Pendampingan Perencanaan Saluran Irigasi di Desa Sambirejo Kecamatan Wirosari Kabupaten Grobogan
Get PDFOne way to utilize water resources is through the development of irrigation networks. Two common approaches to irrigation planning are the expansion method and the intensification method. Sambirejo Village is one of the areas with extensive land that can be used for rice cultivation. However, due to the large agricultural area, several paddy fields do not consistently receive a water supply from the existing irrigation network. Geographically, Sambirejo Village is located near both large and small rivers, which can be utilized as sources of irrigation water. The main issues faced by the local partners include a lack of understanding in planning irrigation channels to ensure optimal functionality. As a result, existing irrigation systems do not operate as intended, and the community has not yet been able to harness the full potential of the nearby water sources for irrigation purposes. To improve the availability of irrigation water in Sambirejo Village, the activity aimed to provide partners with knowledge on irrigation channel planning, as well as insights into watershed areas that can serve as water sources and the layout of rice fields to be irrigated. The implementation method involved providing explanations on how the irrigation system was designed to utilize gravity flow without pumps, and demonstrating the positive impacts of a properly functioning irrigation network. As a result of the activity, a priority area of approximately 1,200 meters was identified for irrigation channel planning. Technical planning documents were also prepared, including working drawings, channel dimensions, field measurement results, and a cost estimate (RAB), which can be used as a basis for proposing development programs funded by village budgets or related government agencies
The Intervening Role of Customer Satisfaction on the Relationship between Brand Prestige and Behavioral Intentions
Get PDFIntroduction: The study investigates the indirect influence of satisfaction on the relationship between brand prestige and behavioral intentions.
Methods: A total of 407 respondents participated in the study and they were customers of the leading café in the Philippines. Predictive-causal research design and structural equation modelling via partial least squares (PLS) were employed to measure the direct and indirect hypothesized relationships of the present study.
Findings: The results revealed that brand prestige and customer satisfaction significantly and positively influence behavioral intentions. Furthermore, brand prestige was found to be significantly and directly related to customer satisfaction. The mediation analysis indicated that customer satisfaction indirectly affects the link between brand prestige and behavioral intentions. The intervening effect of customer satisfaction on the relationship between brand prestige and behavioral intentions proves that satisfaction is still a vital factor when it comes to favorable outcomes. The significant and positive influence of brand prestige on behavioral intentions is mediated by satisfaction of coffee shop or café customers. Therefore, when customers are satisfied, behavioral intentions among clientele, in particular, in the context coffee shops or café are reinforced.
Originality: This study provides novel insights into how customer satisfaction mediates the relationship between brand prestige and behavioral intentions, offering valuable implications for enhancing customer-centric branding strategies in the café industry
Understand the Cultural Influence of Short Videos in the Communication of Public Health Information
Get PDFIntroduction: Groups with different ideologies have different perspectives on civilization and, therefore, can exhibit various cultural values. In today\u27s globalized world, people from different cultural backgrounds interact through the web, and using emerging communication technologies, such as short videos, is a challenge, especially in public health. Although studies have shown that globalization can alter the process of cultural production and consumption and strengthen cultural identity, there are still differences in cultural production and cultural identity in public health.
Methods: This study explored the differences in information understanding from different cultural contexts in the healthy cultural space and used qualitative analysis to explore these differences. Use of online ethnography for short video text objective observation and analysis. This study will take TIKTOK as the research object and analyze the feedback of different cultural groups on the problem in the real-time interaction of the subjects public health environment.
Findings: This study reveals key differences in cultural communication strategies and highlights the challenges of cultural acceptance in both contexts. The findings provide fresh insights into how multiculturalism shapes and is influenced by the use of new media technologies in public health communication.
