No full textBakalářská práce se věnuje kultuře a odívání původních obyvatel Severní Ameriky z oblasti Velkých plání. Zabývá se jejich tradičním způsobem života, duchovními hodnotami a symbolickým významem oděvu, včetně proměn vyvolaných kontaktem s evropskými kolonizátory. Cílem je porozumět kulturnímu odkazu a na jeho základě vytvořit autorskou kolekci, která neusiluje o historickou rekonstrukci, ale o kreativní interpretaci a aplikaci symbolů, materiálů a technik charakteristických pro domorodé obyvatele. Klíčovými prvky jsou přírodní materiály, symbolika bizona a inspirace spirituálním světem. Práce se snaží zachovat autenticitu, vyhnout se stereotypům a s respektem vzdát úctu této kultuře prostřednictvím moderní interpretace.The bachelor's thesis focuses on the culture and clothing of the Indigenous peoples of North America, specifically those from the Great Plains region. It explores their traditional way of life, spiritual values, and the symbolic meaning of clothing, including transformations brought about by contact with European colonizers. The aim is to understand their cultural heritage and, based on this foundation, to create an original fashion collection that does not strive for historical reconstruction but offers a creative interpretation and application of symbols, materials, and techniques characteristic of Indigenous communities. Key elements include the use of natural materials, the symbolism of the bison, and inspiration drawn from their spiritual world. The work seeks to maintain authenticity, avoid stereotypes, and respectfully pay tribute to this culture through a modern interpretation.Ateliér Design oděv

V praktickej časti vzniká autorská kolekcia, ktorá sa snaží prepojiť prvky a techniky minulé s novodobými, s historickými odkazmi a nikdy nestarnúcim motívom.The bachelor's thesis focuses on the use of dots and circles in surface patterning and garment construction. The theoretical part describes the chronological development of the polka dot motif in fashion design and analyses its presence on runways in the 21st century through its key representatives. Cílem je prostřednictvím kvalitativního výzkumu definovat chybějící dovednosti designérstva na trhu práce a způsoby, jakými by studující preferovali jejich doplnění. Výstupem práce je návrh praktického manuálu pro studentstvo designu oděvu a čerstvé absolventstvo, který pomůže adresovat tyto nedostatky a poskytne konkrétní doporučení. Jeho forma (podcast, kniha, katalog) je přizpůsobena výsledku výzkumu.This thesis focuses on identifying deficiencies in the education of fashion design students in the areas of entrepreneurship and brand management. The aim is to define the missing skills of designers in the labor market and explore the preferred methods for addressing these gaps through qualitative research. The outcome of this thesis is a practical guide for fashion design students and recent graduates, aimed at addressing these shortcomings and providing concrete recommendations. Hlavním cílem práce je vyhledat, shrnout a analyzovat dostupné informace týkající se tohoto onemocnění. Dílčí cíle zahrnují popis metabolismu bilirubinu, objasnění příčin patologického zvýšení jeho hladiny u novorozenců, diagnostiku a možné komplikace, zejména riziko rozvoje bilirubinové encefalopatie. Práce dále poskytuje přehled terapeutických možností a zaměřuje se na roli porodních asistentek v péči o novorozence s hyperbilirubinémií, včetně jejich úlohy v prevenci, a včasné detekci tohoto stavu. Pro zpracování tématu byla zvolena metodika přehledové bakalářské práce.This bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of neonatal unconjugated hyperbilirubinemia. The main objective of the thesis is to search, summarize and analyze the available information regarding this disease. Sub-objectives include a description of bilirubin metabolism, clarification of the causes of pathological increase in its level in newborns, diagnostics and possible complications, especially the risk of developing bilirubin encephalopathy. The thesis also provides an overview of therapeutic options and focuses on the role of midwives in the care of newborns with hyperbilirubinemia, including their role in prevention and early detection of this condition. The theoretical part defines the basic terminology related to the topic, describes the historical development of the perspective on congenital malformations, their management, including causes, types, diagnostic possibilities, care for children with these defects, and preventive measures. The aim of the