CHANGES TO CHAPTER XIX IN THE CRIMINAL CODE OF RNM FROM 2023 IN A COMPARATIVE ASPECT
Criminal law in North Macedonia is regulated through the Criminal Code, which entered into force in 1996. But over the years, the Criminal Code has been amended and changed. The latest changes include the changes approved and entered into force in 2023 where the Criminal Code underwent changes that not only affected the legal personality, but also the sanctions of the crimes. At the beginning of 2023, three major changes were made regarding the content of the Code, which initially materialized the criminal acts in terms of international legal assistance. Then we have the changes of many crimes from the chapter Crimes against sexual freedom and sexual morality, and the last changes approved in September fall under the chapter Crimes against official duty. The changes that were quite felt on the legal side were those of sexual crimes. In North Macedonia, sexual crimes are criminalized in Chapter XIX, Crimes against sexual freedom and sexual morality. And the procedure that is conducted to shed light on these crimes is regulated by the Law on Criminal Procedure.Sexual crimes are usually understood as all criminal acts that threaten and attack a person\u27s sexual integrity and morals. The protected subject of the acts included in this chapter is the freedom of the person in gender relations
AUTONOMOUS SOLUTIONS FOR DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF MODULAR STRUCTURES
Our objective with this paper is to analyze and explore emerging autonomous solutions for designing and implementing modular structures. Modular structures have been in use since the 1950s, so the concept is not new to us. Historically, the popularity of modular structures peaked following catastrophic natural disasters or wars, in areas that required rapid rebuilding. However, modular construction somewhat fell out of favor afterward. Nowadays, its popularity is resurging, becoming a notable trend once again. The robots employed in modular construction offer distinct advantages over those used in traditional construction, with streamlined tasks and enhanced efficiency. In this paper, we plan to analyze drones, loaders, cranes, and worker bots. These robots will serve various roles, including observation, construction, organization, and excavation. Furthermore, we aim to integrate these robots with cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence, augmented and virtual reality, the internet of things, cloud services, and building information modeling - BIM
ECONOMICS OF NETWORKS AS APPLIED TO SOCIAL CHOICE MODEL OF LEVEL OF EDUCATION, SOCIAL DISTANCE, NEWS VERACITY AND PROSPECT THEORY AND A NOTE ON WARDROP EQUILIBRIUM AND BRAESS PARADOX
This paper investigates Barabási–Albert (BA) and Erdős-Rényi model and preferential attachment in different settings: social choice and social distance, news veracity and networks, Prospect theory with social choice, and Wardrop equilibrium with Braess paradox. News veracity is higher in Erdős-Rényi graph vs Barabási–Albert (BA), in the Erdős-Rényi graph spread of misinformation is higher than in the model with hubs (influential nodes). In the average social distance and education level model there is higher news veracity between most educated individuals (PhD’s) more when two nodes have less than highest education. Probability of news being true (news veracity) is lowest for PhD’s but gaslighting (probability of perception of being gaslighted) is highest. With a degree centrality included nodes (individuals) with lower level of education perceive higher new veracity. Price of Anarchy (PoA) is higher in Erdős-Rényi (ER) versus Barabási–Albert graph. With Prospect theory in news veracity network gain and loss lines are further way on the left from reference point, with a letter being more to left. Congestion in the market for news makes more and more agents further away from equilibrium state.
