Quantum Computational Power in AI: VQE as a Tool for Optimizing Generative Adversarial Networks
No full textTato bakalářská práce propojuje generativní adversariální sítě GAN s hybridním kvantově klasickým algoritmem Variational Quantum Eigensolver. Po úvodní rešerši principů kvantového počítání a generativních modelů je implementován referenční ACGAN a k jeho výstupu je v knihovně Qiskit připojen simulovaný kvantový obvod, který vypočte energii Isingova Hamiltoniánu a přidá ji jako regularizační člen do ztrátové funkce generátoru. Při tréninku na datech MNIST dosahuje kvantově regulovaná verze po pěti epochách lepšího skóre FID 19.92 oproti 24.02, i když vyžaduje delší výpočetní čas. Práce analyzuje technické a koncepční rozdíly mezi klasickým a kvantovým přístupem, probírá hardwarová omezení a navrhuje rozšíření testů na složitější obrazové sady i ověření na reálném kvantovém procesoru. Všechny zdrojové kódy a logy jsou přiloženy, což umožňuje reprodukovat experiment.This bachelor thesis combines generative adversarial networks with the hybrid quantum classical algorithm Variational Quantum Eigensolver. After a survey of quantum computing and generative models, a reference ACGAN is implemented and a simulated quantum circuit in Qiskit is linked to its output. The circuit calculates the energy of an Ising Hamiltonian and adds it as a regularising term to the generator loss. Training on the MNIST dataset shows that the quantum-regularised model reaches a better FID score of 19.92 versus 24.02 after five epochs, although at the cost of longer runtimes. The thesis analyses technical and conceptual differences between the classical and quantum approach, discusses hardware limitations, and proposes future experiments on larger image datasets and on real quantum processors. Developing a VR Game Inspired by Space Impact
No full textTato bakalářská práce se zabývá vývojem hry pro virtuální realitu, inspirované původní 2D mobilní hrou Space Impact. Hlavním cílem je převést původní 2D koncept do trojrozměrného prostředí a přizpůsobit herní mechaniky ovládání pomocí VR zařízení. K vývoji hry bude použit herní engine Unity a pro tvorbu grafických objektů software Blender. Práce bude zahrnovat vysvětlení důležitých teorií, rešerši existujících VR her a herních enginů, popis konceptu hry, herních objektů, uživatelského rozhraní, implementace herních mechanik a také popis procesu exportování dokončené VR hry do spustitelné podoby.This bachelor´s thesis focuses on the development of a virtual reality game inspired by the original 2D mobile game Space Impact. The main goal is to translate the original 2D concept into a three-dimensional environment and adapt the game mechanics to be controlled by VR devices. The Unity game engine will be used to develop the game and Blender software will be used to create the graphical objects. The thesis will include an explanation of important theories, analysis of existing VR games and game engines, description of the game concept, game objects, user interface, implementation of game mechanics and also description of the process of exporting the completed VR game to an executable form.Ústav informatiky a umělé inteligenc

Evaluation of the Impact of Development Frameworks on the Efficiency of Web Development
No full textTato práce se zabývá evaluací vlivů moderních vývojových frameworků na efektivitu webového vývoje. Cílem práce je zhodnotit, jak integrace frameworků ovlivňuje klíčové aspekty tvorby webových aplikací, jako jsou rychlost vývoje, výkon a údržba kódu. V teoretické části je proveden literární přehled aktuálního stavu technologií Java, HTML, CSS a JavaScript a analyzovány jejich trendy a inovace. Praktická část zahrnuje implementaci dvou variant webové aplikace - první verze je vytvořena bez využití frameworků a druhá s jejich zapojením. Obě varianty jsou porovnány na základě metrik, jako je doba odezvy, spotřeba systémových zdrojů a vývojová efektivita. Na základě získaných výsledků práce hodnotí přínosy a omezení používání frameworků a formulují doporučení pro optimalizaci procesu webového vývoje.This paper deals with the evaluation of the effects of modern development frameworks on the effectiveness of web development. The aim of the work is to evaluate how the integration of frameworks affects key aspects of web application development such as development speed, performance and code maintenance. In the theoretical part, a literature review of the current status of Java, HTML, CSS and JavaScript technologies is conducted and their trends and innovations are analyzed. The practical part includes the implementation of two variants of the web application - the first version is created without the use of frameworks and the second one with their involvement. Both variants are compared based on metrics such as response time, system resource consumption and development efficiency. Based on the results obtained, the paper evaluates the benefits and limitations of using frameworks and formulates recommendations for optimizing the web development process.Ústav informatiky a umělé inteligenc
