No full textBakalářská práce se zaměřuje na upcyklaci technické textilie - balonoviny - vznikající jako odpad při výrobě horkovzdušných balónů. Cílem bylo navrhnout univerzální tašku se sportovním charakterem, která je funkční pro různá prostředí. Tašku lze nosit v ruce, přes rameno i jako batoh. Výsledný produkt demonstruje aplikaci principů cirkulárního designu v oblasti módních doplňků.The bachelor's thesis focuses on the upcycling of technical textile - balloon fabric - which is generated as waste during the production of hot air balloons. The aim was to design a versatile, sport-inspired bag that functions well in various environments. The bag can be carried by hand, over the shoulder, or worn as a backpack. The final product demonstrates the application of circular design principles in the field of fashion accessories.Produktový desig
The effect of enzyme addition on bread quality
No full textBakalářská práce je zaměřena na využití enzymů v pekárenském průmyslu za účelem zlepšení kvality pečiva. Cílem bylo ověřit funkční vlastnosti enzymu amyloglukosidáza, jež je dostupná pod obchodním názvem GoldCrust. Teoretická část je věnovaná základním surovinám, přídatným látkám a jejich funkčním vlastnostem, samotnému vzniku těsta a enzymům v pekárenské výrobě. Praktická část se soustředí na samotnou výrobu vzorků pečiva s přídavky enzymu GoldCrust 0 %, 0,005 %, 0,010 % a 0,015 %. Experiment se soustředil na změnu barvy kůrky, textury a vliv na fyzikální vlastnosti vzorků. Barva kůrky všech vzorků byla proměřena v trojrozměrném prostoru CIE L*a*b*. Dále byla proměřena textura střídy vzorků přístrojem TA.XT plus a v neposlední řadě byla věnována pozornost fyzikálním vlastnostem vzorků pečiva. Bylo zjištěno, že enzym amyloglukosidáza měl pozitivní vliv na barvu kůrky výrobků, jež byla tmavší oproti kontrolnímu vzorku a mezi těmito vzorky byly statisticky průkazné rozdíly (p0,05).The bachelor thesis is focused on the use of enzymes in the bakery industry to improve the quality of baked goods. The aim was to verify the functional properties of the enzyme amyloglucosidase, which is available under the trade name GoldCrust. The theoretical part is devoted to the basic raw materials, additives and their functional properties, the formation of the dough itself and enzymes in bakery production. The practical part focuses on the actual production of the bakery samples with the addition of the enzyme GoldCrust 0 %, 0.005 %, 0.010 % and 0.015 %. The experiment focused on the change in crust colour, texture and the effect on the physical properties of the samples. The crust of all samples was measured in three-dimensional CIE L*a*b* space. Furthermore, the texture of the crumb of the samples was measured with the TA.XT plus instrument and last but not least, attention was paid to the physical properties of the pastry samples. It was found that the enzyme amyloglucosidase had a positive effect on the colour of the crust of the products, which was darker compared to the control sample, and there were statistically significant differences (p0.05).Ústav technologie potravi

No full textDiplomová práca sa zaoberá návrhom layoutu centrálneho skladu záhradníckych potrieb pre spoločnosť SIMON seeds s.r.o.. Cieľom práce je navrhnúť vhodné usporiadanie skladového priestoru so zohľadnením špecifických požiadaviek na skladovanie, ako je sezónnosť sortimentu. V teoretickej časti sú spracované poznatky o skladových procesoch, tvorbe layoutu a metodických prístupoch k návrhu. Praktická časť obsahuje ABC analýzu sortimentu, návrhy variantov usporiadania skladu a ich porovnanie viackriteriálnou analýzou. Výstupom práce je odporúčanie najvhodnejšieho riešenia.The thesis deals with the design of the layout of the central warehouse of the gardening supplies for the company SIMON seeds s.r.o.. The aim of the thesis is to design a suitable layout of the warehouse space, taking into account specific storage requirements such as seasonality of the product range. In the theoretical part, knowledge about warehouse processes, layout development and methodological approaches to design are discussed. The practical part includes ABC analysis of the assortment, proposals of warehouse layout variants and their comparison by multicriteria evaluation. The output of the work is a recommendation of the most suitable solution.Ústav logistik

