Perancangan Mesin Pencuci Karpet Menggunakan Tabung Cairan Deterjen
Carpet washer is a machine that is used to help complete work in the laundry industry. By using this carpet cleaning machine, cleaning carpets is fast and easy. The purpose of designing this carpet washing machine is a form of innovation and creativity based on technological developments. This machine is made with an additional tube of liquid detergent to make work easier and increase efficiency. The initial method of designing this carpet washing machine is to collect data. Next is the calculation and design. The results of the design of this carpet washing machine obtained a motor power of 1.5 HP and a rotation of 1400 rpm, with a height of 1020 mm, a length of 745 mm and a width of 345 mm using a type-A belt transmission, pulleys with a diameter of 2” and 6”, a shaft diameter of 19 mm, the type of bearing used is UCF F212 type, has a cleaning brush and uses a liquid detergent tube. The design of this carpet washing machine has been made based on the correct design and calculation and can be continued for production

The Influence of Brand Attitude and Perception of Quality on Purchase Decisions with Brand Image as a Mediation Variable (Case Study of Nivea Products in Yogyakarta City). This study aims to determine the influence of Brand Attitude (SM), Perceived Quality (PK), Brand Image (CM) on Purchase Decisions (KP) on Nivea Products in Yogyakarta City. The sample of this research is 80 respondents. The sampling technique used was Accidental Purposive Sampling. The data used is primary data, with the source of data obtained from the method of distributing questionnaires. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression. The results show that 1) Brand Attitude has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions, 2) Quality Perception has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions, 3) Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions, 4) Brand Attitude has a positive and significant effect on Image. Brand, 5) Perception of Quality has a positive and significant effect on Brand Image, 6) Brand Image on Purchase Decision with Brand Image as a mediating variable has a positive effect and 7) Perception of Quality on Purchase Decision with Brand Image as a mediating variable has a positive effect
Penerapan Aplikasi Web Untuk Pengelolaan Program Daurah Ramadhan Pada Rumah Tahfizh Al Quran Di Kota Padang
Pengelolaan program tahfizh daurah ramadhan seringkali menghadapi masalah pengolahan data karena melibatkan data yang banyak, dilakukan dalam batas waktu yang relatif pendek di tengah rangkaian kegiatan yang padat, dan dengan sumberdaya manusia yang terbatas. Dengan memanfaatkan faktor kecepatan, kemudahan dan keakuratan pengolahan data menggunakan teknologi informasi, maka kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat di salah satu rumah tahfizh di kota Padang ini ditujukan untuk melakukan penerapan aplikasi web dalam memudahkan pengelolaan program tahfizh daurah ramadhan. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan serangkaian langkah yang diawali dengan kustomisasi aplikasi web sesuai proses bisnis program daurah pada rumah tahfizh, diikuti dengan instalasi, pelatihan, pendampingan dan migrasi data. Kegiatan ini memungkinkan pemanfaataan aplikasi web untuk mengelola program tahfizh daurah ramadhan secara online. Pengembangan lebih lanjut dapat dilakukan pada pengelolaan aspek-aspek selain administrasi pendaftaran dan pembelajaran, seperti pengelolaan logistik dan lainnya yang mendukung kegiatan program daurah ramadhan.  
