See andmekogu sisaldab 2022. aasta detsembris läbi viidud küsitluse vastuseid, mida on analüüsitud artiklis "Adult L1 users' attitudes towards their proficiency in written Estonian as evidence of deep-rooted language ideologies". Küsitlus viidi läbi UT LimeSurvey keskkonnas. Andmekogus on valikvastustega küsimuste vastused, vabatekstilisi vastuseid ei ole, kuna vastused võimaldaksid kas üksinda või teiste küsimustega koos vastaja isikut identifitseerida. Avaldatud on vastajate üldistatud taustaandmed. This dataset contains the responses to a survey conducted in December 2022, which has been analyzed in the article "Adult L1 users' attitudes towards their proficiency in written Estonian as evidence of deep-rooted language ideologies". The survey was conducted in the UT LimeSurvey environment. The database contains the answers to the multiple-choice questions; there are no free-text answers, as the answers, either alone or in combination with other questions, would allow the respondent to be identified. Generalized background information on respondents is published

This document describes the methodology of the Baseline Interview Study

    Uuringu käigus kogutud ravimijäätmete andmed

    No full text
Käesolev andmestik sisaldab uuringu perioodil (09.04.2024–30.05.2025) kogutud andmeid Eesti (Narva ja Tartu) apteekidesse tagastatud ravimijäätmete kohta. Andmed koguti eesmärgiga analüüsida kõlbmatute ravimite struktuuri ja majanduslikku väärtust. Tabelis on iga ravimi kohta esitatud ATC-kood, ravimpreparaadi nimetus, toimeained, ravimvorm, tugevus, pakendi suurus, kõlblikkusaeg, tagastatud ühikute arv, jaemüügihind (€) ja kulu (€).

Auditory Mismatch Response to Changes in Pitch and Duration in Children with Developmental Language Disorder: A Longitudinal Approach

    No full text
Here, we present the raw EEG data from our investigation into the neurophysiological differences in language processing between children with developmental language disorder (DLD) and their typically developing peers. Building on previous findings of prosody perception difficulties and their impact on language development, we aim to describe the Mismatch Responses (MMR) of both groups when perceiving the unique three-way quantity distinction of Estonian prosody. This study is longitudinal with two measurement points. Here, we present the findings from the second measurement and compare them to those from the first. Our methodology involves compreheensive psychometric testing and complete EEG examinations for the DLD group, alongside a passive oddball paradigm with various stimuli. We also explore potential correlations between neurophysiological and behavioral results and investigate the influence of environmental factors

Mapping boundaries: Microprosodic and dialectal variability in the perception of Estonian long and overlong quantity (DATA)

    No full text
This repository contains the data and code for the paper Lippus, Pärtel, Liis Kask, Sofia Lutter, Nele Põldver, Kairi Kreegipuu. 2025. Mapping boundaries: Microprosodic and dialectal variability in the perception of Estonian long and overlong quantity. – Eesti Rakenduslingvistika Ühingu aastaraamat = Estonian Papers in Applied Linguistics 21. This paper presents the results of a web-based perception experiment that tested the distinction of long (Q2) and overlong (Q2) quantity degrees in Estonian. Firstly, we observe segmental quality effect on the quantity perception. The stimuli were created from words with 8 different segmental combinations. The second aim of this study is to map the dialectal variability in Estonian quantity perception. There has been some evidence that the listeners from East and South dialect areas are less sensitive to pitch cue than those from North and West. The current study was carried out with 290 participants with various regional background. The results showed that different segmental quality sets have slightly different Q2–Q3 category boundaries. Also, the precision of quantity identification was considerably lower in the case of nonsense word set. Unexpectedly, we were not able to find a clear dialectal background effect

Concerning questions and requests about data, please contact Ene Kõresaar ([email protected]) / Andmetega seotud küsimuste ja ligipääsu taotlemise soovi korral võtke palun ühendust Ene Kõresaarega ([email protected])In English: The project PRG1097, funded by the Estonian Research Council and also known as MNEMUS, was running for five years (2021–2025), and the survey was one stage in the process of collecting the data needed for analysis. An online survey of museum professionals was conducted simultaneously in the three Baltic countries in 2022. The survey consisted of five parts: 1) the type of museum the respondent represents and the respondent's personal background in the context of museum work; 2) questions about the exhibition of 20th-century materials, which could be answered by those involved in exhibition work; 3) questions about the collection of 20th-century materials, which could be answered by those involved in collections; 4) questions based on memory studies to explore the respondent's views on the role of museums in society in terms of memory policy; 5) the respondent's assessment of the position of museum work in society. Respondents also had the opportunity to comment on some of the answers in free text and share their thoughts on the topic with the research team. Küsitlus koosnes viiest osast: 1) vastaja esindatava muuseumi tüüp ja vastaja isiklik taust muuseumitöö kontekstis; 2) küsimused 20. sajandi materjalide eksponeerimise kohta, millele võisid vastata eksponeerimistöös osalejad; 3) küsimused 20. sajandi materjalide kogude kohta, millele võisid vastata kogudega seotud isikud; 4) mälestuste uuringutel põhinevad küsimused, et uurida vastaja seisukohti muuseumide rolli kohta ühiskonnas mälupoliitika seisukohast; 5) vastaja hinnang muuseumitöö positsioonile ühiskonnas. Vastajatel oli ka võimalus kommenteerida mõningaid vastuseid vabas vormis ja jagada oma mõtteid teemal uurimisrühmaga