thesis is to search for and analyze scholarly publications, studies, and articles addressing this issue. No full textTato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice fetální růstové restrikce (FGR). Cílem práce je vyhledat, analyzovat a zpracovat dostupné odborné publikace a studie a poskytnout ucelený přehled základních poznatků z pohledu porodní asistence. Práce porovnává časnou (Early-onset) a pozdní (Late-onset) FGR, s důrazem na jejich odlišnou etiopatogenezi a možnosti klinického managementu. Zdůrazňuje roli porodní asistentky v multidisciplinárním týmu a potřebu individualizovaného přístupu s cílem zlepšit perinatální výsledky. Dále shrnuje význam přesné diagnostiky, významu důsledného monitorování a včasného rozhodování o porodnické intervenci, včetně zásad péče během porodu růstově restrikčního plodu. Byla zvolena forma přehledové studie, v rámci níž bylo analyzováno a porovnáno celkem 15 odborných článků.This bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of fetal growth restriction (FGR). The aim of the thesis is to search for, analyze and process available professional publications and studies and a comprehensive overview of basic knowledge from the perspective of midwifery. The thesis compares early-onset and late-onset FGR, with an emphasis on their different etiopathogenesis and clinical management options. It emphasizes the role of midwives in a multidisciplinary team and the need for an individualized approach to improve perinatal outcomes. It also summarizes the importance of accurate diagnosis, the importance of consistent monitoring and timely decision-making about obstetric intervention, including the principles of care during delivery of a growth-restricted fetus. Advantages and Disadvantages of Motherhood in Women over 40
No full textTato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem mateřství žen po 40. roce života. Cílem práce bylo analyzovat výhody a nevýhody tohoto rozhodnutí z hlediska biologického, psychologického, sociálního a ekonomického, a zároveň zachytit perspektivu nejen samotných žen, ale také jejich partnerů. Teoretická část práce popisuje, na základě odborné literatury, hlavní přínosy pozdního mateřství. Empirická část práce využívá kvalitativní výzkum formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se všemi participanty. Výsledky výzkumu ukazují, že rozhodnutí stát se rodičem v tomto věku je obvykle vědomé a promyšlené, ale zároveň s sebou nese vyšší nároky na organizaci rodinného a profesního života. Závěr práce upozorňuje na potřebu dalšího výzkumu, který by se zaměřil na dlouhodobý dopad pozdního rodičovství na rodinný systém, partnerské vztahy a vývoj dítěte.This bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of motherhood of women after the age of 40. The aim of the thesis was to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of this decision from a biological, psychological, social and economic perspective, and at the same time capture the perspective of not only the women themselves, but also their partners. The theoretical part of the thesis describes, based on professional literature, the main benefits of late motherhood. The empirical part of the thesis uses qualitative research in the form of semi-structured interviews with all participants. The research results show that the decision to become a parent at this age is usually conscious and thoughtful, but at the same time it carries higher demands on the organization of family and professional life. The conclusion of the thesis draws attention to the need for further research that would focus on the long-term impact of late parenthood on the family system, partner relationships and child development.Ústav zdravotnických vě

Teoretická část rozebírá význam informační bezpečnosti, principy certifikace TISAX a možnosti využití softwarových nástrojů a metod pro analýzu rizik a multikriteriální hodnocení. Praktická část popisuje samotný proces implementace, který je postaven na metodickém rámci DMAIC, zahrnuje analýzu rizik pomocí softwaru Riskan a multikriteriální hodnocení variant metodou AHP v nástroji MC&S2 Analyzer.The thesis focuses on the area of information security in the automotive industry, with the main objective being the implementation of measures leading to obtaining international TISAX certification in a selected organization. The theoretical part discusses the importance of information security, the principles of TISAX certification and the possibilities of using software tools and methods for risk analysis and multi-criteria assessment.
