    Hotel dan apartmen Rich Palace City berlokasi di Kota Surabaya, bangunan gedung dengan struktur yang ketidakberaturan memiliki 33 lantai dengan 2 jenis lantai tipikal yang pertama pada lantai 1 – 5 dan 6 – 33 dengan memakai Shearwall atau biasa di sebut dengan dinding geser sebagai pengaku dan penahan gaya lateral gempa yang berbentuk L pada sisi tepi bangunan. Sesuai acuan SNI 1726-2019, pembebanan berdasarkan SNI 1729 – 2020, persyaratan beton bertulang sesuai SNI 2847 – 2019, dan beberapa referensi dari buku tentang struktur bangunan beton bertulang. Program bantu yang digunakan adalah SAP2000 untuk analisa struktur dan AutoCAD untuk gambar perencanaan. Dari hasil analisis didapatkan permodelan 4 mendapatkan nilai terkecil dari beberapa kontrol perilaku struktur namun untuk persyaratan periode struktur permodelan 4 memiliki nilai T max terkecil yaitu sebesar 4,15s dari keseluruhan permodelan dan untuk beberapa kontrol perilaku struktur lainnya memiliki gap yang relatif tidak berbanding jauh dibandingkan permodelan yang imemiliki nilai kontrol terkecil dan masih memenuhi persyaratan kontrol sesuai peraturan SNI 1726-2019

    The drainage system serves as a crucial channel for redirecting excess water mass from areas such as residential, urban, and road environments. Its primary role is to prevent surface waterlogging, exemplified by the construction project of an irrigation channel along Jl.Raya Kertajaya - Surabaya. This initiative responds to frequent flooding issues in the region, acknowledging the serious repercussions floods pose in terms of material and non-material losses, as well as disruptions to daily life. The contemporary trend favors drainage as a preferred solution due to its benefits in mitigating intense rainfall-induced floods and managing swift water flow. The implemented manual excavation and placement of river stones (Plengsengan) aim to reinforce the channel against collapse or displacement caused by water pressure or external loads. The expansion project targets three points (A, B, C) with a planned duration of 120 days/4 calendar months. Commencing with the socialization phase, the fieldwork has progressed to manual excavation for channel restoration and the installation of river stones. This study focuses on observing the development of the Plengsengan stone channel (40/120) within the context of the practical fieldwork progress. The field practice is conducted under the guidance of CV.Sanjaya Persada, the implementing entity for the construction project along Jl.Raya Kertajaya – Surabaya

    Salah satu strategi Pemerintah Daerah Kota Malang sebagai upaya pemulihan ekonomi pasca pandemi Covid adalah mewujudkan kampung tematik yang bertujuan meningkatkan kualitas lingkungan dan mendorong ekonomi lokal. Menindaklanjuti hal tersebut, Kelurahan Bakalankrajan mendorong masyarakatnya untuk mewujudkan kampung tematik sesuai potensi sumberdaya yang ada. Melalui program pengabdian masyarakat, Universitas Merdeka Malang menjembatani terciptanya kampung tematik dengan mengusung program transformasi lahan kosong menjadi kampung tematik budidaya ikan nila dan bunga anggrek. Lahan kosong yang tidak berfungsi dimanfaatkan menjadi tempat budidaya ikan nila dan bunga anggrek. Transformasi melibatkan masyarakat secara aktif dengan stimulan dari tim pengabdian masyarakat Universitas Merdeka Malang. Partisipasi aktif masyarakat diharapkan mampu mendorong produktivitas masyarakat dan keberlanjutan program dalam mengembangkan budidaya ikan nila dan bunga anggrek yang mempunyai nilai ekonomI.     Sistem rekomendasi adalah sistem yang dirancang untuk memberikan rekomendasi dari suatu produk dengan tujuan membantu pengguna dalam melakukan pengambilan keputusan. Tempat makan yang beragam dan kurangnya rekomendasi kuliner yang mencakup jenis makanan, variasi menu, harga, fasilitas, jam operasional, serta lokasi yang menjadi permasalahan bagi warga lokal dan wisatawan dalam menentukan tempat makan yang sesuai. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dalam penelitian ini diusulkan pengembangan sistem rekomendasi tempat makan berbasis konten dengan metode Best Match 25 Lucene (BM25L) di Pamekasan. Sistem ini membantu pengguna menemukan tempat makan sesuai preferensi mereka berdasarkan menu yang ditawarkan. Data diperoleh dari sumber publik seperti Google dan Instagram serta observasi langsung. Metode BM25L dipilih karena kemampuannya mengatasi pengaruh panjang dokumen pada peringkat, sehingga menghasilkan nilai yang lebih akurat. Pengujian menggunakan precision @k oleh 10 pengguna menunjukkan precision @10 sebesar 0,93 dan precision @20 sebesar 0,84. Perbedaan ini terjadi karena hasil yang lebih relevan biasanya muncul di posisi awal. Sistem rekomendasi dioptimalkan untuk menampilkan hasil paling relevan di peringkat 1-10, sehingga hasil pertama lebih akurat. Ketika jumlah hasil yang dievaluasi meningkat menjadi 20, relevansi rata-rata menurun. Ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu memberikan hasil sangat akurat pada jumlah hasil yang lebih kecil namun tetap relevan pada hasil yang lebih besar. Dengan sistem ini, pengguna dapat dengan mudah menemukan tempat makan yang diinginka

