HERMENEUTIKA EMILIO BETTI: ANALISISNYA ATAS KISAH AṢḤĀB AL-FĪL DALAM TAFSĪR AL-MUNĪR
This article analyzes the story of aṣḥāb al-fīl in Tafsīr Al-Munīr with Emilio Betti's hermeneutics. Meanwhile, in essence, the Al-Qur'an itself contains various kinds of miracles which contain various unseen information and of course the story of the past aṣḥāb al-fīl, cannot be represented and stated rationally sense. The research method in this article uses descriptive analysis obtained through library research, with relevant and reliable sources, such as books, journals, theses, dissertations, and so on. Before obtaining a detailed understanding of Emilio Betti's analysis of Tafsīr Al-Munīr, the author first describes the biography and theory of Emilio Betti's hermeneutics. This is so implicative, because it is able to produce a reflective reinterpretation to be applied critically and systematically. Based on Emilio Betti's hermeneutical analysis, the story of aṣḥāb al-fīl is interpreted by Wahbah Al-Zuhaili by giving nuances of methodological privilege and uniqueness in understanding the meaning contained in the Al-Qur'an. Because it requires an objective interpretation, in Emilio Betti's analysis, Al-Zuhaili quite meets the requirements of his hermeneutic theory, both looking at his linguistic phenomena, emptying himself of any interest, even penetrating the dimensions of reconstruction by including situations and conditions, in addition to both revealing and showing as an interpreter existential in search of meaning, must be aligned with the intent of the author of the text itself
PENGGUNAAN AYAT-AYAT AL-QUR’AN DALAM TRADISI SALAT ROBO’-ROBO’ DI DESA SELAT REMIS, TELUK PAKEDAI, KUBU RAYA, KALIMANTAN BARAT: ANALISIS SOSIOLOGI PENGETAHUAN
This paper discusses the use of verses of the Qur'an in the Robo'-Robo' prayer tradition in Selat Remis Village, Teluk Pakedai District, Kubu Raya Regency, West Kalimantan. This tradition uses verses of the Qur'an by reading selected surahs in its implementation which is carried out once a year, namely on the last Wednesday of the month of Safar. Therefore, to find out the meaning of the use of the verses of the Qur'an in the Robo'-Robo' prayer tradition is to use the sociological theory of knowledge introduced by Karl Mannheim. The source of the data was obtained from observations and in-depth interviews at the research site. The results of this study are: 1) the objective meaning in the perspective of the Pakedai Bay community, namely preserving tradition as a form of obedience to a cleric named Guru Haji Ismail Mundu by finding manuscripts or hand notes that are used as references in that tradition. 2) expressive meaning in the view of the Pakedai Bay community, namely as a means of repelling reinforcements, avoiding disease, gaining safety, wanting a harmonious household, and after carrying out the tradition feel peace, comfort and tranquility. 3) the documentary meaning of the Robo'-Robo' prayer tradition is the formation of a habit as a forum for togetherness and intimacy for the Pakedai Bay community
HERMENEUTIKA MUHAMMAD SYAHRUR ( KATA NISA’ DALAM QS. ALI IMRAN:14 ): (KAJIAN HERMENEUTIKA MUHAMMAD SYAHRUR)
One of the Islamic religious thinkers who has contributed to the contemporary era is Muhammad Syahrur. Syahrur argues that in understanding the verse, it is not always fixed on traditional interpretation. On Q.S Āli ‘Imrān [3]: 14 in interpreting the word nisā’ which according to him, the word if it is interpreted as "adult woman" is not appropriate at this time. This study uses a library research approach and uses a semantic method. Syahrur also uses the term lā tarādduf theory, namely the anti-synonymity theory in which the theory is that one word has several meanings according to the context of the verse. Syahrur pointed out that the position of women is equal to that of men, so that women are not considered as objects of oppression and are equalized with objects.Abstrak
Tulisan ini menjelaskan mengenai penafsiran QS. Ali Imran:14 prespektif hermeneutika Muhammad Syahrur. Dalam menafsirkan ayat tersebut pandangan Syahrur berbeda dengan penafsiran yang lain. Syahrur menafsirkan kata nisa’ sebagai suatu hal yang baru karena menurutnya nisa’ dalam ayat tersebut jika dimaknai “perempuan dewasa” itu kurang sesuai. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan liberary research dan menggunakan hermeneutika Muhammad Syahrur dengan menggunakan metode semantik. Syahrur menafsirkan ayat tersebut berawal dari pemahaman fikih Islam dan Tafsir klasik yang yang mana produk-produk pemikiran tersebut tidak lagi sesuai untuk diterapkan pada konteks kehidupan pada abad 20 ini.
