    Analisis Tingkat Kepuasan Pelayanan Pengguna Bus Trans Jatim “Tribuana Tungga Dewi” Koridor II Rute Surabaya – Mojokerto

    Cara mengurangi kemacetan Pemerintah Kota Surabaya saat ini berusaha meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan transportasi umum berbasis bus, dengan cara memfasilitasi pengguna transportasi dan mengganti sejumlah armada yang kurang layak yang menyebabkan kurangnya peminat dalam mengggunakan transportasi umum. Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Jawa Timur pada 20 Agustus 2023 meresmikan armada baru sejumlah 22 bus rute Surabaya – Mojokerto, harapannya penambahan bus ini dapat mengurangi pengguna transportasi pribadi untuk mengurangi kemacetan. Pengguna Bus Trans Jatim memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam menentukan kepuasan terhadap kualitas pelayanan bus. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui karakteristik penumpang dan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan penumpang terhadap kualitas pelayanan Bus Trans Jatim. Metode pengolahan data menggunakan metode Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) dan Importance Performance Analisys (IPA). Berdasarkan hasil analisis karakteristik penumpang dominan jenis kelamin perempuan dengan usia 18 – 28 tahun, tingkat pendidikan terakhir SMA, pekerjaan sebagai wiraswasta dengan pendapatan 2 juta rupiah dan tujuan perjalanan bekerja. Hasil analisis tingkat kepuasan dengan metode CSI didapatkan sebesar 80,96% dikategorikan pelanggan merasa puas. Hasil analisis metode IPA dengan Diagram Kartesius tersebar di kuadran II dan III. Berdasarkan analisis kuadran III tingkat kepuasan dan tingkat kepentingan rendah atau kurang memuasakan dan perlu ditingkatkan untuk keamanan dan kenyamanan pelanggan

    This community service activity aims to enhance the skills of 12th-grade students at SMA Katolik Santa Agnes Surabaya in creating professional Curriculum Vitae (CV) and portfolios that meet the needs of the job industry and organizations. The training was conducted in response to the lack of understanding and skills among students in preparing documents that are both attractive and relevant for job applications and organizational purposes. The implementation of this activity involved an initial survey, material preparation, direct training, and student mentoring. During the training, students were introduced to techniques for creating CVs and portfolios, from determining the format to utilizing digital applications such as Canva and Microsoft Word. Additionally, students were provided with guidance on how to structure their CVs, include relevant information, and highlight skills and experiences. Mentoring sessions were also provided to assist students facing difficulties in using the applications or compiling their portfolios. The results of this activity showed an improvement in students' skills in preparing more professional CVs and portfolios. Students became more confident in preparing themselves for the job market with documents that meet industry standards.     Perencanaan dan Perancangan Bentuk Fasad Tiktok Studio and Office dengan Tema Arsitektur Biofilik

    Tiktok merupakan platform media sosial yang memungkinkan penggunanya untuk membuat dan menyunting video secara bersamaan. Platform ini dikenal luas dikalangan muda hingga dewasa dan sangat populer di Indonesia. Tingginya minat masyarakat Indonesia pada platform Tiktok membuat KOMINFO (Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika Republik Indonesia) yang mengawasi laju traffic konten dan dipublikasikan pada platform tersebut menghimbau untuk pihak Tiktok membuat sebuah kantor perwakilan fisik di Indonesia mengingat belum ada kantor yang memadai bagi kedua belah pihak untuk saling berkomunikasi dengan mudah terkait pengawasan tersebut. Sebuah kantor umumnya hanya menjadi tempat untuk bekerja bagi suatu perusahaan dengan fasilitas yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan perusahannya. Lain halnya dengan Tiktok Studio and Office, bangunan ini dirancang selain untuk tim operasional Tiktok bekerja, juga memfasilitasi pengguna Tiktok itu sendiri dengan fasilitas utama sebuah Studio. Arsitektur biofilik dipilih sebagai tema untuk rancangan desain bangunan karena menurut beberapa ahli, arsitektur biofilik dapat meningkatkan fungsi kognitif dan kreativitas manusia. Tiktok Studio and Office dirancang memiliki 9 lantai dengan dua fasilitas utama yaitu area bekerja tim operasional Tiktok dan Creator Space yang merupakan beberapa studio dengan tema berbeda bagi para content creator serta beberapa fasilitas tambahan yang dapat meningkatkan nilai dan popularitas dari bangunan ini. Lokasi site akan berada di Jalan Embong Malang Surabaya. Lokasi tersebut dipilih karena Surabaya merupakan kota terbesar kedua setelah jabodetabek dan Jalan Embong Malang Surabaya sangat dikenal luas oleh penduduk kota. Tatanan Lahan dirancang dengan sirkulasi linear yang searah, sehingga memudahkan pengguna serta pengunjung untuk akses menuju bangunan. Bentuk bangunan yang dinamis terinspirasi dari keluwesan branding image dari Tiktok serta dipadukan dengan green wall pada beberapa bagian dinding untuk mewujudkan tema arsitektur biofilik. Ruang-ruang pada interiornya didesain dengan warna, penataan, dan konsep yang membuat penggunanya merasa aktif dan nyaman dalan menjalankan aktifitasnya.