Teoretická část mapuje historický kontext nástěnných a modulárních systémů, zabývá se materiálovými vlastnostmi PET filcu, jeho recyklací, principy cirkulární ekonomiky a možnostmi 3D tisku. Praktická část dokumentuje celý designérský proces - od úvodního výzkumu přes tvorbu prototypů až po návrh funkčních prvků a obalového řešení.This diploma thesis focuses on the design and development of a modular wall-mounted system, created in collaboration with the Polish company DeFelt, which specializes in acoustic panels made from recycled PET felt. The theoretical section explores the historical evolution of wall and modular systems, analyzes the properties of PET felt and its recycling processes, and examines principles of circular economy and 3D printing technology. The practical part documents the entire design process - from initial research and prototyping to the development of functional components and packaging design.Produktový desig

Práce má za cíl pojmout problematiku komplexně a vytvořit lokomotivu, která bude svou koncepcí i konstrukcí přizpůsobena tomuto typu provozu. Díky využitým inovacím se zvýší efektivita a udržitelnost dopravy. V první části práce je představena historie železničních vozidel u nás a v zahraničí, která tvoří výchozí bod současné produkce. Součástí analytické části jsou názory odborné veřejnosti. Získané podněty jsou základem pro praktickou část práce, která kromě historie a analýzy současné situace obsahuje: kresebné návrhy, 3D digitální model a konečným produktem je fyzický model v měřítku 1:15The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of autonomous railway transport. The aim of the thesis is to comprehensively address the issue and to create a locomotive that will be adapted to this type of operation by its concept and design. The innovations used will increase the efficiency and sustainability of transport. The first part of the thesis presents the history of railway vehicles in the Czech Republic and abroad, which forms the starting point of the current production. The analytical part includes the opinions of the professional public. Cílem je analyzovat, jak mohou archetypy dle Jungovy teorie přispět k vytvoření silné a konzistentní značkové identity a jaký mají vliv na vnímání značky spotřebiteli. Práce kombinuje teoretické poznatky z oblasti brandingu, psychologie a marketingové komunikace s praktickou analýzou konkrétních značek využívajících archetypální přístup. Součástí práce je kvantitativní výzkum formou dotazníkového šetření, který zkoumá povědomí spotřebitelů o archetypech a jejich vliv na vnímání značek. Dále je zahrnuta projektová část, která slouží jako praktický návod pro značky, jak efektivně využívat archetypy v komunikaci a posilovat svou identitu na trhu.This thesis explores the topic of brand building through archetypes. Its aim is to analyze how archetypes, based on Jung's theory, can contribute to the development of a strong and consistent brand identity and how they influence consumer perception. The work combines theoretical insights from branding, psychology, and marketing communication with a practical analysis of selected brands using the archetypal approach. A quantitative research study, conducted through a consumer questionnaire, examines awareness of archetypes and their impact on brand perception. Hlavním konstrukčním materiálem je javorové dřevo, jehož klíčovými vlastnostmi jsou světlá barva, tvrdost a odolnost. Dřevěná konstrukce je doplněna čtyřmi skleněnými krychlemi dvou velikostí, které jsou geometricky uspořádány tak, aby při rozsvícení vytvářely zajímavý světelný efekt. Práce se soustředí na vytvoření produktu, jenž nabízí nejen praktickou funkci osvětlení, ale zároveň propojuje inspiraci portugalskou architekturou s aktuálními požadavky na současný design.The bachelor's thesis focuses on the design of an interior pendant light inspired by Portuguese architecture. The main construction material is maple wood, whose key properties include a light color, hardness, and durability. The wooden structure is complemented by four glass cubes of two different sizes, geometrically arranged to create an interesting lighting effect when illuminated.
