    Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis) Lubuak Tampuruang terbentuk pada tahun 2017 dikarenakan keberadaan objek wisata Lubuak Tampuruang yang terletak di Kampung Guo Kecamatan Kuranji, berjarak sekitar 12 kilometer dari pusat Kota Padang. Saat ini Pokdarwis Lubuak Tampuruang telah memiliki beberapa kegiatan dalam usaha pengembangan kegiatan kepariwisataan di objek wisata Lubuak Tampuruang. Salah satu potensi yang terdapat di Lubuak Tampuruang ini adalah budidaya ikan larangan yang dilakukan oleh anggota Pokdarwis. Ikan yang dibudidayakan ini belum diolah oleh anggota Pokdarwis, sehingga nilai tambahnya masih sangat kecil. Oleh sebab itu kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas SDM Pokdarwis Lubuak Tampuruang melalui pelatihan pengolahan makanan berbahan dasar ikan. Diharapkan setelah pelatihan ini anggota Pokdarwis Lubuak Tampuruang dapat mengembangkan usaha pengolahan makanan berbahan dasar ikan sebagai usaha kuliner penunjang kegiatan kepariwisataan di Objek Wisata Lubuak Tampuruang yang dapat meningkatkan nilai tambah pada perekonomian masyarakat sekitar

    Laporan keuangan adalah laporan yang menggambarkan kondisi keuangan perusahaan dalam satu periode. Laporan keuangan Badan Usaha Milik Nagri (BUMNag) memperlihatkan kinerja BUMNag, dan digunakan untuk pengambilan keputusan apakah akan terus melanjutkan usaha atau tidak. Selain itu laporan keuangan juga dapat digunakan oleh pihak luar seperti investor untuk berinvetasi. BUMNag Tungku Tigo Sajarang (TTS) telah melaksanakan kegiatan usaha dibawah pengawasan Wali Nagari Bomas Koto Baru sejak tahun 2017. Namun karena keterbatasan SDM akan pemahaman dan keterampilan pelaporan keuangan serta silih bergantinya karyawan membuat BUMNag TTS terkendala dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bimbingan teknis kepada manajamen atau pengelola BUMNag TTS tentang pelaporan keuangan BUMNag yang meliputi laporan keuangan yang mengacu kepada Standar Akuntansi Keuangan (SAK) yang disesuaikan dengan karakteristik dan prinsip BUMNag. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan metode bimbingan dan pelatihan teknis agar manajemen atau pengelola dapat memahami aspek teknis dalam menyusun laporan keuangan sederhana dengan menggunakan bantuan software Microsoft Excel

    Konstruksi perkerasan jalan merupakan konstruksi yang terletak antara lapisan tanah dasar dan roda kendaraan. Pada umumnya, lapisan campuran material penyusun perkerasan saling terintegrasi. Hal tersebut dikarenakan fungsi utama dari lapisan penyusun tersebut adalah untuk mereduksi beban yang terjadi dari kendaraan-kendaraan yang melintas dan selanjutnya didistribusikan ke lapisan yang terletak dibawahnya. Perkerasan jalan dibagi menjadi tiga yaitu perkerasan kaku (rigid pavement) dimana material pengikatnya menggunakan semen, perkerasan lentur (flexible pavement) dimana material pengikatnya menggunakan aspal, dan perkerasan komposit dimana material pengikatnya merupakan kombinasi antara aspal dan semen. Pada penelitian ini dibahas tentang penggunaan limbah PVC sebagai alternatif untuk meningkatkan mutu pada campuran perkerasan. Limbah PVC tersebut akan dicampur dengan material penyusun campuran lainnya yang telah disesuaikan dengan standar-standar yang berlaku. Limbah PVC yang tidak dapat diolah akan menumpuk dan beresiko mencemari lingkungan dan mengancam kesehatan. Oleh karena itu, pemanfaatan limbah PVC ini diharapkan dapat mengurangi jumlah limbah PVC. Dari hasil penelitian maka diperoleh kesimpulan beda uji konvensional memiliki nilai rata-rata MQ 825.769 kg/mm, nilai rata-rata VIM 6.833%, nilai rata-rata VMA 19.475% dan nilai rata-rata VFA 77.888%. Sedangkan benda uji yang ditambahkan limbah PVC dengan persentase berturut-turut 2%, 4% dan 6% memiliki nilai rata-rata MQ 734.180 kg/mm, 820.691 kg/mm dan 1165.360 kg/mm. Nilai rata-rata VIM 7.0%, 6.9%, dan 6.7%. Nilai rata-rata VMA 19.575%, 19.213%, 19.352%. Nilai rata-rata VFA 78.791%, 85.657%, 84.782%