    Companies must be able to provide quality products at relatively efficient prices and distribute them quickly to survive and excel in competition. Companies need to collaborate with various parties to innovate and create competitive advantages. Suppliers are essential actors as providers of resources that companies need precisely, quickly, and efficiently, so good supply chain management is required. Companies must be able to assess supplier performance appropriately because this is the key to the success of successful SCM. The object of this research was carried out at the company PT. Freeport Indonesia. This company experienced several problems related to the instability of the supply of silica powder as a reducing agent for copper ore, such as non-fulfilment of order quantities, delays, price changes and so on. This research aims to identify appropriate criteria related to supplier performance using the SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference) and ANP methods in the companies studied. From the results of this research, the best supplier criteria will be obtained based on quantitatively weighted classifications

    Berjalan kaki merupakan salah satu moda dari transportasi yang dapat menghubungkan manusia dari suatu tempat dengan tempat lain. Sehingga, dapat diketahui bahwa berjalan kaki adalah moda transportasi yang dapat menghubungkan pergerakan manusia untuk berpindah dari satu tempat ke tempat yang lain khususnya pada pusat-pusat kegiatan di wilayah perkotaan agar dapat menghindari kemacetan lalu lintas. Kegiatan berjalan kaki di pusat-pusat kegiatan wilayah perkotaan perlu memiliki karakteristik Kota Ramah Pejalan Kaki. Kota yang ramah pejalan kaki merupakan kota dengan penduduk yang mengandalkan berjalan kaki sebagai moda transportasi dalam melakukan aktifitasnya. Kota Pontianak yang merupakan kota perdagangan, memiliki potensi besar sebagai kota yang peruntukan kawasannya di zona komersial dan jasa dengan berbagai aktifitasnya. Dalam hal ini perlu untuk dilakukan pengkajian elemen walkability dari beberapa kawasan perdagangan yang ada di Kota Pontianak yaitu di Jalan Gajahmada dan Jalan Pattimura. Penilaian ini dilakukan dengan menghitung kinerja pada setiap variable walkability dengan menggunakan skala likert dan tingkatan kepuasan pengguna jalan. Kedua kawasan perdagangan ini merupakan kawasan dengan kepadatan tinggi dengan berbagai macam aktifitas yang ada di sepanjang koridor jalan tersebut. Komponen yang menjadi indeks penilaiannya adalah keselamatan dan keamanan (berkaitan ddengan terhindar dari kejahatan dan konflik fisik antar pejalan kaki, kenyamanan ( berkaitan dengan lebar jalur pejalan kaki dan desainnya) dan dukungan kebijakan (berkaitan dengan kebijakan dalam rangka meningkatkan pelayan para pejalan kaki). Sedangkan parameter walkability yang digunakan adalah konflik moda jalur pejalan kaki, ketersediaan jalur pejalan kaki, ketersediaan penyeberangan, keamanan, perilaku pengendara bermotor, ketersediaan fasilitas pendukung (amenitas), infrastruktur difabel, kendala dan kemanan dari kejahatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan pendekatan rasionalistik dimana kajian teori sebagai tolok ukur analisis dan pembahasan serta kuesioner sebagai data pendukung hasil pengamatan di lapangan

