    The Influence Of Strategic Orientation Dimensions On Market Performance During Covid-19 Pandemic: A Study Of Culinary Business In Kendari City, Indonesia

    This study aimed  to analyze the effect of the strategic orientation dimension on the  culinary business market performance  in Kendari City during the Corona Virus Disease Pandemic. The method used was descriptive quantitative with a non-probability sampling approach with purposive sampling technique. The population was culinary business actors who still survive and have been running for the business more than 2 years during the COVID-19 pandemic. The  sample in this study only obtained 38 respondents. The data analysis technique in this research was  path analysis using SmartPLS VS 3.0. The results showed  an analysis of the strategic dimensions that have an aggressive attitude and had  significant effect on market performance so that culinary business actors can improve their market performance during the COVID-19 pandemic

    The Role of Competitive Advantage Mediates Entrepreneurial Orientation and Product Innovation on Marketing Performance

    The purpose of this study is to analyze the entrepreneurial orientation partially affects competitive advantage. The entrepreneurial orientation and product innovation simultaneously affect competitive advantage, and competitive advantage partially affects marketing performance. This study uses saturated sampling with a total sample of 107 lubricating oil managers in the city of Semarang. The data analysis technique in this study uses path analysis techniques, with the help of the Statistical Package for Service Solution (SPSS) program 22. The results show that entrepreneurial orientation partially has a positive and insignificant effect on competitive advantage, product innovation partially has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage, entrepreneurial orientation and product innovation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage, competitive advantage partially affects marketing performance

    The Influence Costumer Cognitif Factor on Brand Equity Through Brand Personality

    The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of consumer cognitive factors such as brand association, perceived quality of the brand, brand image, and brand reputation on brand equity both directly and indirectly via brand personality. This type of study is explanatory. This study used a purposive sampling method and included 100 Shopee users as respondents from Kebumen and the nearby districts. Data analysis was performed descriptively, and path analysis.  The results of this studied indicate that cognitive factors partially; brand association and brand reputation have a significant impact effect on brand personality, brand image and perceived quality of brand did not affect brand personality, perceived quality of brand, brand image and brand personality have positive effect on brand equity. Brand personality is proven to be able to mediate brand association and brand reputation towards brand equity. The perceived quality of brand and brand image are proven not to be mediated by brand personality

    Improving customer loyalty through customer experience, price attractiveness, and customer relationship management

    This study aims to determine the effect customer Experience, Price Attractiveness and Customer Relationship Management have on Customer Loyalty. The data is collected using primary sources, which is done by distributing questionnaire to 300 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The findings show that customer experience is perceived as good, price attractiveness is perceived as attractive and affordable, while customer loyalty is not high. there is a significant influence of Customer Experience on Customer Loyalty (R2 = 0.31). Customer experience is related to customer loyalty, because the experience of a brand involves the subjective experience and behavior of a consumer. Price attractiveness has a greater effect on customer experience and Customer Relationship Management. Customer Relationship Management and price attractiveness have a positive influence on customer loyalty. Customer experience has a positive influence on customer loyalty in 'Kedai Yups' café

    The Analysis Of Blood Supply Chain Performance Based On Supply Chain Operation Reference Model And Causal Loop Diagram Approach

    This study evaluates the effectiveness of the blood supply chain and determines potential causes of substandard supply chain performance. Unfulfilled demand for blood at UDD PMI Indragiri Hilir in 2021 reached 970 bags, or 14.1% of all orders. The method used is SCOR (supply chain operation references) and CLD (cause loop diagram). The novelty of this research is applying the SCOR model to holistically measure the blood supply chain's performance and determine the leading causes of low performance. The total value of supply chain performance is 77.78, which is a good category. The results show that Five matrices fall into the low-performance process on the Production attribute (28.24), Capacity Utilization Screening (37.50), Capacity Utilization of Blood Quarantine Storage Cabinets (39.01), Capacity Utilization of Healthy Blood (44.44), and Capacity Utilization Crossmatch (33.3). Based on CLD analysis, potential root causes of the low performance of the supply chain with the CLD model are five low-performance matrices on production attributes influenced by voluntary donors and replacement donors, the number of donors, and blood tapping

    The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Perceived Organizational Support on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with the work engagement variable as a mediator at the Palembang City Tourism Office. Samples were taken as many as 63 employees. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale to measure 22 statement items. The analysis technique used is Path Analysis. The results of the analysis show that Perceived Organizational Support has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, Perceived Organizational Support. This study also succeeded in proving that Perceived Organizational Support has an effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior mediated by Work Engagement at the Palembang City Tourism Office. Based on the results of research analysis, several suggestions can be used as consideration in determining future policies, namely, the Office should pay more attention to any complaints felt by employees so that it will create a sense of meaning and feelings of pleasure and employees feel considered necessary by the service

    The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Village Head's Transformational Leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) through Organizational Climate and Job Satisfaction of Village Officials in East Lombok Regency. The steps used to analyze the data are Confirmatory Factor Analysis, Multiple Regression Analysis and Path Analysis. The results showed that Transformational Leadership has a positive but not significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Work Climate, Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on OCB, Work Climate has a positive and significant effect on OCB, Work Climate has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction.     This study aims to to measure and explain the practice of implementing Sustainable HRM to improve Organizational Citizenship Behavior by using the variables of Quality of Work-Life (QWL) and Affective Commitment, especially in the automotive retail industry. Data analysis uses a path to show a specific relationship between exogenous variables, which are variables (X), endogenous variables which are effect variables (Y), and implicit variables (ϵ). This data was collected through an array of questions to be answered by replies from as many as 59 motorcycle automotive retail company employees. The QWL and affective commitment have a favourable and considerable impact on OCB in employees. External influences still need to be followed up by further research, which can complement the determination of OCB in addition to QWL and Affective Commitment.     The metal industry in the Tegal city  experiences a severe shock because of  technological disruption and the Covid 19 pandemic. However,  the metal industry experiences an organizational learning process  and some of the industries are still surviving today. This study aimed  to determine the effect of Employee Engagement, Knowledge Management and Organizational Learning on the Performance of the Metal Industry in Tegal Regency, especially in Kramat District, Central Java. The population in this study was  the metal industry with a total of 121 units with a total workforce of 382 people. Samples were taken by random purposive sampling technique amounting to 78 respondents. The data analysis method used AMOS with PLS Version 3. The results of the study found that Employee Engagement, Knowledge Management, and Organizational Learning simultaneously had  a significant effect on organizational performance. Partially, Employee Engagement had  a negative and insignificant effect on Organizational Learning and Organizational Performance. Knowledge Management had  a positive and significant effect on Organizational Learning. Organizational learning has a positive effect on organizational performance. However, Organizational Learning was  not able to Mediate Employee Engagement on Organizational Performance