Kontekstualisasi surat al-Kafiru Kontekstualisasi surat al-Kafirun di tengan pluralisme : (pendekatan ma'na cum maghza)
This research aims to discuss the interpretation of Surah Al-Kāfirūn that is contextualized in a pluralistic society. Motivated by increase in cases of conflict in the name of religion caused by intolerance, radicals, even discriminatory and sentimental actions against other groups. This article on the contextualization of Surah Al-Kāfirūn amid in religious pluralism with a ma‘na cum maghzā approach aims to provide an understanding and explanation of moderation in religion, such as: The values of tolerance inter-religious, as well as infidels freedom should be guaranteed, both individually and in groups, to practice in worship or social-religious rites according to their respective beliefs without disturbing and hurting each other, either by word or deed. Through the ma‘na cum maghzā approach, the contextualization of Q.S Al-Kāfirūn provides more explanations to be practiced in a pluralistic society. The author hypothesizes that every claim to the truth of his religion is still needed as a form of affirmation of the identity of his belief, but this is not allowed in the aspect of communication between extra-religious, that inter-religious people can live in harmony and peace. Furthermore, this article tries to formulate the values of tolerance in Q.S Al-Kāfirūn or eliminate religious conflicts in a plural society and radicalism by using the theory of ma‘na cum maghzā.Penelitian ini bertujuan membahas interpretasi surat al-Kafirun dikontekstualisasikan dalam mayarakat pluralisme. Hal ini dilatari oleh meningkatnya kasus konflik atas nama agama yang disebabkan sifat intoleransi, radikal, bahkan tindakan diskriminatif dan sentimental pada kelompok lain. Artikel kontekstualisasi surat al-Kafirun di tengah pluralisme beragama dengan pendekatan ma’na cum maghza ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan penjelasan mengenai moderasi dalam beragama seperti: nilai-nilai toleransi antara umat beragama, baik sesama muslim maupun golongan non-muslim yang seharusnya dijamin kebebasannya baik secara individu maupun kelompok untuk menjalankan praktek dalam ibadah atau ritus sosial keagamaan menurut keyakinan masing-masing tanpa harus saling mengganggu dan menyakiti baik dengan perkataan atau perbuatan. Melalui pendekatan ma’na cum maghza, kontekstualisai surat al-kafirun lebih memberikan penjelasan untuk dipraktekan dalam masyarakat yang pluralisme. Hipotesa penulis bahwa setiap klaim kebenaran agamanya sendiri tetap dibutuhkan sebagai bentuk penegasan atas identitas kepercayaanya, namun hal ini tidak diperkenankan dalam aspek komunikasi antara ekstra agama, sehingga antar umat beragama dapat hidup rukun dan damai. Lebih jauh, artikel ini mencoba untuk merumuskan nilai-nilai toleransi dalam surat al-Kafirun atau menghilangkan konflik agama dalam masyarakat pluralisme serta merelatifkan kebenaran agama sendiri untuk menghargai agama lain dengan menggunakan teori ma’a cum maghza.

