    STMIK Bumigora is the first college in West Nusa Tenggara that has an informatics engineering department. One of the problems faced by STMIK Bumigora is the absence of an online payment information system. The payment process that runs at this time is a conventional model that is through bank transfers that previously had to take a payment slip to the finance department, this process is of course not effective and efficient because it takes not a little time. From these problems, it is necessary to develop applications that can help the process of paying for tuition costs online. The system is developed using the waterfall method where there are several processes, namely the need for analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The results obtained from this study are an application for payment of the education cost component that can help students and institutions of higher education in the process of paying for education costs at STMIK Bumigora Mataram

    Permasalahan yang sering terjadi di desa yaitu tahap pembangunan didesa harus mempertimbangkan skala prioritas dan unsur keadilan, serta belum adanya Sistem Pendukung Keputusan untuk Penentuan Prioritas Pembangunan pada Desa Ayula Kecamatan Randangan dan juga sistem yang digunakan saat ini belum terkomputerisasi secara maksimal. Oleh karena itu, pada penelitian ini akan dirancang sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan untuk menentukan prioritas pembangunan.Metode yang digunakan adalah Metode MCDM digunakan untuk melakukan penilaian atau seleksi terhadap beberapa alternatif dalam jumlah terbatas. Salah satu metode penyelesaian masalah MCDM yaitu PROMETHEE yang merupakan salah satu metode penentuan urutan atau prioritas.Sistem inidirancang menggunakan bahasa Pemrograman PHP dengan Database MySQL, untuk membuatkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan baru yang berbasis komputerisasi yang merupakan salah satu alternatif yang baik dengan mengedepankan efektifitas dan efisien dalam Penentuan Prioritas Pembangunan.

    The research purpose is to build a machine control system for exchange nominal of rupiah's paper money from big nominal to small nominal based on image processing and Raspberry Pi. The method for money exchange is detecting the authenticity of money, nominal of money, and amount of money exchange. The money authenticity was detected by the invisible image and nominal of money was detected by money color. Technique for detection the authenticity and nominal of money are using image processing that is processed on the Raspberry Pi. The algorithm used for detecting the authenticity and nominal of money are using template color algorithm and for exchange amount of money using the greedy algorithm. The research result is system able to detect the authenticity and nominal of paper money IDR 100.000, IDR 50.000, and IDR 20.000 then exchange it with the small nominal of money in accordance with the user choice

    Segmentasi citra merupakan bagian dari proses pengolahan citra yang memiliki kegunaan dalam pengambilan sebuah informasi dari citra seperti pencarian bagian mesin, pencarian manusia dan pencarian citra yang serupa. Secara umum, pendekatan segmentasi citra yang sering digunakan adalah melalui pendekatan intensitas, pendekatan warna dan pendekatan bentuk. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan peningkatan hasil segmentasi citra berupa pengurangan distorsi hasil segmentasi dengan menggunakan metode Otsu dan Fuzzy Clustering agar diperoleh citra yang lebih baik. Hasil pengujian segmentasi citra diperoleh nilai MSE yang terbaik adalah pada metode Otsu dengan nilai rata-rata MSE yaitu 2295,80 dan PSNR adalah 14,11 sedangkan untuk metode Fuzzy C Means 2313,23 dan nilai PSNR sebesar 13.70.

This leads to the need for a Geographic Information System of accident-prone areas in West Sumatra based on the web to describe the map of vulnerable area locations along with the information needed.     Improving the quality of education, service quality and accreditation value increase is the hope of all universities, especially at Ichsan University of Gorontalo. One of the factors to achieve this is the increasing number of students who make the payment registration every semester. Based on the report in PDPT Dikti reporting year 2017/2018 has the number of students Β± 9,000 people, from the analysis of the last 4 years the number of unregistered students tends to increase and students registerasi tends to decrease, if this is not considered, it will have an impact on the achievement of the above expectations. To overcome these problems, need to be done prediction technique using Linear Regression and MAPE method. The purpose of this research is to build an application to predict the number of registration students. Based on the results of research from 2 selected study program of Informatics Engineering, the result of error rate is 4.24% or the accuracy level is 95.76%, and for the Law Study program, the error rate is 7.69% or the accuracy level is 92.31%, thus the application already built is feasible to use

    Dampak dari musibah kebakaran bisa ditekan jika petugas dan kendaraan Damkar (pemadam kebakaran) bisa bekerja cepat. Selain faktor keterlambatan laporan kepada Damkar dan kondisi Β jalan Kota Bandung yang macet ikut memperlambat laju petugas. Proses pengisian tangki air menjadi masalah utama, selain terbatas keberadaannya juga kualitas semburannya rendah sehingga petugas harus mencari sumber air selain hydrant. Dari permasalahan tersebut maka dibutuhkan suatu alat bantu yang praktis berupa aplikasi dengan memanfaatkan perangkat smartphone yang dapat membantu mencarikan solusi optimal guna mendapatkan rute perjalanan petugas Damkar dalam upaya menjangkau lokasi kebakaran dan mendapat sumber air didalam mendukung tugasnya memadamkan api di lokasi kebakaran. Adapun guna menentukan rute optimal sesuai kebutuhan diatas maka dipilih algoritma ACO (Ant Colony Optimization) dan Metode SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) yang diimplementasikan pada aplikasi mobile yang dibangun. Sehingga dengan aplikasi ini dapat membantu para petugas Damkar didalam menjalankan tugasnya terutama mendapatkan rute jalan yang optimal beserta sumber air yang diperlukan
