Pengaruh Variasi Temperatur Tempering Terhadap Struktur Mikro Dan Struktur Kristal Pada Baja Karbon Sebagai Bahan Mandrill
This writing begins with a mandrill that cannot be modified in a company, so the author wants to know the crystal structure and microstructure of the steel, as well as explain the composition contained in the steel being tested. Tests were carried out by observing the crystal structure using an X-Ray Diffractometer (XRD), observing the microstructure and material composition using Scanning Electron Microscopy – Energy Dispersive X-ray (SEM-EDX). The results show that the crystal structure and microstructure are strongly influenced by the quenching and tempering processes. The increase in crystal size occurred after the tempering process at 425° C from 34.33 nm to 52.31 nm. There was a decrease in dislocation density after tempering at 425° C from 0.00085 lines/mm2 to 0.00085 lines/mm2. Likewise, the micro strain after the tempering process at 425°C decreased from 0.25 (ε) to 0.19 (ε). The test material has several compositions such as iron (Fe), oxygen (O), manganese (Mn), sodium (Na), chromium (Cr), calcium (Ca) and carbon (C). Microstructure testing showed a decrease in iron Fe atoms after the tempering process from 65.79% to 42.96%, a decrease in atoms also occurred in manganese from 0.51% to 0.34% after the tempering process. There was an increase in oxygen atoms after the tempering process from 33.31% to 54.23%, an increase in the atomic presentation also occurred in sodium (Na) from 0.33% to 2.46% after the tempering proces

Utilization of electrical energy has been applied in almost all fields of life. One of them is the use of electricity to repel plantation pests. In the hills of Batu Busuk, around the Padang Karuah River, Kel Lambung Bukit, Kec. Pauh, Padang is one of the communities that has implemented the application. The people who are gardening there have worked together in making a Micro Hydro Power Plant (PLTMH) type waterwheel with a power of 1 kW with the current condition has been damaged and can not be used anymore. Seeing the potential of water owned according to the results of the field survey with a flowrate of 100 L / s and a head of 5 m, the use of crossflow turbines is one type of turbine that is suitable for replacing a windmill that has been damaged with a power generated of 3.7 kW. Pembuatan Cetakan Pellet Elektroda Super Kapasitor Untuk Penyimpan Energi
The design of a tool for printing supercapacitor electrodes has been completed. The basic material for the electrode is cocoa pod skin. The purpose of this research is to manufacture and assemble a laboratory-scale supercapacitor chip mold, which is used to facilitate the manufacture of the chip that functions as an electric current store. After the design process is complete, it is continued to manufacture supercapacitor chips using a press system. The actuator/pressurizer uses a hydraulic jack with a capacity of 50 tons, and a mold made of ST 37 and ST 60 steel. The mold is above the jack assisted by a steel frame as a pressure barrier. And a dial indicator as a marker to stop pressing by the jack. The process of making supercapacitor chip molds starts from cutting, drilling, turning, surface grinding, and welding. After the process of making components and assembling is complete, a trial of the tool is carried out to find out whether the tool works well. After a series of tests were carried out, it turned out that this pellet mold was able to print well without any cracks
Perancangan Mesin Penetas Telur Unggas Otomatis Menggunakan Acci (Automatic Computer Control Incubator) Kapasitas 360 Butir
Proses penetasan telur unggas merupakan salah satu proses penting dalam budidaya peternakan unggas. Proses ini harus dilakukan dengan cermat dan teliti agar hasil penetasan dapat memuaskan. Namun, proses penetasan telur secara manual membutuhkan waktu dan tenaga yang cukup banyak dan terkadang belum efisien, sehingga dibuat rancangan alat penetas telur unggas otomatis kapasitas 360 butir. Alat ini menggunakan sistem pengontrolan yang dinamakan automatic computer control incubator. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang mesin penetas telur unggas otomatis yang digunakan untuk mempermudah dalam pengontrolan gerakan rak telur, suhu dan kelembaban udara. Proses perancangan dimulai dari survei lapangan untuk mengetahui kebutuhan alat yang akan dirancang dan kemudian dibuatlah desain dari mesin penetas telur unggas otomatis. Mesin ini berukuran 100 x 167 x 50 cm yang terdiri dari 6 (enam) buah rak untuk meletakkan telur unggas. Peningkatan Kemampuan IT Essential pada Siswa SMA Negeri 2 Solok Selatan
Pada zaman sekarang kebutuhan akan teknologi informasi tidak bisa dipungkiri lagi. Kelancaran komunikasi dan transaksi perlu ditunjang oleh kemampuan menggunakan komputer sebagai salah satu alat teknologi informasi. Untuk memastikan hal tersebut, pendidikan mengenai teknologi informasi sangat penting untuk diperhatikan. Di SMAN 2 Solok Selatan, siswa dan siswi belajar komputer pada mata pelajaran TIK. Namun, dengan adanya pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan kegiatan tatap muka di kelas pratikum komputer tidak bisa dilaksanakan, sehingga kemampuan siswa dan siswi SMAN 2 Solok Selatan dalam mengoperasikan komputer sangat minim. Maka dari itu, pada kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat, Politeknik Negeri Padang kampus Kabupaten Solok Selatan melakukan pelatihan dalam upaya meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dan siswi SMAN 2 Solok Selatan dalam mengoperasikan komputer melalui teori IT essential khususnya pengenalan Hardware dan penggunaan aplikasi Microsoft Office. Dalam pelatihan ini ada tiga tahapan yaitu sesi diskusi, pemaparan materi, dan praktek dengan pendampingan. Melalui kegiatan ini, siswa dan siswi SMAN 2 Solok Selatan diharapkan mampu dan tidak jauh tertinggal atau tidak gagap dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi
Analisis Kapasitas Sistem Saluran Drainase (Studi Kasus Drainase Jalan Siliwangi Kota Batam)