KONSEP WAHYU DALAM AL-QUR’AN PERSPEKTIF SEKTE AHMADIYAH
The Prophet (saw.) said: “Difference among my Ummah is a mercy.” The emergence of new sects is a manifestation of the current current of human thought. This thought movement always affects the human condition, both positive and negative influences. The emergence of the Ahmadiyah sect, including the reformers of the Islamic world. Mirza Ghulam Ahmad is Al-Mahdi and Al-Masih. This study uses a library research approach. Revelation in the Ahmadiyah perspective has been confirmed in Q.S Al-Jumu‘ah [62]:3 and Q.S Aṣ-Ṣaff [61]:6, that both are the same and agree that the verse refers to the second coming of the Prophet Muhammad in the form of Mirza Ghulam Ahmad. METODE DIALEKTIKA HEGEL DAN ANALISISNYA ATAS PARADIGMA HUKUM
This article talks about the analysis of Hegel's dialectical method on the law paradigm, which, as is well known, the problem with the development of legal science, has recently only been viewed from a certain point of view, so that it is not as detailed as possible to provide an open solution. On the factor of the law paradigm that has been used, the author then makes a special research object to be investigated using descriptive analysis methods obtained through library research, with relevant and reliable sources such as books, journals, theses, theses, dissertations, and so on. Before obtaining an understanding of the implications of this research, the author first describes the biography of Hegel, and his dialectical method. Implicitly, this is so reflective, because it is able to reveal and produce the truth behind the nature of knowledge contained in the field of philosophy or the historical reality of the law paradigm. The dialectical series consists of the postmodernism law paradigm, which is the "antithesis" of the modern law paradigm as "synthesis". This, in essence, is the result of a combination of the ancient Greek law paradigm as a "thesis" statement and a summary of an abstract universal concept as the starting point for the emergence of the law paradigm that was put forward in the medieval period. More precisely, the law paradigm in ancient Greece was a statement of "thesis", while in the Middle Ages, the law paradigm used was as a statement "antithesis" of the ancient Greek law paradigm.Artikel ini berbicara tentang analisis metode dialektika Hegel atas paradigma hukum, yang sebagaimana telah diketahui, problematika pengembangan ilmu hukum, akhir-akhir ini hanya dilihat dari sudut pandang tertentu saja, sehingga tidak sedetail mungkin memberi hasil penyelesaian secara terbuka. Atas faktor paradigma hukum yang telah digunakan tersebut, penulis kemudian menjadikan objek penelitian khusus untuk ditelisik dengan menggunkan metode deskriptif analisis yang diperoleh melalui library research, dengan sumber yang relevan dan realibel seperti buku, jurnal, skripsi, tesis, disertasi, dan sebagainya. Sebelum memperoleh pemahaman implikatif dalam penelitian ini, penulis memaparkan dahulu biografi Hegel, dan metode dialektikanya. Secara implisit, ini begitu reflektif, karena mampu mengungkap dan menghasilkan kebenaran dibalik hakikat pengetahuan yang terkandung di dalam bidang kefilsafatan atau realitas sejarah tentang paradigma hukum. Rangkaian dialektis itu, terdiri dari paradigma hukum post-modernisme, yang merupakan “antitesis” atas paradigma hukum modern sebagai “sintesa”. Hal ini, pada hakikatnya adalah hasil dari perpaduan antara paradigma hukum Yunani kuno sebagai pernyataan “tesis” dan rangkuman terhadap sebuah konsep universal yang abstrak sebagai titik tolak munculnya paradigma hukum yang dikemukakan pada masa abad pertengahan. Lebih tepatnya, paradigma hukum di masa Yunani kuno, sebagai pernyataan “tesis”, sedangkan di masa abad pertengahan, paradigma hukum yang digunakan yakni sebagai pernyataan “antitesis” dari paradigma hukum Yunani kuno
TRANSFORMASI DIRI BERDASARKAN FILSAFAT JIWA IBN SĪNĀ
