Penilaian Kualitas Layanan di BPSDMP Kominfo Surabaya dengan Metode Service Quality dan Importance Perfomance Analysis (Studi Kasus Pelatihan Digital)
In government agencies, especially in the field of human resource development which provides community facilities and services, the quality of the services provided must be taken seriously. The quality of this service has a big influence on government agencies, especially in the field of human resource development. This research takes a case study at BPSDMP Kominfo Surabaya regarding service quality assessment using the Service Quality and Importance Performance Analysis methods. The aim is to find out people's expectations and perceptions based on services attribute on digital training. The service quality of BPSDMP Kominfo Surabaya has an average value of 1.43, where the value is close to 1, which indicates that the service provided by the agency has met customer expectations and indicates good service quality. Corrective steps for attributes that do not meet customer expectations include improving the attitude and behavior of the committee, improving the quality of materials and training modules on a regular basis, and ensuring that the food provided is fresh and not stale by re-checking its availability and quality
Aplikasi Fuzzy Logic dalam Evaluasi Kemasan Siomay Gondrong
Permasalahan utama dalam evaluasi kemasan Siomay Gondrong adalah memastikan desain kemasan yang efektif untuk menarik konsumen sekaligus menjaga kualitas produk. Faktor-faktor seperti estetika, fungsionalitas, dan daya tarik visual sering kali sulit diukur secara kuantitatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan logika fuzzy sebagai alat evaluasi yang mampu menangani ketidakpastian dan subjektivitas dalam penilaian. Metode yang digunakan melibatkan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dari konsumen dan ahli desain, yang kemudian diolah menggunakan sistem logika fuzzy berbasis aturan. Sistem ini mengintegrasikan variabel seperti estetika, daya tahan, dan keberlanjutan dalam menghasilkan skor evaluasi akhir. Hasil riset penelitian menunjukkan sistem fuzzy logic memberikan hasil jawaban netral. Kesimpulannya, sistem logika fuzzy belum sepenuhnya memberikan hasil yang efektif dan fleksibel untuk mengevaluasi desain kemasan
Hydrothermal Alteration and Mineralization in the Grindulu River Segment, Pacitan, East Java: A Study of the Geotourism Potential of the River Area Mineralization
The Grindulu River in Pacitan is one of the areas that exhibits manifestations of hydrothermal alteration and metal mineralization. However, the valuable metals found are relatively low, making it less economical to produce. This condition opens up other opportunities by utilizing the area as a natural laboratory for geological education and sustainable geotourism development. This study evaluates the potential for hydrothermal mineralization-based geotourism through geosite assessment. The study area comprises the Watupatok Formation and the Arjosari Formation, which show silicic, argillic, and propylitic alteration zones. The research methods include geological mapping, rock sampling, petrographic analysis, XRD, FA-AAS, and geosite assessment using the Kubalikova method, covering scientific, educational, aesthetic, and value-added aspects. The results show the presence of mineralization in the form of pyrite, chalcopyrite, sphalerite, and galena, with low levels of valuable metals (Au, Ag, Cu, Pb, Zn). Nevertheless, all three segments of the Grindulu River possess significant geosite value for educational and conservation purposes, with segment 2 considered the most ideal due to its superior accessibility and educational value. This study concludes that the Grindulu River is more appropriate for development as a sustainable geotourism destination based on conservation and geological education rather than mining exploitation
Impacts of La Niña on Sea Surface Temperature, Chlorophyll-a, and Fishery Productivity in Northern East Java Ocean
The La Nina phenomenon occurs when the sea surface temperature in the Northeast Pacific Ocean becomes colder. Meanwhile, temperatures in the Western Pacific Ocean are warmer than usual. Such conditions affect the oceanographic conditions of Indonesia's waters, including the Northern Waters of East Java. