Menjaga Kewaspadaan Digital: Melawan Berita Hoax dan Menyuarakan Kebijaksanaan di Media Sosial
Literasi digital tidak hanya sebatas dapat menggunakan media, tetapi lebih pada kemampuan menganalisis, mengevaluasi atau menilai informasiyang didapat. Melalui literasi digital maka informasi yang didapat di media tidak langsung disebarluaskan sebelum dianalisis atau dinilai kebenarannya. Oleh karena itu, penting memiliki kecakapan dalam literasi digital agar memiliki kemampuan bijak dalam bermedia sosial. Berdasarkan fenomena tersebut tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk memberikan informasi dan pengetahuan dalam meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat dalam literasi digital dan bijak bermedia social. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat yang telah dilakukan di Desa Pabean Kecamatan Dringu Kabupaten Probolinggo telah memberikan peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman terhadap literasi digital, hal ini terbukti dalam evaluasi pemahaman materi terdapat kenaikan nilai rata-rata peserta sebesar 21 point. Disamping itu antusias peserta pada saat menerima materi dan keaktifan peserta dalam berdiskusi. Dengan demikian adanya peningkatan pemahaman literasi digital dapat menjadi solusi dalam mencegah informasi palsu yang beredar di masyarakat dan bijak dalam menyaring informasi sebelum membagikan
Penerapan Algoritma Breadth First Search untuk Sistem Rekomendasi Keyboard
Sistem rekomendasi keyboard adalah aplikasi yang dirancang untuk membantu pengguna menemukan keyboard yang sesuai dengan preferensi mereka. Penelitian ini mengusulkan pemanfaatan algoritma Breadth-First Search (BFS) untuk mengidentifikasi keyboard yang sesuai dengan kriteria pengguna seperti harga, tipe koneksi, material casing, dan tipe switch. Keyboard direpresentasikan sebagai node dalam struktur grafik yang bersumber dari file CSV, di mana setiap node menunjukkan keyboard beserta atributnya. Algoritma BFS secara sistematis dan efisien mengeksplorasi node-node ini untuk menentukan keyboard yang memenuhi semua preferensi pengguna tertentu. Sistem ini menawarkan pendekatan pencarian berbasis grafik yang mampu memeriksa secara menyeluruh semua opsi keyboard potensial. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem secara akurat merekomendasikan keyboard berdasarkan preferensi pengguna, yang menggarisbawahi kemanjuran pengintegrasian algoritma BFS dalam sistem rekomendasi berdasarkan preferensi
Biomonitoring as an Effort to Monitor River Water Quality with Parameters of BOD, DO, pH, TDS and the Presence of Macrozoobenthos in the Rolak River Area, Surabaya City
Many of the person who built settlements in riverbank areas, this allows residents in riverbank areasto become accustomed to disposing of waste directly into the river. In the end, this waste threatens the success of river flow, polluted river water has a serious impact on the health and quality of the environment around the riverbanks, such as the negative impact caused by this pollution, for example, such as health which has an impact on the surrounding environment or others. Because it is important to understand the natural health relationship, this study chose a river area that is located around the Rolak area of Surabaya, this place was chosen because the area is around a densely populated area and an industrial area. So that it can be used as research because the area certainly has a high level of pollution. As a result of the impact of the many residential and industrial areas around the river, the biomonitoring method is carried out to identify river pollution from its physical habitat by monitoring environmental health using living organisms in the river. Therefore the biomonitoring method can be applied because the advantages of this method can also be used including helping identify by using test parameters such as measuring pH, temperature and oxygen content in river water. that has been done before. Then the biotic examination can be used as a guide that can represent the quality of a body of water, from observations at several points the river is known to have a color that tends to be brownish due to turbidity levels, the pH parameters at each sample point are classified as normal and for Total Dissolved Solid (TDS) there is content of 339 mg/l, this is thought to be due to the source of domestic waste pollution from residents' settlements around the river banks. For DO test results there are only five points that meet quality standards. As for the diversity of bioindicators at each point, such as the presence of weeds at the first point, while the presence of water hyacinth can only be seen at the third and fourth points, the macrozoobenthos that are commonly found in the mangrove area are from the Mollusca, Annelida, and Arthropoda