This research is motivated by the weakness of the existing self-transformation methods. Whereas self-transformation is part of management science which is very important in helping companies and knowing the process of change in humans. Even so, the presence of various methods of self-transformation is still felt to be a weakness—especially the need for external influence from the self. In fact, self-transformation should also be driven by awareness in humans. By using descriptive qualitative analysis method, it is found that self-transformation can be seen from the point of view of Ibnu Sīnā 's philosophy of the soul which directs the soul to be completely transformed. Although there is no explicit discussion of Ibnu Sīnā 's theory of self-transformation, Ibnu Sīnā 's formulation of self-transformation theory is better than Aristotle's implicitly and provides an alternative method of self-transformation.The purpose of this research is to formulate a theory of self-transformation based on Avicenna’s psychology. The research method used is descriptive qualitative analysis. Self-transformation is the process of changing the soul quality as to produce better changes in perception and behavior. The background of the research includes the weaknesses of the existing self-transformation methods; Avicenna’s psychology directs the soul to perfect the transformation; Avicenna’s psychology does not discuss his self-transformation theory explicitly; Avicenna has a better formulation of self-transformation theory than Aristotle implicitly; and it provides alternative self-transformation method
RELASI HIJRAH DAN TAUBAT PERSPEKTIF HASBI ASH-SHIDDIEQY DALAM TAFSIR AL-NŪR
This research is motivated by the blurring of the meaning of the term hijrah among the people, especially in Indonesia. Of course, this is marked by the spread of some public figures who claim to have emigrated only by changing their appearance or fashion. Then it is used as a trend, even a business in a certain fashion, for example in terms of veils, clothes, and other things. This research uses a descriptive-analytic method in examining the theme of this discussion. The results of this study indicate that Hasbi Ash-Shiddieqy in his commentary argues that hijrah and repentance have a ‘umm wa khusūs muṭlaq relationship, namely every repentance is a migration, but not every hijrah is repentance. That hijrah has two dimensions of meaning, namely the physical meaning and the inner meaning. Physically, hijrah is a movement from one place to another solely because of Allah Swt. Whereas inwardly, hijrah is a change in a person from bad to good. While repentance according to him is returning to Allah Swt. or the return of the servant to goodness from what was originally in a state that is considered sinfulThis research is motivated by the blurring of the meaning of the term hijrah among the people, especially in Indonesia. In this case, the researcher tries to correlate the term hijrah with repentance in the Qur'an which is examined in Hasbi Ash-Shiddieqy's interpretation of Al-Nr with the aim of obtaining clarity on the meaning of these two terms. In this case, the author uses a descriptive-analytic method in examining the theme of this discussion. The results of this study indicate that Hasbi Ash-Shiddieqy in his commentary argues that hijrah and repentance have a umm wa khusūs muthlaq relationship, namely every repentance is a migration, but not every hijrah is repentance. Kitab Tajwid Nazm Batu Ngompal Tuan Guru Kyai Haji Muhammad Zainuddin Abdul Madjid
Many Scholars in the archipelago have done the teaching of Quranic sciencies, for example tajwid science. One of them is Maulana Sheikh Tuan Guru Kiai Hajj Muhammad Zainuddin Abdul Madjid. This charismatic scholar who is from Lombok, Nusa Tenggara Barat has the book under the title, Nazam Batu Ngompal. However, this book is not as popular as the books of other scholars in Indonesia. Thus, this article tries to describe and see the superior or unique side, and the shortcomings, as a form of popularization in the archipelago. This article is a qualitative article that uses the interview method and literature review in collecting data, which is then analyzed and described. As a result, there are five unique features of Nazam Batu Ngompal: First, the