Pengaruh Green Innovation Terhadap Green Competitive Advantage pada PT Aurora World Cianjur
Semakin berkembangnya industri manufaktur di Indonesia menyebabkan semakin tinggi pula tingkat pencemaran yang dihasilkan dari limbah sisa produksi manufaktur. Perusahaan dituntut untuk menerapkan konsep green innovation dalam kegiatan operasinya sebagai upaya dalam meminimalisasi pencemaran dan menjadi peluang memperoleh keunggulan kompetitif perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh green process innovation dan green product innovation terhadap green competitive advantage pada PT Aurora World Cianjur sebagai salah satu perusahaan manufaktur di kabupaten Cianjur yang telah menerapkan konsep green innovation dalam proses produksinya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan desain explanatory research dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 205 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan peneliti adalah angket/kuesioner. Pengujian instrumen meliputi uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas dengan model pengukuran CFA (Confirmatory Factor Analysis Model). Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, sedangkan untuk pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis SEM (Structural Equation Modelling). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) green process innovation berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap green competitive advantage (2) green product innovation berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap green competitive advantage (3) green process innovation berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap green product innovation (4) green process innovation tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap green competitive advantage melalui green product innovation
Pengaruh Preheat, Postheat dan Kecepatan Las Proses Pengelasan Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) Baja AISI 1050 terhadap Nilai Kekerasan
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of preheat, reheating and welding speed on AISI 1050 steel using GMAW welding with a current of 130 A, a voltage of 20 volts, the preheat temperatures used were 250 C, 300 C, 350 C and reheating temperatures of 550 C, 600 C, 650 C, welding speed using automatic tools with speed variations of 2.5 mm/s, 4.5 mm/s, this study used an experimental method including preparation of tools and materials, specimen making, welding process and micro hardness testing of Vicker hardness later obtained The highest hardness result is 206.7 HV at a preheat temperature of 350 C plus a reheating temperature of 650 C with a welding speed of 2.5 mm/s and the lowest hardness value is at a preheat temperature of 300 C plus a reheating temperature of 600 C with a welding speed of 2.5 mm/s in the weldmetal, HAZ and base metal areas with the highest hardness values at a preheat temperature of 300 C plus a reheating of 600 C with a welding speed of 4.5 mm/s of 254.2 HV and 238.3 H
Perancangan Pintu Ruang Start Arena Pacuan Kuda Menggunakan Sistem Pneumatik
Starting gate door is a tool used horse racing arena that serves as a star or space to take off before darting run to racetrack. Doors starting gate consists of a variety of forms and working method, from the manual to which use the automatic system, such as; mechanical, hydraulic, electric and pneumatic systems. Starting gate door with pneumatic system is a tool that is used to open and close starting gate door, the way it works is that a pneumatic cylinder is installed on the door, then pneumatic system functions to open and close the door. Pneumatic system is a tool that uses air as an energy source, components required in the pneumatic system: compressor or air supply unit, or air processing unit (Filter, regulator, and lubrication), regulator or valve unit and the main thing is the pneumatic cylinder serves as a tool which converts compressed air energy into mechanical energy (linear motion of the cylinder rod). In this study aims to be able to get the shape of the starting gate door using a pneumatic system, which can be used as a reference in making the actual door, so that in its application on the racetrack it can be used easily and the time it takes to release the horse becomes faster and the time it takes to release the horse becomes faster. From design results, it is known load that will work on the pneumatic cylinder is 4703.5 N, the inner diameter 100 mm, diameter cylinder rod is 25 mm, total air consumption required is 4,6 liter, compressor discharge is 0,39 liter/second, and compressor power is 0,5 HP
Perubahan Tingkat dan Besaran Biaya Kecelakaan Terhadap Implementasi Self Enforcement
