Elektromos személygépjármű hajtáslánc tervezésének járműdinamikai lépései: The vehicle dynamic design steps for the transmission systems of electric cars
Get PDFThe design issues of up-to-date electric cars’ transmission systems are different from the ordinary issues at conventional transmission systems. This is partly due to the different torque characteristics and partly caused by the different requirements of electric vehicle use. In this paper the first steps of electric transmission design will be presented: based on the user requirements and the electric engine’s characteristics, the gear ratios and the layout design can be determined.

Get PDFBased on positive experiences and based on positive feedback from our students we introduced a project-based learning method in both semesters of our subject - Manufacturing Equipment and Systems. The first semester assignments were focused on positioning a workpiece with the given conditions and constraints. During the second semester project teams formed by the students were working on a project of a single purpose machine tool.

Dartstű mozgásának vizsgálata dartsozó robothoz: Testing the motion of a dart for a darts playing robot
Get PDFIn this article, I would like to present two darts needle models that will be used for the targeting procedure of a darts playing robot. For the first model I have considered the ideal darts needle, for the second model I have also taken into account that the geometry of the dart is not perfectly symmetrical and may be distorted by stress. For preparing the models MATLAB and SIMULINK softwares were used. The suitability of the dart models was checked by camera measurements.

Ebben a cikkben két dartstű modellt mutatok be, amelyek egy dartsozó robot célzásához lesznek felhasználva. Első modell esetében ideális dartstűt veszek figyelembe, második modell esetében figyelembe veszem, hogy a dartstoll geometriája nem tökéletesen szimmetrikus és az igénybevételek hatására torzulhat. A modellek elkészítéséhez MATLAB és SIMULINK szoftvereket használtam. A dartstű modellek megfelelőségét kamerás mérésekkel vizsgáltam
Hengerfelülettel élezett egyenes fogú metszőkerekek klasszikus módszerrel való gyárthatóságának kérdései: On The Classic Manufacturing Possibilities Of The Right Teethed Shaper Cutter With Cylindrical Rake Face
Get PDFAs well as known, the consequence of the classic sharpening of Fellows cutter results in an insufficient rake angle and theoretical profile error. If the common conical rake face is substituted with individual cylindrical surfaces, optimal rake angle values and theoretically perfect cutting profile is obtained. The tooth grinding can be performed here only with the use of a special profiled grinding wheel. The present paper shows that there exists such setting possibilities that allow the use of a classical biconic grinding wheel, by keeping the improved side rake angle values besides a minimal profile error.

Az egyenesfogú metszőkerekek klasszikus élezésének következménye a nem elégséges homlokszög és a profilhiba. A kúp-homlokfelület fogankénti hengerfelülettel való helyettesítésének következménye az optimális oldalhomlokszög-érték, és a nulla profilhiba, amennyiben a szerszám fogazatát speciális, görbe profilú köszörűtárcsával simítjuk. Jelen közleményben bizonyítjuk, hogy meg lehet találni azokat a beállításokat, melyek megengedik az egyenes profilú köszörűszerszám használatát, anélkül, hogy a profilhiba növekedne, vagy az oldalgeometria romlana.
 
Alacsony csillapítású lemez, csillapítási veszteség tényezőjének a meghatározása Bevitt Teljesítmény Módszerrel: Damping determination for a slightly damped rectangular plate by Power Injection Method
Get PDFIn NVH (Noise, Vibration, Harshness) simulations one of the most important parameter is the Damping Loss Factor (DLF). This paper presents a methodology for measuring the DLF of a slightly damped plate in the mid-frequency range (400-1000 Hz) by the Power Injection Method (PIM). The considered case was a steel rectangular flat plate with the size of 650 x 550 x 2 mm, and impact excitation was applied on it. The calculated DLF values were used in Statistical Energy Analysis (SEA) simulation and the results were compared to the experiment. The results showed that the simulation had good agreement with the measurement, the maximum difference was only 1.6 dB.