    Jerami merupakan bahan yang melimpah dan keberadaannya sangat mudah didapatkan bahkan hanya dibakar begitu saja. Di beberapa daerah di Jawa Tengah, Yogyakarta dan Jawa Timur, para petani memanfaatkan dan menyimpan jerami untuk pakan ternak, baik sapi maupun kerbau. Sebagian juga diolah untuk pupuk fermentasi, tetapi hal ini jarang sekali dilakukan di masa-masa sekarang. Manfaat penelitian ini dapat memberikan data sehingga akan mengetahui sifat insulator yang mampu mengawetkan kadar air dalam jerami sehingga diharapkan dapat memberikan bahan alternatif pengganti bahan sintetis dengan material alam dari limbah jerami Selain itu dapat mengurangi limbah jerami padi yang sudah tidak digunakan lagi hingga tidak mencemari lingkungan dan dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan bagi dunia industri untuk menggunakan limbah jerami sebagai selimut curing beton dan tidak dianggap lagi sebagai limbah yang merugikan oleh masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen destruktif, artinya metode untuk mendapatkan data uji, spesimen akan mengalami kerusakan. bahwa kemampuan jerami berdasar fraksi volume 10% hingga 90%  mampu menyerap air cukup signifikan rata-rata 47,59%. Penyerapan air pada komposit jerami akan mampu meminimalkan kemungkinan negatif pada cor beton saat mendapat panas secara langsung dari sinar matahari. Pada kajian potensi komposit jerami terhadap kemampuan densitas, menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan jerami berdasar fraksi volume 10% hingga 90%  mampu densitas cukup signifikan rata-rata 204,96 kg/cm3 . Hasil kajian potensi komposit jerami terhadap siklus thermal, diketahui bahwa kemampuan jerami berdasar pada siklus thermal 10 oC hingga 90 oC oC  mempunyai nilai cukup signifikan rata-rata 20,16 MPa. Angka tersebut menunjukkan bahwa komposit jerami-epoksi berpotensi sebagai wet covering cor beton

    This study aims to determine the effect of social, personal, and psychological factors on purchasing decisions at Shopee with fraud as a moderating variable. This study uses a quantitative approach. With the SEM-PLS research method using the SmartPLS 3.0 software. In this study, the population was the management study program students of the University of Muhammadiyah Gresik batch 2018 with a sample of 137 respondents. The sampling technique used a purposive sampling method. This study uses primary data that contains respondents' answers to questionnaires that have been distributed via google form. The results show that: 1) Social factors have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Shopee, 2) Personal factors have no significant effect on purchasing decisions at Shopee, 3) Psychological factors have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Shopee, 4) Fraud can be a moderating variable and weaken social factors on purchasing decisions, 5) Fraud is not able to be a moderating variable for personal factors in purchasing decisions, 6) Fraud is not able to be a moderating variable for psychological factors in purchasing decisions

    Awareness in implementing Occupational Safety and Health (K3) is a factor that affects the number of work accidents. Awareness of K3 behavior as a preventive measure aims to reduce and even eliminate the risk of zero accidents. Such awareness can be started before entering the world of construction work. The purpose of this research is to find out the awareness of K3 behavior in the Civil Engineering study program of Batam International University. The method used in this research is by distributing questionnaires containing statements related to K3 behavior. Respondents to this study numbered 64 students of Civil Engineering UIB. Respondents who filled out questionnaires were divided into two parts, namely students in the first and second years as well as third- and fourth-year students.  The results showed the total percentage of all respondents' results reached more than 85% for K3 knowledge and awareness of K3 behavior both students first and second years or as third- and fourth-year students. Universitas Internasional Batam as one of university that nurtures the next labour in construction field has made efforts in reducing the number of occupational accidents by incorporating occupational safety and health education in curriculum and providing training with certification. The demographics of Universitas Internasional Batam students also become one of the factors that most have worked also play a role in understanding students on the importance of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) in the world of work