Originality: This study provides novel insights into the unique communication practices of two specific social media accounts (@publichealthmsia and @健康中国). By focusing on their distinct challenges and approaches, it introduces innovative frameworks and guiding questions for addressing technical dilemmas in social media communication

Get PDFThis research aims to analyze the judge\u27s considerations and the protection of buyers of disputed land in case Number 75/Pdt.G/2017/PN Blg jo Case Number 1815K/Pdt/2020. Legal protection for buyers of land rights in inheritance disputes is very important in Indonesia, especially in North Sumatra. Inheritance disputes, such as the Siraso-Raso case, involve conflicts between heirs over the division of inherited land. The high number of land disputes in Indonesia indicates a land management problem that can threaten state security. This research method is juridical-normative. In this process, legal principles, rules, and theories are used to find solutions to specific problems. This research can offer a new way to interpret moral ethics by looking at the broader social, cultural, and economic context. In addition, it can provide practical recommendations that have not been made before. The Siraso-Raso case research can help the development of legal theory and practice in Indonesia, as well as discover the source of land dispute problems and create innovative and efficient solutions through in-depth and systematic analysis. This inheritance dispute involves a conflict between customary law and positive law regarding land ownership, which is an important issue in Indonesian agrarian law. Legal protection for disadvantaged parties, especially women, in inheritance disputes is still weak. The research is expected to help build a more equitable and inclusive legal system to resolve inheritance disputes and recommend legal education for the public regarding land sale and purchase transactions involving inheritance disputes.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pertimbangan hakim dan perlindungan terhadap pembeli tanah sengketa dalam perkara Nomor 75/Pdt.G/2017/PN Blg jo Perkara Nomor 1815K/Pdt/2020. Perlindungan hukum bagi pembeli hak atas tanah dalam sengketa waris sangat penting di Indonesia, khususnya di Sumatera Utara. Sengketa waris, seperti kasus Siraso-Raso, melibatkan konflik antara ahli waris atas pembagian tanah warisan. Tingginya angka sengketa tanah di Indonesia mengindikasikan adanya masalah pengelolaan tanah yang dapat mengancam keamanan negara. Metode penelitian ini bersifat yuridis-normatif. Dalam proses ini, asas-asas hukum, aturan-aturan, dan teori-teori hukum digunakan untuk menemukan solusi atas permasalahan tertentu. Penelitian ini dapat menawarkan cara baru untuk menginterpretasikan etika moral dengan melihat konteks sosial, budaya, dan ekonomi yang lebih luas. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga dapat memberikan rekomendasi praktis yang belum pernah dilakukan sebelumnya. Penelitian kasus Siraso-Raso dapat membantu pengembangan teori dan praktik hukum di Indonesia, serta menemukan sumber masalah sengketa tanah dan menciptakan solusi yang inovatif dan efisien melalui analisis yang mendalam dan sistematis. Sengketa warisan ini melibatkan konflik antara hukum adat dan hukum positif mengenai kepemilikan tanah, yang merupakan isu penting dalam hukum agraria di Indonesia. Perlindungan hukum bagi pihak yang dirugikan, terutama perempuan, dalam sengketa waris masih lemah. Pemantapan Tentang Tumbuh Kembang Anak Pada Kader Posyandu Di Kelurahan Sendangmulyo
Get PDFPengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk memberikan pemantapan tentang Tumbuh Kembang Anak pada Kader Posyandu Kelurahan Sendangmulyo. Selain memberi pemahaman kepada para Kader Posyandu juga memberikan tambahan pengetahuan secara teoritik terkait kader Posyandu, Keluarga kecil, dan Tumbuh Kembang anak. Masalah yang sering muncul adalah peran orang tua ikut serta dalam mendidik dan membesarkan anak, tanpa memperhatikan kemampuan fisik dan psikologis balita. Dengan adanya pemantapan ini, kader posyandu memiliki bekal untuk menambah wawasan mereka dalam berinteraksi dan mendampingi ibu2 muda tersebut terkait tumbuh kembang anak. Peserta pemantapan berjumlah 52 peserta yang terdiri dari para kader Posyandu dan PKB. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah dengan evaluasi pelaksanaan dilakukan di akhir acara secara kualitatif mengingat tugas masing-masing kader adalah berbeda. Dengan demikian hasil yang didapat adalah mereka sangat antusias dan benar-benar mendapatkan ilmu tambahan terkait materi di atas. Hal ini ditunjukkan dari hasil pertanyaan yang narasumber berikan dijawab dengan baik oleh mereka.

Get PDFThe purpose of this community service is to provide an understanding of rights and duties, which are two essential concepts in social life, including in the context of citizenship. In Indonesia, the rights and duties of citizens are regulated in the 1945 Constitution and various other laws. Citizens\u27 rights can be understood as all that a citizen is entitled to, either in the form of authority or power. Meanwhile, duties refer to things that must be done as members of society. In general, duties are actions that must be carried out in order to obtain our rights. As Indonesian citizens, we have rights that must be respected and fulfilled, as well as duties that must be carried out as a form of our responsibility to the state and society. Based on a situational analysis, an issue has been identified: the lack of understanding among the residents of Manggarmas Village, Godong District, Grobogan, Central Java, regarding the rights and duties of citizens from a gender perspective. Dalam konteks ini, kesehatan lingkungan sekolah menjadi salah satu prioritas utama yang harus dijaga. Penerapan hygiene dan sanitasi yang baik sangat penting untuk mencegah penularan penyakit dan menjaga kebersihan lingkungan belajar. Ketidakcukupan hygiene dan sanitasi dapat berdampak buruk pada kesehatan siswa, guru, dan anggota lainnya di sekolah. