    Metode Double Exponential Smoothing pada Sistem Peramalan Tingkat Kemiskinan Kabupaten Pangkep

    Peramalan adalah kegiatan memperkirakan kejadian yang akan terjadi berdasarkan historical data kuantitatif suatu kejadian. Peramalan sering digunakan oleh pemerintah dalam membuat suatu kebijakan. Salah satu kebijakan pemerintah adalah menurunkan angka kemiskinan setiap tahunnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem Peramalan Tingkat Kemiskinan Kabupaten Pangkep berbasis desktop untuk memberikan gambaran jumlah tingkat kemiskinan periode selanjutnya. Dalam penelitian ini, metode peramalan yang digunakan adalah Double Exponential Smoothing dengan nilai alpha 0.001, 0.01, 0.2, 0.3, 0.5, 0.7, 0.8, 0.99, dan 0.999. Dengan menggunakan data angka kemiskinan dari tahun 2010 sampai 2019, diperoleh bahwa dari 9 nilai alpha yang digunakan, tingkat kesalahan terkecil yaitu 1.2% diberikan oleh alpha 0.5 yang diukur menggunakan metode Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). Adapun tingkat akurasi peramalan yang didapatkan jumlah kesalahan tiap alpha sebesar 95.394%

    Beberapa pengolahan data uji pada laboratorium Kimia Universitas Muslim Indonesia (UMI) masih sebatas menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Salah satunya adalah analisis kadar obat. Tidak semua obat memiliki metode analisis sehingga perlu dibuat suatu metode analisisnya. Untuk mengetahui metode analisis tersebut valid atau tidak, maka perlu dilakukan pengujian beberapa parameter. Pada penelitian ini, kami merancang sebuah aplikasi untuk mengetahui apakah metode analisis farmasi valid atau tidak sehingga dapat memastikan efektivitas dan keamanan penggunaan obat. Adapun parameter-parameter tersebut antara lain adalah keseksamaan(presisi), linearitas, kecermatan (akurasi), batas deteksi, dan batas kuantitas. Aplikasi ini berbasis Dekstop dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Delphi. Dari pengujian aplikasi validasi metode analisis ini, ada kesamaan dan perbedaan nilai-nilai hasil perhitungannya. Perbedaan dari nilai hasil penelitian yang menjadi sumber datanya disebabkan karena adanya penginputan manual nilai linearitas sehingga adanya pembulatan nilai. Sedangkan pada aplikasi yang dibuat, semua hasil nilai yang dihitung langsung digunakan lagi pada perhitungan berikutnya sehingga perhitungan lebih cepat dan lebih akurat

    The number of beach tourism in the Serang Regency or Anyer beach region and the diversity of the desires of every tourist, then tourists are required knowledge of traveling in terms of choosing the desired tourist location. For tourists who already have the experience of traveling on the Anyer beach, it is not too difficult to determine the desired tourist location, but most tourists who do not have the tourist experience on the Anyer beach will have difficulty being able to determine the expected beach tourism location. This study aims to provide recommendations of 24 Anyer beach tourist attractions to tourists. Recommendations generated using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method using 12 criteria. The results of this study are in the form of applications that can be accessed online. The application can produce appropriate recommendations for tourists in the form of alternative beach tourism along with details such as the name of the beach tour, address, coordinates of Google Maps, photos of the state of beach tourism and the price of admission

Tohelp the company succeed in achieving its goals, a system can be needed that can help in making decisions on a large or small scale. The  use of Simple Additive Weighting  (SAW) method can be used to determine pay raises and incentivize precisely and accurately  based on the specified criteria, while hungarian method is used to determine who will do the job at a difficult, easy and moderate level. So the rating for the salary increase for the support team is Andi Ansyah, Hangga Bagus, Chikal Aviv and Ray Awaludin. Determining the next task can be determined that Andi Ansyah can do the job easily and difficultly, Hangga Bagus can do the job easily and moderately, Chikal Aviv can do a medium and difficult job. While Ray Awaludin does not have the highest value for each job, so it is necessary to be given training

    Saat ini Fakultas Ilmu Komputer Universitas Muslim Indonesia tengah mengadakan ujian sertifikasi kompetensi keahlian  yang bekerja sama dengan Microsoft. Dengan adanya kerjasama tersebut maka mahasiswa dapat mendapatkan sertifikat keahlian dengan mengikuti ujian sertifikasi. Namun saat ini ujian sertifikasi MTA masih berbayar sehingga mahasiswa kesulitan untuk melakukan latih uji soal dengan ujian sertifikasi dari Microsoft tersebut. Berangkat dari permasahan tersebut maka tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu adanya sebuah perangkat lunak sebagai wadah simulasi ujian sertifikasi dengan membuat aplikasi simulasi ujian sertifikasi MTA berbasis web guna untuk membantu mahasiswa dalam persiapan ujian sertifikasi. Dalam melakukan penelitian ini, jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan metode Waterfall dan bentuk pengujiaannya menggunakan metode Blackbox Testing. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu adanya sebuah aplikasi ujian simulasi sertifikasi MTA berbasis web yang dapat digunakan mahasiswa sebagai latihan ujian simulasi MTA dengan jenis soal yang hampir sama. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah dapat memudahkan mahasiswa untuk melakukan persiapan dalam ujian sertifikas

