    Provenance Analysis from Lemat Formation in Lubuk Lawas and Lubuk Bernai Areas, Jambi Subbasin, Jambi Province

    The study of the sedimentary rocks from the Lemat Formation in Bukit Tigapuluh, particularly in the Lubuk Lawas and Lubuk Bernai Areas, aims to clarify and provide an overview of the formation’s history and the evolution of Paleogene stratigraphy within the Jambi Subbasin. Provenance analysis was concluded using petrographic analysis to determine the classification of sandstone types, source rock characteristics and tectonic order. Sandstones in the Lubuk Lawas and Lubuk Bernai areas are classified into Lithic arkose, arkosic, subarkose, felspathic litharenite, silty claystone, sublitharenite and subarkosic wacke. Petrographic data revealed that these sandstones originated from a tectonic setting within the recycled orogenic zone, with sub-zones varying between quartzose recycled, transitional recycled and mixed. This variation indicates a combination of primary source rocks and recycled orogens. Paleocurrent data derived from the sedimentary structures of sandstones in the Lubuk Bernai area suggest deposition directions from the southwest and southeast

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penerapan metode regresi linier dalam memproyeksikan jumlah pelanggan pulsa pada platform online IsiPulsa selama satu tahun. Penelitian dilakukan melalui beberapa tahap utama, yaitu studi literatur, pengumpulan data penjualan, perancangan dan implementasi model, serta analisis dan evaluasi kinerja model. Hasil penelitian ini menyajikan prediksi jumlah pelanggan bulanan berdasarkan pola data historis. Akurasi prediksi dinilai menggunakan Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE), dengan hasil yang menunjukkan bahwa model yang digunakan memiliki tingkat kelayakan yang memadai

    Digitalisasi pengarsipan surat merupakan langkah strategis untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, dan keamanan dalam manajemen dokumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerapan sistem digitalisasi dalam proses pengarsipan surat, mulai dari tahap pengumpulan, penyimpanan, hingga pengelolaan dokumen. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan model waterfall. Dengan metode kualitatif, penelitian ini menganalisis berbagai studi kasus dan data lapangan dari instansi pemerintah dan swasta yang telah menerapkan sistem ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi pengarsipan surat mampu mengurangi biaya operasional, mempercepat akses informasi, dan meningkatkan transparansi dalam pengelolaan dokumen. Namun, tantangan seperti kebutuhan infrastruktur teknologi, pelatihan sumber daya manusia, dan keamanan data tetap menjadi perhatian utama. Studi ini memberikan rekomendasi implementasi digitalisasi pengarsipan surat yang efektif, mencakup pengembangan sistem berbasis cloud, enkripsi data, dan integrasi dengan teknologi kecerdasan buatan untuk mendukung proses otomasi. Dengan demikian, digitalisasi pengarsipan surat tidak hanya menjadi solusi praktis tetapi juga transformasi menuju tata kelola dokumen yang lebih modern dan berkelanjutan

    This study is to evaluate the performance of eleven Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) utilizing the Multi-Attribute Decision Making (MADM) Yager Model. This approach is employed to identify the optimal alternative based on multiple variables, including product quality, innovation, production capacity, sustainability, and market potential. The research method commences with data normalization, achieved by dividing each criterion value by the maximum value, succeeded by Yager aggregation, which amalgamates the normalized values according to established criteria weights. The findings reveal that MSME_4 obtained the greatest score of 0.911, establishing it as the primary option. The ranking phase offers a summary of each MSME's standing according to the cumulative scores, so enabling systematic decision-making. The findings indicate that the MADM Yager Model is a proficient instrument for facilitating data-driven analysis and decision-making. This study aims to advance the development of MSMEs, namely by improving their market competitivenes

    Modeling an Instrument for Measuring E-Learning use in Learning Processes Based on ISO/IEC 38500:2008

