    Geography Teachers' Skills in Developing HOTS-Oriented Assessment Instruments in Metro City

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the skills of geography teachers in developing HOTS-oriented questions both theoretically and practically. The results show that their skills are theoretically and practically low. Teachers’ training to improve their competence in developing HOTS-oriented assessment instruments is necessary

    The Effect of Financial Literacy and other Determinants on the Intention to Use Electronic Money: Consumer Behavior as a Variable Mediation

    The purpose of this study is to investigate how financial literacy and other determinants affect the intention to use electronic money with consumer behavior as a mediating variable. The other determinants are financial capabilities, perceived benefits, and perceived ease of use. The data were collected by distributing questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis. The findings indicate financial literacy, financial capability, perceived benefits, and perceived ease of use directly influence the intention to use electronic money. Moreover, consumer behavior is able to mediate the influence of financial literacy, financial capability, and perceived ease of use, yet unable to mediate the effect of perceived benefits on intention to use electronic money

    A Study on Consumer Behaviour: Transition from Traditional Shopping to Online Shopping During the COVID-19 Pandemic

    This study aims to investigate Malaysian and Indian consumers’ preferred ways of shopping, the reasons behind their choices, and problems of transactions they faced during the pandemic. Data were primarily collected through a survey distributed to 200 respondents. The study concluded that it is unlikely for online shopping to replace traditional shopping as many consumers remain value physical examination of the products prior to purchase. However, many have opted for online shopping for its various advantages. Regardless of which method of shopping, respondents face similar problems in their transactions. The findings of this study may serve as a guideline for businesses to integrate into online shopping platforms for potential future development

    The Effect of Transformational Leadership and Organizational Culture on Lecturer Performance Through Innovative Work Behavior at Catholic Universities in Surabaya

    This paper aims to investigate the effect of transformational leadership and organizational culture on innovative behavior and work performance. The sample consisted of 204 lecturers from three catholic universities in Surabaya. The data were obtained from Google form and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with LISREL program. The results of the study indicate that transformational leadership has a negative and significant effect on innovative work behavior, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior, innovative work behavior has a positive and significant effect on performance, transformational leadership has a negative and significant effect on performance, organizational culture has a positive effect and significant on performance, transformational leadership has a negative and insignificant effect on performance through innovative work behavior, and organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on performance through innovative work behavior. It suggests the university leaders apply appropriate leadership styles, maintain and enhance their organizational culture

    The financial performance of the Regional Public Service Agency describes the financial performance report and work performance in a certain period. This research investigates how the financial performance of the Central General Hospital Kandou Hospital and how to reform financial management to achieve good governance? This study applied descriptive qualitative methodology. The field observation was conducted by direct observations on the operational process of the financial accounting section monitors at the Kandou General Hospital. The data was collected by observations and interviews on the hospital leaders, employees, and other stakeholders. The secondary data served as a comparison material obtained from financial performance reports. Through the analysis of financial ratios based on the BLU Financial Performance Indicators, the weighting results indicate that the financial performance values of Kandou Hospital are classified as Healthy (Good)

    This study analyzes the effect of hedonic motives, fashion involvement, and positive emotions on impulsive buying of fashion products with sales promotion as a moderating variable. This quantitative study used the accidental sampling method. The sample was 122 respondents. Analysis techniques were used based on Partial Least Square (PLS) to test the hypotheses. The results indicate that 1) hedonic motives, fashion involvement, and positive emotions have a positive and significant effect on impulsive buying fashion products, 2) sales promotion, sales promotion, and sales promotion can strengthen the influence of positive and significant positive emotions on the impulsive buying of fashion products

    This study aims to investigate the influence of financial literacy and Sharia financial literacy on financial attitude and behavior. The population in the study were students of Khairun University and IAIN Ternate. A total of 188 respondents were involved and purposively selected as the samples. The study used validity and reliability tests as part of the instrument test. For hypothesis testing, a simple regression analysis was used. The results showed that all hypotheses were supported. The final part of the study discusses findings, conclusions, and suggestions for future research

    Teaching English language is a big challenge in Minahasa. Students are still unable to master or even comprehend English even after eleven years learning the language at primary and secondary levels. This research entitled “Tontemboan Affixes Relates to English Tenses†aims to identify, classify and describe the affixes and analyze the similarities and differences of affixes used in both languages, English and Tontemboan. This research used descriptive method, which includes preparation, collecting the data, and analyzing the data. The result showed that some affixes in Totemboan language have different functions of affixes in English. Simple present tense functions the habitual action by adding ma’ before the morpheme, following the verb. The present continuous tense which is formed by adding ma’ as prefix has a global meaning. Past continuous tense indicated by adding the prefix ma’ and simple past tensi indicated by adding a base prefix and infix with the initials are consonant
