No full textThe paper deals with the process of oral epic singing as illustrated by Filip Višnjić’s poems on St. Sava. Višnjić’s writing style unifies the two aspects of the folk singer, the singer being the keeper of tradition and the creator who goes beyond that tradition. As far as Filip Višnjić’s old repertoire is concerned, it is interesting to focus on the choice of the two poems on St. Sava. In a rather small folk song corpus on the greatest Serb saint, especially if the corpus is viewed in relation to “very substantial prose material consisting of stories and oral histories”, Višnjić’s strategy points to a thoughtful, mature choice empowered by national issues.Рад говори о процесу усменог спевавања на примеру песама Филипа Вишњића о св. Сави. Стил Филипа Вишњића обједињује аспекте певача као чувара традиције и певача као ствараоца који искорачује из традиције. Када је реч о старом репертоару Филипа Вишњића, врло је занимљив одабир две песме о св. Сави. У иначе оскудном корпусу народних песама о највећем српском светитељу, посебно када се он посматра у односу на „веома богату прозну грађу приповедака и предања“, Вишњићев поступак показује промишљен, зрео и националном идејом оснажен избор
The relation between logic logic and linguistics in modality analysis
No full textУ овом раду покушаћемо расвијетлити питање односа између лингвистике и логике гледано кроз призму модалности, с обзиром на то да је модалност у енглеском и многим другим језицима тема коју проучавају представници различитих дисциплина у посљедњих тридесет година, првенствено логичари и лингвисти. У редовима који слиједе настојаће се приказати гдје су, на пољу модалности, додирне тачке, а гдје линије раздвајања између логике и лингвистике.This study is an attempt to shed light on the relation between logic and linguistics seen through the prism of modality. In the last thirty years modality has been a challenge studied not only by leading representatives of linguistics but many other scientific disciplines, especially logicians. We will try to show what binds logic and linguistics in modality and what separates them
