimize the overall Green Supply Chain Management. The novelty of this research concerning to the importance of business organizations paying attention on Green Supply Chain Management for the long term. The open market for the domestic fresh milk industry is very vulnerable to threats due to environmental issues. Therefore, the results of this study are expected to be a reference for other business organizations
The Role Of Engagement Leadership And Motivation In Pharmaceutical Companies During Pandemic Covid-19
This study aimed to determine the mediating role of employee engagement in the relationship between transformational leadership and motivation on employee performance. Questionnaires were used to collect data from employees of companies operating in the pharmaceutical sector in Jakarta with 223 respondents. The data analysis used structural equation modeling with Smartpls program. The results of the study showed that transformational leadership directly can increase employee performance and work engagement. Furthermore, motivation was able to increase job engagement but it was not able to increase performance. Interestingly, employee engagement had been able to fully mediate the effect of motivation on employee performance, but it was unable to mediate the effect of transformational leadership on performance
Economic Growth And Carbon Emissions In Asean-6 To Achieve Sustainable Development Goals Through Kuznet Curve Environmental Analysis Approach
This study aims to determine carbon emissions in the Association of Southeast Asian Nations-6 (ASEAN-6) in achieving Sustainable Development Goals using the Kuznet environmental curve analysis approach. Used panel data regression method with carbon emissions as a dependent variable and Gross Domestic Product per capita, Squared Gross Domestic Product per capita, population, energy consumption and Sustainable Development Goals as independent variables. Used panel data from 2009-2018, samples taken from Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines and Vietnam. Results are the suitable random effect model, with per capita Gross Domestic Product and energy consumption having a positive and significant effect on carbon emissions. In contrast, the squared Gross Domestic Product Per capita, population and Sustainable Development Goals have a negative and significant impact on carbon emissions. The Environmental Kuznet curve hypothesis has been proven in this area, although only Singapore has reached a turning point, so ASEAN-6 will still experience in carbon emissions increase. For this reason, ASEAN-6 needs to implement sustainable development policies, family planning, environmentally friendly energy development, and coordination and seriousness in implementing the Sustainable Development Goals
Digital Marketing and Brand Image To Increase Consumer Purchase Interest
The digital marketing implemented optimally will improve the positive perception of the consumer candidates so that it develops a strong brand image impacting at an interest in buying. How the institution maximizes the digital marketing function and how the institution's brand in the mind of the candidates might influence the interest of the students to become the students of the institution have become the phenomenon interesting to research. This research aims to assess the influence of digital marketing and brand image on buying in the students of tutoring institutions in Bandung. The research method used in this research is multiple linear regression. The analysis units used in this research are the students of tutoring institutions in Bandung. The sample-taking way is done using simple random sampling. The value of the coefficient 1 = 0.466 and 2 = 0.457 and the value of F value is 710.596. The result shows that digital marketing and brand image influence interest in buying both simultaneously and partially
Construction capital structure; soe and non-soe in the pandemic era
This research aims to actuate the determinants of the capital structure of the state and non-state-owned construction industries during the infrastructure policy and the Covid-19 pandemic periods. Secondary data were collected quarterly from 2013 to 2020 from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), Bank Indonesia, and the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing budget using a dynamic panel data with the Generalized Method of Moments. It was found that speed of adjustment, profitability, tangibility, activity, and infrastructure policies affect the capital structure of state-owned construction companies. Meanwhile, speed of adjustment, profitability, tangibility, and exchange rate affect non-state-owned construction companies. The result showed that state-owned and non-state-owned construction companies have a gap of 27.3% and 17.7% %, respectively. Furthermore, both companies have speed adjustment values of 1.38 period and 1.21 period. This means that non-state-owned construction companies' adjustment speed is faster than their state-owned counterpart. Therefore, the decision-making of debt construction companies needs to consider the financial characteristics and ownership of the company
The Influence Of Building And Atmosphere On The Development Of Coffee Shop Businesses In The SDGs Era Through Social Media As Intervening Variable