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research aimed at analyzing the impact of the La Nina phenomenon on the fertility of the Northern Waters of East Java, through observations of sea surface temperature (SST) distribution, chlorophyll-a concentration, and fish catch data. SST data and chlorophyll-a concentration were obtained from Aqua-MODIS satellite images and analyzed using quantitative methods. Meanwhile, fish catch data were obtained from seven fishing ports on the North Coast of East Java. The results showed that the SST cycle in East Munson was not affected by the La Nina phenomenon. However, La Nina affects the ever-increasing SST anomaly value. The SST cycle in West Munson decreased in the La Niña period. Chlorophyll-a anomaly values also decreased during the La Nina period, especially from October 2017 to April 2018. Chlorophyll-a anomaly values tend to increase in the La Nina period from August 2020 to December 2022. This is influenced by the IOD (-) period. There was a time lag in the effect of SST and chlorophyll-a on fish catches. During La Nina, fertility rates in the Northern Waters of East Java tend to be low, marked by warming sea surface temperatures, uneven distribution of chlorophyll-a, and reduced fish catches. Such conditions can be taken into consideration in the planning of mitigation measures for the impacts of La Niña in the maritime and fisheries sectors in the upcoming period
Pengembangan Website Sistem Informasi Masjid Al Usroh: Solusi Efisien dalam Pengelolaan Informasi dan Kegiatan Jamaah
Pengembangan website sistem informasi manajemen masjid merupakan solusi inovatif untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan informasi dan kegiatan jamaah. Penelitian ini berfokus pada Masjid Al Usroh di Kabupaten Bungo, Jambi, di mana pengelolaan administrasi, laporan keuangan, dan data jamaah yang masih manual menyebabkan ketidakefisienan dan potensi kesalahan. Dengan menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), penelitian ini merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem berbasis web menggunakan HTML, JavaScript, dan CSS untuk menyederhanakan operasional. Website ini dilengkapi dengan modul untuk memposting berita, manajemen keuangan, penjadwalan kegiatan, serta konten pendidikan Islam yang dapat diakses oleh pengurus dan jamaah. Fitur utama meliputi autentikasi pengguna, manajemen konten, dan pelaporan keuangan otomatis. Sistem ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan transparansi, aksesibilitas, dan partisipasi dalam kegiatan masjid, sekaligus sejalan dengan Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (SDG) 4 tentang pendidikan berkualitas dengan menyediakan akses digital terhadap materi keagamaan. Penerapan Algoritma K-Means untuk Pemetaan Kebutuhan Obat Sesuai Prioritas dalam Pengadaan
ABSTRACTEach Ministry/Institution that has a primary clinic has its own budget allocation to support the operational activities of the primary clinic health service. The budget is usually adjusted to the size of the organization and the needs of its employees. One of the budgets is for spending on medical supplies. It is expected that the Primary Clinic, which is within the Ministries or Institutions, can provide health services according to the standards and needs of the scope they serve in accordance with budget availability. For this reason, so that the available budget can be optimized according to existing needs and is right on target, it is necessary to have a careful drug procurement plan. Segmentation/mapping of drug use is said to be important to determine the priority level of drug needs and can be used as a reference in drug procurement. The priority scale of needs in drug procurement is a process for mapping the types of drugs based on their needs by considering the drugs needed and the available budget, to avoid buying drugs that are not needed by the employees. Ideally, the types of drugs with high use are groups of drugs which procurement needs to be prioritized with the aim of ensuring the availability of these drugs. This study uses drug use data for 1 (one) semester, namely January to June 2022, using total usage and number of transactions using the clustering method with the K-Means algorithm. The results of drug mapping resulted in 197 drugs with low priority, 13 drugs with medium priority and 3 drugs with high priority. Perancangan Website Sebagai Media Informasi Pada Yayasan Pendidikan Darul Ilmi Banyuwangi
The Darul Ilmi Foundation is an institution that organizes educational activities from kindergarten to junior high school. The Darul Ilmi Foundation still uses social media such as Whatsapp, Instagram and Facebook to convey institutional information, which is still not optimal for conveying information on a large scale. There needs to be a website that is able to solve these problems. With a website, information delivery can be done on a large scale and integration between information is easy. The website was built using the PHP and Javascript programming languages and the MySQL database, while the system development method uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method which has 3 stages, including system requirements planning, system design process and system implementation. The result of this research is the creation of a website that can accommodate the 5 functional needs of the foundation and can be accessed by the wider community, especially parents of students from the Darul Ilmi Banyuwangi Education Foundation