Analysis of the circular economy of Serbia based on the Cobra method
Recently, the problem of the circular economy has been very topical. In the literature, it is investigated from different angles. This study analyzes the problem of the circular economy in Serbia based on the COBRA method. The results of the COBRA method show that the best performance of the circular economy in Serbia was in 2021. The worst was in 2016. Recently, generally speaking, the performance of the circular economy in Serbia has been improving. To improve the performance of the circular economy in Serbia, it is necessary to have a continuous, adequate action plan to manage the recycling of municipal waste, production of municipal waste, dependence on the import of materials, resource productivity, and energy from renewable sources as efficiently as possible. Likewise, other relevant factors. There is no doubt that the increasing application of the circular economy principle contributes significantly to the preservation of the environment in Serbia
REALIZATIONS OF EMOTIVE LANGUAGE IN FACEBOOK COMMENTS
This study examines the verbalization of emotions in online media. We express emotions not only to show our subjective awareness but also to evaluate the world we live in. Emotions are universal experiences that are common to all people. They are difficult to control, are often the cause of irrational human behavior, and cause people to behave in certain ways (cf. Fiehler, 1990, p. 41; Ortner, 2014, p. 6 ff). Emotions, as constitutive phenomena of our lives, are given a certain representation in linguistic expressions and are thus conveyed and made visible to others. They are also perceived as very intense and personal experiences that come from the inside and can be expressed through language and actions. Language therefore enables us to communicate our emotions verbally. The 21st century is known as the digital age. In the age of information technology, the language of communication has also been reorganized. Digitalization has developed rapidly in recent years, and the exchange of information has become very intensive. We would like to take a closer look at emotional vocabulary in social networks. In this study, texts from social media (such as Facebook) are analyzed regarding the verbalization of emotions at the level of the word, sentence, and text.

SENSORY CHARACTERISTICS OF COLD PRESSED SUNFLOWER OIL WITH THE ADDITION OF AROMATIC HERBS
Cold pressed sunflower oil is an unrefined oil with great biological value and good sensory properties. Due to its chemical composition, this oil easily oxidizes, creating harmful products for human health. Various artificial and natural stabilizers are added to prevent oxidation. Essential oils or aromatic herbs are used as natural stabilizers, which also change the sensory properties of the oils. The oil analysed in this paper is cold pressed sunflower oil to which fresh aromatic herbs have been added, such as rosemary, garlic, parsley and mint. One aromatic herb is added to each bottle of oil, and one bottle of oil is without additives (control). The oils are stored for 6 weeks in the dark, and then the sensory characteristics of these oils are assessed through validated questionnaires and sensory tests. The following characteristics of the oils were determined through a series of hedonistic and visual tests: aroma, colour, clarity, taste, crunchiness, and chewiness. The aromatic herbs that are added do not affect the crispness and chewiness, but they do affect the smell, taste, colour, and clarity. The oil without additive and the oil with the addition of rosemary have the most acceptable smell and taste and the highest grades for colour and clarity. Apart from these two oils (without additive and with the addition of rosemary), there is also the oil with the addition of garlic
OLEOGELS – AN ALTERNATIVE TO REPLACE ANIMAL FATS IN MEAT PRODUCTS
The changes in lifestyle of modern consumers have increased demand for healthier meat products. Animal fat, which is an integral part of meat products, is directly related to the occurrence of chronic diseases and overweight. Polyunsaturated vegetable oils are healthier for human consumption, but their liquid consistency can pose a problem when directly applied in the technological process. Application of oleogels, obtained with innovative technology for gelling vegetable oils using gelators, is a new approach to create healthier meat products with an improved fatty acid profile. This paper aims to review the different approaches for obtaining oleogels and the latest trends for their use in meat products
GENDER PAY GAP IN ALBANIA: SOCIAL AND CULTURAL ASPECTS
The gender pay gap or gender gap is a relative disparity between women and men which is reflected in a variety of sectors in many societies. This difference exists in many countries and industries and is often related to factors such as occupational segregation, and differences in education and experience. The gender gap must also be considered in the context of gender inequality. The focus of this paper is to analyse the gender pay gap and gender inequality in participation in the labour market in Albanian society. Albanian society is committed to and has made significant progress towards gender equality policies. However, the gender gap is still present. The paper aims to analyse and interpret indicators of the Albanian gender pay gap in the context of culture of gender roles. Cultural values and socio-cultural conditions of one’s society significantly impact the gender gap. The paper will highlight the sources of the gender gap in Albania as cultural and socio-economic. Understanding the gender inequality in Albanian society requires a complex analysis that examines the impact of socialisation, cultural norms and values, the division of gender roles, access to public life and the social privileges that gendering creates asymmetrically for men and women