Utilization of the SMED Method on an Printing Machine in a Manufacturing Company
No full textTato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na aplikaci metody SMED, celým slovem Single-Minute Exchange of Die, na středisku potisku ve výrobní firmě nedaleko Zlína, která produkuje trvale udržitelné plastové obaly. Cílem práce je zrychlení přestaveb potiskovacích strojů a snížení doby přechodů mezi výrobními procesy pomocí již zmíněné metody. Aby bylo možno těchto výsledků dosáhnout, zaprvé byla provedena datová analýza jednotlivých typů přestaveb a pomocí snímků pracovního dne byl zanalyzován současný stav přetypování. Současný stav přetypování byl týmově prodiskutován členy, kteří se na projektu účastnili a následně byly navrženy a implementovány řešení pro dosažení předem stanoveného cíle.This bachelor thesis focuses on the application of the SMED method, which stands for Single-Minute Exchange of Die, at a printing centre in a manufacturing company near Zlín, that produces sustainable plastic packaging products. The aim of the work is to speed up the changeover of printing machines and reduce the changeover time between production processes using the aforementioned method. In order to achieve these results, firstly, a data analysis of the different types of changeovers was carried out and the current state of changeover was analysed using snapshots of the working day. The current state of changeover was discussed by the team members involved in the project and then solutions were proposed and implemented to achieve the predefined goal.Ústav průmyslového inženýrství a informačních systém
Parents and Preschoolers Shared Reading Practices from Fathers' Perspectives
No full textTato diplomová práce se věnuje problematice společného čtení v rodinách, která je zde zkoumána z pohledu samotných otců a přináší odpovědi na otázky týkající se motivací, které vedou otce ke společnému čtení; postupů a strategií, které otcové při společném čtení využívají a v neposlední řadě pak na to, zda otcové vnímají přínosy tohoto čtení pro jejich děti. Pro realizaci výzkumu je použit kvalitativní design, přičemž data jsou sbírána za pomoci polostrukturovaných interview s otci a následně vyhodnocována tematickou analýzou. Ta odhalila, že pro otce je především významná emocionální a fyzická blízkost, což se poté odráží i v samotné interakci s dětmi. Kromě jiného si otcové také uvědomují význam společného čtení pro kognitivní rozvoj dítěte a při čtení obohacují příběh doplňujícími informacemi. Toto zjištění následně nabízí prostor pro další zkoumání v oblasti rozvoje dítěte při společném čtení a jeho dopadů na budoucí studijní výsledky dítěte.This thesis focuses on the issue of shared reading in families, which is explored from the perspective of the fathers themselves and provides answers to questions regarding the motivations that lead fathers to read together; the practices and strategies that fathers use when reading together; and, finally, whether fathers perceive the benefits of such reading for their children. A qualitative design is used to conduct the research, with data being collected using semi-structured interviews with fathers and then evaluated through thematic analysis. This reveals that emotional and physical closeness is particularly important to fathers, which is then reflected in the interaction with children themselves. Among other things, fathers also recognise the importance of reading together for the child's cognitive development and they enrich the story with additional information when reading. This finding subsequently offers scope for further research around child development during shared reading and its implications for the child's future academic achievement.Ústav školní pedagogik

Cieľom práce je vypracovať komplexný podnikateľský plán, ktorý zohľadňuje potreby trhu, konkurenciu a ekonomické podmienky. V rámci práce bude vykonaná analýza trhu, vypracovaná marketingová stratégia, finančný plán, identifikované potenciálne riziká a vypracovaná časová analýza krokov potrebných na otvorenie ordinácie. Práca sa zároveň zameriava na overenie uskutočniteľnosti projektu z odborného a ekonomického hľadiska a ukazuje potenciál dentálnej hygieny ako atraktívnej oblasti pre začatie vlastného podnikania.This thesis focuses on the establishment of a dental hygiene practice in the centre of Brno. The aim of the thesis is to develop a comprehensive business plan that takes into account market needs, competition and economic conditions. The work will include a market analysis, a marketing strategy, a financial plan, identification of potential risks and a time analysis of the steps needed to open the practice. Design of Promotional Material in the Field of Work Ergonomics in Dentistry
