You have to face life alone to see what you are made of. You need to expose yourself to new cities cultures, people, and belief systems. You need to live life and expand your brain with new experiences, even trying some food you’ve never tried before, to grow new pathways in your brain. It’s these experiences that will make you a whole, well-rounded, interesting human. It will stretch you and give you compassion and empathy towards others in different situations.
