Faktor Penentu Minat Beli Konsumen Melalui E-Commerce Berbasis Marketplace
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the determinants of consumer buying interest through marketplace Shopee, Tokopedia and Lazada by adopting interest indicators are transactional interest, referential interest, preferential interest and exploratory interest. Based on these four indicators, the indicators that most influence consumer buying interest from each marketplace are determined. The survey method is used through data from online questionnaires distributed to 300 marketplace users. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling Warp Partial Least Square (SEM Warp PLS) 7.0 application. The results in this study are that transactional interest, referential interest, preferential interest and exploratory interest have an effect either partially or simultaneously on buying interest through Shopee, Tokopedia and Lazada. Buying interest using Shopee marketplace is most influenced by preferential interest. While buying interest using Tokopedia's marketplace is most influenced by referential interest. As for buying interest using marketplace Lazada, the value of the biggest influence is from transactional interest

Get PDFThis research aims to see the influence of profitability and liquidity on the capital structure of manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in the basic and chemical industries for the period 2018-2020. This research takes quantitative techniques and is a type of associative research. The population is 10 manufacturing companies that have been registered with the IDX of the basic industrial and chemical sectors for the period 2018 - 2020 which can be accessed in the www.idx.co.id. The data analysis techniques used in this study are descriptive statistics and panel data regeresi analysis using the Eviews 9 program. Based on the results of research conducted by analyzing the regression of panel data in the above research that explains the profitability and liquidity of the capital structure, it can be concluded that the results of the test show that profitability has no effect on the capital structure in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) industrial sector

Pengelolaan kuangan meliputi kinerja usaha yang menyangkut realisasi kegiatan usaha, upaya pengembangan dan indikator keberhasilan yang tertuang dalam laporan keuangan. Laporan keuangan adalah laporan yang menggambarkan kondisi keuangan perusahaan dalam satu periode. Laporan keuangan BUMNAG memperlihatkan kinerja dan digunakan untuk pengambilan keputusan untuk keberlanjutan usaha. Selain itu laporan keuangan juga dapat digunakan oleh para stakeholder selaku investor seperti pemerintah dan masyarakat untuk keputusan investasi. BUMNAG Sako Selatan Badunsanak telah melaksanakan kegiatan usaha dibawah pengawasan Wali Nagari sejak tahun 2016. Namun karena keterbatasan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) akan pemahaman dan keterampilan pengelolaan dan pelaporan keuangan membuat BUMNAG terkendala dalam pembukuan dan pelaporan keuangan. Pelaksanaan sosialisasi dan pelatihan penerapan CHSE ini dilaksanakan dengan metode ceramah dan diskusi serta pengamatan dan praktek langsung untuk penerapan CHSE. Forecasting National People's Salt Production with Time Series Model Using POM-QM for Windows
Get PDFThe need for salt in Indonesia continues to increase yearly, but the performance of salt production in Indonesia has not been able to meet the targets set in the 2015-2019 KKP strategic plan. This study aims to properly obtain time series forecasting methods and estimates of the amount of national salt production in 2022 to find out Indonesia’s needs of salt. The data are the 2012-2021 Directorate General KP3K/PRL performance report, 2012-2021 KKP performance and annual reports, and the 2020-2024 KKP strategic plan. Forecasting analysis techniques use naive methods, moving averages, weighted moving averages, exponential smoothing, exponential smoothing with trend, and trend analysis using POM-QM for Windows 3. The results show that the selected forecasting method predicts the amount of national salt productions are trend analysis with total production in 2022 of 1,277,392 tons because it has the smallest MAD, MSE, and MAPE forecasting errors compared to other methods, so that the results of this forecasting can be used for policy design in the future

Get PDFIn this paper, the quality and quantity of sliced cassava chips are improved by design a new slicer machine. The strategy of increasing production capacity is by using an electric motor to drive a chopper blade that makes the faster cutting speed. Meanwhile, the blade is attached to affixed shaft to ensure an even cut. The machine is mainly composed of frame, the feed inlet, chopper blade, motor, v-belt and pulley as transmission part. The slicer machine operates in the following ways: a peeled cassava is pressed into the feed inlet, then the high speed rotating cutter will cut the material into slices, finally the slices drops from the outlet. A fabrication of the machine starts with 1. design technical drawings of the slicer machine using Catia V5R21, 2. manufacturing the frame, shaft, feed inlet and outlet, 3. assembly of all components such as: chopper, bearings, shaft, pulley, feed inlet, cover, motor 1,25 hp 1400 rpm and v-belts. The results of performance test of the slicer machine have actual capacity is 40 Kg/hour with a flatness of 3-4 mm