uniqueness of the name, which is different from the Nusantara books in general. Second, it is written in three languages: Arabic, Indonesian, and Sasak. Third, written using Arabic-Jawi or Arabic-Pegon script. Fourth, the dominant language is Indonesian but arranged according to Arudh Science. Fifth, it contains messages about the importance of recitation and learning from the experts. Meanwhile, the drawback is that there is a need for a broad consultation.Para ulama di Nusantara menilai penting membaca al-Quran, sehingga mereka melakukan pengajaran-pengajaran ilmu al-Quran. Salah satunya di bidang tajwid dengan berbagai kitab yang aslinya berbahasa Arab, tetapi diterjemahkan dan diajarkan kepada para muridnya. Artikel ini mencoba mendeskripsikan dan melihat keunikan dari kitab tajwid Nadhom Batu Ngompal, karya dari Maulana Syaikh Tuan Guru Kyai Haji Muhammad Zainuddin Abdul Madjid. Artikel ini adalah artikel kualitatif yang menggunakan metode wawancara dan kajian pustaka dalam mengumpulkan data, yang kemudian dianalisis dan dideskripsikan. Hasilnya ada lima keunikan dari Nazam Batu Ngompal: Pertama keunikan dari sisi nama yang berbeda dengan kitab Nusantara pada umumnya. Kedua, ditulis menggunakan tiga bahasa: Arab, Indonesia, dan Sasak. Ketiga, ditulis menggunakan aksara Arab-Jawi atau Arab-Pegon. Keempat, bahasanya dominan Indonesia namun tersusun menurut Ilmu Arudh. Kelima, mengandung pesan-pesan pentingnya tajwid dan berguru kepada ahlinya
EPISTIMOLOGI PARADIGMA DAN REVOLUSI ILMU PENGETAHUAN THOMAS KUHN
This research was born based on the thinking of Thomas Kuhn with the concept of scientific revolution with the characteristics of new thinking and philosophical models in terms of the history of the birth of science and the philosophy of science. The research method that the author uses is a qualitative method with a library research approach. The data collection technique in this study is a documentation technique, namely by collecting important data and files that support research activities. The result of this research is that for Thomas Kuhn the history of science is a starting point in studying fundamental problems in scientific epistemology, because science is basically always marked by the strength of the paradigm and the subsequent scientific revolution. This phase is what Thomas Kuhn termed the historical phase of the birth of new science, starting with normal science, then anomaly and crisis occurred, after which the scientific revolution emerged as a form of the birth of new science. Thomas Kuhn's thoughts can be contextualized with the development of Islamic scholarship with the aim of building openness of Islamic thought to anomalies and crises as well as the emergence of a revolution in Islamic science so as to motivate the emergence of a new paradigm in the realm of Islamic scholarshipThomas Kuhn dengan konsep revolusi ilmiahnya memiliki karakteristik pemikiran dan model filsafat baru dalam hal sejarah lahirnya ilmu pengetahuan dan filsafat sains serta peranan sejarah ilmu pengetahuan dalam mengkonstruksi ataupun merekonstruksi munculnya ilmu pengetahuan baru. Bagi Thomas Kuhn sejarah ilmu pengetahuan merupakan starting point dalam mengkaji permasalahan fundamental dalam epistemologi keilmuan karena sains pada dasarnya selalu ditandai dengan kuatnya paradigma serta revolusi ilmiah setelahnya. Fase inilah yang diistilahkan Thomas Kuhn sebagai fase sejarah lahirnya ilmu pengetahuan baru, dimulai dengan normal science, kemudian terjadi anomaly dan crisis, setelah itu barulah muncul revolusi ilmiah sebagai bentuk lahirnya ilmu pengetahuan baru. Pemikiran Thomas Kuhn tersebut dapat dikontekstualisasikan dengan pengembangan keilmuan Islam dengan tujuan membangun keterbukaan pemikiran keislaman terhadap anomali dan crisis serta munculnya revolusi dalam ilmu keislaman sehingga memotivasi munculnya paradigma baru di ranah keilmuan Islam. Berbagai pendekatan dalam studi Islam dapat digunakan seperti pendekatan normatif, historis, sosiologis, antropologis dan pendekatan lainnya dalam rangka membumikan Islam menjadi agama yang rahmatan lil alamin.