Redesign Drainage Channel in Jetis District Mojokerto Regency
There are up to 50-centimeter-high puddles on the road due to the Jetis Road Drainage Channel in Mojokerto Regency's incapacity to handle the flood discharge from the drainage catchment area. The Jetis Road drainage channel's size and channel bed slope will be affected by the meeting point of the 1000 m long secondary channel and the Jetis Road drainage outlet. The objective of this research is to evaluate the efficiency of drainage channel design considering the implications of the drainage existing condition due to inconsistent dimension and sedimentation. The drainage channel is designed to handle a total discharge of 4.6 m3/sec during 10 years return of period. Under these circumstances, a trapezoidal channel with a width of one meter and a depth of two meters is needed. The Jetis Road drainage channel's enlarged dimensions result in a flood water level of 1.8. The Jetis Road drainage channel has a freeboard of 0.2 meters since the flood water level that occurs in the channel with its new dimensions is 1.8 meters. The flow rate in the intended channel serves as the control in this study to determine channel size. The channel's maximum flow velocity of 1.44 m/sec satisfies the 1.5 m/sec maximum flow velocity allowed in concrete channels
Implementation of an Exclusive Concept in the Gallery Showroom & Typical Surabaya Batik Making Training
One of the Surabaya government's efforts to preserve history and culture is to maintain the local batik industry. Surabaya batik designs have a strong and bold color concept. This Surabaya batik motif is inspired by the local area. Facilities to facilitate the development of typical Surabaya batik motifs can be said to be very minimal, for this reason the provision of facilities in the form of a Training Center and Gallery for Typical Surabaya Batik, as a medium for preserving and developing the creativity of typical Surabaya batik is very necessary. This design uses descriptive qualitative research with a scientific background of phenomena that occur in the field, through the process of collecting data from literature studies and field studies which are analyzed in detail and then explained descriptively, so that they can be used as a reference in designing the intended facilities. The design of the Surabaya Typical Batik Training Center and Gallery has an exclusive space concept, namely specializing Surabaya batik to be enjoyed in a luxurious room atmosphere and varied spatial experiences so that the space is not monotonous and makes Surabaya batik motifs a strong and bold design characteristic in that space
Penerapan Konsep Terarah Pada Tatanan Lahan Kompleks Sentra UKM Pengelolaan Hasil Laut Di Bangkalan
Desa perancak merupakan penghasil ikan laut paling banyak namun fasilitas yang tersedia kurang memadai akibatnya para nelayan banyak menemukan masalah yang menyebabkan hasil laut tidak maksimal. Desa perancak terletak di kecamatan sepuluh kabupaten bangkalan provinsi jawa timur dengan memiliki luas lahan 2.1Ha. fasilitas existing rumah kecil penampungan hasil laut, perahu para nelayan, dan untuk fasilitas pengembangan terdapat fasilitas Dermaga Kapal Nelayan ,Gedung produksi, Gedung Workshop, Gedung Pameran dan Penjualan, Gedung Pengelola, Masjid, Kantin, Toilet, Area Parkir yang di harapkan dapat memaksimalkan sumber daya yang ada pada area pesisir kecamatan sepulu kabupaten bangkalan. Penerapan Konsep Tatanan Lahan terarah, untuk mempermudah dan memperjelas sirkulasi,penempatan lanscape dan penataan bangunang gedung di dalamnya sehingga menjadi area yang dengan mudah untuk di jelajah dan di pahami. Hasil Perancangan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan produktifitas dan kapasitas hasil tagkapan sehingga dapat meningkatkan sdm para nelayan dan masyarakat sekitar.Kata kunci: Terarah, Hasil Laut, Dermaga, Sentra UK
Evektivitas Briket Bioarang Dari Limbah Kulit Pisang Raja (Musa acuminata) dan Limbah Kulit Nangka (Artocarpus heterophyllus)
