Through community service activities (PkM) we provide training to students of SMPS St. Yosef Maubesi as a solution to their low ability to use Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft office Word, Excel and Powerpoint. The training, which is carried out in three stages and includes providing modules or teaching materials, is able to increase the confidence and ability of students in using Microsoft Office. Get PDFThe implementation of the SDIDnTK Program in Padang City was carried out in all Puskesmas Kota Padang. SDIDTK implementation since January-Jue 2018 in Nanggalo Public Health Center has only reached 61,34% of infants, only 88,14% toddlers, while in preschool children only 28,64%. For the implementation of this program, there are still workers who can be involved, one of which is a PAUD/TK teacher. But in reality, PAUD/TK teachers have not been further exposed about the implementation of this program. Therefore it is important to provide knowledge and skills to PAUD teachers about this SDIDTK, because several aspects are assessed, can be observed directly by the teacher. The teacher interacts with ank every day. The hope is that the findings of the growth and development of teachers can be informed to the health center staff every month. The solution offered in this activity is training on the implementation of the SDIDTK program for PAUD teachers and making a communication book. The steps taken are identifying the level of PAUD teacher’s knowledge of the SDIDTK Program followed by providing material about SDIDTK and working with the health center staff in evaluating the implementation of the program. Output in the form of publication of articles in the ISSN Journal of Communication Service, Social Media and improvement of community empowerment and strengthening of knowledge and development of community habits in helathy behavior
Pertanggungjawaban Pidana Partai Politik Dalam Tindak Pidana Korupsi
Get PDFJika dilihat dari preseden penegakan hukum tindak pidana korupsi di Indonesia, ada beberapa indikasi/dugaan kasus korupsi melibatkan anggota partai politik yang hasil perbuatannya mengalir ke partainya, namun belum ada partai politik yang diperiksa maupun dituntut oleh penegak hukum. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pertanggungjawaban pidana partai politik sebagai pelaku tindak pidana korupsi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian yuridis normatif. Hasil penelitian dalam penulisan ini, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa adapun pertanggungjawaban pidana partai politik sebagai pelaku tindak pidana korupsi yaitu berupa sanksi pidana yang dapat diberikan hakim terhadap partai politik atau pengurus, atau partai politik dan pengurus, hal ini dapat dilakukan dengan merujuk pada PERMA 13 Tahun 2016, yakni dapat dilakukan baik secara alternatif maupun kumulatif yaitu pidana pokok dan/atau pidana tambahan. Pidana pokok yang dapat dijatuhkan terhadap partai politik yaitu pidana pokok berupa denda dengan ketentuan maksimum pidana ditambah 1/3 (satu per tiga). Untuk pidana tambahan belum ada pengaturannya didalam undang-undang pemberantasan tindak pidana korupsi. One of the roles of the village as the lowest administrative level in a region is to serve the community in making letters. Management of outgoing mail in Desa Dunggala, Kecamatan Tapa, Kabupaten Bone Bolango is still done conventionally, namely by recording the letter number in the agenda book. This resulted in village officials experiencing difficulties in managing the correspondence archives if in the future a letter with a certain number was needed. This community service activities aimed at helping the village government in managing outgoing mail by designing information system for managing outgoing mail. The information system was built based on the web application, but in its application is still used offline or localhost, due to internet network constraints in the village office. A database system is used for data storage so that it is easy to search the letters that have been made. Then, the village officials has been trained to use the information system. The results obtained from this activity are the information system for managing outgoing mail and the training of village officials in using the application. This information system can be further developed by taking into account the needs that exist in the village

The total number of employees or employees is 513, consisting of 377 educators and 144 education staff. Simultaneous Influence. Based on the results of the discussion, the simultaneous influence of leadership orientation and rewards on employee loyalty is 32.1%, while the remaining 67.9%, while the partial effect of multiple regression analysis shows that supervision has an influence on employee work discipline by 0.435, awards have an influence to employee loyalty of 0.279.