    Sistem informasi Inventory bertujuan untuk membangun sebuah aplikasi yang dapat membantu UD. Arif Jaya untuk melakukan prediksi jumlah bahan baku yang akan dipesan pada pemesanan berikutnya dan dapat menentukan waktu pemesanan kembali. Metode yang digunakan dalam aplikasi ini adalah metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ). Aplikasi ini berjalan di sistem komputer berbasis desktop dan dirancang dengan bahasa pemrograman Java. Hasil penelitian ini dihitung menggunakan kuisoner dengan menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara. Pada peneltian ini data yang digunakan adalah data bahan baku pada tahun 2018 dan yang akan diprediksi adalah data bahan baku tahun 2019. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, aplikasi ini dapat digunakan untuk menginput data-data bahan baku dan memprediksi bahan baku yang akan dipesan pada tahun berikutnya serta menentukan batas minimal stok bahan baku untuk melakukan pemesanan kembali. Hasil prediksi yang dihasilkan untuk pemesanan tahun 2019 pada bahan baku kardus sebanyak 1682 lembar dan batas minimal stok bahan baku sebelum melakukan pemesanan kembali sebanyak 2352 lembar dengan melakukan pemesanan sebanyak 27 kali dengan setiap 11 hari

    WATERMARKING CITRA DIGITAL BERWARNA MENGGUNAKAN STATIONARY WAVELET TRANSFORM (SWT)

    Digital Image watermarking is widely used and studied for ownership identification, data protection, and authentication. A good watermarking scheme should achieve the watermarking requirements such as imperceptibility, robustness and capacity. This research aims to make robust and imperceptible watermarking by using Stationary Wavelet Transform. The test is done on two levels of transformation and attacked by Salt and Pepper, Speckle, Gaussian Noise, Blur, Compression and Rotation. The results show that method used in this research gives good impercebtility with PSNR value larger than 70 dB on level 1 and larger than 40 dB on level 1. The Robustness test also shows a good result where Normalized Correction value larger 0.9466 on level 1 and larger than 0.9714 on level 2. This also shows that for imperceptibilty, level 1 of  transformation gives higher results than in level 2 of transformation, while for robustness, level 2 achieves better value than level 1.

In it there are various activities ranging from system planning, maintenance, to measuring performance. In running a library information system, software and hardware are needed as well as humans as operators. The above components must be activities that are interconnected so that the library can run smoothly. To determine whether the components of the information system are running well, it requires an evaluation process.The purpose of this study is to measure the level of satisfaction of system users and to determine the strengths and weaknesses of the system in the use of library information systems. The method used is the analytical method PIECES Framework, which consists of several points of analysis, namely: Performance, Information and Data, Economics, Control and Security, Efficiency, and Service.     One obstacle of the default payment is the lack of analysis in the new customer acceptance process which is only reviewed from the form provided at registration, as for the purpose of this study to find out the highest accuracy results from the comparison of Naïve Bayes, SVM and K-NN Algorithms. It can be seen that the Naïve Bayes algorithm which has the highest accuracy value is 96%, while the K-Neural Network algorithm has the highest accuracy at K = 3 which is 92%, while Support Vector Machine only gets accuracy of 66%. The ROC Curve results show that Naïve Bayes achieved the best AUC value of 0.99. Comparison between data mining classification algorithms namely Naïve Bayes, K-Neural Network and Support Vector Machine for predicting smooth payment using multivariate data types, Naïve Bayes method is an accurate algorithm and this method is also very dominant towards other methods. Based on Accuracy, AUC and T-tests this method falls into the best classification category

    Exact Match is used to bring up sentences only on certain keywords. This study aims to apply the Exact Match method in the Al-qur'an and Hadith applications to find conformity between verses and hadiths. This research simplify for the people to increase their knowledge of the Qur'an and Hadith. This study uses interview techniques for some Muslims regarding the need to learn the quran and the hadith, observation technique is to do a comparison of several hadiths by asking for recommendations from the ustadz/ustazah, identify what are the shortcomings of existing hadith applications, and literature study techniques that are collecting data obtained from the Qur'an and the Hadith. The results of this study are (1) Created an application to match Hadiths that are in accordance the verse with the Exact Match method (2) Showing hadith related to the contents of the selected verse (3) Speed to produce a match in the Application of the Qur'an and Hadith depends on the internet network and the amount of data (4) The number of hadiths that appear is influenced by the number of available hadiths