Get PDFWood is increasingly difficult to obtain due to the use of excess wood. Many efforts were made to replace wood, one of which was composite material. This study aims to determine the most optimal bending strength with the influence of variations in volume fractions and fiber orientation in hybrid composites with luffa fibers and hyacinth fibers. In making composites using the hand lay-up method with alaklization treatment on gambas and hyacinth fibers using 5% NaOH which is varied with the volume fraction used in this study with the ratio of resin: hyacinth: gambas is (60%:20% :20%),(70%:15%:15%), as well as (80% :10%:10%) and the orientation of the fibers with the arrangement of the luffa / hyacinth / luffa layer is (0°/ 45 °/ 90°), (0˚/45˚/0˚), (90˚/0˚/90˚). Bending testing was performed with ASTM D790 standard and hypothesis testing using the two-way ANOVA method. From the results of bending testing, the most optimal strength value was found, which was 43.33 N / mm2, where the value was not higher than the bending strength value in the multiplex, which was 17.53 N / mm2. Meanwhile, the results of hypothesis testing are that there is an influence on the volume fraction factor, the direction of fiber orientation and the interaction with bending forces

No full textCocoa (Theobroma cacao L) is a plant originating from South America. Indonesia has two types of cocoa grown, namely noble cocoa (edel) and bulk cocoa, for better quality cocoa is bulk cocoa. The part of cocoa that is used is the seeds that have been dried and then processed into cocoa powder. Cocoa beans that have been harvested are fermented so that they can be sold by cocoa through testing can be seen using tables and graphs in the development of the test every hour. The heat transfer in this test is conduction and convection. The results of the first test using a variation of 6 heater elements obtained data from 2000gram wet cocoa to 1100gram dry cocoa. This test got the highest temperature of 39.50C for 11 hours. The second test of variations with 6 heater elements and an additional fan got the highest temperature of 41.50C for 10 hours with cocoa after testing 1150gram. The second test found cocoa with the best level of AA because there were 84 dry beans in 100gram, the color was dry brown and the drying time was faster than the traditional method, such as farmers usually requiring 5 to 7 days of drying

Strategi awal yang dilakukan menjelaskan maksud dan tujuan serta program yang akan dilaksanakan selama pengabdian masyarakat kepada RW Kanoman. Melakukan koordinasi, menyusun dan membuat media booklet mengenai kesehatan reproduksi sesuai sasaran. Target pengabdian ini adalah remaja putri di Kanoman. Penyuluhan kesehatan reproduksi remaja putri Kanoman diselenggarakan pada pertengahan April 2022 di Mushola Al-Falah Kanoman. Remaja putri Kanoman sangat antusias mengikuti kegiatan ini. Hal ini terbukti dari kehadiran para peserta dan kesediaannya mengikuti kegiatan sejak awal hingga akhir. RW dan takmir merasa senang dan mendukung terselenggaranya kegiatan ini

Get PDFProgram PKM bermitra pada usaha rumahan toko sepatu Forlanti yang berlokasi di Jalan Raya Gadut Kecamatan Lubuk Kilangan Kota Padang. Mitra merupakan usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) yang memiliki anggota pelaku usaha yang menjalankan kegiatan usaha berupa produk sepatu wanita dan pria berbahan kulit. Usaha ini berdiri pada tahun 2000 yang didirikan oleh Ibu Sukani. Dalam melakukan kegiatan usaha, pemilik belum melakukan pengelolaan keuangan berbasis UMKM yang baik dan benar. Sehingga usaha ini tidak memiliki catatan keuangan yang terstruktur. Selain itu, usaha ini masih melakukan pemasaran secara konvensional, dimana usaha ini hanya mengandalkan pelanggan datang ke toko tanpa adanya kombinasi pemasaran berbasis online. Sehingga pangsa pasar pada usaha ini masih sangat terbatas. Mengingat dan menimbang saat ini sangat dibutuhkan penjualan berbasis digital atau online yang bertujuan untuk memperluas pangsa pasar dan meningkatkan profit dimasa yang akan datang. Berdasarkan analisis situasi tersebut, permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra adalah belum ada pengelolaan keuangan dan minimnya pengetahuan serta keterampilan mengenai e-commerce dalam kegiatan usaha sebagai sarana pemasaran. Dengan demikian, solusi yang ditawarkan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan mitra yaitu dilakukan pelatihan pengelolaan keuangan berbasis UMKM dan diberikan sosialisasi terkait dengan e-commerce. Adapun metode kegiatan diawali dengan tahap persiapan, kemudian tahap persiapan dan terakhir tahap pelaporan yang direncanakan selesai dalam waktu empat bulan. Hasil dan luaran dari kegiatan ini adalah mitra mengalami peningkatan pemahaman, pengetahun, dan keterampilan mengenai pengelolaan keuangan berbasis UMKM dan penggunaan media online sebagai sarana perluasan pangsa pasar yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan profit dimasa yang akan datang