Identifikasi Fasilitas Pokok dan Fasilitas Fungsional Dalam Rangka Peningkatan Produksi di Pelabuhan Perikanan Nusantara Ambon
Get PDFProduksi Perikanan Tangkap di Maluku semakin meningkat dari tahun ke tahun. Peningkatan produksi perikanan pada akhirnya akan bermuara pada kesejahteraan nelayan, karena itu perlu adanya peningkatan sarana dan prasarana, dalam hal ini Pelabuhan Perikanan karena Pelabuhan Perikanan merupakan jembatan antara aktivitas perikanan di laut (penangkapan) dengan aktivitas perikanan di darat (pengelolaan dan pemasaran). Pelabuhan Perikanan Nusantara (PPN) Ambon adalah pelabuhan tipe B yang menjadi zona inti kawasan Minapolitan Perikanan Tangkap di Ambon. Pelabuhan Perikanan Nusantara Ambon memberikan pelayanan kepada armada penangkapan ikan, terutama untuk melayani kapal-kapal penangkapan ikan yang beroperasi di ZEEI Arafura, perairan Laut Banda dan laut Seram. Armada penangkapan ikan yang berkunjung dan beraktifitas di PPN Ambon selama ini lebih didominasi oleh kapal perikanan skala besar (industri) di atas 30 GT. Keberhasilan pelayanan PPN Ambon sangat bergantung pada ketersediaan, pemanfaatan dan kondisi fasilitasnya dalam hal ini Fasilitas Pokok dan Fasilitas Fungsional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi Fasilitas Pokok dan Fasiltas Fungsional di PPN Ambon Provinsi Maluku dalam kaitannya dengan Peningkatan Produksi. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan analisis Diskriptif bersifat Survey terhadap Fasilitas Pokok dan Fasilitas Fungsional di Pelabuhan Perikanan Nusantara Ambon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PPN Ambon sudah memenuhi Kriteria sebuah Pelabuhan Perikana Nusantara dengan adanya sejumlah Fasilitas Pokok antara lain Dermaga, Kolam Pelabuhan, Alat Bantu Navigasi dan Breakwater atau Pemecah Gelombang dan fasilitas fungsional antara lain Tempat Pelelangan Ikan (TPI), fasilitas pengolahan, penjemuran, pabrik es, gudang pendingin (Cold storage), bengkel, slipway (docking) serta tempat pengisisan perbekalan. Dari hasil Penelitian diketahui bahwa terjadi Peningkatan Produksi yang didaratkan yaitu sebesar 8,214,500 Ton pada tahun 2013 dan sebesar 73,901,742 Ton pada tahun 2017, dengan Pemasaran terbesar adalah untuk Pasar Eksport yaitu sebesar 2.756.808 ton pada tahun 2013, dan 71.589.717 ton pada tahun 2017
Pengenalan Teater sebagai Bentuk Literasi terhadap Alam bagi Warga Ponggok (Klaten)
Get PDFThe workshop activity outlined in this article is an introduction to theater with the topic of the body and its relevance to water empowerment for the citizens of Ponggok (Klaten) and surrounding areas. The workshop was motivated by a reaction to the need to titrate Ponggok residents to conserve natural resources in their villages. The provision of a medium for Ponggok Village residents in particular and GLC19 festival participants in general to be able to understand the importance of community survival water can help them experience an understanding of the sustainability of Ponggok Village's natural resources. The method used is to provide an introduction to the body's exercise in relation to respect for the existence and function of water in life. The activity was carried out on one occasion, in two stages: (1) an introduction to theater and theater functions for character education and introduction to the natural surroundings, and (2) the practice of theatrical approach through bodybuilding movements by empowering water. The result obtained is that this medium creates a creative space for participants to instill the values of understanding about the importance of water through theater approach

Get PDFKekerasan seksual yang marak terjadi pada anak usia prasekolah (dini) menyadarkan kita akan pentingnya memberikan pendidikan seks untuk anak usia dini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memberikan pendidikan seks pada anak usia pra sekolah dalam mencegah kekerasan seksual. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian eksperimen dengan desain penelitian one group pre-test and post-test. Media Pembelajaran yang digunakan adalah media gambar, video tentang pengenalan tubuh dan animasi cara menjaga tubuh dari ancaman kekerasan seksual. Hasil penelitian adalah ada pengaruh terhadap anak usia anak prasekolah setelah diberikan pendidikan seks di sekolah TK Paud Sejahtera. Hasil pengujian yang diperoleh membuktikan bahwa sangat efektif jika pendidikan seks diberikan mulai anak usia dini untuk mencegah kekerasan seksual pada anak usia prasekolah
