    Enhancing Video Surveillance and Anomaly Detection with Deep Learning Solutions in Dynamic Environments

    This research fills the gaps of Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) for timely detection of dynamic abnormalities by presenting a novel video anomaly detection model integrating ConvGRU and CNNs and Gated Recurrent Units (GRUs). In order to offer efficient handling of spatial and temporal data in films, temporal dependencies are modeled by ConvGRU while spatial features are learned by ResNet50. By employing motion analysis and entropy filtering to detect focused frames, the proposed solution significantly reduces computation expenses. In preparing to generate anomaly probabilities for classification, the model structure initially extracts space features with ResNet50, followed by time features with ConvGRU. The model does a very good job, as indicated by its performance on the UCF Crime dataset, with 300 movies across five actions. Its accuracy on the validation set is 95.12%, its validation loss is 0.2103, and its Area Under the Curve (AUC) score is 0.9823. Moreover, at a cost of 2.10 × 10¹¹ FLOPs, the COD-3D ResNet model also beats other high-end models, such as P3D and Q3D, when it comes to classifying correctly as well as for computing. Especially in detecting gunfire (94% recall) and assault (99% accuracy), the model is very accurate and recalls well. Overall, the proposed hybrid architecture offers an extremely successful and computationally efficient real-time video anomaly detection system suitable for surveillance

Government of India has defined women entrepreneurs as an enterprise owned and controlled by a women having a minimum financial interest of 51% of the capital and giving at least 51% of employment generated in the enterprise to women. Women entrepreneurs face a series of problems right from the beginning till the enterprise functions. Being a woman itself poses various problems to a woman entrepreneur, The problems of women pertains to her responsibility towards family, society and lion work. The tradition, customs, socio cultural values, ethics, motherhood subordinates to ling husband and men, physically weak, hard work areas, feeling of insecurity, cannot be tough etc are some peculiar problems that women are coming across while they jump into entrepreneurship. Any understanding of Indian women, of their identity, and especially of their role taking and breaking new paths, will be incomplete without a walk down the corridors of Indian history where women have lived and internalized various role models. The paper talks about the status of women entrepreneurs and the problems faced by them when they ventured out to carve their own niche in the competitive world of business environment

    A Proposed Methodology for Designing Green Walls to Reduction Carbon Footprint in Residential Buildings in Cairo (Case Study: Dar Misr Buildings)

    In hot climates, green walls are a recommended sustainable environmental solution for residential buildings. They effectively protect buildings from direct sunlight, enhancing thermal performance. Additionally, plants help produce oxygen through photosynthesis and reduce carbon dioxide emissions, which in turn mitigates the bad impacts of global warming, the primary driver of climate change. This research addresses the problem of increased carbon dioxide emissions in residential buildings due to the inefficient building envelope. The main aim is to reduce carbon dioxide emissions by applying green walls to the building envelope of the middle-income housing units under study. This study utilizes the Design Builder v7.0 simulation to assess the performance of residential buildings, focusing on a case study of middle-income housing units in Greater Cairo. The results showed that adopting green walls in middle-income housing units in Greater Cairo resulted in a reduction of carbon dioxide emissions by more than 16 % compared to the baseline

    Now a days well-being is becoming a matter of concern for organisations. Organisation are looking for different dimensions of staff well-being. This study focuses on the role of continuous learning and development initiatives for enhancing employee well-being. For this, mixed-method approach was used. Based on the qualitative study themes and codes was generated and with the help of multiple-regression analysis hypotheses related to continuous learning initiatives on well-being was tested. The outcome suggest that continuous learning initiative help in having well-being of employees.  Also, study proofed that there exist moderating effect of organisational support and individual traits on the relationship between continuous learning initiatives and well-being of employees.  The study helped in knowing that continuous learning and development initiatives help in improving the well-being of employees

    An Exploratory Study On The Cultural Deviation, Deteriorating Heritage Monuments Challenges In Indian Tourism Industry

A trip through historic tourism reveals a wealth of wonders, each with a unique tale to tell. Like the nation itself, India has a rich and varied architectural heritage. Every building, from historic marvels to colonial artefacts, represents a different period in India's rich history. Indians explore the realm of heritage tourism, identifying the best places for tourists looking to fully immerse themselves in history and culture as well as the importance of conserving architectural wonders. This paper aims to focus on studying the cultural deviation and deteriorating heritage monument challenges in the Indian tourism industry. The convenience sampling method is used to collect the primary data. Around 450 participants were selected, whereas 374 responses were received. Simple percentage analysis, regression, and analysis of variance methods are used to interpret the results. Further ranking method based on respondent opinions to reveal the insights. The results revealed that there is a very strong direct relationship between special amendments on tourist policy for cultural preservation and foreign tourist population increase. Furthermore, it reveals that when there is an upsurge in special amendments on tourist policy for cultural preservation by 1, the worth of the foreign tourist population increase increases by 0.9736. The outcomes of this paper are limited to Indian regions only

    Evaluate The Immediate Effect Of Slow Breathing Exercise On Blood Pressure Among Patients With Hypertension Admitted At Selected Hospitals Of Rajkot

    Hypertension, often referred to as the "silent killer," is a leading chronic condition affecting global public health due to its asymptomatic nature and its association with serious complications such as coronary artery disease, stroke, retinopathy, and renal failure. The prevalence of hypertension continues to rise, necessitating effective, low-cost, non-pharmacological interventions. This study employed a quasi-experimental design utilizing a pre-test and post-test control group approach to evaluate the effectiveness of slow breathing techniques in reducing blood pressure among hypertensive patients. A total of 60 participants were selected through purposive sampling and divided equally into experimental and control groups. The research was conducted in the hospital wards of KDP Hospital Atkot, Rajkot. Data were collected using observation and interview methods, and a structured program teaching slow breathing techniques was administered to the experimental group. Results indicated a reduction in diastolic blood pressure in the experimental group, with a mean value decreasing from 91.6 mm Hg pre-intervention to 90 mm Hg post-intervention—a mean difference of 1.6 mm Hg. Conversely, the control group experienced a slight increase in diastolic pressure from 93.3 mm Hg to 94.4 mm Hg. Statistical analysis showed no significant change in the experimental group (t = 1.334, p > 0.05), while the control group showed a significant increase (t = -2.898, p < 0.05). The findings suggest that while the change in the experimental group was not statistically significant, slow breathing may contribute to lowering blood pressure and could be used as a supportive measure in hypertension management. Further studies with larger sample sizes are recommended

    Identifying the Frauds in Digitally Consummated Transactions by Developing the frame work of Intuitionistic Fuzzy Graphs

    In many branches of computer science and computational intelligence, a graph structure provides a helpful framing network for resolving combinatorial issues. Several concepts of intuitionistic fuzzy graph (IFG) structure are defined in this research piece by applying the idea of intuitionistic fuzzy sets to the graph structure. The study of different structures, such as IFGs, signed graphs, and graphs with labelled edges, can greatly benefit from the use of IFG structure. The degree and total degree of a vertex in the K-Lexicographic max product (K-LMP), as well as the IFG structure, are introduced, along with their respective notations. Additionally, numerical examples clarify the suggested concept. In instance, decision-making processes including the use of IFGs for the identification of fraudulent activity in online transactions are demonstrated.