Optimalisasi Manajemen SDM Melalui Pengembangan Aplikasi Mobile Absensi dan Perizinan Digital pada Lembaga Amil Zakat Yatim Mandiri
In the current digital era, manual attendance systems are increasingly being abandoned due to inefficiencies, susceptibility to data manipulation, and time-consuming recap processes—particularly in large-scale organizations with over 500 employees spread across multiple provinces and two different time zones. The main challenges of manual systems include delayed data validation, inconsistency in attendance timing across regions, and difficulties in generating real-time integrated reports. To address these issues, this study developed a location-based (GPS), mobile, and real-time attendance application using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) approach, which emphasizes fast prototyping and active user involvement. The application was built using React Native for cross-platform mobile interfaces (iOS and Android), PHP Laravel for the backend, and PostgreSQL along with Firebase Cloud Messaging for database and notification services. Testing results show that the application achieves a location accuracy rate of 95%, reduces approval processing time from over one day (manual) to an average of 1–2 minutes, and ensures 100% success in real-time notification delivery. Additionally, the application simplifies cross-time-zone attendance recapitulation and achieved a user satisfaction rate of 92% based on a User Acceptance Test (UAT) involving 50 respondents from various branches. These findings indicate that the developed application is effective in enhancing operational efficiency, data accuracy, and transparency in the digital and integrated management of employee attendance
Pengoptimalan Aliran Daya dengan Penambahan Distributed Generation Menggunakan Particle Swarm Optimization
The increasing demand for electrical energy and environmental concerns have encouraged the addition of distributed generation (DG). It has become a relevant solution for managing electrical distribution systems. DG addition does not require network restructuring or configuration, allowing it to be added near consumers located far from the generators. Adding DG to radial network systems can reduce both active and reactive power losses and improve voltage profiles. However, suboptimal DG placement can lead to negative impacts, such as exceeding current limits and harmonic problems in the network system. This research used Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) to determine the location and DG size in the IEEE 69-Bus radial network system modified to 54-Bus. Compared to other methods, PSO is faster at finding optimal solutions due to its cooperative particle structure and updating. The simulation varied swarm size (1, 5, and 10) with 10 iterations each. The results showed that the optimal solution occurred at different iterations for each swarm size but with the same optimal value. Thus, before DG installation, the active power loss was 2037.71 kW, the reactive power loss was 630.155 kVAR, and the maximum voltage was 4.3186 p.u. After DG installation, the active power loss decreased to 75.2543 kW, the reactive power loss decreased to 11.69819 kVAR, and the maximum voltage decreased to 1.6720 p.u
Perbandingan Algoritma Shannon-Fano dan Lempel Ziv Welch (LZW) untuk Kompresi Data Teks
Di era digital saat ini, volume data yang dihasilkan dan disimpan semakin meningkat, sehingga efisiensi dalam pengelolaan dan pengiriman data menjadi hal yang sangat krusial. Pengelolaan data yang optimal tidak hanya mendukung kebutuhan pribadi, tetapi juga menunjang aktivitas di berbagai sektor, mulai dari bisnis hingga penelitian. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu metode yang mampu mengurangi ukuran data tanpa mengorbankan informasi penting yang terkandung di dalamnya.Proses kompresi data menjadi semakin penting dalam pengelolaan dan penyimpanan informasi digital, terutama dalam mengoptimalkan penggunaan ruang penyimpanan dan mempercepat pengiriman data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan efisiensi algoritma Shannon-Fano dan Lempel Ziv Welch (LZW) dalam mengompresi data teks. Kedua algoritma ini dianalisis berdasarkan parameter seperti Compression Ratio (CR) dan Redundancy (RD) untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas kompresi yang dihasilkan. Implementasi algoritma dilakukan melalui pengkodean dan dekompresi data teks, dengan memperhatikan distribusi frekuensi karakter dalam data. Dari hasil pengujian yang dilakukan Algoritma LZW terbukti lebih unggul dibandingkan Shannon-Fano dalam mengompresi file TXT. LZW secara konsisten menghasilkan compression ration sebanyak 81 - 95% dan RD yang lebih rendah antara 81 – 95%, terutama untuk teks dengan pola berulang yang kompleks