    Rice Bran Oil Extraction: A valuable First Step Towards Edible Oil

    Rice bran has the potential to become a nutritional component that reduces disease risk and improves physical health. In addition, rice bran is a hypoallergenic (allergen-free) component which is a good source of dietary fiber. Rice bran oil extraction (RBO) is one of the most popular uses of rice bran. Judging from the health benefits and healthier composition, rice bran oil is very appropriate. The most unsaturated fatty acids are found in rice bran oil which has a composition of 80% unsaturated fatty acids. In taking yields, the extraction method is a practical and effective technique. This research aims to understand the effect of temperature, mesh size, and extraction time on the yield value and FFA RBO content. This Soxhlet uses several variables, with temperature variables of 60°C, 65°C, 70°C, 75°C, 80°C while time variables of 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 hours with variations in mesh size of 100 and 60. The research results show that soxhletation extraction at mesh 100 optimum increases at a temperature of 70°C within 4 hours. Where the yield of oil produced was 11.62%. Meanwhile, for mesh 60, the optimum increase occurred at a temperature of 65°C within 4 hours with an oil yield of 12.90%.     The Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) is a government institution responsible for providing meteorological, climatological, and geophysical information and services in Indonesia. Currently, the process of monitoring and checking frequency interference by the Class II Radio Frequency Spectrum Monitoring Center in Lampung is carried out by visiting predetermined location points based on coordinates. Then, the inspection team checks using radar, and the results of the inspection are reported to the Radio Frequency Spectrum Monitoring Center. This checking process takes a long time because the inspection of frequency disturbances is done gradually from point to point. There is a need for innovation to expedite the checking and handling of frequency interference so that these issues can be detected and resolved more quickly. One of the solutions is the development of a sistem utilizing Mikrotik Omnitik sensors to detect frequency interference at the Lampung radio frequency spectrum monitoring center. The sistem created can scan and detect frequencies experiencing interference operating at 5GHz with a data transmission speed of 1.05 seconds

Whereas PEGI is an assessment method used as a solution to analyze e-government where the assessment is 4 lavel, which is very good, good, less and very less.     Decision Support to Improve Railway Track Maintenance in Indonesia: A life Cycle Cost Approach

    Railway infrastructure is a complex asset and must have a long service life. Therefore, effective maintenance methods are required to achieve optimal results throughout the life cycle. Life Cycle Cost (LCC) is a method of evaluating the total cost associated with the service life of a system and can also be used to determine the most cost-effective method in the long term. This research begins by discussing the failure of major track components such as rails, sleepers and ballast. With the literature study, critical track component degradation models can be developed to identify the causes of failures. Material selection analyses is used to ensure optimal selection in terms of cost and performance. The appropriate type of maintenance is determined to ensure proper and safe operation of the railway track system. The main purpose of this paper is to determine the effective and efficient methods for maintaining railway tracks in Indonesia. In this study, the estimated degradation models of track components are used as the basis for determining component material selection. Existing types of railway maintenance are discussed and involve determining the type of maintenance based on LCC analysis to achieve the most cost-effective method

    This paper presents a comprehensive examination of Life Cycle Cost (LCC) analysis as applied to railway track systems, with a focus on optimizing the economic and operational performance of railway infrastructure over its entire lifespan. The study begins with an exploration of existing LCC models and their applications in railway track analysis, highlighting the importance of LCC as a decision-making tool for infrastructure management. It then delves into the integration of degradation models for key track components such as ballast, rails, and sleepers, and how these models contribute to a more accurate and effective LCC analysis.The paper further reviews several case studies to illustrate the practical application of LCC analysis in real-world scenarios. These include an analysis of alternative railway track support materials for the Sydney Harbour Bridge, an evaluation of the slab track monoblock sleeper system for the Indonesian Urban Metro Railway Project under uncertainty, and a life cycle cost, energy, and carbon assessment of the Beijing-Shanghai High-Speed Railway. Each case study provides insights into the methodologies used for LCC analysis and the resulting implications for railway infrastructure management.The findings of this paper underscore the significance of LCC analysis in guiding the maintenance and renewal policies of railway tracks, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining safety and reliability. The paper concludes with recommendations for the adoption of advanced LCC models and maintenance strategies, emphasizing the need for future research to address uncertainties in system performance and to further refine these models for enhanced decision-making in railway track management
