    Pengaruh Perbedaan Ukuran Intake Kontraksi Terhadap Laju Aliran Di Ruang Uji

    The contraction cone or intake is a very important part of wind tunnel design because it has a high impact on the quality of airflow in the test section. The design of the contraction cone aims to create the air pressure required at the time of entry of the test section without experiencing much turbulence. This research was conducted using an experimental method, where in this study it was carried out by testing, making 3 intake components or funnels of different sizes. The calculation results obtained funnel 1 contraction with a value of 11,466 m3 / s, funnel 2 contraction with a value of 12,266 m3 / s, and funnel 3 contraction with a value of 12,533 m3 / s. These results show that the size of the contraction affects the wind flow rate inside the test chamber.     Pottery is an art craft made from clay which besides having a high use value also has a pretty good aesthetic value. Pottery craft business has existed in Indonesia since ancient times until now. This business has a deficiency in the production machine part, where the production machine still uses human power as the main driving force during the rotation during the pottery making process. Therefore, a modification of a better pottery turning machine is needed to support the pottery craft business. The design of this pottery turning machine uses a working drawing design of a pottery turning machine product with a rotating speed that can be adjusted according to work requirements via a speed control pedal. The pottery turning machine has a strong construction with machine specifications of length 760 x width 400 x height 700 mm, with the addition of 2 pulleys with a first pulley diameter of 2.5 inches, and a second pulley diameter of 12 inches with a connecting belt using type A-57.     Industri jamur adalah salah satu sektor yang belum banyak terekspos media. Pelaku usaha industri ini yang berlokasi di Nagari Limau Manih Padang, merasa bingung bagaimana cara untuk mempromosikan produk yang mereka hasilkan. Melalui kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini, pelaku usaha industry jamur diberikan pelatihan mendesain video produk sebagai media promosi. Kegiatan pelatihan dihadiri oleh 22 orang peserta dan mendapatkan hasil evaluasi yang baik dari peserta.  Rata-rata nilai evaluasi yang diberikan oleh peserta adalah 4,7 dari 5, baik dari segi materi maupun fasilitator. Melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan adanya peningkatan penjualan dan popularitas produk jamur di Nagari Limau Manih Padang. Melalui kegiatan pelatihan ini juga diharapkan mampu menguatkan ekonomi local dan membantu usaha kecil dan menengah di wilayah ini

    Chiller adalah mesin refrigerasi yang fungsi utamanya mendinginkan air pada sisi evaporator. Air kemudian dialirkan ke AHU (Air Handling Unit) untuk didinginkan dan dihembuskan ke dalam ruangan. Penghapusan panas atau panas dimulai di evaporator. Mesin ini memiliki keunggulan lebih hemat energi dan digunakan untuk mendinginkan gedung bertingkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun chiller berkapasitas 6 KW, menggunakan sistem kompresi uap dengan komponen utama kompresor, kondensor, katup ekspansi dan evaporator. Untuk mesin ini, kompresor yang digunakan adalah kompresor Bristol, round tube condenser - continuous fin compact heat exchanger coiled tube evaporator, nominal diameter ¼ inch, TC-70 capillary tube sebagai Expansion valve. Air didinginkan dari suhu 25 – 18 oC dengan mensirkulasikan air dengan pompa dengan debit aliran 10 l/menit, dan fluida kerja yang digunakan adalah R-404. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah manganalisa bagaimana efek beban pendingin  terhadap kinerja mesin sistem pendingin, meliputi kapasitas refrigerasi, daya kompresi serta berapa besar Coefisien Of Performance (COP) pada mesin mini Water Chiller

    Vehicles are a means of transportation used by humans to support their daily activities. Its growth rate is getting higher, making this situation one of the causes of air pollution. One of the options in reducing dangerous motor exhaust emissions is to use a catalytic converter. Catalytic converter is a device that is installed in the exhaust channel of vehicles. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using a catalytic converter with a 2 mm thick brass plate material on the exhaust emissions of CO2, CO and HC in the Antasari Evo I. The test was carried out by comparing the exhaust emissions produced by the standard exhaust and the exhaust that was installed with a catalytic converter based on variations in engine idle speed, 2000 rpm, 2500 rpm and 3000 rpm. From the results of the study it was found that the effect of using a catalytic converter with brass plate material placed on the exhaust gas channel can reduce the maximum CO2 emission level by 42,85%, reduce the maximum CO2 emission level by 83%, and reduce the maximum HC emission level by 18,4 %