A vibroakusztikai szimulációk legfontosabb bemenő paramétere a csillapítási veszteség tényező (DLF). Jelen munka egy kis csillapítás értékkel rendelkező lemez DLF mérését mutatja be a középfrekvencia tartományban (400-1000 Hz). A teszteset egy 650 x 550 x 2 mm-es acél lemez volt, amin impulzus gerjesztés volt alkalmazva. A csillapítási értékek Bevitt Teljesítmény Módszerrel (Power Injection Method) kerültek meghatározásra. Az eredmények Statisztikai Energia Analízis (SEA) szimulációban lettek felhasználva, majd a szimuláció és a mérés került összehasonlításra. A szimuláció jó egyezést mutatott a méréssel, a legnagyobb eltérés csupán 1,6 dB adódot

Get PDFThe different manufacturing methods introduce different failures into the materials affecting the mechanical properties of the material during deformation. We investigated the effect of the unwanted pores (of the matrix) of an expanded clay aluminum syntactic foam, produced by the infiltration method on the deformation mechanism. For the investigation, X-ray microtomography was applied. To be able to study the effect of the unwanted porosity on the formation of the deformation band, we developed a new method to separate the pores of the matrix material and the clay particles.

Az anyagok előállítása során keletkező hibák felderítése alapvető fontosságú, hiszen ezek sokszor meghatározó szerepet játszanak az anyag deformációja során. Jelen cikkben infiltrációval előállított, alumínium mátrixú, duzzasztott agyagkavicsokat tartalmazó szintaktikus habok mátrixában jelentkező nem kívánt porozitás hatását vizsgáltuk röntgentomográfiával a deformáció előrehaladtával. A vizsgálat során olyan módszert fejlesztettünk ki, mellyel a mátrixban és az agyagkavicsokban jelenlévő porozitás szétválasztható, és ezáltal ezek hatása a deformációs sáv kialakulására vizsgálható

Get PDFThanks to the expected spreading of self-driving vehicles in the near future, counting researchers are working on an appropriate algorithm and sensor set, which satisfies the needs of a self-driving. Sensor manufacturers have noted this, and there are a large number of sensors on the market with different parameters in one area. One important area of self-driving is navigation, where satellite-based navigation and fusion of inertial sensors are a common solution. In this article I try to determine the appropriate sensor parameters that meet the requirements of autonomous navigation using a simulation environment.

Az önvezető járművek közeljövőben várható térhódításának köszönhetően számtalan kutatás folyik a megfelelő algoritmusok és szenzorkészletek megtalálására, amelyek alkalmasak az önvezetés megvalósításához. Erre a szenzorgyártók is felfigyeltek, ezért a piacon nagy számban megtalálhatóak különbözőbb paraméterekkel rendelkező szenzorok egy azon területre. Az önvezetés egyik fontos területe a navigáció, ahol az egyik elterjedt megoldás a műholdas alapú navigáció és az inerciális érzékelők fuzionálása. The complexity of the test is caused by the difficult accessibility of the weldand it is therefore necessary to redoundthe examinationsby simulation.This study details the difficulties of evaluating the tests and provides an opportunity for appropriate ultrasound examinationprocedure through modelling.

Heterogén varratok (DMW) ultrahangos repedéskereső vizsgálata rendkívül kifinomult technológiát igényel, hiszen ezekben nagyszámú anyagfolytonossági hiba fordulhat elő. A vizsgálat bonyolultságát okozza a varrat nehéz hozzáférhetősége, ezért szükséges a vizsgálatok szimulációval történő segítése. Jelen tanulmányban a vizsgálat kiértékelésének nehézségeit részletezzük, valamint modellezés segítségével egy lehetőséget kínálunk a megfelelő vizsgálati eljárásra.
 
Nagy teljesítőképességű betonok – definíciók, lehetőségek: High performance concretes – definitions, possibilities
Get PDFThe High Performance Concrete (HPC) as well as Ultra High Performance Concrete (UHPC) provide a major step in the development the different concrete types. This definition reflects properties that are beyond the the properties of conventional concretes (see details in the article). A special form of HPC-UHPC concretes is the tailor made concrete. These types of concretes are finding their ways both to new structures and to retrofitting of existing structures.

Get PDFSámuel Pathi Nagy studied in the Protestant College in Debrecen, later in Jena. Here he became the Hungarian secretary of the Mineralogical Society. Returning home he worked as medical doctor in Komárom. After his death the catalogue of his private library was published which gives a good insight into the sources of his knowledge and cultural background. In this abstract mostly his books dealing with natural history, theology of nature and education are discussed.
