SISTEM PERENCANAAN PRODUKSI DAN PENGENDALIAN PERSEDIAAN BAHAN BAKU PADA PERUSAHAAN SUSU OLAHAN
Get PDFCompanies often have difficulties to make a choice in a raw material inventory. It is hard to decide the quantity of it. Another problem is difficult to match the needed and the purchasing of raw material. So, it is important to make a production planning and a controlling of raw material inventory. Brown’s Single Parametric Linear Method is used to predict the sales for the production planning and Economic Order Quantity Method is used to control the inventory. The prediction result is PT XYZ processing milk production will become 97045511 kg in 2002 with the total using of Full Cream Milk Powder (FCMP) is 3745957 kg and the using of Skim Milk Powder (SMP) is 2076774 kg. Total of ordering raw material based on EOQ method is 106346 kg for New Zealand’s FCMP in 15 times of ordering per year; 119889 kg of Australia’s FCMP in 18 times per year; 81113 kg. Get PDFSalah satu permasalahan dalam penyediaan perumahan bagi masyarakat adalah belum tersedianya lahan yang tepat untuk lokasi pemukiman dan perumahan. Tanah merupakan salah satu elemen penting dalam program pembangunan infrastruktur maupun perumahan. Dengan memanfaatkan analisa sistem informasi geografis untuk menentukan ketersediaan tanah (land banking) dan lokasi untuk kawasan perumahan dan pemukiman di Kabupaten Tanah Datar berdasarkan kriteria dan kesesuaian terhadap rencana pola ruang dan daerah negative list. Dari analisa spasial sistem informasi geografis diperoleh sebaran ketersedian tanah untuk pemukiman dan perumahan sebesar 17,71% dari daya dukung lahan yang tersedia.

Evaluasi Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan Konstruksi Bumn Perioda 2015-2018
Get PDFPerformance evaluation is one of the human resource management activities that is important for achieving the goals of the construction industry company. This study aims to analyze the financial performance of BUMN industry companies that go public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. An evaluation of financial performance was carried out on PT WaskitaKarya (Persero) Tbk, PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk, PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk, and PT Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero) Tbk in the period of 2015-2018. The results showed that the profitability, solvency and liquidity tests stated that the four BUMN were able to produce large profits, with a gross profit margin that was far above the industry average. The gross profit margin value is in the range of 93.522%-101.436%, far above the industry average of 30%. However, the ability of the company to make a large gross profit is burdened by sales costs and a large interest rate, so that the net profit margin decreases, ranging from 2.848%-9.468%. The results of the evaluation of solvency and liquidity show that the four companies are inadequate in using their debts to finance all of their assets, as well as having a low ability to repay their debts.

Pengaruh Catalytic Converter Dari Bahan Kuningan Dengan Ketebalan 0,3 mm Terhadap Emisi Gas Buang Kendaraan Pada Motor Honda Supra 2015
Get PDFThere are two methods to reduce exhaust emissions in a motorized vehicle, namely by improving fuel and motorbike technology in such a way that better combustion occurs and produces lower emissions and by the addition of exhaust emission control devices or devices. Catalytic Converter is a device used as an exhaust gas emission control that is placed after the exhaust manifold on a motor vehicle exhaust system. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of the use of catalytic converters of brass material to reduce CO and HC gas levels in motor vehicles. Tests carried out using a gas analyzer to determine the value of CO and HC concentrations. Exhaust gas testing is carried out in two stages, namely exhaust emission test with standard exhaust and exhaust emission test with catalytic converter with variations of engine speed 1500 rpm, 2000 rpm, 2500 rpm, 3000 rpm, 3500 rpm, 4000 rpm. From the results of the study it was found that the influence of the use of catalytic converters of brass with a thickness of 0.3 mm with the fin model experienced a decrease in the level of exhaust gas emissions most effectively at 1500 rpm engine speed ie CO value decreased 1.82% from 3.96% to 2.14% and HC values decreased by 4,412 ppm from 9,999 ppm down to 5,587 ppm. So motor vehicles using a catalytic converter made of brass with a thickness of 0.3 mm will be able to reduce CO exhaust emissions by 2.14% and HC by 3.96