    Pengembangan peredam model bangunan dengan mengombinasikan tuned mass damper pendulum pounding dan arus eddy. Penempatan pelat konduktor dan massa pendulum magnet sedemikian sehingga dapat menimbulkan efek pounding dan arus eddy. Pengukuran getaran kondisi tunak pada model plafonnya.     The Penajam area is a district located in Penajam Paser Utara, East Kalimantan with 110,240 inhabitants and a total area of 3,333.06 km² in 2002. As long as North Penajam Paser was established, there was not a single Art Center building, and many festivals were often held in Penajam such as the Nondoi Festival, Belian traditional festival, Serambi Nusantara. So this design aims to create an Arts Center that will accommodate artistic activities in North Penajam Paser. The Buen Art Center was planned using an architectural approach that designs a building using data and social habits of a place, and something that is associated with an "icon" or "Vocal Point" in the form of a building. This art center building is located on Coastal Road Km.9 Nipah-Nipah, Penajam District, North Penajam Paser Regency, East Kalimantan Province. In applying the shape of this building, the concept of shape is used by applying a shape that resembles a ship when seen from the front view and the building will look like sea waves when seen from the right side view and also the left side view. From the results of this design, it is hoped that the results of the Buen Art Center design can become a place that can accommodate art activities and all activities connected to art, art activities and all art activities as well as preserving and introducing people inside and outside the region about North Penajam Paser art.

    Analysis of The Use of Onshore Power Supply Facility at Port of Berlian

    Ships contribute to CO2 gas emissions. The government's effort to reduce these emissions is by having Onshore Power Supply (OPS) facilities. OPS is a technology that allows ships at anchor to turn off their engines and connect to the local electricity network for electricity supply. Port of Berlian currently has 8 OPS spot managed by PT. Lamong Energi Indonesia. The use of OPS still needs to be examined using valid methods. In this research, researchers use the assessment methodology that has been used at the port of Lisbon regarding this onshore electricity facility type of port where the ship is docked (mooring vessel). In this methodology, the assessment process carried out includes data gathering and data processing processes. Apart from this process, it is necessary to review the character of the port or terminal that we will examine ships that most often use land-based electricity facilities are ships with a size of 1000-2999 GT. The use of land electricity facilities provides cost efficiency of 78%. This land electricity facility is used by General Cargo and Container type ships. These results indicate that the use of land electricity facilities is still inefficient ( 2.7%) and there is a need for further review of the implementation of existing policies

    Green Algae to Green Fuel: Optimizing the Composition of Bio-Oil Additive Mixture from the Pyrolysis Process and RON 90 for Enhanced Engine Performance

    This study explores the optimization of bio-oil additives derived from the pyrolysis of Ulva lactuca algae, blended with RON 90 gasoline to enhance engine performance and reduce emissions. Addressing the urgent need for sustainable energy, the research focuses on a relatively unexplored area—using algae-derived bio-oils in gasoline engines. The study aimed to identify the optimal blend ratio of bio-oil and gasoline to improve engine metrics such as brake specific fuel consumption (BSFC), thermal efficiency, and volumetric efficiency, while minimizing emissions like CO, CO2, and NOx. Experiments were conducted with bio-oil blended at 5%, 10%, and 15% by volume with RON 90 gasoline in a single-cylinder gasoline engine. Results showed that increasing bio-oil concentration led to improved fuel efficiency and thermal efficiency, along with significant reductions in CO and HC emissions. However, NOx emissions presented a complex trend, increasing at lower bio-oil ratios but decreasing significantly at the highest concentration. These findings suggest that algae-derived bio-oil can effectively enhance gasoline engine performance and reduce environmental impact, offering a novel, sustainable alternative fuel option. The study underscores the importance of optimizing blend ratios to maximize benefits and manage emissions, contributing valuable insights to sustainable energy research
