Pushover Analysis of Harvard Dormitory Thursina International Islamic Boarding School Building with Inter Story Isolated System Modification
Recently the demands of additional building functions have varied. These demands tend to affect structure stability because of the effects of additional mass. For example, Harvard Dormitory Thursina International Islamic Boarding School, located in Dau region, Malang city, East Java, Indonesia, a 11 x 8 m2 swimming pool is relocated on 4th floor. A big mass of pool certainly performs bigger lateral force due to seismic behaviour of structure itself. To reduce that, the IIS method is installed on the 3rd floor as it has damper effect along X and Y axis that is provided by LRB spring systems. IIS is widely used mainly in Japanese high-rise structures such as Shiodome Sumitomo building and Umeda Tower. To analyse the IIS modified structure, it is performed pushover analysis as controlled deformation is stated 18 in at rooftop. The results showed that 465 kN shear force and 160 mm story drift occurred on the 3rd floor which is the largest value compared to other stories. It is also obtained 230 mm lateral deflection of rooftop as the first plastic hinges are formed

Optimasi Peningkatan Kontras Gambar Menggunakan Interval-Valued Intuitionistic Fuzzy Sets dan Contrast Limited Adaptive Histogram Equalization (CLAHE)
Pengolahan citra merupakan bidang yang terus berkembang seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi komputer, dengan fokus utama pada peningkatan kualitas gambar, terutama pada gambar yang memiliki kontras rendah. Salah satu tantangan yang sering dihadapi adalah kesulitan dalam mengidentifikasi detail pada gambar yang memiliki pencahayaan yang kurang optimal atau kontras yang tidak memadai. Penelitian ini mengusulkan suatu pendekatan hibrida yang menggabungkan Interval-Valued Intuitionistic Fuzzy Sets (IVIFS) dan Contrast Limited Adaptive Histogram Equalization (CLAHE) untuk meningkatkan kontras gambar. IVIFS berperan dalam mengatasi ketidakpastian yang terdapat dalam intensitas piksel, sedangkan CLAHE dirancang untuk meningkatkan kontras lokal tanpa menyebabkan efek over-enhancement atau noise yang berlebihan. Dataset gambar dengan kontras rendah diambil dari Kaggle untuk menguji efektivitas metode yang diusulkan. Hasil pengujian entropi menunjukkan bahwa metode CLAHE menghasilkan nilai entropi tertinggi pada seluruh gambar, yang mencerminkan peningkatan signifikan dalam detail dan kontras. Proses defuzzifikasi menghasilkan gambar dengan entropi yang lebih halus, memberikan kontras yang optimal tanpa distorsi yang berlebihan. Metode yang diusulkan terbukti lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan teknik tradisional seperti Histogram Equalization (HE) dan Adaptive Histogram Equalization (AHE). Pendekatan ini menawarkan solusi yang efisien dan optimal untuk peningkatan kualitas citra, khususnya dalam aplikasi citra medis, penginderaan jauh, dan pengolahan citra lainnya
Rancang Bangun Alat Bantu Sit Up Penunjang Kesiapan Otot Perut Atlet Jujitsu Dojo Wijaya Putra