Utilization of banana peel waste and jackfruit peel waste as biobriquettes so that it can reduce environmental pollution and be used as a renewable resource. The purpose of the research is to tackle environmental pollution by making biobriquettes as a renewable alternative energy. In this study, two variations of adhesives were used, namely tapioca starch and wheat flour adhesives with a concentration of 5% and 10% respectively. The test parameters studied included moisture content, ash content, volatile matter, fixed carbon, calorific value, and combustion rate. The results showed that the quality of the biobriquettes produced from the four parameters were moisture content 0.35%-0.71%, ash content 0.48%-0.99%, volatile matter 2.31%-3.40%, fixed carbon 95.48%-96.80%, calorific value 3524.85kcal/g-5198.66kcal/g, drop test 0.01%-0.06%, flame time 133.50 minutes 162.50 minutes, and burning rate 28.62 g/sec-36.54 g/sec. The heating value test parameter is the main parameter to determine the quality of briquettes. Biobriquettes with a composition of 25% plantain peel waste + 65% jackfruit peel waste + 10% tapioca flour adhesive have the best quality with an average of 5439.67 cal/g
Penerapan Integrasi Model Waterfall dan User-Centered Design
User-Centered Design (UCD) is a crucial approach in software development to ensure that the resulting product is user-friendly. However, the implementation of UCD within the software development lifecycle is still rarely discussed. This study aims to examine whether UCD can be integrated into the Waterfall model through the development of a web-based application. The integration process involves applying UCD during the requirements identification phase, followed by the other phases such as analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment. The research methods used include observation and interviews with the project implementers of the application development. The findings indicate that integrating UCD into the Waterfall model presents certain challenges, particularly due to the high risk of failure when the development phases do not allow returning to the initial phase that includes the UCD process. The interface evaluation conducted within the UCD process is proven to be crucial for the project's success
Rekomendasi Pengobatan Pada Penyakit Kucing Menggunakan Metode Decision Tree (Studi Kasus : Klinik Drh. Panti Absari)
Kucing adalah salah satu hewan peliharaan paling populer di dunia. Dalam merawat kucing, kesehatan menjadi faktor yang harus diperhatikan saat merawat kucing. Penyakit kucing merupakan isu penting dalam dunia kesehatan hewan. Seiring kemajuan teknologi, pengobatan yang direkomendasikan mengalami berubah secara signifikan. Sistem kecerdasan buatan dan analisis data yang canggih memungkinkan para profesional medis membuat rekomendasi pengobatan yang lebih personal dan efektif. Dalam dunia medis, deteksi dan diagnosis penyakit sangatlah penting. Metode prediksi ini membantu pemilik kucing mengetahui pengobatan terbaik dan benar. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan adalah metode Decision Tree. Metode Decision Tree digunakan untuk mempelajari klasifikasi dan prediksi dari data serta menggambarkan hubungan antara variabel x dan variabel y dalam bentuk pohon. Hasil dari pengujian dengan menggunakan 100 data yang dibagi menjadi 80 data training dan 20 data testing menunjukkan tingkat akurasi yang cukup tinggi yaitu 90%, Precision 83%, dan recall 90%
Analisis Keberhasilan Reklamasi Berdasarkan Aspek Kesehatan Pohon Pada Tambang Batubara di Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu, Provinisi Kalimantan Selatan
Negara Indonesia adalah negara yang melimpah dengan sumber daya alam dan memiliki potensi yang besar di sektor pertambangan, khususnya pertambangan batubara di Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan. Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu merupakan salah satu daerah dengan banyak perusahaan tambang batubara. Sesuai dengan UU No 3 Tahun 2020 yang mengubah UU No 4 Tahun 2009 tentang Pertambangan dan Batubara, reklamasi dan pascatambang adalah kegiatan yang wajib dilakukan. Tujuan utama dari reklamasi yaitu memulihkan fungsi ekologi sesuai dengan fungsinya. Peneliti ini menggunakan metode pengolahan data yang meliputi jumlah tanaman, jenis tanaman, serta usia tanaman, yaitu 1 tahun, 2 tahun, 3 tahun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi keberhasilan reklamasi, khususnya pada kesehatan pohon dalam kegiatan revegetasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa persentase sehat pohon yang terus meningkat dari tahun 2021 hingga 2023 di PT.Y. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa reklamasi dapat dianggap berhasil, karena pohon-pohon tersebut berada dalam kondisi optimal dan tahan terhadap gangguan lingkungan serta penyakit