Get PDFKerjasama dan kegiatan yang akan dilakukan adalah pada kelompok Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (MGMP TIK) pada 11 SMP negeri dan swasta yang ada di Kota Bukittinggi. Permasalahan yang dialami oleh kelompok MGMP TIK yaitu terbatasnya kesempatan dalam meningkatkan penguasaan teknologi dari para guru yang bertangungjawab terhadap mata pelajaran TIK dan belum maksimalnya kegiatan ekstra kurikuler bidang TIK pada masing-masing sekolah. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini dilakukan upaya kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada kelompok MGMP TIK. Target luaran utama yang dicapai adalah meningkatnya kompetensi Guru dalam memanfaatkan materi yang diberikan saat pelatihan untuk mengaplikasikannya dalam pembuatan robot yang akan dikerjakan oleh siswa.  
New Trend In New Normal, Factors Influencing Continuance Intention to Use Video Conferencing

Although now entering the new normal era, the reuse of video conferencing will continue to increase. Working using video conferencing has become a new trend. But the lack of literature and research related to video conferencing makes a lack of understanding of consumer behavior regarding the continuance intention of video conferencing. This study proposed a model which is a modification from Theory Aceptance Model (TAM), that has benn proven be able to explain consumers behavior in adoption technology. Data collected from 219 respondents, then analyzed with partial least square method using SmartPLS. The results show that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and social influence have a positive and significant influence on continuance intention of video conferencing. While perceived enjoyment only has a positive and significant effect indirectly, and facilitating conditions do not have a significant effect on continuance intention. The results of this study contribute to understanding consumer behavior continuance intention of video conferencing

Panti Asuhan ini merupakan suatu lembaga sosial yang mengasuh dan mendidik anak-anak dari keluarga miskin, anak-anak yatim piatu dan anak-anak terlantar yang berasal dari daerah Padang dan sekitarnya. Umumnya setelah menyelesaikan pendidikan SMA/SMK, mereka akan langsung melangkah ke dunia kerja dan tidak melanjutkan pendidikan ke Perguruan Tinggi, karena kendala biaya. Melihat lapangan kerja yang ada, untuk tamatan SMA/SMK akan sangat sulit bagi mereka untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan yang baik dan layak, sehingga mereka akan mempertinggi angka pengangguran di negeri ini. Oleh sebab itu, mereka harus dibekali dengan pengetahuan, wawasan, skill serta kreativitas untuk dapat menuangkan berbagai ide kreatif agar nantinya dapat berdikari dengan usaha sendiri, dapat memenuhi pangan mereka secara mandiri dan juga dapat membuka lapangan kerja. Oleh karena itu, sangat perlu tim pengabdian masyarakat memberikan penyuluhan, sosialisasi tentang bertanam sayur hidropik sistem wick dengan media rockwool. Diharapkan anak-anak Panti Asuhan dapat memproduksi mandiri kebutuhan mereka.Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari kegiatan ini adalah dapat memberikan wawasan, meningkatkan ketrampilan/skill dan keinginan berwirausaha mandiri bagi anak-anak Panti Asuhan Annisa Dhua’fa Padang. 
Pengaruh Kecepatan Kendaraan Terhadap Tingkat Kerusakan Jalan Menggunakan Metode PCI (Pavement Condition Index)
Get PDFThe pavement and pavement structure are structure consisting of one or several layers of processed materials, whose the function is to support the weight of the traffic load without causing significant damage to the construction. Pavement Condition Index (Pavement Condition Index) is the level of pavement surface condition and its size in terms of the power function that refer to the conditions and damage on the pavement surface that occurs. The Pavement Conditions Index or PCI is a numerical index that has values ranging from 0 to 100 with criteria excellent, very good, good, fair, poor, very poor, and failed. The field study of this research is the road section starting from STA 310 + 000 up to 320 + 000. The assessment of road conditions according to the Pavement Condition Index (PCI), where the data was collected through field surveys. The types of damage on the ivory tip of the STA 310 + 000 - 320 + 000 are patches, crocodile cracks, holes, edge cracks, loose grains, waves and elongated cracks. Obtained pavement condition index (PCI) average is 34.6 with an assessment of the condition of road damage is bad (poor).