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini memiliki tujuan untuk memperkenalkan pengelolaan sanitasi dan hygiene kepada para siswa SMK Negeri 6 Semarang. Dengan diadakannya kegiatan tersebut, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan, kesadaran, dan pengelolaan sanitasi dan hygine. Get PDFPemanfaatan Teknologi Digital untuk Pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris yang Inovatif bagi Siswa Kelas XII di Madrasah Aliyah 1 Semarang bertujuan mengatasi beberapa masalah yang dihadapi siswa, seperti rendahnya motivasi belajar bahasa Inggris siswa, keterbatasan fasilitas pembelajaran berbasis teknologi, dan pendekatan pengajaran yang masih tradisional. Siswa kelas XII cenderung kesulitan mengembangkan keterampilan berbicara dan mendengar, karena pembelajaran lebih banyak berfokus pada tata bahasa dan penerjemahan. Oleh karena itu, program ini bertujuan meningkatkan keterampilan bahasa Inggris siswa melalui pemanfaatan teknologi digital yang interaktif. Program ini memberikan pelatihan kepada siswa dalam memanfaatkan aplikasi pembelajaran bahasa Inggris seperti Duolingo, Quizlet, dan Kahoot!, untuk mendukung proses belajar secara lebih inovatif. Pelatihan siswa difokuskan pada cara mengintegrasikan teknologi dalam proses pengajaran, sementara siswa akan didampingi dalam menggunakan aplikasi tersebut untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbahasa mereka. Selain itu, metode pengajaran diintegrasikan dengan aktivitas berbasis teknologi, seperti kuis interaktif dan latihan berbicara, yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan partisipasi siswa. Program ini juga melibatkan evaluasi berkala melalui tes keterampilan dan survei untuk memantau perkembangan siswa. Get PDFLeyangan Village is one of the villages in Central Java located in Penawangan District, Grobogan Regency, and Central Java Province. The location of the village is ±50.1 km from the Semarang University (USM) campus. Understanding and implementing SOPs for maintaining wastewater treatment plant structures is one of the problems Leyangan village residents face when they receive assistance in the form of domestic wastewater treatment installation facilities. This activity aims to increase the knowledge of the Leyangan village community regarding methods for maintaining wastewater treatment plant (IPAL) structures. It is necessary to provide explanations and assistance regarding the Leyangan Village wastewater treatment plant which can still function effectively and well and encourage the community to adopt clean and healthy living habits. Assistance is carried out by providing presentations, demonstrations, and direct practice regarding the maintenance of wastewater treatment plants. The result of the training activity is an increase in knowledge. Evaluation is carried out by looking at the results of the pre-test questionnaire and comparing it with the post-test questionnaire. At the beginning before training, the average level of knowledge of participants only reached 32%. However, after training and direct practice were carried out, the participants\u27 knowledge increased to an average of 70%
Perlindungan Hukum Pemegang Hak Atas Tanah Dalam Kasus Sertifikat Ganda
Get PDFThis research aims to analyze the forms of legal protection for land rights holders and legal actions in cases of double certificates. The urgency of this research is to analyze the forms of legal protection for land rights holders in cases of double certificates, which often threaten legal certainty and cause social conflicts due to administrative negligence and land mafia practices, thus requiring strict legal efforts and comprehensive solutions. The type of research used is normative juridical with qualitative data processing. The data sources used in the research are primary data in the form of interviews and secondary data. The results of this study explain that the PTUN decision on the double certificate dispute case Number: 35/G/2021/PTUN.SMG dated September 2, 2021, which has permanent legal force, is 1). The appellant\u27s request was fully granted because, based on the judge\u27s consideration and through the administrative examination mechanism, it was proven that the appellant is the actual landowner with the legal basis of Building Use Rights Certificate (SHGB) Number 1385/Village of Sambirejo in the name of Elisa Mariani Wijaya and Ownership Rights Certificate (SHM) Number 2709/Village of Sambirejo in the name of Hartono Widjaja, which were issued in 1995; 2). In that case, the legal action taken by the BPN was the mediation effort in accordance with Article 43 of the Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency of the Republic of Indonesia Number 21 of 2020 concerning the Handling and Settlement of Land Cases.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bentuk perlindungan hukum bagi pemegang hak atas tanah dan tindakan hukum dalam sertifikat ganda. Urgensi penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bentuk perlindungan hukum bagi pemegang hak atas tanah dalam kasus sertifikat ganda, yang sering kali mengancam kepastian hukum dan menimbulkan konflik sosial akibat kelalaian administratif dan praktik mafia tanah, sehingga diperlukan upaya hukum yang tegas dan solusi yang komprehensif. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif dengan pengolahan data secara kualitatif, Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalaha data primer berupa wawancar dan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa putusan PTUN sengketa kasus sertifikat ganda Nomor: 35/G/2021/PTUN.SMG tanggal 2 September 2021 dan telah berkekuatan hukum tetap adalah 1). Permohonan Penggunggat dikabulkan seluruhnya dikarenakan dengan pertimbangan hakim dan melalui mekanisme uji administrasi membuktikan bahwa Penggunggat adalah pemilik tanah yang sebenarnya dengan alas hak Sertifikat Hak Guna Bangunan (SHGB) Nomor 1385/Kelurahan Sambirejo atas nama Elisa Mariani Wijaya dan Sertifikat Hak Milik (SHM) Nomor 2709/Kelurahan Sambirejo atas nama Hartono Widjaja, yang diterbitkan pada Tahun 1995; 2). Pada kasus tersebut tindakan hukum yang dilakukan oleh BPN adalah dilakukannya upaya mediasi yang sesuai dengan Pasal 43 Peraturan Menteri Agraria Dan Tata Ruang/Kepala Badan Pertanahan Nasional Republik Indonesia Nomor 21 Tahun 2020 tentang Penanganan Dan Penyelesaian Kasus Pertanahan
