Traits for 308 species of Australian passerines include type of habitat, diet, foraging method, foraging stratum, and foraging substrate. Each trait is divided into several categories and each category of each trait has a value corresponding to proportional use (percentage) of that category by a given species based on information in HANZAB. The sum of all categories of a given trait for a given species is always 100

All the individual CentT566 repeats were extracted based on BLAST output for each subgenome in wheat. The cd-hit-est software was used to cluster similar CentT566 sequences into clusters using parameters “-c 0.90 -n 10” within each subgenome. The clusters with length larger than 500 bp were used for further analysis. Multiple sequence alignment and phylogenetic analysis of all CentT566 clusters were performed with ClustalW and MEGA7 software using the neighbor-joining method
