Meeting of the Trustees of the Bowling Green Normal School at the Melliken Hotel Parlors, 
Bowling Green, Ohio, 10 A. M. 
Meeting called to order by Pres. Collins. 
Roll call showed the following members present:- Begg, Davi3, Brown, Collins.  Absent - 
McDonel. 
Minutes of the last previous meeting read and approved. 
Moved by Begg and seconded by Davia that Secretary find out as to whether traveling 
expenses in looking at Normal Schools would be allowed by the state.- Carried unanimously. 
Moved by Davis and seconded by Begg that the Secretary be authorized to employ a stenog- 
rapher to ansv/er all correspondence addressed to any member of the Board or Secretary, that 
should be turned over to him.  Roll call showed the following vote: Begg, Davi3, Brown, Collins. 
Carried unanimously. 
Moved by Davis and seconded by Begg that Mr. Treber look up the parties who are farming on 
the state grounds of the Bowling Green Normal School and arrange for a share of the crops. 
AI30 to arrange for rent from the houses that are, and can be occupied, and report at the next 
meeting of the Board.  Also to collect rental from August 1st, 1911, and to attend any and 
everything pertaining to the grounds.  Roll call showed the following vote: Davis, Begg, Brown, 
Collins, yes.- Carried unanimously. 
Moved by Begg and seconded by Davi:j that we meet at the Neil House in Columbus, Ohio, on 
September 1st, at 8 A. M.- Carried unanimously. 
There being no further business before the Board, moved by Davis and seconded by Begg 
that we adjourn.- Carried unanimously.

Proceedings, Trustees Bowling Green Normal College Columbus, Ohio. September 1, 19h. 
Meeting of The Bowling Green Normal School Trustees in room number fifteen of the Neil 
House, Columbus, Ohio, at 1:00 P. M. September 1", 1911.  Members present, Davis, Begg, 
McDonel, Collins;  absent, Brown. Mr. Helter from Mansfield met with the board on invitation. 
Was pleased to be considered for position a3 President. 
Moved by Begg, seconded by Davis, J. D. McDonel appointed temporary secretary.  Moved by 
Begg, seconded by Davis that all action of Trustees be deferred until the terras of the original 
agreement, between the City of Bowling Green and The Commission appointed by the Governor, are 
complied with:  carried, all voting yea. Moved by Begg, seconded by Davis that President 
Collins be appointed a committee of one to go to Bowling Green and confer with the city 
officials:  carried, all voting yea. Mr. Collins i3 to look after title, sewage disposal, 
setting off school and such other business as may come up. Moved by Begg, seconded by McDonel 
to adjourn to meet at Bowling Green, September IS", 1911, at 5:00 P. M.: carried, all voting yea. 
Board adjourned.