No full textDiplomová práce se zabývá návrhem propagačního materiálu v oblasti ergonomie práce ve stomatologii v České republice. Cílem teoretické části bylo zpracování literární rešerše z oblasti marketingového mixu, komunikačního mixu, ergonomie práce a stomatologie. Následně byla formulována teoretická východiska pro zpracování praktické části práce. V praktické části byla provedena analýza současného stavu dostupnosti informačních materiálů zaměřených na ergonomii práce ve stomatologii. Současně byly identifikovány nejčastější překážky a obtíže spojené s nedodržováním ergonomických zásad. Na základě zjištěných skutečností byla zpracována projektová část, jejímž výstupem byl návrh propagačního materiálu vedoucího ke zlepšení povědomí o významu ergonomie v pracovním prostředí zubních lékařů. Projekt byl následně dále podroben časové, nákladové a rizikové analýze.The thesis focuses on the design of a promotional material in the field of work ergonomics in dentistry in the Czech Republic. The objective of the theoretical part was to conduct a literature review covering the areas of the marketing mix, communication mix, work ergonomics, and dentistry. Based on this, a theoretical framework was established to support the practical part of the thesis. The practical part included an analysis of the current availability of informational materials focused on work ergonomics in dentistry. At the same time, the most common obstacles and difficulties associated with non-compliance with ergonomic principles were identified. On the basis of these findings, a project-based part was developed, resulting in a proposal for a promotional material aimed at raising awareness of the importance of ergonomics in the working environment of dental professionals. No full textTato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou závislosti na sociálních sítích u příslušníků generace Z. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy v oblasti závislostí, popisuje charakteristiky generace Z a věnuje se vlivu sociálních sítí na životní styl a psychiku mladých lidí. Praktická část analyzuje míru závislosti pomocí standardizovaného dotazníku BSMAS a sleduje souvislosti mezi frekvencí užívání sociálních sítí a projevy rizikového chování. Výsledky naznačují vysokou prevalenci problematického užívání sociálních sítí ve zkoumaném souboru.This bachelor's thesis addresses the issue of social media addiction among members of Generation Z. The theoretical part defines key concepts related to addictions, describes the characteristics of Generation Z, and examines the impact of social media on the lifestyle and mental health of young people. The practical part analyses the degree of addiction using the standardized BSMAS questionnaire and explores the relationships between the frequency of social media use and manifestations of risky behaviour. Workplace Rationalization Project in a Manufacturing Company
No full textDiplomová práce je zaměřena na racionalizaci montážního a balicího pracoviště ve společnosti AWL-Techniek CZ, s.r.o., konkrétně u nově zavedeného produktu. Hlavním cílem práce je navrhnout opatření vedoucí ke snížení doby montáže a balení o 10 % na základě analýzy první malosériové výroby. Dílčí cíle se zaměřují na zefektivnění balení v průběhu malosériové výroby oproti prototypovému kusu a vytvoření nového layoutu pracoviště. V práci byly využity metody pozorování, časových náměrů, tvorby 3D modelů, spaghetti diagramu a RIPRAN analýzy. Výsledkem jsou návrhy, které mohou přinést úsporu až 19,9 % v čase a pozitivní ekonomický přínos při aplikaci do druhé výrobní série. Závěr práce shrnuje doporučení a přínosy navrhovaných změn pro podnik.This thesis focuses on the rationalization of the assembly and packaging workstation at AWL-Techniek CZ, s.r.o., specifically for a newly introduced product - the scanning station. The main objective is to propose measures to reduce the assembly and packaging time by 10 %, based on an analysis of the first small-batch production. Partial goals include optimizing the packaging process compared to the prototype and designing a new workstation layout. The applied methods include observations, time studies, 3D modeling, spaghetti diagram, and RIPRAN analysis. The results show that the proposed improvements could lead to a time saving of up to 19.9 % and bring a positive economic impact when applied in the second production series.