The purpose of this research is to analyze the variables of the coffee shop building and atmosphere directly on the social media variables, and to analyze the influence of the coffee shop building and atmosphere variables indirectly on the business development variables through social media variables. The research time is in May-July 2021 and the location is a coffee shop in Cirebon City. The research design is quantitative with a survey method. The research population is the owner of the coffee shop, amounting to 85 people so that the sampling technique is carried out by census. Measurement of data with Liker Scale and data analysis using path analysis. The results of the study concluded that the variables of the building and the atmosphere of the coffee shop had a positive effect on social media, and the building and atmosphere of the coffee shop had a positive effect on business development through social media in the coffee shop in the city of Cirebon. The results of this study are expected to be input for coffee shop owners in managing their business in this SDGs era

HUBUNGAN ANTARA KETERAMPILAN PENJUALAN DAN KINERJA TENAGA PENJUAL DI PERUSAHAAN CAT INDONESIA
AbstractThe phenomenon of the existence of a successful salesperson and does not indicate that the variables affect the salesperson's performance. The understanding is beneficial for the company to provide training focus. The purpose of this study is to test the influence of sales skills dimensions (interpersonal skill, salesmanship skill, marketing skill, company's product knowledge and competitors' product knowledge) on salesperson performance in a domestic paint company which has the potential to influence salesperson performance. The questionnaire was distributed to 57 Supervisors with samples amounting to 268 salespersons form 348 population. The method is linear regression analysis through SPSS Statistik 26th edition software. This analysis was conducted to test the influence of sales skills dimensions on salesperson performance. Based on the questionnaire, it is evident that salesmanship and interpersonal skills have a significant influence on salesperson performance. On the contrary, the remaining three dimensions were found to have no influence on salesperson performance.AbstrakFenomena adanya tenaga penjual yang sukses dan yang gagal menunjukkan bahwa terdapat variabel yang memengaruhi kinerja tenaga penjual. Pemahaman ini bermanfaat bagi perusahaan untuk memberikan fokus pelatihan. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menguji pengaruh dimensi keterampilan penjualan yakni: keterampilan interpersonal, keterampilan keahlian menjual, keterampilan pemasaran, kemampuan pengetahuan produk perusahaan dan kemampuan pengetahuan produk pesaing terhadap kinerja tenaga penjual di sebuah perusahaan cat nasional yang memiliki potensi untuk memengaruhi kinerja tenaga penjual. Kuesioner didistribusikan kepada 57 Supervisor dengan sampel sebanyak 268 orang dari populasi sejumlah 348 orang. Metode analisis regresi linier menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS Statistik edisi 26, analisis ini untuk menguji atas pengaruh dimensi keterampilan terhadap kinerja dari tenaga penjual. Berdasarkan pengumpulan kuesioner terlihat bahwa keterampilan dalam penjualan dan keterampilan interpersonal secara signifikan memengaruhi kinerja tenaga penjual. ANALISIS SIKAP KONSUMEN DI MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 DAN PENGARUHNYA TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN DI COFFEE SHOP JABODETABEK
abstractThe Covid-19 pandemic has a negative impact on various types of foods and beverages business including a coffee shop. The objective of this research is to analyze consumer attitudes during the Covid-19 pandemic and the influence of consumer attitudes during the Covid-19 pandemic on purchasing decisions at coffee shop. The sample of this research is 100 respondents in Jabodetabek (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok Tangerang, and Bekasi). Sampling methods using purposive sampling technique. Sampling data is collected by distributing questionnaires to consumers who had visited a coffee shop in Jabodetabek. The analysis data using Structural Equation Modeling method with Partial Least Squares. The results of the analysis show that consumers aware with the Covid-19 pandemic and its health protocols. Consumers also apply the government's Covid-19 health protocol. Consumer attitudes during this pandemic have a negative effect on purchasing decisions at coffee shop. abstrakPandemi Covid-19 cenderung berdampak negatif pada berbagai jenis usaha di sektor makanan dan minuman, termasuk coffee shop. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis sikap konsumen pada masa pandemi Covid-19 dan pengaruh sikap konsumen pada masa pandemi Covid-19. terhadap keputusan pembelian di coffee shop. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah konsumen di Jabodetabek sebanyak 100 responden. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner ke konsumen yang pernah melakukan kunjungan coffee shop di Jabodetabek. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Squares. Hasil analisis menunjukkan konsumen mengetahui pandemi Covid-19 dan protokol kesehatan. Konsumen juga menerapkan protokol kesehatan Covid-19 dari pemerintah. Sikap konsumen pada masa pandemi ini berpengaruh negatif terhadap keputusan pembelian di coffee shop.