    In the context of E-Learning development, E-Learning technology is part of the Information Technology Governance System in higher education institutions. Sometimes, E-Learning   implementation is carried out, but administrators do not know whether learners are studying effectively and achieving educational goals, whether the platform provides the expected added value in the learning process, and whether the quality of learning has been achieved. Therefore, accurate and effective E-Learning measurement is necessary to ensure that the implementation quality aligns with IT governance objectives in higher education institutions. One strategic approach to measurement is using the ISO 38500 framework. The strategic components of ISO 38500 can serve as the foundation for developing E-Learning measurement instruments in higher education. By utilizing these measurement instruments, organizations can identify the strengths and weaknesses of their E-Learning system, enabling continuous improvements to enhance the quality of learning materials, teaching methods, and user experience (for both lecturers and students). The E-Learning measurement instrument, developed based on ISO 38500 indicators, provides valuable data and insights for managerial decision-making. Based on the measurement results, management can make informed decisions regarding budget allocation for further development, updates or enhancements to the E-Learning platform, and the creation of new learning content or more effective training strategies

    Impact of Human Resources and Technology Support on Management Performance and Product Quality

    Gas turbines are internal combustion engines used as a primary energy source in Gas Power Plants (PLTG). To ensure the reliability and quality of gas turbine repair outcomes, effective project management supported by employee capability and technological infrastructure is essential. This study aims to analyze the influence of employee capability and technological support on project management performance and its subsequent impact on product quality at PT Nusantara Turbin dan Propulsi. A quantitative approach was employed using a descriptive and verification research design, involving 80 research samples. The sample consisted of employees from the operations, marketing, and finance divisions involved in the FT8 gas turbine repair project. Data were collected through Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed using classical assumption tests, path analysis, t-tests, and F-tests. The results indicate that employee capability and technological support have a positive and significant effect on project management performance (Adjusted R² = 61.6%). Furthermore, the three variables—employee capability, technological support, and project management performance—also significantly influence product quality (Adjusted R² = 80%). Project management performance is proven to be a partial mediator in the relationship between internal capabilities and product quality. These findings emphasize the importance of integrated management of human resources and technological support in project execution to achieve high-quality product

    Application of Point Counting Petrography for Provenance Determination; Implication for Tectonic Development from the Semilir Formation, Gunung Kidul

    The provenance sediments have been analyzed to reveal tectonic development during the Semilir Formation deposition in the Southern Mountain of Yogyakarta area, using essential samples from field observation, petrography analysis, and the point counting method. Outcrop and sampling at two observation points revealed distinct lithological features, including sandstone and siltstone with mudclast structures and slump structures interbedded with siderite. Petrographic analysis using the point-counting method determined the mineral composition of four samples: 1A, 1B, 2A, and 2B. Samples 1A and 1B were categorized as Lithic Wacke, 2A Feldspathic Wacke, and 2B Lithic Wacke. Provenance analysis, crucial for understanding the sedimentary history and reconstructing the geological events preceding sediment deposition, identified that the sandstones in the Ngoro-oro region predominantly fall into the magmatic arc category. Hence, based on our analysis, the tectonic development during Semilir Fm deposition is linked with the convergence event of the first subduction on southern Java, which had huge volcanic influences and slope morphology common in volcanic areas. The findings of this study contribute to a deeper understanding of the tectonosedimentary processes and geological history of the Ngoro-oro region. The integrated approach of petrographic and provenance analyses provides a comprehensive view of the sedimentary rocks formation and evolution, enriching the geological knowledge of the area

    The Role of Digital Payment Technology in Improving Retail Operational Efficiency: A Review

    Digital payment technology, including e-wallets, QR codes, and mobile banking, has become a crucial element in transforming the retail sector, particularly in simplifying transactions, reducing operational costs, and accelerating service processes. This study aims to analyze the role of digital payment technology in enhancing the operational efficiency of retail businesses. The research method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by exploring previous studies related to the perspectives of retail business owners who have adopted digital payments, as well as the challenges faced in its implementation. The research results indicate that out of 380 datasets collected, a screening and selection process was conducted based on specific criteria, yielding 15 relevant papers. The findings reveal that digital payment technology plays a significant role in improving efficiency by reducing transaction times, enhancing data management, and optimizing human resources. However, challenges such as infrastructure limitations, data security issues, and digital literacy among business owners remain obstacles that need to be addressed