Kendaraan beban berlebih dan kecepatan berlebih berdampak negatif bagi keselamatan dan keamanan dalam berkendara di jalan tol serta berpotensi memperbesar tingkat kecelakaan dan tingkat fatalitas. Salah satu cara mereduksi kecelakaan adalah menerapkan konsep Self Enforcement Road pada jalan tol dengan pemasangan Weigh in Motion dan Speed Camera yang diikuti dengan tindakan penegakan hukum berbasis elektronik. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis perubahan tingkat kecelakaan sebelum dan sesudah dipasangnya Weigh in Motion dan Speed Camera, menganalisis perubahan jumlah pelanggaran kecepatan berlebih dan beban berlebih sebelum dan sesudah diterapkannya tilang elektronik, menganalisis pengaruh kendaraan beban berlebih dan kecepatan berlebih terhadap tingkat kecelakaan, menganalisis perubahan besaran biaya akibat kecelakaan dan kerusakaan fasilitas. Data dianalisis dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS dan Microsoft Excel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kenaikan tingkat kecelakaan sebesar 2,21% pada tahun pertama diterapkan konsep Self Enforcement Road dan penurunan sebesar 15,6% pada tahun kedua, penurunan jumlah pelanggar kendaraan beban berlebih sebesar 6,48%, dan penurunan jumlah kendaraan kecepatan berlebih sebesar 19,7%. Kendaraan beban berlebih berpengaruh sebesar 33,5%, kendaraan kecepatan berlebih berpengaruh sebesar 32,1% terhadap tingkat kecelakaan, dan 34,4 % lainnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Besaran biaya kecelakaan setiap tahun terus mengalami kenaikan sesuai suku bunga terhadap rupiah yang disebabkan oleh faktor inflasi meskipun jumlah kecelakaan mengalami penuruna
Rancang Bangun Mesin Pencetak Bakso
This research to design a smaller and easy to operate meatball maker machine. This design will simplify, speed up and minimize the energy expended in the meatball maker machine. Simulation of frame strength using Solidwork 2018. The simulation value of von Mises stress on the frame is with a maximum stress of 10,550,430.00 N/m2 and a minimum of 90,629 N/m2 with a yield strength of 250,000,000.00 N/m2. Displacement in the simulation of displacement is with a maximum value of 0.154 mm and a minimum of 0.000 mm. The value of the safety factor from the simulation results is 24. Static simulation results of the strength of the meatball printing machine frame using ASTM A36 Steel L 30 mm x 30 mm 3 mm thick with a load of 25 kg, the frame is able to withstand engine performance during operation
Analisis Rancangan Rangka Kompor Hemat Energi Berbahan Bakar Air
Analysis of the design of this energy-efficient stove for distributing the results from the HHO (Hydrogen Hydrogen Oxygen) generator and turning this HHO into a fire. The purpose of this analysis is to determine the strength of the stove frame with the maximum load it can accommodate. This stove is made with a design and structure that is larger in scale with new innovations that combine metal materials and concrete materials where the two materials are combined to create a sturdy and strong stove structure, the structure of this stove is innovated from the stove in general. The result of the force diagram shows that the bending stress of the weld seam is smaller than the allowable stress of the material, namely: wb = 8, 03×10-3 180 N/mm2. Therefore the stove is safe to use
Pengaruh Overlap Ratio pada Model Turbin Savonius terhadap Karakteristik Koefisien Daya Berdasarkan Eksperimen Pada Wind Tunnel
Wind energy is a resource that is abundant, environmentally friendly, and renewable, therefore it has the potential to be developed. Savonius vertical axis type is suitable for application in low wind speed conditions. The Savonius wind turbine has good self-starting so that it is able to rotate the rotor even though the wind speed is low, besides that the torque it produces is relatively high. This study aims to determine how differences in OR affect the performance of Savonius turbines with an aspect ratio (AR) of 2. The experimental method was applied in this research to investigate the characteristic Cp of the model using the wind tunnel with different overlap ratios of 0.1, 0.15, 0.2, 0.25, and 0.3. The wind turbine model that has been made using a 3D printing process made of PLA + material. The results obtained in each OR test are the maximum Cp value for the variation OR 0.1, which is 0.121, OR 0.15, the maximum Cp value obtained is 0.213, OR 0.2, the maximum Cp value is 0.245, OR 0.25, the maximum Cp value is 0.224 and OR 0.3, the maximum Cp value is 0.210. Based on the five overlap variations, the maximum Cp ratio is obtained at OR = 0.2, namely Cp = 0.245 and TSR = 0.7. The OR value of 0.2 is able to maximize turbine power and minimize negative torque because the flow through the overlap area can maximally direct wind power to the maximum backward blade