    Indonesia is located on the fault line of the Eurasian and Indo-Australian plates which makes Indonesia prone to earthquakes. The structural design of the Special Moment Resisting Frame System (SRPMK) is required for reinforced concrete buildings in high earthquake-prone areas, it is hoped that using the SRPMK construction method can have a flexible structure. The purpose of this research is to discuss the comparison of test control of the Samudra University PGSD Laboratory Building with the Etabs application and the Tekla Structural Designer Application. The building structure under review is a reinforced concrete structure with 3 floors with a building length of 54 m, width of 18 m, and height of 16.8 m. The type of soil for the construction site is soft soil with earthquake design category D. Construction planning refers to SNI 1726 – 2019. The additional dead loads of floors and roofs are 0.672 and 0.710, the largest live loads are 7.18 kN/m², the earthquake loads with Ss and S1 are 0.68 and 0.34, the priority factor earthquake of 1.5 and a period of 20 seconds, the suction and compressive wind loads are -0.25 kN/m² and -0.41 kN /m². The results of structural analysis using the ETABS application and the Tekla Structural Designer application, the control values of the mass participation test, the fundamental natural vibration time, the base reaction, and the standard deviation between floors have met the requirements for earthquake-resistant building planning.     The increase in world oil prices has led to changes in the price of fuel oil (BBM) in Indonesia. The fuel price change policy impacts various sectors, including the transportation sector. Transportation is one of the basic human needs for moving from one place to another. Various factors are taken into consideration by the community in choosing the mode of transportation to be used. This study aims to analyze the impact of changes in fuel prices on preferences for transportation modes in urban Yogyakarta and to see how people's behaviour changes in mobility. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive and crosstab analysis. Descriptive analysis was used to identify the respondents' characteristics, the journey's characteristics, and the effect of rising fuel prices. Crosstab analysis is used to see the relationship between the characteristics of respondents and the choice of transportation mode before and after the fuel price increase. The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires to the people of Yogyakarta. The choice of transportation mode when fuel oil increases does not change much, whereas in the scenario of changing fuel prices, there is a significant increase. This can be seen from the decrease in car users when there is an increase in the price of fuel oil, while the probability of motorcycle users when the fuel price rises until the fuel price is Rp 12,000 continues to increase, while when the fuel price is Rp 14,000 switch to using public transportation modes, namely the Trans Jogja bus.     The occurrence of flooding in the Batang Sumani area of ​​Solok Regency is caused by several things, including the low slope of the river, the river cross-section which is not wide enough, the topography of the plains, heavy bends along the river and silting due to sedimentation and the vulnerability to flood hazards which is quite high in the watershed area. The influence of the topography of the plains causes inundation on land managed and used by the community. In accordance with technological developments in digital mapping of the earth's surface, the earth's surface can be presented in the form of a three-dimensional map called a Digital Elevation Model (DEM). This DEM is used as a model, analysis and representation of conditions related to the earth's surface. The use of DEM in the process of analyzing inundation caused by surface runoff will help in identifying the coverage of inundation areas and water catchment areas. By using the Simulate water level rise / flooding analysis from the Global Mapper application it is possible to simulate water level rise / flooding which makes it possible to simulate the coverage or spread of water/flooding by increasing the water level to a certain depth and spatial analysis using the Geographic Information System can see the influence of the inundation area on land use managed by the community around the inundation area. So that the location and coverage of the inundation on land use can be obtained. Most of the inundation areas are in garden areas at 37.56%, rice fields at 23.83%, fields at 24.03% and residential areas at 13.67%.     The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of credit risk, liquidity risk, leverage, bank size, operating efficiency, inflation, gross domestic sales on profitability. This research uses quantitative method techniques and uses a purpose sampling method in analyzing research objects which also uses cross section and time series studies. The object of this research is the Rural Banks in the Riau Islands. A sample of 35 Rural Banks registered with the Financial Services Authority in the period 2017 to 2022. Data analysis used the SPSS Statistics 25 application and EViews 12 to obtain descriptive statistical data, panel regression analysis, F test, t test, and coefficient of determination. The results show that there is a significant influence on several variables. Where the variables credit risk, leverage, bank size, operating efficiency and inflation have a significant negative effect on profitability and the gross domestic gross variable also has a positive relationship with profitability. Meanwhile, liquidity risk has no influence on the profitability of Rural Banks in the Riau Islands. &nbsp

    The upcoming Railway of Makassar-Parepare needs to determine the appropriate tariff. The tariff should be affordable and attractive people to using the public transport. In addition to considering the train fare that has been determined by considering the operational costs of the operator, it is also necessary to consider the Ability to Pay (ATP) and Willingness to Pay (WTP) values ​​for prospective train users, especially non-commuters. The purpose of this study was to analyze the value of ATP and WTP for prospective users of the Makassar - Parepare train service, especially for non-commuting trips. The data collection method in this study was conducted through a primary data survey using questionnaires or direct interviews with respondents who have the potential to use the Makassar - Parepare Railway. The respondent sampling process is based on each sub-district along the Makassar-Parepare railway line. The research data obtained were then analyzed further to see the characteristics of the respondents, ATP values, and WTP values. The results of the analysis on fares for trains with ATP and WTP values ​​at a maximum value of Rp. 468,-/ km with 58% of respondents. The fare value for the total length of the Makassar-Parepare route is 141 km, which is Rp. 65,988,-. The results of this study also show that the ATP value is lower than the fare for public transportation using a mini bus with the same distance on the Makassar-Parepare route with a value of Rp. 120.000,- so that the potential tariff in its determination must still consider the service received