Batam City is one of the cities in the Riau Archipelago Province with the largest population growth. Along with the development of the city and the increase in population, the need for public facilities and infrastructures also need to be developed, such as on Jalan Siliwangi. Jalan Siliwangi is one of the roads in the Batu Besar area, Nongsa sub-district in Batam city which is experiencing problems with the drainage system. Drainage is a technical measure to prevent excess water due to high rainfall intensity and drain it to a collection point. Rainfall intensity is a condition where rain is highly concentrated and occurs at a certain time. This research was conducted to know whether the Siliwangi Road drainage channel is working optimally so that it can accommodate water during high rainfall. This analysis uses the Gumbel method using extreme values. The extreme values of rain intensity that will be taken into account are several return periods, namely 2, 5, 10, 25, 50, and 100 years. The calculated channel discharge using location data is Q = 0.5637 m3/second, while the planned discharge calculated using rainfall data is Q = 2.064 m3/second. From the results of the analysis of the dimensions of the planned canal found in the field, it does not meet the design capacity so waterlogging occurs, where the height and width of the planning canal are larger. By using the frequency distribution formula of the Gumbel and Log Person Type III methods for the calculation and application of parameters related to the analysis of average data, standard deviation, and determining the frequency of rainfall for the T-year return period in the discussion above, it can be concluded that the drainage channel on Jalan Siliwangi Batam unable to prevent inundation or flooding during high rainfall
Kinerja Batu Kapur Terhadap Nilai Califonia Bearing Ratio (CBR) Lapis Pondasi Perkerasan Jalan
Flexible Pavement is one of the road pavement constructions. In order for the flexible pavement to have adequate carrying capacity and durability to carry the load acting on it, the pavement is made in layers. The top layer is called the surface layer and below it is an aggregate foundation layer which is placed on top of the compacted subgrade. The material used as an aggregate foundation layer usually consists of crushed stone. However, seeing the abundance of limestone in Bukit Karang Putih, Indarung is expected not only to be used cement manufacture, but can be used as a substitute for the aggregate foundation layer. This research was conducted on the aggregate foundation layer of class A and the aggregate foundation layer of class B. Variations of mixture with limestone substitution in the aggregate foundation layer of class A and class B aggregate are 0%, 10% and 20%. The tests carried out include abrasion, compaction and CBR. The lowest abrasion test results for grade A aggregate foundation layer is 30.69%, while for grade B aggregate foundation layer is 31.79%. The results of the CBR test for class A aggregate foundation layers obtained the highest value for 10% limestone substitution, which is 75%, as well as for class B aggregate foundation layers, the highest value for 10% limestone substitution was 61%. The results of the CBR test that meet the requirements are found in the class B aggregate foundation layer, which is at least 60%

The capital market can play two very crucial roles in the country's economy, namely the role of economy and finance. For these two roles, some parties act as investors and as issuers. Seeing the existence of parties as investors, of course, there will be hope to profit, where the size of the return obtained depends on the company's stock price. However, the company's stock price continues to change every period because of influencing factors such as return on assets (ROA), debt on equity ratio (DER), current ratio (CR), and so on. In previous studies, these factors have not provided consistent answers on whether they affect stock prices. Therefore, to find out the actual results, this research was conducted. The object used is a company indexed in JII70. The selection of this object is due to the lack of research using Sharia objects. Tinjauan Kerusakan dan Analisis Ulang Tebal Perkerasan Menggunakan PCI dan Analisa Komponen
This study analyzes the road conditions in Sumbawa Regency and plans pavement solutions to address road damage. The data shows that there was no significant improvement in road conditions in 2020 compared to previous years. Good and fair road conditions only accounted for 69.29% of the total road length, while damaged and heavily damaged roads accounted for 6.57% and 24.14% respectively. Jalan Osapsio is one of the roads that has been damaged due to poorly maintained drainage. This research utilizes the Pavement Condition Index (PCI) method to assess the level of road damage and the Component Analysis method to design the pavement thickness. Based on the findings, several road segments exhibit different conditions. There are 13 segments with a Good rating and PCI values of 100 and 98, 1 segment with a Serious rating and a PCI value of 16, and 6 segments with a Failed rating and PCI values of 0. The segments with a Failed rating require urgent pavement reconstruction. Considering the PCI values, it is recommended to construct new pavement with appropriate thickness for the priority segments, namely a 6 cm thick Laston Surface Layer, a 20 cm thick Broken Stone Upper Base Layer, and a 15 cm thick Sirtu/Pitrum Lower Base Layer.This study provides an important contribution in understanding the road conditions in Sumbawa Regency and offers concrete solutions to address the road damage on Jalan Osapsio. The findings and research methodology are expected to serve as a reference for immediate improvements on Jalan Osapsio and provide insights for future research in Sumbawa Regency
Rancang Bangun Alat Tekuk Pembuat Begel Portabel Dan Perbandingan Kecepatan Produksinya Dengan Alat Tradisionil
Begel or sekang is a longitudinal reinforcing ring to hold the shear stress that occurs in a concrete column or pillar, the putel is placed so that each longitudinal reinforcement is held so as not to bend out. So far, begel are made by sticking a shaft iron into a wood and then begel the iron manually, until it is obtained as needed. Traditional bending tools like this are inefficient because they require more energy to bend them and cannot be carried. Therefore it was designed and made PORTABLE BEGEL MAKING BENDING TOOLS. To test the speed of this tool compared with traditional bending tools. From the results of statistical tests it was concluded that the portable buckle making buckle tool is faster than the traditional buckling tool.