Peranan dosen dalam menjalankan Tri Darma Perguruan Tinggi tepatnya dosen Universitas Wijaya Putra mendedikasikan dirinya dalam aksi kegiatan (solidaritas) terhadap atlit Jujitsu Dojo Wijaya Putra dalam rangka menciptakan alat bantu SIT UP sebagai prototipe produk. Pembuatan desain komponen dan rangkaian serta analisa Mekanika Kekuatan Material menggunakan metode Statik dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SOLIDWORK 2023 SP5 dan Keyshot sebagai render desain. Tingkat kesiapan teknologi yang meliputi desain dan analisa sebagai indikator yang menunjukkan seberapa siap atau matangnya suatu teknologi dapat diterapkan. Pemilihan spesimen uji pada analisa Mekanika Kekuatan Material metode Statik menggunakan Plat Dudukan, Plat Dudukan terdiri dari komponen alat bantu SIT UP. Plat Dudukan terdiri atas 2 buah Plat U, 1 buah Poros Penghubung Plat U dan 1 buah Plat Segitiga Radius dari seluruh komponen tersebut diikat atau disambung menggunakan lasan. Material Plat Dudukan memiliki kekuatan tarik sebesar 620 Mpa dan diberikan beban sebesar 1.000 N tepatnya pada permukaan Plat Segitiga Radius. Hasil pengujian Statik pada Plat Dudukan mendapatkan angka keamanan (factor of saftey) minimal sebesar 4.7 yang artinya nilai ini lebih dari 1 dan dapat dikatakan bahwa desain aman untuk digunakan
Deteksi Lonjakan Listrik Menggunakan Metode Diferensiasi Numerik
Pengelolaan konsumsi energi listrik rumah tangga menjadi tantangan penting dalam mencapai efisiensi energi dan keberlanjutan lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeteksi lonjakan konsumsi energi listrik menggunakan metode diferensiasi numerik. Dataset yang digunakan berasal dari data konsumsi listrik rumah tangga publik dengan parameter seperti daya aktif, daya reaktif, tegangan, dan intensitas arus. Data diolah melalui proses pembersihan, konversi tipe data, dan penanganan nilai kosong sebelum dilakukan analisis. Diferensiasi numerik diterapkan untuk menghitung perubahan konsumsi energi antar waktu, dengan ambang batas yang ditentukan berdasarkan dua kali standar deviasi dari distribusi perubahan daya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lonjakan konsumsi energi tidak bersifat acak, melainkan memiliki pola temporal tertentu yang berkaitan dengan aktivitas rumah tangga. Visualisasi scatter plot memberikan wawasan penting mengenai intensitas dan distribusi lonjakan, membantu identifikasi pola konsumsi energi yang efisien. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan sistem pemantauan energi rumah tangga yang proaktif untuk mendukung pengelolaan energi yang berkelanjutan
Pembangunan Ruko One Arcade Citraland, Surabaya
Pertumbuhan pesat Indonesia tercermin dalam peningkatan jumlah penduduk, pembangunan kota modern, industri terstruktur, desain bangunan yang indah, dan konstruksi kokoh. Teknologi memainkan peran penting dalam kemajuan ini. Pendidikan yang memadai, khususnya dalam pembangunan, menjadi penting untuk mengikuti perkembangan teknologi. Banyak perguruan tinggi menawarkan program studi di bidang ini, termasuk Institut Teknologi Adhi Tama Surabaya, dengan Teknik Sipil sebagai pilihan utama. Kerja Praktek (KP) merupakan bagian dari kurikulum Teknik Sipil untuk menerapkan teori dalam proyek secara langsung. Pada KP tahun 2024 di Institut Teknologi Adhitama Surabaya, kelompok ini menjalani KP di Proyek Ruko One Arcade, Citraland, Surabaya. Melalui pengamatan langsung, kelompok ini meneliti metode pelaksanaan, durasi, jumlah tenaga kerja, dan jam kerja pada pekerjaan struktur kolom lantai 1. Mereka tertarik untuk membandingkan metode percepatan penyelesaian proyek konstruksi, khususnya menggunakan metode Crashing, pada proyek tersebut.