PNP has 21 Study Programs which are spread in 7 (seven)Departments. Business Administration is a study program under the Department of Business Administration.This study aims to determine the effect of learning motivation, self-management on student academicachievement in the Business Administration , PNP. This research needs to be done to be able to evaluate thework of all elements in the PNP, especially the Business Administration Study Program. During this time inevaluating the results tend to be but we forget that input greatly affects the results. The research method usedis quantitative with online / online survey methods conducted on AB Study Program students class 2017 and2018. The results showed that self-management variables had an effect on student achievement while learningmotivation had no effect on student achievement. The limitation of this study is that it still uses variables tosee student achievement and for further research it can add other variables

    High Pressure Heater (HPH) are tools that used to improve the efficiency of boiler. HPH utilizes hot steam from turbine extraction as heating medium before entering into the economizer in boiler. In the industry, High Pressure Heater is one of the tools that includes a heat exchanger. To prevent from several problems, some of the industries applying a plate that called impingement plate. This plate placed on the shell side Steam inlet of High Pressure Heater with the function to protect the tube facing the directly the shell side input flow. To determine the effect of adding impingement plates on heat transfer that occurs in the desuperheating zone, a simulation was performed using CFD software with variations of conventional flat plates, 4 plates, and inclined plates. From the simulation results using CFD software it is known that after the addition of the impingement plate, the largest heat transfer value in the desuperheating zone is found in the inclined plate geometry followed by the 4 plate geometry and conventional flat plate, with a q value of 9.54 MW; 7.93 MW; and 4.16 MW, respectively. Then for the inclined plate geometry pressure drop value has a small pressure drop plaing value, which is equal to 30.04 kPa

    Motorbikes are widely chosen by the public as a mode of transportation in modern times, one of which is the automatic scooter type motorcycle. Visually, the matic scooter type motorcycle components have a nice and attractive shape, but this shape does not necessarily guarantee its safety. Not a few of these components have failed (broken) as happened to the footrest. Footrest is a component of a motorcycle vehicle that functions as a footrest for motorcycle passengers. Every different type of motorbike, the footrest shape is also different. The purpose of this study is to design a footrest design and analyze it with the help of software to obtain a footrest design that has a high safety factor value. The design of the motorcycle footrest design produces 3 different designs. The three designs were analyzed using the Autodesk Inventor 2017 software stress by providing a static load of 20 Kg and 90 Kg. From the analysis, the minimum safety factor value obtained from each footrest design against a load of 20 kg in design 1 is 13.42, design 2 is 5.7, and design 3 is 7.93. While the minimum safety factor value generated from each footrest design against a load of 90 kg in design 1 is 2.98, design 2 is 1.27, and design 3 is 1.76. Based on the results of the safety factor analysis carried out, the three designs are safe enough to withstand loads of 20 Kg and 90 Kg. But design 1 is safer because the resulting value of the safety factor is higher than the three designs, which is 2.98 to withstand a load of 90 Kg

    Biomass energy is one that can be used as an alternative energy as a substitute for fossil fuels and can also be useful for reducing environmental pollution due to increasing waste or waste. The manufacture of briquettes from chicken feather waste, wood shavings and rice husk waste aims to help deal with the problem of waste and use it as an alternative fuel. The making of briquettes is carried out by the process of drying the ingredients, charcoal, milling, sieving, kneading, printing, drying, proximate testing and measuring emissions on the briquettes. In this study, the composition of a mixture of chicken feathers (30%, 40%, 50%), wood shavings and rice husk (35%, 30%, 25%) was treated as well as particle sizes of 30 mesh and 60 mesh. The results of this study indicate that the lowest moisture content is in sample B2 of 4.5%. The lowest levels of volatile matters were in sample A1 of 37.4%. The lowest ash content was found in sample B3 at 10.8%. The highest fixed carbon was found in sample A3 at 45.1%. The highest calorific value (Gross Calorific Value) is found in the B3 sample of 5594 Kcal / Kg. And it has the highest CO, CO2, and HC emissions produced from the briquettes, namely 0.24%, 0.8%, 46 ppm. The properties of briquettes that have met SNI standards are moisture content, calorific value (except for sample A1), and the resulting emissions. And those that have not met SNI standards are the levels of volatile matter, ash content and fixed carbon. The resulting briquette can be used because the calorific value obtained is quiet high, which is above the specified standard of ≥ 5000 Kcal/Kg
