    The current hype of quantum computing has necessitated the need for computer security stakeholders to call for the design of security algorithms that will be quantum efficient when quantum computers finally grace our computing sphere. Recent advancements in quantum computing have made cryptographic schemes more vulnerable to quantum attacks like Shor’s algorithm and Grove’s algorithm. Therefore NIST call for a new set of algorithms known as Post-Quantum cryptography that would be quantum proof is imminent.  Many Post quantum algorithms have been designed and tested. But only few of them made it to the round 3 (the final round). This paper reviewed these post quantum candidates. Literatures highlighting their scheme, properties, implementation and areas of security coverage was reviewed. Recommendations on future research areas in this field was itemized for this novel security paradigm as we await the final standardization of this cryptosystems

    Prediction of stock markets is a complex and challenging task due to price data generated is huge in volume, changes every second, sensitive to human emotions (fear), actions (Wars) and natural disasters (floods, famine, earthquake). Many Methods have been used to predict the stock price like Technical Analysis, Time Series, Fundamental analysis, etc. Prediction of stock price provides knowledgeable information about the status of the stock price and will also help in decision making for the investors. Much research has been carried out in prediction of stock prices using different approaches of Machine Learning techniques, Deep Learning, Sentiment Analysis etc. This paper explores and reviews some of the recent works carried out in predicting stock prices.

    The COVID-19 outbreak in 2020, which affected countries in the world, has become a phenomenon that has shaken social life, especially customs in Indonesia. The information about COVID-19 that people get from various sources, such as mass media, social media or word of mouth. Social distancing and calls for “just at home” are being increasingly informed by the government, along with the increase in COVID-19 sufferers in Indonesia, especially in the province of Lampung. Religious activities, especially Islam, which are full of togetherness, such as congregational prayers in mosques, and recitation are among the things that must be undone, along with the government's call to “worship from home” in order to stop the spread of COVID-19. This study seeks to reveal the relationship between information sources, understanding, and people's attitudes towards religious activities, with data mining techniques. That way, we can conclude which media are the most effective in conveying information. The data mining referred to in this study uses a priori algorithm. The priori algorithm is one of the classic data mining algorithms. A priori algorithms are used so that computers can learn association rules, looking for patterns of relationships between one or more items in a dataset. This research was conducted with survey data which were distributed in various districts and cities in the province of Lampung. The results of this study are that there is a connection, if people are afraid of the Covid-19 outbreak and get Covid-19 information through Instagram, they will be relatively obedient, and worship at home. These results can be used by the government in choosing the most appropriate channels/channels, to maximize the dissemination of information, namely through Instagram, especially for millennials

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan apakah bauran pemasaran yang dilakukan Tokopedia khususnya Celebrity Endorser, Atribut Produk, dan Promosi saat pandemic Covid 19 dapat meningkatkan pembelian konsumen Tokopedia di Kampus Universitas Mitra Indonesia Lampung. Saat Pandemi covid 19 gaya berbelanja masyarakat masa kini telah berubah menggunakan belanja daring. Hal ini disebabkan banyaknya pembatasan aktivitas di luar rumah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Bisnis Universitas Mitra Indonesia sebanyak 433 mahasiswa. Sedangkan teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 81 responden terdiri dari program studi Manajemen sebanyak 56 orang, program studi Akuntansi sebanyak 16 orang, dan program studi Kewirausahaan sebanyak 9 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Celebrity Endorser (X1), Atribut Produk (X2) dan Promosi (X3) secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y). Hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan melalui hasil Fhitung sebesar 15,621 > 2,72 Ftabel serta diperoleh nilai signifikan Sig 0,000 < 0,05. Nilai R Square sebesar 0,378 yang berarti bahwa 37,8% variabel Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen dijelaskan oleh variabel Celebrity Endorser, Atribut Produk dan Promosi. Sedangkan sisanya 62,2% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar yang diteliti

    Technological developments can help human in their work. National Standardization Agency of Indonesia often gives awards for each employee based on the achievements of an employee. With the award given, it is expected that employees will motivated to provide the best work results for the company. The current rating system for National Standardization Agency of Indonesia employees is still by distributing questionnaires, then the results of the questionnaire are recapitulated and ranked based on the highest score to the lowest value. The assessment process currently take a long time so the information obtained is not fast. With the existing problems, we need a system that can help the company in determining the best employees with predetermined criteria. Based on the problems that occur, it need decision support system that can help the company to choose the best employee. The method used in decision making is Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Decision making with Simple Additive Weighting method is used for decision making using the weighted addition method. Calculations in employee evaluations are carried out directly by superiors with prescribed considerations. The system developed can determine the employees who have the best performance, and helpful for decision maker to make final decision

    The country of Indonesia is a developing country. This is indicated by the improvement of the development process and business. So, many development projects will appear. With the changing world in the industry with e-Government governance, project data is no longer in paper form. With the emergence of data - a lot of companies need to do project management activities in determining the project strategy to be taken so as not to affect the final results in determining the taking of the project. Then do a lot of research on the project data that appears in the construction world. The method used for this research is the C4.5 Algorithm which is one of the modern algorithms for data mining processes. C4.5 algorithm is also called a decision tree (decision tree) which is one of the classification methods with a tree structure representation. The concept is to collect data and be made into a decision tree based on the rules needed to get an outcome. The pattern and results obtained will be used for recommendations in determining which projects the company will take. The values generated using Rapidminer are Accuracy 97.18%, precision 100%, and recall 94.31%. With the result, 1205 recommended floor construction projects were taken and 784 projects were recommended not to be taken

    This study analyzed the services at the Social Service office of Pesawaran District that were previously conducted conventionally and did not yet have a special system. The results of the analysis was applied in providing services with optimal PMKS data collection, registration of Joint Business Groups (KUBE) and updating the activity in a web-based system facilitation, so that the Social Service Office of Pesawaran District can provide information services well. The development of this system used a prototype method starting from gathering needs: meeting developers and clients (social service provider) determining general objectives, and specifically describing the parts that were needed, design: designing aspects of this software is the basis for making prototypes using development support tools UML Unified Modeling Language system, Prototype evaluation: the client (social service provider) evaluates and tests prototypes that are created and used to clarify the needs of software users. this web-based system provides all the information to the services available and also the assistance available at the Pesawaran Social Service.     The Agriculture Office of North Lampung Regency is one of the beneficiaries of the Agricultural Intensification Program from the Directorate General of Food Crops with the distribution of assistance through 23 District Technical Implementation Units (UPTD) of North Lampung District. All UPTD Sub-districts receiving assistance from the Agricultural Intensification Program should make a report of the actual crops realized from the program. In processing the report data is the Agriculture Office of North Lampung Regency still using Microsoft Excel application. Therefore, the researcher tries to make a special application to input the data of broad realization of agricultural intensification program programs using Prototype method with Borland Delphi 7.0 program.