Implementation of Contemporary Architecture in the Shape of the Main Building in the Central Area of the Creative Arts and Music Industry in Surabaya
The main building of the Creative Arts Music Industry Center in Surabaya has a function to facilitate the growth and development of the creative arts music industry in Surabaya. Among them are Pop, Rock, Dangdut, Jazz, Classical, and Traditional Music. The facilities in this building include indoor music performances, a music library, music education, music production, music recording, and a music collaborator. The main building is designed with the application of a contemporary architectural theme. Contemporary architecture is architecture that has the freedom to express itself and has the desire to create a new and different work from previously existing architectural works. So that it can produce an appearance that is beyond the ordinary; their appearance gives an attractive, exploratory and complex impression. In its application, the form of this main building adopts a form that is quite closely related to the art of music, namely the form of a grand piano musical instrument. With this building form, it is expected to bring up a concept of contemporary architecture through a new form that has never existed before and is able to express the activities carried out in the main building
Extraction and Characterization of Cellulose from Arabica Spent Coffee Grounds
Global coffee production generates significant amounts of spent coffee grounds (SCG), often discarded, creating environmental challenges. Cellulose, a major component of SCG, can be extracted for industrial applications, such as food packaging and bioplastics. This research aims to determine the optimal cellulose purification time for maximizing purity and characterize the physicochemical properties of the extracted cellulose for food industry use. The study investigates the effect of different purification times on cellulose purity. The highest purity (74.40%) was obtained at 180 minutes, with the extracted cellulose showing high crystallinity and favorable properties, such as low moisture content (3.49%), water absorption capacity (6.17%), and bulk density (0.2871 g/cm³). Characterization using SEM revealed the morphology of cellulose crystals, and analysis (Carr’s index: 15.33%, Hausner ratio: 1.1811) confirmed the material’s suitability for biocomposites in food applications. Color analysis (L*: 76.34, C*: 28.52, h*: 16.46, WI: 62.94) also highlighted the material’s potential for use in food formulations. This research provides valuable data for further applications of cellulose derived from SCG
Analysis of Food Street Management Using The RIS3 Method and BPMN Model To Enhance The Competitiveness of Small and Medium Enterprises
This research analyzes the management of culinary tourism centers, specifically the Sentra Wisata Kuliner (SWK) Kandangan in Surabaya, using Regional Innovation Strategy for Smart Specialisation (RIS3) and Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN). The study addresses operational inefficiencies and low visitor engagement, including inventory mismatches, rapid food spoilage, cleanliness issues, and limited payment options. The objective was to identify regional strengths, innovation opportunities, and optimal business processes to enhance competitiveness and efficiency. Employing qualitative methods through case study analysis, data was gathered via field observations, stakeholder interviews, and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) involving SMEs, government officials, and industry experts. RIS3 facilitated strategic analysis by prioritizing regional strengths, identifying strategic priorities, and engaging stakeholders in entrepreneurial discovery processes. Concurrently, BPMN visually mapped and optimized existing business processes to improve operational clarity. Findings revealed that integrating RIS3 and BPMN significantly enhanced SWK Kandangan’s operational management. The combined methods aligned human resources, production, and financial operations with innovative practices, resolving identified challenges. Consequently, visitor engagement improved, optimizing business sustainability. This study provides valuable insights into applying RIS3 and BPMN methods effectively in regional culinary tourism management, thus supporting SME competitiveness and regional economic growth

Implementation of occupational safety and health is one part of the workforce protection aspect to achieve optimal work productivity. In connection with the implementation of occupational safety and health, the use of Personal Protective Equipment is an effort to protect or prevent potential dangers or work accidents. To describe the relationship between the implementation of CCTV-based monitoring and compliance with the use of Personal Protective Equipment among Jakarta Propertindo Lintas Velodrome - Manggarai LRT project workers in 2024. This research uses a correlative descriptive quantitative research design with the approach used is a Cross Sectional Study conducted on 30 Technician Employees at the Jakarta Propertindo Lintas Veledrome – Manggarai LRT project. The results in this research i statistical results using chi square obtained a P-Value = 0.019 with a degree of confidence or ɑ of 5% (0.05), because the P-Value is 0.019 ɑ value (0.05) meaning that Ho is rejected so it can be It is concluded that this means Ha is accepted or there is a relationship between the Implementation of a CCTV-Based Monitoring System and Compliance with the Use of PPE at the LRT Jakarta Propertindo Lintas Veledrome - Manggarai KSO Project Location of PT Len Railways Systems
